“The jazzy music was too loud. Most of my veal wasn't pounded flat so was tough. With $14 each for a glass of house wine and a Gin Martini, the pour was small. I had asked for a full pour of the martini. That means it is to the rim and bartenders should know that as it is how cocktails are to be served. The server was very nice and attentive as would be expected. Overall, not too bad of an experience for a post-Valentine dinner.“
“In Philadelphia for a 2 day conference. Stayed at a Marriott with no place to eat or relax. Found this place right across the street. Great wait staff that were really friendly. Had the crab cake sandwich with fries....just plain awesome. Paired that with the Alaghash white beer, very very good. Would come back again for sure.“
“So. It's been quite awhile since my family and I have been to Anthony's in Malvern. I have to say that the more they renovate the worse the restaurant becomes. We took my dad there for his 76th birthday. There were 7 of us altogether. My wife kids and grandson arrived first at 5:15. It was not crowded-there were many tables available for seating. The hostess informed my wife that we could not be seated at a table until all of our guests were in the restaurant. We were a bit confused by this since we had never experienced this before at Anthony's or anywhere else. I told the hostess that my father was a minute out-nonetheless, we could not sit at a table until he arrived. Which was baffling due to the fact that there were at least 10 tables open and no wait. The funny thing is we did not ask to sit down-we were informed that we would not be seated until all guests had arrived. When we spoke to the owner after we bein seated-upon the arrival of our one missing guest-he informed us that this has always been the policy and the main reason is to keep the wait staff from having to come back to the table and explain the specials a second time to the late arrivals or have to take a second drink order. Honestly if my server can't take the time to do that-I will not be able to take the time to figure out what 20% is! After this baffling exchange no specials were explained, we were instructed they were written on the first page of the menu. Which is fine by me if I don't know what something is I'll ask. Now I would have been willing to let all this nonsense slide-we don't get a chance to dine out often-but-and this is the truly disappointing part to all of this. The food was not good. At all. In the past, before the place was remodeled-and they added a bar etc etc the food was magnificent. Our service at this visit was excellent minus the bumpy start but somewhere along the path of expansion and remodeling-the quality and quantity of food has been forgotten. It wasn't just myself who thought this either. There were 7 of us and 5 of our clan were not impressed with the food. Enough so that this will be our last trip to Anthony's of Malvern. It wasn't so much about the whole seating "policy". The facts are -we go out to eat on special occasions. Birthdays, anniversaries, we work hard so we deserve a night out, those types of occasions. I/we want to enjoy the food we order to celebrate those occasions. I ordered the raviolis with two meatballs topped with their pink sauce. The raviolis were overcooked, the meatballs tasted as if they were 1/2 bread crumbs and the pink sauce was bland and unsatisfying. We make the Irish version of pink sauce at home by combining 1/2 jar of Alfredo with a 1/2 jar of marinara. It's not great but it is certainly tastier than what I was served last night. As my wife and kids tell me I've lectured too long! Save yourself the hassle and trade in the Anthony's of Malvern for the Anthony's if Downingtown. In a society that puts so much emphasis on the outside beauty of things, the old adage is true. Beauty is only skin deep. Anthony's of Malvern may look spectacular, something on the inside needs mending. To put it nicely. I've only eaten at Olive Garden once or twice for a reason. It's not truly authentic Italian food. I would spend my money and eat there before sitting-not before all my companions arrive mind you- before dining at Anthony's again. They should be done with the seating policy as well as start a remodel on the quality of the food. As I stated in the beginning of this rant-we've eaten there for decades. We will visit the other Anthony's (Downingtown) when it's time to celebrate Italian style time. In the owner's defense-he did give my father a free piece of tiramisu for his birthday-even though he was late. Thanks“

“First time here with a small group. The restaurant had a positive vibe, the waitstaff were polite, service fast and efficient. The menu was appealing and interesting. I chose the Acapulco Fish Tacos with Mahi Mahi, mango, avocados, greens. They were absolutely delicious. I will be returning to try other amazing menu choices.“
“Wife and I have never had a bad meal here. Not once. We've eaten here several times, the latest being last night for a Valentine's Day reservation with another couple. It's unbelievable how consistently good the food is here. It doesn't matter what you order, because whatever they bring out is excellent. The drinks, the apps, the main dishes - all delicious. Everyone I know says the same thing. Gnocchi con Guancia di Maiale / Paccheri della Casa / chicken parm / mussels and calamari. All 10/10.“

I love to get the Green Goddess Bowl (with the perfectly cooked salmon), then splurge of either a sweet martini or a homemade dessert. “Fantastic experience here. Went with a large group and our server was very attentive and the food arrived at the same time for everyone, without a long delay. The seared scallops were perfect, nicely brown on the outside, tender inside. They sat on a bed of risotto, perfectly cooked. I highly recommend dining here.Another point to note, they have menu items that are somewhat expensive per plate and as well as menu items that are less expensive. A good mix of price points is a nice change in a single venue.“
“This restaurant is basically in the lobby of the Embassy Suites, it was not very crowded so I was a little nervous to eat here. However, we had excellent service and the food was delicious. I even thought it was the best coke I've ever drank. I think they are only open for dinner.“

If your palette craves new experiences, Paladar is an amusement park of tasteful indulgences with flavors, smells and tastes that delight. We were so taken that we all shared our dishes with, "Oh, wow! You gotta try this!" From starters to entres to desserts to mixed drinks, our first time won Paladar many return visits. From the ambiance to the enthusiastic wait staff to the amazing speed in which the entres were served, Bravo Paladar. “We've always enjoyed coming here with the whole family. We came looking to make a reservation for an upcoming event. Manager Zee, Michael-owner, the chef, and all staff were all fantastic. The place has really been revamped since our last visit. The ambience is beautiful, the lounge is cozy, the bar looks very well set up, including the fireplace. The historic building has caught my attention for many years, and I’m glad to see how beautifully maintained it is, offering a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious, with a creative menu that appears to evolve over time, and the pizzas were especially good. It was fairly quiet on a late Monday afternoon, but the service was very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended, and I’m looking forward to another visit soon. Don’t skip dessert!!“
“My favorite place to go out for lunch and dinner,Here I have my latest treats; for appetizer I highly recommend the pulled pork nachos, for my main dish I usually get the Damn good chicken sandwich or the smash burger OR the BBQ chicken stromboli, for dessert if you still have the room in your tummy the iron skillet cookie and ice cream is fantastic finisher. “On Thursday, I took my daughter to Revolution to celebrate her good grades. The food, as usual, was outstanding. However, it was our server, Lillian, that was star. She absolutely spoiled my daughter, was SO SWEET with her, and even personally made hot chocolate and a shirley temple for Lola. Lillian’s impression was so profound that I will never be able to forget tonight. I’m a grown man and Lillian’s kindness almost had me in tears and was just left speechless.
