“The pho and steak bites were amazing! It was a great experience and super friendly!”
“Great Pizza, friendly staff, and clean restaurant. My kids love Asian food so this Asian fusion pizza joint was a must try while we were in the area and it did not disappoint. We would highly recommend it.”
“Couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate! Our only complaint is that we can’t bring Koya back home with us. This place is so cozy and when you walk in you feel like you are part of the family. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Every single roll that came out was prettier than the next. We could have ate the entire menu and I don’t think there would have been one roll we would have been disappointed with. We got 12 rolls and I couldn’t take the pictures fast enough because the sushi was too fresh and begged to be eaten. Thank you Koya for making a special day even better. When in Beaverton do yourself a favor and support this humble but mighty establishment!”

“In my opinion, the freshest tasting sushi in the area. I love their sushimi combination meals. The restaurant is pretty small, but usually not a problem getting a table or spot at the bar.”
“Food was excellent and very fresh. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Service was okay — not bad, but there’s definitely room for improvement. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and would come back for the food!”
“I am not vegan nor was anyone else in our group of 9 and we all enjoyed our dishes. The chicken sandwich and loaded fries were delicious. Others in our group tried the chicken wings and fried cauliflower and gave them a thumbs up. There is a great cocktail selection that is unique and includes a variety of specialty items. My selection, the La Luz was light and refreshing! If you are hesitant to try vegan food, I would highly suggest going outside of your comfort zone and visit this place!”

“Our server Peyton at the Cedar Hills shop was absolutely the best! She was informative about all the new seasonal flavors and delivered the description of each flavor with the confidence and professionalism of a server at an upscale restaurant. She definitely represented the uniqueness of Salt and Straw, we are already planning to visit other locations.”
“This is one of our favorite bakeries! Everything is always fresh, and there’s such a great variety to choose from. Whether we’re picking up bread, pastries, or treats, we’ve always had a great experience. The quality is consistently excellent, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. It’s a place we keep coming back to, and we highly recommend it!”
“Expect to be here for roughly 1.5 hrs but well worth it! We show up right when they open; get seated, order and food hits the table 50 minutes later. Food is very well done and worth the wait otherwise we wouldn’t keep coming back. My family has been going here for several years. If you are impatient; this place is not for you!”
“very professional when dealing with clout chasing rage baiters.”
“This was our first time here and certainly won't be the last. The ambiance, service and cuisine made for a marvelous evening. We enjoyed decadent salads (Swiss Chef and Beets with gorgonzola) The dessert was divine, and like our salads, the portions were generous and the quality of ingredients were excellent. We feasted on a double berry tart a la mode. its presentation was photo worthy. All food had an artistic presentation. We were so impressed 👏”

“First time in, no idea what to order. Stacy was our server and helped me pick something. It was delicious. Oregon Deluxe with chicken. Service was excellent. Warm and welcoming. We also had service provided by Marcel. Very polite and attentive. Definitely going back. If you've never had the ramen experience, this is the place to go. I was taken by a seasoned ramen enthusiast. He loves it so much, he's eating there again tonight!”
“Appreciate the ability to reserve a table...especially on a nice day. Salad was fresh and enjoyed the whole green olives. Several fun board options but with they came with fresh fruit. The best thing we ate was the melted birdie and honey app. So delicious. Tuxedo cake was a little fudgy but still good. Red wines were solid with thw standout being the Maeli 2021.”
“Had Camila’s for the first time today and I tried the Carne Asada burrito and a Al Pastor taco. They were both very good. The asada burrito had a very good amount of meat and was seasoned well. The Al Pastor is the best I’ve had around the Hillsboro/Beaverton/Aloha area! The owners working the truck were very friendly and you could tell they liked what they were doing. Highly recommend!”
“Nice interior, good wine. Didn’t try food this first time, and sat at the bar for a glass of wine. Observed that most of staff looked unenthusiastic and very few smiling—including the manager who was dressed like a lumberjack. (A bit weird for what is being touted as a “French restaurant.”). We’ll try dinner next time and hope for the best.”
“Dropped in to have some lunch and I was not disappointed. I had the Ricky Ricotta Detroit style Pizza which was delicious. Every weekday a specific flavor is on sale for lunch if you want to try it sometime with a little less investment.
They have free Wi-Fi, the bathrooms are clean, and the vibe is casual and fun.”
