“I have Koya on my list for a while and finally dined there. It was such a great experience! We were able to sit right away at the sushi bar. The miso soup to start is very refreshing. Toro Party and Nigiri are so fresh. I love the thick cut they do on the sashimi. I Would definitely recommend and come back.”
“The loveliest little restaurant in downtown Beaverton. We came here for our anniversary and it did not disappoint. Love a fixed menu that takes the decision making out of ordering. Such a cute and cozy vibe inside. Phenomenal wine list - you can do a glass, bottle or full pairing with your courses (highly recommend). Would also get reservations, it’s a pretty small space. They do have a vegetarian menu as well. Staff was so friendly and thoughtful!”
“Great chef making great sushi!
Sashimi was very fresh, and tempura was crunchy and so soft inside
Parking: There are plenty of parking space near by or even at back side too!”
“The authentic taste and Japanese atmosphere made by Japanese master chefs are famous
The Japanese bento is great, paired with a variety of classic Japanese dishes, allowing you to enjoy a rich and delicious combination at once!! It includes fried food, barbecue, sushi and sashimi.”
“I'm not even exaggerating when I say this was the best fried chicken I've ever had in my 24 years of life. The fried chicken was hot fresh and crispy. I absolutely loved the flavors that I ordered. Can't say I was a huge fan of the Rose Tteokbokki. We also got some Soju that was really good and a spicy seafood soup which was very spicy just keep that in mind. I'll definitely be back again soon. Maybe during the week. Keep in mind that if you go on a weekend that the restaurant is very small so you'll probably have to wait to be seated. Some thing that did turned me off a lot about this restaurant was that there was a group of 3 men Being extremely loud and obviously they were drunk, but I felt like they were over-served alcohol. The restaurant is very small so I could hear them literally screaming and laughing right next to me. It really did not let me enjoy my meal as much as I would've liked to.”
Restaurants by Cuisine
“This was a very nice surprise. Elegant decor and intimate environment. Very large selection of tea, sold by the cup or pot. Nice interesting selection of cocktails. Our server, a lovely young blond woman was so very helpful and kind, offered great suggestions when we placed our order. We ordered several small dishes to share rather than ordering entrees and the food came out at just the right time and was really very excellent and unique flavors. I would like to come back and do the tea pairing some day. Lots of options for different dietary restrictions. I would suggest making reservations, while we did walk in we were able to snag the last at least but there was still bar seating available. We came about 3pm on a Saturday. Parking is non-existent so plan to scout out a spot nearby in the public parking lot.
Dietary restrictions: Lots of options for vegan, vegetarian and GF.
Parking: There is a parking lot across the street.”
“Staged a good-sized wine dinner in the private room (34 people). Fantastic food & service, even with a full restaurant on a busy Sunday night. Michael and his team do a wonderful job- all the dishes were beautiful, inventive, and delicious. Don't sleep on the "Olive Oil Cake" for dessert- your taste-buds and waistband will thank you.”

“I love this place! me and my sister come here sometimes to eat, it's a very cozy little restaurant with very nice employees. The food is also excellent and the sushi is freshly made.”

“I love the atmosphere, the drinks, and the chili pepper lights at the bar! Lol
The service was good, it was quick until they got busy. Two bartenders for the whole place didn't seem like enough. They could probably use a server/runner. In the end, we sat at the bar with two empty glasses, waiting for service for about 15 minutes before we could wave someone down.
Overall, the vibe was nice. Beers were good. We would come back!”
“Wonderful neighborhood bar. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Amazing assortment of drinks. Atmosphere is fantastic. Food is great. Highly recommended.”

“La Provence in Beaverton is our favorite location in this excellent chain, and we always enjoy their wonderful food when we are visiting the area. Their bakery has suppled us with many welcomed hostess or celebration gifts (oh, those macarons!) over the years. The staff is excellent as well (hi, Cory, thanks again!). Highly recommended.”
“Absolutely my husband’s and I favorite place to eat. The food is incredible, the service fast and friendly. All the dishes are amazing. I recommend this place to everyone.”
Drive-Thru Restaurants
“Yes, you should stop here! We're happy we discovered a super friendly atmosphere, Oregon wines and Bob Ross on the TV on a visit to the Portland area. Loved the flight of white wines.”
“The miso ramen was delicious, and comes with the option of spicy. I also had Myeongnan (probably the wrong name) which were salted cod eggs and were very good. The vibe is warm and low key. 100% recommend.”
“For my birthday celebration, I decided to explore fine dining options in the Beaverton area and came across an enticing restaurant through Google. I made a reservation via Resy, and upon arrival, I was pleased to find the restaurant nestled among numerous shopping locales, making it an ideal spot for a celebratory meal.
The atmosphere was vibrant, especially for a weekend evening, indicating the restaurant's popularity. The staff greeted us warmly and were incredibly friendly, enhancing the overall dining experience.
To start our meal, we indulged in an array of appetizers including steak tartare, which was expertly prepared, Polenta Fries that were perfectly crispy, and fresh oysters that were simply delightful. For our main course, we ordered the hand-thrown pizza, which arrived with a beautifully thin and crispy crust that was both satisfying and delicious.
I also appreciated the cocktail selection, which was impressive and complemented our food nicely. All in all, I was thoroughly impressed with the excellent service and the cheerful demeanor of the staff throughout the evening. It made my birthday celebration truly special. Keep up the great work and the smiles!”

