“It brings me such joy to enter an establishment and get greeted warmly. I felt like family.I ordered the Seafood Mofongo. It arrived in a (big) wooden bowl. I didn’t think I’d finish it because of the size. On the first bite I knew I had to eat slowly to enjoy it all. It was well seasoned and piping hot! Nothing had to be added but I asked about hot sauce. They make their own in house! The joy. Food should be enjoyable. This meal was absolutely enjoyable. Every bite was perfect. There was plenty of seafood to have a piece in every bite.Compliments to the chef. I will come again!“
“The Blended Bistro is amazing. Everything I’ve had has been absolutely delicious. My favorite things are the ham croquettes, the Cuban chicken sandwich, the pernil and I can go on!! If you haven’t been there this is a place you need to run and check out. Staff is great, place is adorable, cozy and feels like home. Owner Maddy, has knocked it out of the park with all her recipes.“
“I am Cuban-born and US raised, in a predominantly Cuban neighborhood in New Jersey where authentic Cuban food was very much the norm. I have also been eating less meat of late, or at least enjoying good vegetarian and vegan options, and when I tell you that that Monte black bean paste, Swiss cheese, sauteed onion and plantain sandwich is the business, I am NOT kidding! I was truly wowed by the inventive addition to the Cuban standards, drawing upon traditional Cuban flavors and seasoning to come up with a vegetarian option that has nothing to envy (nada que envidiarle, as Cubans like to say) any of the meat-based dishes. This Cuban restaurant/"cafetería" (not really a sit-down place, but the little space there is is bright, clean, and very pleasant, bar stool and counter setup) deserves five stars and would have them if the people giving fewer than five knew the cuisine like some of us do, from birth. Whether it's their thing or not is another story, but this is Cuban food of the utmost quality and not diluted by any other cuisines' spice or flavor profiles. Keep up the brilliant work, guys - I look forward to working my way through the classics on this menu, and that is an exciting and promising prospect because of the quality of everything I had tonight: the Monte sandwich; PERFECTLY FRIED, light, not greasy, and completely ripe sweet plantains (too many places serve plantains that aren't totally ripe and it's better not to have any, honestly); and a croqueta-stuffed empanada, an idea crazy enough to work and also brilliantly executed).“
“Awesome place. Gorgeous decoration, with enchanting views of New York City skyline, live spanish music and staff is super friendly. Menu had awesome options that made it hard to decide what to order. Staff was super friendly, helpful and fun, they made us laugh and laughed with us. Dessert was also great. Prices are great, I was even worried about portions when I saw the low prices, but portions are big.Valet parking makes it easy for customers.Restaurant is on second floor, there’s a small sized lobby on the first floor, great for waiting if there’s a waiting time, I didn’t see an elevator but they might have one in the back for wheelchairs, but call to confirm. They have a lounge on the third floor, great space for events or larger groups.Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant in second floor. I only saw stairs, no elevators (call and ask, they might have one in the back)“
“Cuban restaurant in Bergenfield, NJ Cuban family restaurant in New Jersey with ample parking space. My wife and I were greeted and served with great kindness by an efficient and bilingual staff. The restaurant is spacious, and its ambiance is refined. Its décor combines a display of original works by Cuban painters and Oriental vases. The menu, prepared by a Cuban chef, is diverse, with various starters, main courses, and desserts. As main course I ordered lacón, the kind I remembered eating in Cuba, which is not easy to find in New York. My wife had sea bass. Our dishes were all very good. We were very pleased. My wife favorite was a starter called “Discovery”. I particularly enjoyed the flan. Our only recommendation has to do with the music, which was only Salsa while we were there. In our opinion, the addition of other types of Cuban music could enhance the experience. The owners do not have a liquor license yet. Forewarned, we were able to bring our own bottle of wine. We had a great time. Highly recommended.“
“Delicious and authentic Puerto Rican food. The yellow rice is soft and tasty; it is very well made. The pernil is also very well cooked but does lack a bit of seasoning, it still taste good but I think they cook can add a bit more seasoning to it and it will be PERFECT! I always feel like I am back at home whenever I order from Mis Raices.“
“My boyfriend loves red snapper so I am consistently seeking places that serve it - on the bone where possible. We just so happened to be in the area when I found it on the menu. Went once and now regularly drive an hour just to come here for the red snapper and Pollo al ajillo which is my favorite (huge garlic fan). I want to explore other items on the menu but I can't because I absolutely love that dish. The happy hour during the week is also fantastic, he drives and I indulge in mojitos, which is a huge win for me. The happy hour apps are great too! We've tried them all.“
“Really loved everything about this place. I ordered the Picadillo (photo) and it wasn't as flavorful as I'm used to, main reason for the star loss. But everything else was amazing: cocktails, churrasco steak, tostones with cilantro dip sauce, guava bread pudding, Cafe bombon!! There was also live music which was a pleasant surprise!!! And service was awesome. Will definitely be back“
“Havana Restaurant consistently delivers an outstanding experience! The customer service is exceptional, the atmosphere is always inviting, and the food is consistently delicious. It’s one of my go-to spots for lunch meetings with clients. I want to commend Manager Brandon for his exceptional leadership, and the amazing staff for their exceptional service. Don’t miss their fantastic Freestyle Thursdays event! Highly impressed with the overall excellence.“