“Staged a good-sized wine dinner in the private room (34 people). Fantastic food & service, even with a full restaurant on a busy Sunday night. Michael and his team do a wonderful job- all the dishes were beautiful, inventive, and delicious. Don't sleep on the "Olive Oil Cake" for dessert- your taste-buds and waistband will thank you.”
“I went to try it out for the first time and it was so good! Great customer service, the chicken was perfectly cooked, seasoned, and wasn't bitter on the char. All the salsas were super tasty as well as the rice and beans! my family and I loved the food and definitely will be going back!”
“We stopped by Sambi and honestly had some of the best Japanese food we’ve had in the PNW.
We ordered the Karaage Omu Curry, Smoked Salmon Roll, Negihama Roll, and Seared Salmon Nigiri. The curry really reminded us of the kind of comfort food you’d get at a restaurant in Japan. The karaage was super flavorful, nicely marinated, crispy on the outside, and incredibly juicy and tender inside.
The salmon was outstanding and about as fresh as it gets. The seared salmon nigiri practically melted in your mouth, and the smoked salmon roll was excellent. The Negihama Roll was rolled perfectly with a great balance of fish and rice, which is harder to find than you’d think.
Service was friendly and quick, and everyone made us feel welcome. We’re really glad we found this place and it’ll definitely be one of our go-to spots whenever we’re in the area.”
“Delicious hummus, naan and lamb. Wonderful cocktails. Friendly and helpful staff.”
24 Hour Restaurants
“I just want to say thank you to the staff for wishing me a happy birthday when my husband and I came in to have a drink yesterday evening.”
“I didn't know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. The spicy sausage with penne was delicious; sauce was nicely balanced and had clearly been well simmered. Noodles were a little more cooked than al dente, but not mushy. Service was prompt and friendly. Not sure what else to ask for. For quick counter serve pasta, this place rocks.”
“La Provence in Beaverton is our favorite location in this excellent chain, and we always enjoy their wonderful food when we are visiting the area. Their bakery has suppled us with many welcomed hostess or celebration gifts (oh, those macarons!) over the years. The staff is excellent as well (hi, Cory, thanks again!). Highly recommended.”
Takeout Restaurants
“Take out window to pick up an order made 10-15 minutes earlier by phone/online app is quite nice. Food was hot and fresh and very sizable for the price (which is a bit higher, but what isn't these days). Big and juicy chicken strips, heat has some kick. Fries are crinkle and lightly seasoned too and after 15 minute drive home, still crispy and fresh - little sog.”
“Joy Poke is one of my favorite places to eat. The ingredients are consistently fresh and high quality, and I appreciate how clean and well-maintained everything is. There are so many choices, so it’s easy to create a bowl that suits your taste. The poke bowls are fantastic, and the Spam musubi is surprisingly delicious! The staff are always kind and attentive, which keeps me coming back. Highly recommended!”

“I visited Crumbl Cookie at Progress Ridge, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The store was bright, clean, and welcoming, with the aroma of freshly baked cookies filling the air.
I tried several flavors, but the standout for me was the Oatmeal Raisin 😛—perfectly chewy with the right balance of sweetness and spice. The cookies were fresh, warm, and generously sized, making them feel like a special treat.
The staff was friendly and efficient, and my order was ready quickly. Overall, I would rate my experience a 5/5. I highly recommend visiting this location, especially if you’re craving a warm, comforting cookie!”
“I was looking for a new coffee from a local place and I stumbled upon thortons. Great little place with a walk up window. I purchased a couple bags of beans and took home to try. This is one of the most amazing roasts I've tried. it's definitely in my rotation now.”
“Great food ! Cozy and cute atmosphere!!
I had excellent Enchiladas de Mole along with a very good Cadillac Margarita and finished with excellent freshly made churros for dessert! Also the chips, salsa and guacamole are very good. Chips come out warm after they make them to order with fresh salsa. They have different salsas on request. I will definitely be back!! I forgot to mention the service was prompt and friendly!”
“My partner and I are vegan and we let the owner of this food cart know this, and he completed curated our experience. Their food is incredible, big servings, and the owner suggested multiple sides to add to our meal. I love mango lassi but it’s not vegan, and owner found a way to make it vegan for me. 10/10, incredible staff and very vegan friendly. Worth the drive out of PDX!”
“Ordered the Pork Jjajang myun (best in Portland so far that I’ve tasted) and Seafood Jjambong although a bit spicy. Don’t let the restaurant name and exterior fool you. It’s authentic!”
