“A fantastic spot for a drink and a bite. Easy to settle in and have conversation with great music and wonderful service. The drinks were AMAZING. I highly recommend the Spiced and Spicy - a beautifully warm, ginger tasting cocktail. My girlfriend had the Espresso Martini and said it was fantastic. A must stop spot if you're in Ambler.“
“Very nice inside! Two floors with bar, food and entertainment when they have live music. When it's nice out check out the upper deck seating over looking some of the town, super chill! Definitely give this place a try if you're in the area!“
“Great place to enjoy a lovely meal. It can get busy on weekends so, reservations are recommended. The outside tables are nice but can be too close to each other. Drinks are nice, reasonably priced and the food is delicious for the most part. We enjoyed everything but thought the sauteed calamari were a bit overrated. Will go back for brunch.“
“Four of us all enjoyed our dinner here. It was our first time at Villa Barolo. The food and drinks were excellent, as was our service. The peach martini I ordered to start was first rate - and served in a chilled glass. The fresh baked bread was a nice starting touch. The beet and goat cheese salad was generously sized. All four of us enjoyed our main courses, including lamb chops, scallops, and the sea bass special. Two members of our party had special requests (nothing peppery, etc) and the kitchen was very accommodating. Noise level was very low- maybe because this was the Saturday night of Easter weekend. (?). We will definitely return.“
“We reserved 333 Belrose for a funeral luncheon for 30 people. From the first contact, Steve was extremely accommodating. The food was excellent, prepared to order & the service was impeccable. We could not have asked for anything more. We can't wait to go back!“
“SCK hosted a big group of us for a book club and everything went so smoothly! They were supper friendly, accommodating, got us in and out easily without rushing us, were super organized, and the food and drinks were amazing!!! I hope we can host every book club meeting here! 10/10“
“I used to come here 30 some years ago when it was Sonoma. It has been several other restaurants through the years but this is the best by far. There are 2 bars. One on the first floor that has retractable windows to open up to the outside. Then there is my favorite bar upstairs. Light, airy, nicely painted walls with olive leaves and glass ceiling. There is a happy hour Monday to Friday, 4 to 6pm. All their signature crafted cocktails are $7 and they are delicious. Our bartender, Jeff, was welcoming and very knowledgeable about his craft. Love that they use a lot of local products. There are other drink options (see my menu photo below) and fun food items. We ordered 2 pizzas (shrimp and artichoke and the pepperoni). Both were fabulous.I will be returning again for their in house made pasta and I can't wait.Parking: People often think that parking is difficult in manayunk but there are plenty of options in the nearby lots if you can't get one on the street.“
“I’ve now been to Cigar Republic 3 times in the past 30 days. Each time has been a great experience. The team there from the top and throughout are pleasant, accommodating and help to create a relaxed environment. The patrons are the same. I’m mulling over becoming a member.Suggestion, read the rules prior to going as there are no outside cigars allowed. That’s ok because their humidor room has a great selection.*while food is not served, they do allow for deliveries from surrounding restaurants*“
“I don’t have enough amazing things to say about this place!! Theresa the owner always treats us like family, there’s an incredible rotating drinks list & there is always some local talent on!I am so glad to have a local pub in lansdale. Keep up the amazing work!“
“Very happy with our dinner visit! Food was very yummy, especially the chicken karagee ?!! The ambiance was very nice too — we were particularly please that the music wasn’t super loud (to the point where we need to scream to talk to each other)! Service was great as well! Will definitely come back ?!“
“Our first experience here, popping in on a rainy Saturday evening. Despite the warm, welcoming interior, the first thing we noticed was how loud the restaurant was. Full capacity with a crowded bar does not need loud music playing! It was exceedingly difficult having a conversation with my partner, we actually gave up and people watched.Food was great! We enjoyed our bacon wrapped figs and goat cheese appetizers. The Tips & Shrimp and short rib pasta entrees were great as were the house-made beignets. The awesome hostess was as doing quadruple duty as Villanova students are one Spring break. She didn’t miss a beat taking our drink and food orders, filling our water and making sure we were enjoying our meal.“
