We had several things including the boneless bbq chicken wings, pretzel with beer cheese, grilled shrimp and brussels sprouts, and the truffle burger with truffle fries. Everything was really good and served in a timely manner. They have a great dining area inside as well. Service was friendly and fast. Large parking lot, clean restaurant. We would return if in the area again.“

Rarely are dishes so good I'm motivated enough to even try to recreate but days after the burrata salad I did just that (ofc it wasn't as good as the original). The chocolate cremeux was the dessert of my dreams: the perfect saltiness of the cookie with the creaminess of the marshmallow and chocolate was absolute heaven. I'm just sad I can't go back right away since we visited Charleston only briefly.“

I had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich; decent flavor, but not very Nashville hot. It was two chicken fingers on toast loaded with a sloppy coleslaw. I expected a side dish, but apparently it was a la carte (I didn’t realize until it was served). My coworker ordered the shrimp & grits; great flavor but not true grits. It was some kinda grit patty/cake. Presentation was good, just not as expected and she was slightly disappointed. Sandwich $16, shrimp & grits $23. “We traveled 800 miles from Massachusetts to eat at Vicious Biscuit. Found the website while planning a trip to Charleston. Started with cappuccino. I ordered the Shrimp and Grits. My wife had the Fat Boy. We stopped around 11:00 am for brunch. Easy to get a seat. Filled pretty quickly around 11:30. The food was awesome! Our server, Michelle, was awesome! The place was clean and neat. Prices were reasonable. Planning on going back again before we leave.“

“The atmosphere is the best part of the place. I had the smash burger , my wife ordered hot chicken, I should have got the chicken It was much better than my burger. They serve cocktails nice mimosas. The place seems a bit pricey though. The breakfast look top-tier. This wouldn't be my go-to spot if I was a local. It's right next to the suites so it has a touristy pricepoint. Cheesy grits were perfect though. That's a nice hush puppies too. It's well organized counter means you walk up to the counter, order , go sit and they bring it to you. It's fast thorough and the food was outstanding--a tad bit greasy but definitely tasty. I'm on vacation so I was very pleased I found this place, I'll be back for the chicken and waffles in the morning outstanding ice cream desert. Thanks Grit Counter.“

I ordered the small-ish Caesar salad which was not that small for $6 and a side of pickles for $3 which also comes with pickled tomatoes. My husband ordered the moose burger which he upped it with potato fries instead of the regular side(which i forgot what it was... Fried pork skins, maybe?). I got a black widow blackberry cider and the rusty bull berry stomp wheat. My husband got the stone beer. Server was great. Didn't take long to get our food also“