“Nice interior, good wine. Didn’t try food this first time, and sat at the bar for a glass of wine. “My husband and I tried this spot for the 1st time tonight and were highly impressed. The staff were both amazing, service was EXCELLENT, and the food was probably the best I’ve had since moving to Oregon 2 years ago. And the place was super cute and clean. Thank you so much! We will definitely be adding this to our rotation.”
“Exceptionally delicious, a true gem, and with chef/owners who are even nicer. Their classic Mexican fare is both familiar and surprising, full of special touches and a signature attention to detail that makes each and every dish shine. For just one example, the chicken enchiladas plate is prepared bone-in – two massive drumsticks star on a plate where nothing plays backup. The meat is succulent, full of flavor, and fall-off-the-bone tender. Served with potatoes, avocado, fresh and pickled veg... It’s fantastic, balanced, and craveable. The birria in any incarnation is also super solid. We come back so often, we will eventually make it through the whole menu. But we’re stuck on our favorites, so it will take us a very long time before we reach the end. DO NOT SLEEP ON THEIR INSANELY GOOD SEASONAL CHAMPURRADO.”
“I didn't know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. The spicy sausage with penne was delicious; sauce was nicely balanced and had clearly been well simmered. “Visited this great new addition to our neighborhood in SW Portland. Have tried the Taco Supreme, Quesadilla, and Cochinita Tacos and look forward to working my way through the other items on the menu. The Cochinita dishes showcase wonderful delicious shredded pork as the protein. The Horchata was also extremely well made and one of the best I've had in Portland. Mama Chio Rocks!”
“Found a gem! The Korean food here is top-tier and the place was absolutely hopping. The bibimbap was awesome, the pancake was easily the best I've had, and the beer was ice cold. Highly recommend!”
“OMG This place is da bomb! My wife, MIL and I ate there for the first time recently. At first I was a little concerned because my MIL wanted to order traditional Korean BBQ (which isn't what this place is about). However, after ordering and tasting the Nagasaki JJamppong, the Fried chicken (we got half soy, and half spicy), the kimchee fried rice and the Rose TTeokbokki, (plus the cucumber pickles) we were all blown away by how delicious everything was! The only possible downside is that I wish there were more tables. But then again if it was much larger maybe the chef wouldn't be able to spend as much time on each order so maybe it is perfect the way it is. I almost don't want to write this review because then I might have to wait longer the next time I go, but a great restaurant deserves to be acknowledged for what it is!”
Cheap Eats
“I had Momo for the first time ever just a few weeks ago at the Hillsboro farmers market. They were absolutely delightful and the spicy sauce had good flavor and the perfect amount of heat. We were fortunate to catch them again this part weekend at the Diwali event and they were every bit as tasty. Highly recommend and we will definitely be having these again!”
“I was so happy to find authentic Korean food here in the U.S.—hidden on the second floor of Gmart. This is seriously one of those local-only spots you’d never know about unless someone told you.
Today I ordered kimchi jjigae, and we also got spicy tteokbokki and bulgogi jeongol to share. We were very satisfied with everything, including all the side dishes.”
“We went here for dinner. My daughter had lasagna and I had another homemade pasta dish (a dumpling with salmon inside). Both were very delicious! Highly recommend!!”
“If you're looking for a place where the food is matched only by the warmth of the people serving it, Pataka is a must-visit. The hospitality made us feel like honored guests from the moment we walked in. Every recommendation was spot on—the Chicken 65 was perfectly crisp with bold flavors, the Corn Masala was rich, buttery, and incredibly addictive, and the Hyderabadi Dum Biryani was fragrant, authentic, and packed with layers of flavor. It's rare to find a restaurant that delivers both exceptional service and unforgettable food, but Pataka truly does. We'll definitely be back!”

“Very good food! They brought free champagne and an ice cream sundae for my daughter’s birthday. Nice atmosphere! Great service!”

Michael and his team do a wonderful job- all the dishes were beautiful, inventive, and delicious. Don't sleep on the "Olive Oil Cake" for dessert- your taste-buds and waistband will thank you.”
“Wow! So good. Was very excited to try this place. They popped up on my Instagram and wished I had heard about them sooner. The lady that was helping us was super kind and gave great recommendations . They also have local honey ! Can’t wait to go back.”
“Absolutely loved this place! The homemade tortillas were incredible, and I was so happy to see delicious vegan options on the menu. My mocktail was amazing, and they have so many fun drink choices for everyone. Service was also elite!
Highly recommend stopping by!”