“We dined here when my sister was in town. Although we had The Cage in the GPS, the actual name on the outside was Select Pizza Grill. We had to call to find that out because we thought we were lost. Parking: A private lot Atmosphere: low lighting and great ambiance. Service: Ashley was our server. She was very patient and took the time to give us the drink info. Ashley was the best! She tried her best to understand our request even when I got tough. Ashley Rocks!!! Drinks: 1. El Classico: 100% agave mezcal tequila, historical French herbal liqueur, and a homemade pineapple cordial, topped off with our famous mango foam. This drink has a smokey end to it. Once you get over it, it isn't bad, but the smokey flavor may turn you off 2. Tikki Takka: a blend of 3-year-old white rum, exotic passion fruit liquor, cranberry juice, and fresh passion fruit purée, all finished off with a lovely house-made grapefruit foam. It was ok. Note: Their special drinks are pre-mixed, so you CAN NOT add or take away. Food: Small plates: 1. Double truffle fries. Very delicious and crispy! Great truffle aioli dipping sauce!! 2. Korean tacos. Very flavorful! The meat was tender!! I didn't read the ingredients I just ordered. so when that soap taste hit my pallet, I had to spit my food out and scrap the rest of it off. 3. Chicken Yakitori. Omg!! Tasty! Entree: 1. Jumbo shrimp risotto: it was ok. I needed a little more favor. Note: Although they have all the ingredients, you can not customize your meal even if you are willing to pay an up charge. That is so disappointing. On the way out, we met the manager Nektur, and he was nice and engaging. Overall, we enjoyed our food, and we would definitely come back.“
“A fun event. Good food on sale. Good drink variety on sale. The garden was lovely and tucked under a rail line. Parking wasn't terrible (for Manayunk). The event was well run: lots of give aways, activities and all in a cute location.“
“Stopped for the first time for lunch and WOW! Just walking in, you can see it has a very nice atmosphere. Sarah was our hostess/waitress/educator. From the start with their freshly made soda, we were hooked. Appetizers -WOW! Lunch entrees - WOW! Skillet Cookie dessert - WOW! Can't wait to go back.“
“Enza is our spot! Everyone at Enza is friendly, smiling, attentive and just fantastic. We would consider this our goto place for a night out. The bar always is a great place to sit and chat with the locals and neighbors. Pizza is spot on as well as the full thoughtful and tasty menu. They have a complete bar and wine list which just adds to all the fun!“
“Ribs fell of the bone. The sauce is complex with sweet and sassy flavors. Kramer Cosmo. Smooth and went down easy. Midnight brownie. Cocoa is beautifully prominent. Soft, rich and a perfect end to a perfect meal. Madison was attentive and very informative about the menu.“
“We were immediately approached by The Mayor of the bar (Lenny) who bought us a round *as he was leaving* and repeated over & over how he wanted us to feel welcome. There's apparently amazing food next door (mofongo!) that you can eat at the bar. Can't wait to come back. Word to the wise tho: the bathrooms are not ADA “
“I am the traveler. The Black Horse is a local watering hole. Clientele is very diverse and changes through the day. Very busy for sport games and very good pool players, which is perfect if you want a respectable game. The food is very good and cooked to order. And you the pricing is great. The bathroom is clean. While I’ve been here it is an older crowd, and everyone has been great. I would return.“
“Well if you've ever experienced a wonderful little neighborhood bar Frank's place would be that bar it's the last of the nicetown bars in that area off of hunting Park and 15th Street and Corey the chef comes on at 4:00 and the kitchen is usually closing by 7:00 because there's nothing left he cooks everything wonderful on that menu.“
“We began our meal with a delicious and beautifully presented cheese board. The nightly special was a barbecue platter with ribs and pulled pork. My husband said it was good but would have been better with more spices. He loved the sweet potato fries. I had the cheesesteak sandwich which is huge. It was good but I was surprised that the mushrooms and onions were ground up with the meat instead of being served on top. Service was friendly and efficient.“
