Our server was Zoran and he gave us maximum level attention and care. Our food, I ordered wings and fries and my friend ordered chicken sandwich and fries, was hot and delicious. Our desserts were delightful. Thank you very much, Zoran for your excellent service and thanks to the chefs for the great Swiss Chalet food. It was a perfect dining experience and we are both so grateful.”

We got the rabokki and it was delicious! When ordering, we can choose the spiciness level: no spicy, less spicy, or more spicy. I was confused about how spicy is more spicy so went with the less spicy choice, but if you want the standard spiciness of rabokki in Korea, then go for the more spicy. Absolutely love the side dishes they give too! The kimchi is amazing!!

She provided us with some excellent suggestions for food and drinks as well as impeccable service coming from a warm and friendly person. While my wife was thoroughly enjoying a cup of tea and a hearty soup with salad and a sandwich, I was just beside myself with every bite of the mushroom melt burger. The burger and fries were prepared and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend that you try this burger, especially if you love mushrooms. Treat yourself. I was also introduced to a delicious refreshing beer called Muskoka Pineapple Ninja. I've never seen it before and it appears that if I can't find anywhere else I'll have to go back. All in all, this was a perfect afternoon. Also, we have promised ourselves that we are going to do this again next week.”

“I found the place to be very chilly...as in you definitely need a sweater. Went there for roughly 7:30 - 8 pm on a Wednesday. I was surprised that the first thing we were told is that they are out of rice and vermicelli. The only thing we could choose from was appetizers and soups. Other than that the food was good, portions were a good size. I did appreciate that the broth was not overly salty which allowed me to add as I needed and other sauces were not overwhelmed. Seats comfortably held our party so there was plenty of room to eat and for the meals ordered.”

Normally I don't take just anyones suggestion for new (to me) food places to check out, but I trusted this person, and am so glad that I did, as I discovered not only some of the very best (and unique) chicken wings I've had in the entire city/GTA, but everything else we ordered was so incredibly flavour-packed and fresh- an instant favourite and new go-to, even if it's a little bit out of our way; definitely worth the trek. The things feature a completely unique and new-to-me flavour, but I loved them so incredibly much. The fine rice vermicelli with grilled beef, chicken, and pork, was INCREDIBLE, each bite so packed with flavour and varying textures- I love the inclusion of thin apple slices, I've not yet seen that. Absolutely delicious. And the pho, incredible as well, as was the mango shake. The place is very clean and cozy, nicely decorated, and staff very friendly and attentive. Wow, so happy to have discovered this absolute gem of a spot- cannot wait for my next visit, so many things I want to try on the menu still- I'm going to bring many people here; it deserves to blow up in popularity!”

She explained the process and she answered any questions I had about the baking. She was knowledgeable with the science and why we do things a certain way when it comes to baking. As someone with an interest in baking, this was really helpful and productive for my own future baking adventures!
The cake turned out great. The chiffon cake itself without the whipped cream and fruits was so soft! I loved how we had creative freedom to decorate the top of the cake on our own near the end. I would highly recommend this as a date activity or with a friend :)”

A huge shoutout as well to our amazing DJ Shahram, who set the tone for the entire celebration. He kicked off the evening beautifully with the Aghd Ariaee (Persian engagement ceremony), and from there, kept the dance floor alive all night with incredible energy. The atmosphere was filled with joy, excitement, and nonstop fun!

I agree that there really shouldn't be pineapple in Portuguese chicken, but I can't confirm whether it tasted bad or not; I guess if you love pineapple you might enjoy it. They also give a starter soup, and we were given the corn soup, and that was super yummy. Overall it was an average experience for an HK cafe, and depending on what you get it can be a hit or miss.”