“Wonderful neighborhood bar. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Amazing assortment of drinks. Atmosphere is fantastic. Food is great. Highly recommended.”
“Drove by today and decided to do something different for our usual take out and movie Fridays. I am SO glad we did. The menu had so many things that sounded amazing, my husband and I spent 30 minutes trying to decide what to try first. We ended up ordering: MIANG KHAM PAD KHE MAO YUM NUA MEKHONG CUBA LIBRE EVERYTHING was authentic, fresh and flavorful and the staff even called me during their rush to ensure that we had all of our items. As someone who is a business in the industry, that was next level service.”
“This is one of the more consistent McMenamins in the area. Typically, you can see the same servers and bartenders, no crazy turnover that leads to poor or inconstant service. It is no fancy steak house, but the food is always good, and seems to be close if not better than how you had it before. The drinks are good, they always have some fun festive drink. The burgers are always great.
Perfect spot for when you want some pub food, catch up with old friends, or don't want to cook. They are decently fast when compared to other locations, no crazy wait for seating or sitting at the table before being able to order even during the afternoon dinner rush.”
“My friend took me here, because he said it’s the real deal. When I walked in, the environment was extremely welcoming and warm. I’ve been not eating meat for a long time, but the hot stone bibim box looked so good I gave in and ordered it. It came out extremely fast right after all the side dishes. It was steaming hot and to die for.”
“Found a gem for authentic Korean food! 🇰🇷 The cold noodles were incredible—perfectly al dente with a delicious, subtly spicy broth. The blood sausage appetizer was super tasty and came in a very generous portion. Bonus points for the great over-table ventilation setups for Korean BBQ! Service can be a little stretched during rush hours, but it feels like a family-run spot that I 100% support.”
“Jen is absolutely fantastic! We got our wedding cake from here & through every step of the process she was responsive and helpful. Her cakes are absolutely delicious (the best I’ve had in my entire life) and she brought the vision of our wedding cake to life beautifully. Her flavors are rich, the cake is moist, and her frosting balances out everything so well. We had the hardest time deciding on our wedding cake flavor because every sample she provided us was THAT good!! You cannot go wrong with Jen for any of your baked good needs. Whenever we need a cake in the future, Jen will be our first call. Thank you so much, Jen. Owen and I are so grateful we worked with you for such a special day.”
“Love this restaurant. You select your choice of meats, produce, bases and seasonings. Then take your bowls to the giant flat grill and watch and wait while the grillers cook your meal. From there, you can select toppings and sauces. The result is delicious. If you bring your appetite, fix yourself another serving.”
“Was told about this “secret” restaurant with little signage, weird hours, that you had to get there before opening to secure a seat. Excited to try, we got there 15 min prior to opening and indeed, 7-10 before opening, we saw someone going in so we opened the door and they were seating people. By opening time they were nearly full. Our excitement was seemingly validated by the opening rush.
Atmosphere was clean, staff were friendly. The menu looked delicious. The food however, hmm. We got their signature ramen, which is $18.50. It was ok. The broth wasn’t as rich as other ramens I’ve had in the area but had some unique flavors. The cubed pork belly in the soup was tender but slightly bland. The sliced chashu was ok but only 1-2 pieces in each bowl. There were limited veggies in the soup too, I prefer more. Didn’t like the fine angel-hair noodles, I prefer a thicker noodles at other places. Overall the ramen at FuddoYama or Lucky Cat is a lot better. Even Ramen Ryoma inside Uwajimaya was better, despite them not even having tonkatsu.
We also got some sides. A small bowl of rice was $5. Edamame was $8 which is pricey, but when it arrived, it was the smallest edamame serving I’ve ever seen. There was literally a child’s size handful only. $8 felt like robbery. The other sides, fried tofu and karrage chicken were delicious, but also priced at nearly an entree but the portion size was on the smaller size. Spent over $90 for two adults and a young child who only ate a couple sides and didn’t leave full. Something is wrong with that picture.
Overall, was meh. Probably won’t return. Overhyped and overpriced. I’m all for hidden gems but I don’t understand the buzz about this place. I eat ramen 1-2 times a week and have tried I think every place that serves ramen on the west side. The best tasting ramen and best value in town is Lucky Cat ramen full stop. And it’s only $12.
All you other restaurants need to step up your game.”
