My server helped me find the best option with some serious dietary restrictions (no tomato, dairy or gluten). This was very welcomed and the pizza we picked was so good and fresh.
The only downside was the wooden bench seating which wasn’t so comfortable. Great place overall. I would definitely come back.”

“We recently visited Normandin for the first time, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We had heard good things and wanted to try it out, and it did not disappoint!
We started with a kids’ meal and a cheese pizza. The cheese pizza was absolutely delicious — perfectly baked with just the right amount of flavor that even the adults enjoyed stealing bites. For dessert, we ordered the chocolate brownie, and honestly, it was out of this world. Rich, warm, and decadent — it’s a must-try if you visit!
We also ordered ribs and spaghetti with bolognese. The ribs were tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, while the bolognese was hearty and comforting, just like a homemade classic. Every dish we tried was prepared with care and tasted amazing.
On top of the food, the ambience of the restaurant was welcoming and family-friendly, which made it perfect for us. The service was attentive without being rushed, and we felt very comfortable throughout the meal.
Overall, Normandin made a fantastic impression on us. From the quality of the food to the warm atmosphere, it was an experience worth repeating. If you’re in the area and looking for a great spot to enjoy with family or friends, I highly recommend giving Normandin a visit!”

“The environment is very clean, the staff is very polite, the quality of the food is very fresh and always hot, the car service is very fast and the staff are very polite. There is a large parking lot for many cars. Delarma store, pharmacy and IGA are very close to it. You can have breakfast or lunch with your family, then shop at Dollarama or IGA and fill up your car because the gas station is nearby. Very beautiful environment with excellent and beautiful view.
Vegetarian options: You can order Big Mag without meat or any menu item without meat.
Dietary restrictions: You can order fried potatoes without salt, menus without meat, or with meat without salt without onions, order without sauce, with low sauce, without pickles, with low salt cucumbers, coffee without caffeine, breakfast menu without butter, without sauce and ….. Each bite is a surprise and explosion of complex flavors. It's clear that the fresh fruits, high-quality chocolates, and the expertise of well-trained chefs cannot be compared to the industrial products of their competitors. If you like fast paced places, to eat in hurry to go somewhere else, you should try another place, maybe a franchise. This is not the right place for you that can eat whatever... What's most surprising are the prices. For such high quality, you would expect to pay much more, but that's not the case here. The coffees and lemonades are perfect to these delicious treats. I had a lavender lemonade that was delicious! The open kitchen is also a show in itself. Watching the chefs at work ensures total transparency and demonstrates a great deal of confidence in their craft. Sorry but I ate before I could take a picture. I was focused in the most important thing, instead of wasting my time with a phone. I will go there for sure whenever I have the opportunity. La Chouquette is a pleasant surprise in a world of bakeries that are often predictable and lack character.”

Both the food and drinks are spectacular, and the service is equally fantastic.
The fresh and thoughtful ingredients made for the best pizza we have ever had in our lives.🍕 The crust was the the foundation of perfection that persisted throughout the whole pizza. They offer an extensive and unique drink menu and I personally loved the delightfully refreshing non-alcoholic house juice that was hand mixed at the bar.
To top it all off, our charming server was kind and helpful from the moment we stepped through the door. 🧑🏻💼

Despite our arrival less than an hour before closing, it made no difference; they served us with utmost courtesy and did not make us feel rushed in any way.
The homemade boudin and steak tartare were particularly delightful. Our order consisted of two tartares, one boudin, and two beverages, and the total, inclusive of gratuity, amounted to 101, which seemed quite reasonable considering the quality of the fare.

“I don’t know why anyone in Quebec City would pay for a coworking membership when this place exists. It had everything you need to work remotely. There were so many seating options, comfy chairs, and different setups depending on how you like to work. The food was great, and they had a lot of snack and drink options too. The service was super friendly, and the whole vibe made it very easy to focus. Everyone there was working, so you don’t feel out of place at all.
They also have private rooms for companies or bigger groups, and you can book conference rooms for just $25 an hour. We tried the bacon quiche and some coffee, and both were very good. Everything we ordered was tasty and fresh, and we left really happy. Honestly, it’s an ideal spot if you’re working remotely in Quebec City.

“Very nice microbrewery pub situated on this beautiful renovated “Maguire” street.
They have lots of different types of microbrewery beers on tap for you to choose from and you can even sample them all if you choose.
They have some pub food available if you have an appetite to eat something.
I have to recommend the Beef Jerky made fresh from the restaurant “La Bête”, perfect with a cold American lager or IPA 🍺.
The Fries & House Mayonnaise were really delicious. On both food orders the quantities were very generous, enough to share with someone else as an appetizer to go with your drinks.
Appart from Beer, they also have a small selection of good white & red wines and have a cocktail menu.
The place is very nice, clean, welcoming and airy.
There’s a patio for the summer season overlooking the Maguire Street.
They have a projector and roll up screen system to show sporting events, etc.
The service was really friendly, polite, accommodating and personable.
Parking is street paid parking but with the new city App on your phone (Copilot+) it’s so easy to pay , add time/money or stop the meter and get a credit for next time.
