“I really like this Starbucks location. Its location is very convenient for me, but beyond that I always receive great service. Almost every employee I've ever come in contact with (and i have been through a lot!) Has been friendly and courteous. They greet you with a smile and are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure you have a good experience as a customer. I really appreciate that, especially before I've had my caffeine! The drinks are usually pretty consistent as well, which is a big plus.“

“This is a very good and consistent Starbucks with a great staff who handles the extremely busy location efficiently.I swear there seems to always be some extremely annoying customer there, and they handle it well.The pickup area gets kind of awkward on busy days. “Not sure about some of these awful credited reviews here. My Hot Americano was hot. It was well made. I just had to ask them to add some more hot water. Upon asking their staff Starbuck's persons nicely, they were helpful enough. i.e. Be humanly acting and you shall receive? I had to stay after them for simpler requests for the side half and half cream, the side plastic glass of ice water, etc... The Starbucks doesn't allow them to put it out like they had used to in order to save costs. They did finally accommodate. I'd return though.“

The store and drive-thru can get pretty busy, but they usually manage it very well. My food and drinks are always made correctly and are delicious. “This Starbucks is located inside of Riverside Hospital in their Silver area. It's close to the ER. They offer the standard faire that you find at any other Starbucks locations. Staff were friendly, helpful and quick. Drinks were the same great quality coffee's. I tried their frozen Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade. Quite tasty. Great place to grab some coffee or a quick snack to go.“

“You generally know what to expect from Starbucks but this location is my go to. They're relatively quick, make my drinks well and I almost always have a pleasant interaction with whoever is at the drive thru window. Can't ask for much else!“
“Although I usually have another go-to grocery store, sometimes I stop by this location for a few things. For a Giant Eagle, it's not bad! The parking lot is huge but can fill up during the popular times. The one perk of having such a large store is that most areas aren't crowded even if there are a lot of people shopping. There is a really nice liquor store and a wine/beer section. There are quite a few different varieties and it's located on the left hand side so if you're just getting the booze you don't even have to go through the store! Win! There is also a "bar" and some TV's so you can stop by for a drink if that's your thing. There is a large salad bar and they have hot food as well. This store also has some specialty areas: the deli and cheese sections and robust and lots of various prepared foods or those boxes where they give you all the ingredients to make your own meal, all in one box! The meat and seafood section is large and they have some impressive offering. The bakery is huge (btw, GE cake and frosting are delicious!!!) The personal care and pharmacy section is all the way on the right. As a Cleveland girl I have always disliked Giant Eagle ( it's the only comprehensive mid price grocery in the Cleveland area) but this location is softening me up a bit. The cashiers and staff are pretty friendly. Plus the gas station is on the side of the parking lot. All the chores, done!“
“It's not very often that I interact with the employees because I typically order mobile. However my Venti Iced Americano is always bold and cold just like I like it. It's also a bit more convenient than the other locations despite only on street parking. Always remember to use the revolving door!“
“Stopped in for a coffee on a rough afternoon and walked out in a brighter mood and the best drink I’ve ever had! Employee Tay was filling in for a call off so she didn’t know how to make my drink and asked if she could try. I didn’t have high expectations since by day was going so badly, but she exceeded and beyond! Not only did she make the best tasting drink ever, but she also cheered me up! She deserves a raise and a strong pat on the back! I’ll definitely be going back and telling everyone to visit. I just wish I had the recipe for the drink for my future visits, lol!“

“I’m from Canada and was in Columbus for a vacation this weekend. Pink Drink is my go-to-drink so I’ve had a fair share of it across Canada. At this location, the barista with short hair and blond highlights makes the most delicious, tastiest version of the Pink Drink I’ve ever had. Also so quick. “I came here once with my ex-brother-in-law to pick up ingredients for a moscow mule. They have lime juice - not limes, but they have a huge stock of boozin' and brews, so... bravo. The extra star? “I noticed the cutest cake pops in the glass case when walking past the Starbucks. There was no line either. So I stopped to pick up a couple of goodies: a chocolate chip cookie, a brownie, and the fox cake pop that initially caught my eye! The staff person was friendly and helpful and got everything bagged up for me. The treats were tasty and much enjoyed. It looks like there is a seating area available on-site too.“
“A secure access location--meaning you have to have a JPMC badge or be badged in by security to be able to pickup your coffee from here. If you do have a JPMC badge or work in the building you are in luck! This is one of the most friendly and clean Starbucks there is. The baristas are all wonderfully patient, kind, and helpful. “This Starbucks is located inside a Krogers I lived across the street from on High Street from 1978 -1983. My Krogers as been torn down and replaced with a beautiful Mega Krogers. Starbucks dud not exist in 1978.I've been living in San Francisco since 1985 and Columbus and High St. are nearly unrecognizable to me. “I go to a lot of Starbucks in Krogers. But this time i had one of the best experiences, the barista was the sweetest. She was kind, really friendly, and very efficient. She heard me talking to my sister about her not needing a lot of sugar because we were going to be stuck in the car for awhile. The barista asked why, and i told her we were traveling, and on the way out she wished us a good day and safe travels. It was the best.“
“I don't mind this Starbucks. I come here often and the employees are always very friendly. However I will say that for some reason the standards here just aren't as high as some of the other locations. Yesterday I went and there was a decently long line. There were only two employees working and one decided she needed a break and left the other to take orders and make all the drinks. It's also just not as clean and up kept as other locations. I will continue to go back though because I love Starbucks, it's in a great location and employees are very nice. This location just has some room for improvement.“

“This is my favorite Starbucks in Columbus. It’s in Clintonville and is less than 10 minutes from where I live, and I still prefer it even though the campus Starbucks are 2 minutes away. Service is always great, can’t remember the last time (if ever) I had a bad experience here! As far as starbucks go, this one is top notch. Not only because of the service and the drive-through, but it’s also a neat place to study. I’m sorry to see that others haven’t had the same experience, but you should check it out for yourself. “I can honestly say this location is my favorite. I've been here multiple times at various different times of day and have always had amazing service and my coffee always taste great. It is also a very clean kept establishment as far as I can see which is always a plus!“
“I visit this location often because it is close to my job. It is located inside the Kroger on Georgesville. The staff are friendly and they are always keeping things cleaned as much as possible. I always order a pink drink. The only complaint I have is that they are often out of freeze-dried strawberries or Venti cups. However, they will sub anything you ask and it will still be yummy! I have never had to wait more than a few minutes. I often choose this location over the one down the street because they are much busier and I've been in those lines for more than 15 minutes sometimes. Overall, I'll continue to come 3-4 times/week. Love it.“