“Awesome food great service. Whenever we make it down here this is a must to go to eat”
“again and again looove eating here. Thanking our server MARGORIE for an excellent service 😍😍😍”
“Listen, this is the best place to eat on the planet. My boyfriend showed me this location a few months ago and mentioned that he actually went to Chang’s when it first opened back in 89’ in downtown Portland and has followed it around since. My exact thoughts were, “where have you been my entire life?” We try to eat here at least once a week (sometimes twice) and I honestly can’t get enough (although I can barely go back for seconds most of the time)! You guys rock! EXCELLENT SERVICE! EXCELLENT FOOD! There’s not a single thing negative about this place, PERIOD. 💖💖💖”
“We came during lunch time, the service was exceptional from greeting til we left. Everyone there was friendly, I appreciated the service. The Alfredo chicken was a little on the heavy side, but hey it’s pasta. Overall breadsticks and salad were good. Service was especially great! Can’t forget the frozen drinks were delicious!”
“Fantastic food. EVERYTHING is great including the service. The Thai iced tea is amazing”
“My local. Calm, warm, extraordinary beer (sit down and take home), indoor and outdoor options, cool locale near an office park. Some scheduled food trucks & bring your own makes it even more homey!”
“Always the best sushi, miso, and my kiddos love the bento box, comes with a cute orange cut into a panda face! Staff and owners are very friendly too 🍣”
“Love this place! Excellent food and great prices — there’s a reason they have been in business here for decades! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“Great place!!! Will definitely be visiting again. The food was amazing and service was great.”
“We went to Hillside Pub last Sunday night and once again, they did not disappoint. Gail was our server and honestly she's the best! On top of everything all night, drinks were perfect, food came out fast and tasted great. Never had to chase anyone down for anything.
We had Gail on Easter too and she was just as impressive. It's just that kind of place, relaxed vibe, good food, good drinks, and staff that actually cares.
Solid 5 stars. We'll be back for sure!”
“Took my kids to Marvelous Subs and Sandwiches for lunch and we were so impressed! The menu has something for everyone — including all-day breakfast (a huge win in our house). The breakfast sandwiches are fantastic, the kids grilled cheese was a hit, and my Garden Delight was fresh, flavorful, and generously sized. The rolls are delicious, portions are great, and the service was friendly and fast. We also loved the outdoor seating with firepits — perfect for a chilly day. Such a great local spot for families. We’ll definitely be back!”
“This is the second time we have gone to Kigaru and we love it! The Ramen is fantastic and the broth has great flavor. Sushi was outstanding and very fresh. Definitely would recommend the restaurant and you can get take out too”
“The staff here is top notch. Jamie went out of her way to make sure we had a great experience even though I made a mistake with our reservation on a very busy night. Our server, Noah, was also excellent. Thank you very much to the hosts and rest of the team as well. The food and drinks here are always delicious. We look forward to our next visit!”
“Thank you for catering our Washinton County Bilingual Early Educator Training. Multiple teachers shared that Casa Lola offered the most authentic Mexican food they had tasted in years. It transported them back to childhood. They can't wait to visit the restaurant. Carlos Cortez and team, you are appreciated!!!”
“They are amazing. Had a little trouble trying to book my daughter’s 18th birthday party but the manager got us all taken care of. We had her party tonight and it was an amazing time. Customer service was great. Thank you.”
“Heard from the staff member that Bluto’s opened in October 2025 then it was closed for renovations due to the fire. Staff member also told me that the owner also owned Grassa
Italian chain restaurant in Portland and Vancouver water front.
Beautifully decorated and super clean 👍
Excellent Greek food.
We ordered artichoke hummus, pork chops and fries, broccolini salad and lamb skewer. They are all so yummy.
Very courteous service staff members especially Ella and Ruby .
Highly recommend if you like Greek food ❤”
“I was upset that stood me up again. John is always a disappointment too🤣”
“Went here with some friends a few weeks ago and absolutely LOVED it, everything is at the buffet except the main meats so the vegan in our party had a great time. Also, little to not risk of food waste as you can get only as much as you want. Flushing is very cool and it was a great time”
“I came to this restaurant by myself to try it out before recommending it to my hubby. He loves a good Dragon Roll, so I tried it and was impressed by how good it tasted! The fish was fresh. I also got an Alaska Roll and you can taste quality of the fish. My rolls did not break so the rice was always intact. Will definitely be coming back!”
“This is my favorite gambling spot in the area I like the vibe and the attendants are all great!! Plus they make a killer chili-dog. And I win here fairly frequently.”