“Food was awesome, service was excellent. taphouse was clean and very nice inside. The only drawback, a child's sport after season party. All the yelling and screaming and the kids running through the restaurant, back and forth our entire meal, was unbelievable. Wrong place for this type of party. I blame the parents and management for allowing this fiasco to happen. I would hope they wouldn't accept this type of party in the future during dinner hours.”
“Best once hidden gem in Beaverton. They expanded and my taste bud's can't to go back. Taste like Grandma's back in the Kitchen making ?. But don't take my word by any means.. just leave a comment and me know how happy your taste bud's were.”
“From the moment we walked in until we walked out the door the staff were friendly and attentive. Food was delicious and the portions were generous. We found a new place to visit when we come back to the area again.”
“Food was amazing and the service was the best I have ever had anywhere! I didn’t catch his name but our server was very attentive and checked on us anytime he went by our table, even if he was taking something to a different table.
I have been to many other Olive Garden locations and this one in Beaverton was by far the best one to date. I would recommend 100% and will definitely make this location my primary spot when I’m in the mood for Olive Garden.”
“my husband and I shared a plate of loaded nachos. first time trying them. I'm not much of a person to eat Mexican food because the only time I had it I got food poisoning. needless to say I will DEFINITELY be ordering from them again. We will see y'all this summer at wild adventures for more!”
“The wine tasting was excellent and the atmosphere was lovely! Sarah was super knowledgeable and even gave us a “wine tasting 101” session when we shared it was our first time doing a wine tasting. They’re also open to walk-ins for the tasting if you call ahead!”
“This place is phenomenal! I don’t understand how it is not packed all the time. We were looking for a place to get a good steak that was anywhere but Portland, especially downtown. We ran into this on Google. The reviews were great and I’m so happy we checked it out. We got bread, polenta salad, and coconut shrimp for appetizers. All delicious! For the entrées we got a porterhouse and a ribeye steak with mashed potatoes, vegetables, and mushroom risotto. All delicious! The steaks were seasoned and cooked to perfection. For dessert we got a chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream. Perfect way to end the meal. This was a celebration dinner so we spent a good amount of money on this meal but they have a great selection of good quality cuts and other great options that aren’t priced as high. Also, the drink menu is extensive. I don’t drink alcohol anymore but they have a non alcoholic menu made with zero proof ingredient's, so I was able to have an old fashioned without the alcohol in it. That was a really nice surprise because I missed the taste of those but couldn’t drink them. I didn’t realize that was even a thing. We will definitely be back to this place in the future! Finally, I would like to mention, Elaine. She was our server. Best in the business! Her customer service was top notch, she was sweet and walked us through menu options when we couldn’t decide, and was extremely knowledgeable on the menu. I honestly wish I could have an “Elaine” at every restaurant I eat at. She made the experience there even better. 10 out of 10, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!”
“The meal I had was quite good for what it was but was not to my liking. I blame this on my ignorance of Burmese cuisine. I will definitely be going back and will ask more questions next time.”
“Wonderful restaurant, the staff is very nice and welcoming. Food was amazinghats off to all the chefs they know how to do it right. Great team you have. Will be back very soon”
“First time there, exceeded our expectations! Great food, friendly staff, cute decor!!”
“This is the second time we have gone to Kigaru and we love it! The Ramen is fantastic and the broth has great flavor. Sushi was outstanding and very fresh. Definitely would recommend the restaurant and you can get take out too”
“I love the food and it’s not just me after today because we was 12 people and everyone love the food so great food just go and try.”
“The food is exceptional, customer service is good and they are willing to help you pick the right combination for your dish. I’ve mostly frequented the location on sw scholls in Tigard, but I’ll be adding this location to my personal favorites.”
“Fresh rolls, dining area offers variety of seating options much like you will find in a Japanese restaurant. Did not realize that they charge for ginger :( , even though there were two 2️⃣ pieces for two orders. Other restaurants have this as part of the meal.”
“Authentic Lanzhou cuisine. Freshly made hand pulled noodles and rolls.
All the dishes I ordered are tasty and temperature hot.
Attentive service”
“They are amazing. Had a little trouble trying to book my daughter’s 18th birthday party but the manager got us all taken care of. We had her party tonight and it was an amazing time. Customer service was great. Thank you.”
“Thank you for catering our Washinton County Bilingual Early Educator Training. Multiple teachers shared that Casa Lola offered the most authentic Mexican food they had tasted in years. It transported them back to childhood. They can't wait to visit the restaurant. Carlos Cortez and team, you are appreciated!!!”
“Food was great. Some weren't exactly for me but pretty good quality fish. They were so busy it took us a long time before we could get the servers attention but other than that service was great!
Love that most of their food is gluten free friendly
Dietary restrictions: 90% of the menu is gluten free”
“Food came out fast. Staff was extremely helpful. I left so full and happy! All you can eat is definitely worth it as well as getting the sauce bar. Will be back!”
“We love Dough Zone in Beaverton. I first came to DZ with my co-workers, and loved the food but the people is what keeps us coming back to this location, specifically Lucas! Lucas is the kindest person and someone we look forward to seeing every time. He is the reason I recommend all my co-workers at Nike to come to this location.
If you just step back and watch him, you will see he treats everyone with so much care and kindness, he is amazing. Thank you Lucas for going beyond your role and making our experience special every time, you are the reason we love this spot so much.”
“Love kate, she's absolutely the best! Dotty's is truly so lucky to have such an AMAZING, hardworking, kind, helpful, and she always has a smile on her face. She really and truly goes above & beyond for each & every single one of her customers.”
“I live in Nebraska and have been to Oregon twice, ate here both times and absolutely love it. Their breakfast bowls are amazing, but the coffee cake is what made me come back. I had the princess coffee last time, SO SO DELICIOUS. And this time I tried the gluten free coconut and pecan coffee cake. *be sure to have them warm it up first* If I lived here it would dangerous. I’d definitely eat here weekly.”
“Returned to Portland area and made it a point to eat here again. Their happy hour is great.
Parking: Never a major problem finding an open spot.”
“Best coffee, service, atmosphere...everything! One of the best coffee shops in all Oregon!”
“super friendly staff and awesome manager who didn't blink an eye and replaced my mom and aunts order to accommodate their health conditions. bomb food and and super fast serve time. will be back again Special shout out to Damont for being an awesome manager!”
“Great and clearly labeled vegan options. I am always happy if there is at least one well thought out vegan option in a menu, but there were several and they were delicious. I haven't had dinner style French toast in more than a decade! Will return.”
“Awesome food great service. Whenever we make it down here this is a must to go to eat”