“I dropped by this little gem after hearing about it and I’m so glad I did. I was able to get a half tray of chicharron de pollo for $65 and it was so delicious and they filled the tray to the brim. Perfect spot for Dominican take out or catering. Very easy to miss so drive slow, and they have parking!“

“Never had Chinese Peruvian food before so was very intrigued. Came on a weekday night and was surprised that the store was packed. Was able to get seated quickly and they allowed us (2 people) to sit at a 4 person table which was very nice of them. - Complimentary Bread - I don't know what they put in this bread, but I was a huge fan. The bread was so soft and hot... and with the butter, it was just perfection. I also loved the crust as it was very flaky and crisp. I could just eat this as a whole meal and be happy. - Lomo Saltado (Beef) - I was not a big fan of the fried rice on the side but this was one of the best Lomo Saltado I've had in the city. The tomatoes and onions were cooked to perfection as they were very soft and packed with flavor. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The beef was also very tender but crispy at the same time. - Chinese Style Squid Fried Rice - Not a big fan. Feel like there was a strong oily after-taste like the fried rice in the Lomo Saltado. I did appreciate how many ingredients there were, but it didn't feel very appetizing. Overall, would just recommend the bread and the Lomo Saltado if you do come here. Also, I have to say that it's refreshing to watch all the servers play around, it made me very happy to know that they all are great friends with one another.“
“The most outstanding catering that I've ever ordered. You wouldn't think to go to a steakhouse for Rigatoni Bolognese and eggplant parmigiana but MAN! 354's version was next level. Every item that I ordered for my team was a 10 out of 10. The restaurant itself has a great vibe, but I'm telling you - the catering is where it's at! Great job 354. ??????????“
“Cuz I found out this place is this to the when I started seeing this place I started buying from it since 2000 I've been buying my Cuban sandwiches my rice and beans and my assorted foods and it's great it's never changes the people are nice excellent for our neighborhood we have something good every neighborhood got his own restaurants 188 has one and I appreciate it keep on doing good work“
“My husband and I went to Zona De Cuba for our 25th wedding anniversary ❤️ Everyone was wonderful! From the door man to the restaurant worker's ❤️ We enjoyed ourselves So much! A little expensive, but when Everything is good Vibes it can't be matched! The waiter even made a surprise dessert for us? I would love to go again ❤️ #LoveZonaDeCuba ?“
“I would return tomorrow if I could. Dinner with a party of 6 people. The waitress was kind and informative. For apps we have empanadas, gauc with painting chips and croquettes. They were all delicious and fresh. I got the Havana Shrimp for dinner. The shrimp was succulent and plump. I got so full I ended up having to bring half of my dish home. It did not disappoint. It's BYOB. They mix our wine with the house sangria. It was delicious. Rebeca is truly a hidden gem and I would recommend to everyone “
“Gilbertos has been around for a long time. So no need to say that the food is very good. The service also outstanding and the ambience. Well it's a cafeteria type place with a few tables and a full counter. They are Cuban sandwich is really good and so is the ropa vieja.“
“The employees were friendly and it seemed like they have regulars seeing as they knew people's names. The food didn't take long and it was steamy which made it feel more like home cooked meal. I ordered an orange and carrots juice, and I was wondering if it was going to be freshly squeezed or concentrated and to my surprise it was freshly squeezed right in front of us, which made it even better. The empanada wasn't anything I expected which was good. It was a cheese and guayaba empanada and the saltiness and sweetness was a great combination. I would definitely come here again once I'm in the area!“
“Their Seafood Soup is at another Level! It's reasonably priced and extremely Delicious Soup! You may want to Order a Large Seafood Soup Because it's delicious ?Parking: Good LUCK finding Parking...But if you do....Hold on to it....lol“
“Right now I’m kicking myself because I cannot remember our waiters name but he was literally amazing. He gave Amazing recommendations, had amazing knowledge of the food the chef , the atmosphere is to die for just gives off Grown & Sexy . This is one of those places where the price point matches only because food atmosphere and service are all 10 out of 10. I was there celebrating my birthday and honestly I felt like a queen in a room full of people. Truly can’t wait to return.“
“It's a small but charming little Cuban Cafe and Restaurant. Seating is limited to a cozy corner with a compact sofa and chairs. The coffee is delicious and Breakfast. The rest of the menu are fried delectable Latin meats like pork, fried plantain, longaniza etc... They also have options to order large trays, which is perfect for party's.“
“We recently had a bridal shower at Kuba. The staff was amazing!! The food and drinks were delicious! Ms.Miranda made sure that we were happy and was able to work with us to accommodate our group. We are grateful but most of all the bride to be was ecstatic. Thank you Kuba for helping us make this day one to remember.“
“Best cuban pizza in NJ. I come all the way from elizabeth to come to this pizzeria, the service is always amazing and the owner treats my family and I like old friends. We have been going there since they first opened and my son Marlon loves his cuban pizza. Plenty of options on the menu and the milk shakes are amazing.“