“Wonderful restaurant, the staff is very nice and welcoming. Food was amazinghats off to all the chefs they know how to do it right. Great team you have. Will be back very soon”
“I’ve ordered delivery from Thai Bloom before and really love their food, but I’ve never dined at the restaurant. A couple of friends and I met up for happy hour. It was our first time meeting there. We were originally seated on the restaurant side and when we asked about the happy hour menu we were moved to the bar area. There were no tables available but we were told we could sit at the bar until a table became available. A table freed up, so we moved to it. No sooner did we sit down when a woman (the bar hostess?) approached us and said we couldn’t sit there that it was for another group. We explained that we were told to wait at the bar for a table to free up, and she said we needed to tell her. We didn’t know about her, so why would we tell her? Even the bartender didn’t know we needed to go through her to sit at a table. It just felt to me like nobody knew what the procedures were except this one woman. She was rude and I will think twice about going there again. On a positive note, all other staff we interacted with were very polite and friendly and the food was wonderful. They have a really good happy hour menu at really good prices.”
“My family loves this place. Seriously. I frequent the goodwill next door and while it was closed, I would drive by with a huge sad face, wishing it would reopen. My husband and I for the most part make our food at home, but since Taste of Sichuan has been open again, we’ve been maybe 15 times already 😂 and we have showed plenty of friends and family who love it just as much as we do. We have yet to find a Chinese restaurant as delicious as this. We’re so grateful they are open again!”
“Food was awesome, service was excellent. taphouse was clean and very nice inside. The only drawback, a child's sport after season party. All the yelling and screaming and the kids running through the restaurant, back and forth our entire meal, was unbelievable. Wrong place for this type of party. I blame the parents and management for allowing this fiasco to happen. I would hope they wouldn't accept this type of party in the future during dinner hours.”
“This is a very unique speakeasy style spot that is great for a low lit high grade cocktail. They can make any drink at the highest level. Perfect spot for a night cap.”
“Great place to get good cheap food and top shelf drinks as well as play some keno and video poker. Staff was super friendly and nicest delivery guy ive ever met”
“Celebrated our friends birthday here last Saturday and we all had a blast.”
“I live in Nebraska and have been to Oregon twice, ate here both times and absolutely love it. Their breakfast bowls are amazing, but the coffee cake is what made me come back. I had the princess coffee last time, SO SO DELICIOUS. And this time I tried the gluten free coconut and pecan coffee cake. *be sure to have them warm it up first* If I lived here it would dangerous. I’d definitely eat here weekly.”
“Super fresh fish, beautiful presentation. Our favorite sushi spot these days!”
“Omg, this place is consistently amazing! The service is stellar and the food is sooo delicious! I've gone there several times because I'm hooked. I've tried the chicken parm sandwich, one of the pizzas, the beef stroganoff and the chicken Alfredo. Yum! Also, the owner, Josh, is really awesome and has gone out of his way to make our experience superior. Highly recommended!!”
“The sushi has been alright. The two times I've visited were off-hours, and both times I had service issues (awkward interactions, slow service, having meals served 5 minutes apart despite both being raw) that irk me given the combination of price tag and the restaurant not even being busy with plenty of staff around. Makes me think I should avoid going when it's busier.”
“Love this place. Always great service, always great food, always great atmosphere, even when every table is full. Never complain about meal adjustments and always friendly, attentive and engaging. 6 stars out of 5”

“The staff goes beyond any measure to make sure your experience is wonderful the food great Average cost for dinning Margaritas are great!”
“SOOOO GOOD! High quality, fresh & ready when they say it'll be done. Super easy to order online. The flavors are perfect!”
“Fantastic food, friendly staff, decent prices! We saw some guy harassing the hostess about having to wear a mask, and she handled the situation very professionally.”
“By far and away, my most favorite eatery in Portland. Fried rice spam bowl is my favorite!! But their Kahlua pig and Shoyu chicken are top notch too. Friendly staff, and safe space. Mahalo Plenty.”
“Advanced Chinese-style robotic technology, clean, fast. etc. Food is okay to good, small and pricey items. All live service is super friendly and available if you don't want to work.”
“Sam is an awesome chef and showman! The food is consistent and always enjoyable.”
“Amazing food and service. Professional staff that were attentive, and friendly. We live in Salem, but will happily make the trip anytime for this wonderful place.”
“Basic food, good food, good beer. Good service. Nothing exceptional morning overly great. Had to stick the ruby only because I hadn't had one in forever. And it was delicious. So I had several more.
Go early before happy hour to get happy hour seating and prices.
Great location. Easy quick in and out. Recommend.”
