Our server was Zoran and he gave us maximum level attention and care. Our food, I ordered wings and fries and my friend ordered chicken sandwich and fries, was hot and delicious. Our desserts were delightful. Thank you very much, Zoran for your excellent service and thanks to the chefs for the great Swiss Chalet food. It was a perfect dining experience and we are both so grateful.”

“We truly enjoyed a leisurely lunch today at Kelsey's Richmond Hill. We need to give a lot of the credit and thanks to our server, Sarah, who was always there when we needed her. She provided us with some excellent suggestions for food and drinks as well as impeccable service coming from a warm and friendly person. While my wife was thoroughly enjoying a cup of tea and a hearty soup with salad and a sandwich, I was just beside myself with every bite of the mushroom melt burger. The burger and fries were prepared and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend that you try this burger, especially if you love mushrooms. Treat yourself. I was also introduced to a delicious refreshing beer called Muskoka Pineapple Ninja. I've never seen it before and it appears that if I can't find anywhere else I'll have to go back. All in all, this was a perfect afternoon. Also, we have promised ourselves that we are going to do this again next week.”

“Nak Won has been a longstanding restaurant in the Richmond Hill area, conveniently located near Hillcrest Mall. I've been coming here more frequently lately because it's quickly become one of my go-to spots. Over the past few months, I've visited at least five times.
The service has consistently been friendly and efficient. The staff are also incredibly thoughtful (they've even offered to take family photos for us after noticing we were trying to squeeze everyone into a selfie). I also appreciate their online ordering system, which makes dining much more convenient. You can easily request small things like napkins or water/tea without having to flag someone down.
Every dish I've tried so far has been delicious, and I'd happily order any of them again. The portions are also quite generous, making most dishes perfect for sharing.

It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely seems to enjoy what they do, but Loveneer clearly takes pride in his work.
He was incredibly patient, attentive, and made sure my order was exactly right. Even during what seemed like a busy time, he handled everything smoothly and professionally without ever losing his friendly demeanor. His customer service skills truly stand out — he made me feel valued and welcomed.
On top of that, the food was prepared quickly and perfectly, which just added to the overall great experience. Employees like Loveneer are the reason people come back again and again.

The employees are great, always friendly and kind and they never skimp on the extras. I go relatively often and they remember my order even over the drive-through speaker; I once overheard one of the girls correcting the new girl over the mic- ‘No no, trust me, it’s Beef not Bean, he’s here all the time-‘ and got to watch her have her triumph in the back of being right, it was adorable.
The next nearest Taco Bell is down at Yonge & Steeles and their tortillas always taste stale, and considering these are the guys NASA goes to for their super long lasting tortillas for space missions (it’s true, look it up!) you KNOW those things been sitting in back a while. Not with this location, everything’s always fresh.”

We had the lobster combo dinner and it was well prepared like the other dishes. Not overly salty. We were worried when a banquet is happening, which there was several happening on that day, food is mass produced with less care but this was not the case. The combo dinners are excellent value, combined with good service and well cooked...Our family all agree this restaurant will be on repeat visits and highly considered if we are planning any banquets too.”

My honest opinions:
- The green tea drink was super refreshing! The mint worked super well with the jamsin tea flavour.
- The calamari was soft but slightly overcooked. The coating was very like and flaky, and paired well the 2 sauces it came with!
- The duck was super tender! You don't even need a knife to cut it. The confithad a great thick consistency that pair well with the bread and duck.
- The pasta was a great aldente and very saucy pasta dish! I do wish it came with more than a few seafood pieces though.
- The dishes were quite small for the price and wished they were a bit more filling.
- Told them it was my birthday and they decorated the Basque cheesecake and even put a little candle on it for me! It was very Instagram worthy!”

“We were looking for restaurants that we haven’t been and found this one after some googling. AI didn’t disappoint us. The cuisine is szechuan style and It is really good. We didn’t go spicy but all dishes are still very flavourful and tasty. The decor is unique and tables are nicely spaced out so you don’t feel cramped at all. Servers are friendly and attentive. They even packed our leftovers which you don’t see often in a Chinese restaurant. One matter to remember: they only accept Canadian debit card and cash. We will definitely go back and highly recommend.”

“Absolutely delicious sweet and savory treats. I have so many food allergies but I can safely eat the food from this bakery. i appreciate the plant based options too. I love the oat fudge bars, vanilla cakes/cupcakes, chocolate cakes/cupcakes, custom cakes, both types of quiche, the scones, brownies, spiced chocolate bar, lattes, drip coffee, cookies...geeze I guess I go there a lot. I haven't even tried everything in the bakery yet. It is a wonderful for breakfast, midday treat and dessert after dinner. I stock up on Sunday to have enough to last me until Thursday morning when the bakery reopens for the week. I am having a very hard time sticking to just one item a day. It is great for school lunch treats because it is a nut free bakery. This is important for school staff and students.”

The shrimp cake was worth the price. The Thai fried rice was so fragrant. The sauce for the boneless deep fried chicken was spot on.
This is the only place after tasting some dishes, we ordered more! Highly recommended!”

“Really nice specialty coffee shop in Markham. They have a great selection of specialty coffee beans from different roasters, along with plenty of coffee accessories and brewing gear to check out. The coffee itself was very good as well.
The space is clean and well kept, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely a good place to stop if you’re into specialty coffee or looking to pick up some new beans for home.”

“The first time I went, they weren’t busy. Now they’re very popular. Back then, they weren’t very welcoming if you didn’t speak the language.
One thing they consistently do well is the food🤭it has tasted great every time I’ve visited. However, recently the prices have gone up a lot. At these prices, you could have a decent BBQ meal, while this place is really more of a snack restaurant.
If you’re wondering what to order, I’d recommend the noodles and some of the side dishes.
The customer service has improved compared to before. The staff are now fast and professional. Wait time is long. Sometime they didn’t have table so I left.”

We were 3 and we ordered one Casserole rice and a hotpot. The casserole rice is very good and crunchy. A must try at this place. For the hot pot we ordered the herbal chicken soup base that was very very good. The rest of the hot pot ingredients were also fresh and tasty.
Overall we enjoyed the experience and the food quality was excellent!”