“This place is rad. 30 food carts with every possible offering available. Need a place for drinks with friends and everyone can't agree on food? THIS is your best bet! No cocktails, but they have 16 rotating taps with some really stellar selections. The deck is perfect for an afternoon of day drinking, but they have plenty of indoor seating for those rainy northwest days. If you find yourself in downtown Beaverton, stop by and have a drink. You'll dig it.”
“I live in Portland but during the Pandemic I tend to avoid indoor spaces within the City limits. To the suburbs I go. Coffee and muffins for two at Ava’s was great. Very limited indoor seating made for a pleasant and safe experience. We had coffee, we talked without masks and I enjoyed this place. If you want to meet for coffee in Beaverton and actually sit and talk with someone, this is a good place. I don’t know if they take reservations, but they should. I would hesitate to have anything much larger than a 3-top here. Again, small space with limited and nicely spaced pandemic seating. Pleasant pandemic coffee meeting place. Go Beaverton!”
“It’s a great place and a fun way to eat sushi! Fish was fresh. It can get really busy, join their waitlist on their app before you go. Or go right when they open and join the waitlist onsite.”
“Roxy’s is the closest to authentic Hawaiian comfort food in the area. I love their food and have been eating out for years and their service is incredible!! My favorite is Kalbi ribs, but the Kalua pork is out of this world as well and their mac salad is phenomenal!! If you really want to go out, get the locomotion you won’t be disappointed! 🌺”
“Great place!!! Will definitely be visiting again. The food was amazing and service was great.”
“Sushi was just ok, I wasn’t thrilled with it however the ramen soup was very good.
We try out many sushi restaurants and thought these prices were a little high.”
“Of all the cities I have eaten sushi in 40 years including Tokyo London New York Los Angeles and too many others to list, THIS IS THE BEST I HAVE EVER ENJOYED!!”
