“Myself and two other colleagues stayed here for a client visit. The entry was very clean and inviting and the food/coffee bar was very good. The property is undergoing renovations and my colleagues were on the first floor which has already been renovated. I was on the 4th floor which has not yet experienced the facelift. My room was clean and orderly. There were a few areas that definitely were showing the age of the room. There was an impact crack in the sink, some wallpaper was coming off the wall in one corner and the drawers were not in good shape. The room also had no USB ports for charging and therefore you had to use a wall plug/use charger which made it a bit of a pain. I was expecting USB chargers at minimum at the desk. Overall my experience was very good. Just wish I could have been in one of the renovated rooms which are, I was told, very nice. Maybe ask for that when you check in.“
“New to RI area and decided to pop in on a Friday night as my husband was dying for fish & chips. They did not disappoint! We started with the mozzarella moons *chef kiss*. I am a picky eater and ordered the chicken and cheese quesadilla with ONLY sour cream on the side and they did just that. Our waitress, Candace, was amazing and so fun. We loved the vibes and the option to play checkers while we were waiting. Will definitely be coming back!“
“The food was OK, place was very busy and it did take a while to get served. We chose from the 3 for me menu. I had Ceasar salad a Margarita and a Bacon Burger. The Marguerita was a gun mix..not so goo..the Ceasar Salad was not very good with the highlight being the Bacon Burger ...which was pretty good. My girl had the Marguerita and the Quesedilla which was..OK. Service was a bit slow but it was peak Saturday and tgey were feeling the heat! The best thing was the price which was about $50.00 for two including 20% tip.“
“I’ve had breakfast, lunch and dinner at Frank’s throughout the years not once have I’ve been disappointed! The service is excellent and food is amazing with out braking the bank as everything is very affordable. Always consistent!!!! Definitely recommend they treat you like family ?“