“I totally loved this restaurant! They have so many delicious dishes I've been wanting to try, ones you rarely find this good anywhere else. It's really a gem in Beaverton, especially with all the places to eat around here. This is definitely a spot worth driving an hour for on the weekends. With such a big menu, you really can't go wrong. Whether you're eating there or getting takeout, it's worth checking out! 🍽️😋”

“We love Beaverton Red Robin! Tonight Heidi, one of the managers, waited on us. She was so attentive, friendly, and made us so happy to be there! She made sure we had bottomless fries and sodas, and broccoli! We see her a lot when we are there and she is always smiling and friendly, not just to us, but with the servers. The food is always good, too!”
“First time being here. Best strip club i have ever been to.Some friends and i went in on a friday night, wow!! Drinks are a little pricey, but well worth it. The ladies were pretty and they had some dancers that actually use the pole, But what stood out to all of us, was the D.J./M.C., This guy was the s**** It wasn't just the music, this guy was so funny, and bad a*** he made us, and it seemed like he made everyone else in the club feel like we belonged there.Kudos to the Dolphin!! WE WILL MOST DEFINATELY BE BACK!!! F*** YEAH!”
“First time trying & don't know what took me so long. I'm a big fan of Katsu Chicken but rarely order it especially if done with chicken breast. It's rare to find chicken breast not overly dry so avoid ordering it. They told me they use thigh meat for all their dishes so went with it. This was wonderful, cooked to perfection, & a huge amount of food. I will be eating on it for two days. The place was super clean & put the food out quickly. I can't wait to try some of their other dishes.”
“First time visited. Food was very fresh, good size portions, place was very clean, and the man who took our order was very friendly. We ate in but had a to go order and they timed it just right so when we walked out the door we had a hot to go order, we were impressed.”
“We love John's Incredible Pizza! It's our go-to buffet. Love the different rooms where we can dine. Sit by the fireplace in the quiet cabin room, watch a game in the sports room, or a favorite cartoon in one of the kids' rooms. Go with just hubby or the grandkids. So fun! We really miss it! Hoping the "now hiring" sign on the Beaverton John's means that it will be opening again soon.”
“I live walking distance to SI coffee shop and when I enter there is such a nice vibe. There are a great selection of coffee drinks and delightful pastries. Although I frequent a few shops, this one has been the first I went to when I moved from SF. The staff are nice, esp. Josiah, who is always there greeting you with a smile. You rock, Josiah!”
“Happy to have this place in my neighborhood ---- come here at least twice a week for hot/spicy Shrimp-----have never been disappointed----many teriyaki places in the area are just awful because of lack of seasoning or too many huge onion pieces but this place gets it just right in all ways”

“I come to this particular Black Bear every year because it is the one nearest to the hotel nearest to where my dad lives. I go to a Black Bear Diner pretty often, and this one is up to the same high standards as basically all the others I've visited. This visit, however, was not to see my dad but to go to his funeral. It was a really rough day today. I could hardly leave the hotel room. But when I did, and I sat there just reading for a bit over a hamburger, listening to nothing in particular, my waiter was very helpful and attentive despite there seeming to be a lot of people and not enough waiters. He had no way of knowing that today was one of the hardest days in my life. He was kind, attentive, and engaged me in a brief conversation in a natural way without it being forced. I sat for a bit after my meal and had refills for another half hour, until just after closing time. My waiter's name is Ethan. Melissa told me that while she wasn't the manager, I should put a review up online so that my compliment gets back to him. I don't know if I will be back here any time soon. If I am, I will hope to see Ethan, who just did his job and who was genuine.”
“It had been a while since I had been to Biscuits Cafe and met my son there for lunch. The people are nice and service was great, but.... $19.50 for a chicken salad that was definably nothing special? Rueben sandwich, chicken salad, 2 diet Pepsi and tip. Over $50. Sorry, can't afford you. :(”
“Jacob at apple bees 185th showed excellent customer service. He went above and beyond on serving me and my friends. He was working fast pace and made sure our food came in hot.
Will recommend dinning in with Jacob as your server! Leave him a good tip, you won’t regret it.”

“I'm not a chai person, but my mom is obsessed with this place!! it's got such an amazing atmosphere, and it's kid friendly which I adore. Their vanilla latte is spectacular, and the staff are friendly. When I was at the end of my most recent pregnancy, I stopped in and the owner was very kind and compassionate. I felt very seen after that conversation about my pregnancy and the health system. I cannot recommend this place enough to chai lovers, people who love supporting local, and anyone who wants a place to go with a community atmosphere ❤️”
“Freshly-prepared dishes, large menu with plenty of variety, great portion sizes. On the pricier side for fresh/fast Korean at about $17-20.per dish. We ordered 4 things to share, a side of rice, and two Cokes which came to $85 and change, including tip.