“Our server was excellent, making sure we had anything needed, giving wonderful recommendations, being attentive without being overly invasive. The food was amazing and delicious, well presented and cooked perfectly. We had oysters, the Roka beet salad, langoustines, lamb chops and greek cheesecake. It was an incredible meal. It is a beautiful place, however the high level of noise made it difficult initially to have a conversation. Our reservation was for 7:15. By 8:15, several tables had finished their meal and left making it much more enjoyable to have a conversation. We will be back!“
“Came to the neighborhood to look at a rental unit so I popped in here for lunch. Staff was welcoming, drinks were inexpensive, the Angus burger was delicious. Bar tender was super kind and the other patrons we're super sociable. I will be popping back into this place periodically. Hidden gem ♥️“
“Located at the intersection of Rte 611 and Shetland Rd in Warrington, Pa. This place is amazing if you're looking for a mix of casual and unusual cuisine. Service is always top-notch. Atmosphere can get a little noisy, but that's the only downfall“
“Can I give 6 stars!?!? Holy cow, did Goat’s Beard Manayunk NAIL it for my birthday party this weekend. Every single aspect of the party was on point and above expectations. From someone taking coats as soon as people entered to the speedy and excellent service of our waiter, Tim (amazing is not a strong enough word for him!). The food was delicious and all of the staff were accommodating. Everyone attending the party commented on how perfectly the party, drinks and food flowed. Thank you, Goats Beard for a simply flawless birthday party!“
“The drinks are absolutely phenomenal. That said...the scallops wrapped in bacon with BBQ sauce were amazing, but you really need to make your own pizza dough. Using the pre made dough brings this place down a bit. The bartenders are very nice, but need to pay a little more attention when your glass is empty. Great live music.“
“This small restaurant is a deceivingly good place for some high quality seafood. The drinks were great, the food was delicious, and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. If you’re in the area, it’s a little off the “main strip” of restaurants but totally worth trying!“
“The service was very good, all the waitresses were patient and kind. The food surprised me, I ordered a breaded chicken with fries and rice, and the quantity of the order was way more than expected, considering it cost $16. Overall, it was a nice experience.“
“This is a cute bar with really good pizza and pretty solid appetizers. I’ve been here a couple of times, including during a bar crawl that was crazy busy. Always solid. It’s pretty small and it seems like the staff is mostly focused on the bar and take out orders, but I never had issues getting my food on time and it was always good (this coming from a very impatient person who hates waiting and spending money on subpar food)I feel like the people in these other reviews are probably just annoying and got mad when the server matched their energy lmao“
“What a pleasant experience. The food was delicious. The Service was very personal and outstanding. Manager, Tyler made sure that everything was enjoyable and very presentable. I will return again and make sure that my friends and colleagues are aware of the enjoyable experience at bonefish.“
“Best place! Ale and her team go beyond expectations for your special occasions - we had an awesome party here-or just a day/night out! Such a fun and festive atmosphere. They are always coming up with great new drink and food ideas! 10 out of 10for sure!“
“Early dinner tonight. Service amazing starting with the welcoming valet that greeted us to our very attentive server. I had the salad and pasta special and when I say I wanted to do the entire meal again, I mean it! It was delicious!!! Ended with a banana pudding cream brûlée. I mean, come on! Sooo good! The dining room has a beautiful view and is open with alot of light. Can’t wait to go back!“
“I had the "fried" chicken sandwich but with the option of grilled, I chose that. With pickles and lettuce and a sauce; it was SO tastey. The French fries were seasoned to perfection. I was hungry and my taste buds were in heaven.“
“Amazing as always! The tortilla soup is my favorite and the best one i’ve had (backed by another customer)!!Waitress was also very nice and accommodating!Dietary restrictions: Waitress was considerate about dietary restrictions and allergies!“
