“This small store makes the best coffee out of all the Tim Hortons in Milton, you always get what you ask for, the service at times could be better, but I have never had a bad experience here. Very convenient location as well, I always grab a coffee before going grocery shopping next door.“
“The store has been totally renovated recently, and looks fantastic. The bathrooms were very clean. The store stuff looked very clean. The only small issue I had was there was only one other person in the restaurant, and I had to find a table that wasn’t wiped clean. Most of the tables in the restaurant had not been wiped after use. But the floors looked good. The walls looks good. The counter they were serving on. Looks good. I would say this is a pretty decent restaurant.Parking: There is another restaurant in the plaza and the gas station, and a few businesses right beside the Tim Hortons so parking is limited when it’s a busy time of day. Also, getting through the drive-through is fairly easy when it’s not too busy but when it’s busy, the parking lot can be a bit of a pain.“

“I have been using this tim horton location (Derry and Ontario at Esso) for a while now and I must say I am extremely happy with the customer service ? I used to go to the other location down Derry by McDonald's.but they have the worst customer service and they talk to you like you're bothering them. They dont care and very long wait times. Never even had one good experience there. BUT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!! they have amazing customer service and now me and my family only go there.I drink a lot of coffee and go there 2-3 times a day. Every morning for my regular coffee and every evening for my French vanilla coffee. I know they recognize my voice my red suv and my face ? and in the evenings when I go they know exactly how I like my French vanilla/half coffee with 2 milk lol ? thank you Laila , the younger gentleman (I didn't get his name but will update) and the morning team that I see every day ? “Come here for coffee almost daily. Always fast and fresh. Drive through is always very fast and efficient. They have a very nice outdoor patio that is attached to Wendy’s that you can eat at. “I always go through the drive thru whenever I am passing through. Always get my order correct and even when it seems like the line of cars is very long, it seems to move quickly. Only constructive criticism is they need to smile more, it’s a service industry so that will make customers feel like you care.“
“Terrible. Order coffee for me and my pregnant wife for the last 4 mornings straight. Same order each time. Last time they forgot my wife's iced coffee. Called to ask them to send it out and they refused to send it. Ultimately, Tim Hortons PACKAGED it incorrectly. Their fault. Manager hung up on my wife. Not impressed.UPDATED: Upgraded from one to four star. Owner was willing to go out of his/her way to bring us our coffee. Not needed as we already ordered from another Tim Hortons. All the same, I was glad to hear anything other than "nothing we can do". So I modified the review and thanks to the owner.“
“This place is amazing! Fresh food and friendly service every single time.I left my wallet with all the ID and credit cards on the table there on January 30th and haven't noticed it until late evening of January 31st.They found it and kept it until I returned the next day and picked it up. “Mehul, Touheed, Sukhpreet, Shivani, Abdul & their whole other staff is quite hospitable. They possess great work ethic, cooperative/polite attitude & friendly manners/ etiquette. This is my only/always go to Tim Hortons location around Milton. Unlike other locations around Milton, the customer satisfaction & quality of beverages ☕ is so subtle, taste less & lacking. This location is super busy as they prioritize their customer concerns over everything. They offer easy replacements & returns to assure customer satisfaction. It's quite rare that the quality or taste of their food/beverages is off, but I'd say 95% its full of flavor, delicious & warm. Other locations around Milton, really need to get learn & retrain staff. Theres always huge line ups around front cash, drive throughs & inside. But thats understandable, its a busy location. Only wish may be there can be better management for customers. Some school kids like to make a mess around tables & washrooms. May be the cleaning staff here needs to be more vigilant. I addressed this to the Manager, shes a very calm, compassionate & polite lady. She apologized & assured we'll try our best to keep the place clean & organized for everyone. Keep up ur good work guys!“

“This has been my go-to drive through Tim’s for about 4-5 years now. They are very fast in the morning which I appreciate while going to work. However, anytime I tried to redeem my points through the reward app they say it doesn’t let me, although it works at other locations. They were pretty blunt about it and wouldn’t explain why.“
