Located with the iconic Mills House Inn, the Iron Rose is their primary signature restaurant. We stopped in for a nice breakfast prior to a walk tour of historic Charleston. The restaurant is quite large with three separate rooms, the first is primarily a bar with some banquets but facing the main courtyard with two additional high ceiling rooms beyond this one. amazing!! Great great food and a nice outdoor dining area. Our waiter was kind and seemed happy to serve us. We started off with the picked shrimp app which was sooo good. For my main fish I got the market fish which was seriously amazing. We got some veggies for the table as well to share. I would highly recommend this place! Beautiful hotel as well.

The burger and fries were DIVINE!! There was an outdoor patio by the bar. The bartenders were very knowledgeable and excited to talk about the building and city’s history- it was so nice to talk with them!!