I really enjoyed the Korean-style deep fried whole chicken, which was smaller than the average hen you get at the market. This was closer to the size of a very large Cornish game hen, and perfectly cooked with the lightest, crispiest crunch on the exterior. It didn't come with rice, so I ordered a side. It does come with a nice pickled radish, a dressed, shredded cabbage slaw, and two enhancements: fine salt/pepper blend, and a sweet, spicy chile sauce. I'll definitely be back for this chicken again. Delicious. 5/5
My friend ordered the pork katsu with cheese over steamed rice, which came with slaw and mac salad. I thought this just ok. The batter was a little thick and, although everything was served hot, biting into the pork was a bit tough as it was on the chewy side. It might have been re-fried after being prepared earlier. This is usually fine, if done properly. The cheese was generous and good. A little salt and a spot of Katsu sauce was the perfect complement. 3/5
We also shared the Rose Toekkbokki, which comes with soft, chewy rice cakes, fish cake strips, thinly-sliced hot dog, tofu squares, green onion, and a weird addition a small amount of iceburg lettuce-I removed it because it was wilted and added nothing. Oh, and a hard-boiled egg (it was chalky, unfortunately.) The sauce was creamy and mild, with the tiniest hint of heat from the gochujong. It was good, but I've had better versions of this dish, including my own. Worth a try if you've never had toekkbokki before. 3/5
Finally, I ordered the japchae with thinly sliced beef and cabbage to go. Although there wasn't much protein, the noodles were flavorful and prepared well. I love japchae, so I'll enjoy this with an egg and some smokey beef rib at home later. 4/5
The atmosphere was cozy on a rainy day in the PNW. It felt like a home kitchen. Service was fair. Our server greeted us immediately, and we were seated with water right away. She gave us plenty of time to decide, and then quickly took our orders. There was only one server(also the hostess) who appeared to be a little overwhelmed, but that's to be expected pretty much anywhere these days. It felt like a mom and pop restaurant with their daughter doing the greet, seat, and table service, including bussing. Despite the hefty price tag for lunch, I made sure to tip well.
I'd like to visit again and try some other dishes, but price is a factor. That said, this might be a better place for a group of 4 or 6 people. That way, everyone can pitch in and try different dishes, which makes it fun and more affordable.”
“We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and delicious flavors of Teriyaki Moto! My daughter got the kids marinated chicken which she devoured. This is the same kid who typically picks through each meal and never finishes her plate. My husband got the lemongrass burger and I got the banh mi style beef sandwich both were excellent!! Tots were delicious but the star of the meal were the spring rolls. I usually think of spring rolls being soggy greasy things but these were light crispy and I wanted more! Both the pork ones and the pizza ones were unique and I recommend them.
The atmospheric is open air casual. Service was awesome and don’t miss out on their homemade chili oil.
We will be back!!”
“Helen with The Cake Batch created a stunning wedding cake and the most delicious assortment of mini desserts for one of my wedding clients. Everything looked absolutely beautiful and was a huge hit with the guests. She was prompt, communicative, incredibly kind, and an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the process. I would gladly recommend her and would love the opportunity to work with her again! 💕”
“Yummy strong, spicy chai here with quite a few non dairy milk options. Try the churro flavoring syrup! The atmosphere is fantastic. I would definitely come in to work or meet a friend - the little couch area is especially cozy and inviting. Baristas were all super friendly and talented - they moved fast! Despite the line, I was in and out.”
“Phin Caphe & Boba is an absolute gem! I recently stopped by and was blown away by the quality of their drinks. The iced coffees are spectacular—rich, smooth, and full of flavor. Their bubble teas are easily some of the best I've had, with great taste and perfectly cooked boba.
What really stands out is their huge variety of cold drinks, so there's something for everyone, whether you're in the mood for coffee, tea, or a refreshing specialty beverage. The drinks are consistently delicious, and the service is friendly and welcoming.
If you're a fan of iced coffee or boba, this place is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!”
“Of all the cities I have eaten sushi in 40 years including Tokyo London New York Los Angeles and too many others to list, THIS IS THE BEST I HAVE EVER ENJOYED!!”
