“Great quiet mid week spot. Friendly and attentive bartender. Prices are average for the area. Food was not really that great. Chicken tenders were overcooked. Wings were not crispy at all. A soggy wing is a no no... Overall a good experience and I will be back.“
“I don't get to go here often, but man, their subs are the bomb. It feels like an old school deli and i love it. They slice the meat off fresh pretty much right onto your sub. The price is about the same as the average for the Hudson valley. Between $8-10.“
“I really don't know how or why we stopped visiting Perkins, after so many years but after our wonderful breakfast this morning I know for sure where our next breakfast will be at they still have a real breakfast menu, very enjoyable it was as if we never left thank you back to stay.Parking: Very well situated, ample sitting and friendly atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Space well for wheelchairs.“
“Hidden little gem right on the boarder of Wappingers off 9d. Its full of inviting staff, great drinks and REALLY GOOD FOOD! My personal favorite meal is the Sweet Mother Clucker that has this homemade smokey ranch on it….the ranch is out of this world (I want it on everything). They also have unique flavorful specials that change weekly, you don’t want to miss out on. My friends and I strongly recommend AJs cafe. Whether you’re a local, new to the area, or crossing through Wappingers it’s a great place to go.Parking: Depending on the time of day you might not be able to park right in front of the door but if you don’t mind walking less than a min there is always parking a little further away from the building. It’s a safe quiet street.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes“
“Had a great experience this evening and our waitress Alexis was a big reason for this. Went out of her way to go above & beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Also provided consistent communication and was constantly checking in, despite having other tables to tend to. Best waitress we have had at Double O thus far.“
“Really enjoyed this spot. Nestled in an unassuming strip mall, this really cute Italian seafood restaurant really delivered on quality and quantity. Went out as a multigenerational family of 6 with a kid, and everyone found something to eat. The beer battered cod special was exceptional and bountiful, the broccoli linguine with garlic & olive oil was delicious and voluminous, and the broiled salmon and cod were exceptional. Moz sticks didn't disappoint either. Coming back here for sure.“
“What's not to love? This Wappingers spot is right in town, they serve up tasty food, quality beverages, and the staff will treat you well. The bar is quite nice, and definitely clean. Even better, when it's nice outside, there's an adorable back deck that's perfect for sipping a cider, or one of their serious selection of craft beers on tap. There are also cocktails available, but they seem to truly care about the tap selection. Right now they've got a 16% ABV stout out of Brooklyn on tap, which is downright dangerous. This seems like the rare bar that not only fries things well, but it also cares about the rest of its menu too. No one is ever sad about bang bang shrimp and chicken fingers and fries (we order like adults around here), but the salads are very solid as well. There are even vegetarian and vegan options for your friends who aren't quite as meaty (technical term). And that's all I have to say about that.“
