“I ordered Garibaldi's for delivery and shortly after placing the order online I called back to see if I could add some sides of salad dressing to my order. They informed me my delivery driver was already on the way to my house, which was totally fine with me. About 20 minutes after my pizza was delivered, my doorbell rang and the driver was back with my side of dressing. Customer service was above and beyond, and just another reason we love Garibaldi's!”

“We visited Cafe Med for the second time this evening and it was a great experience! The food is authentic Mediterranean/Middle Eastern, with very healthy options, all made with the very best ingredients. The staff are an incredibly polite and friendly family. I can’t say enough good things. The hummus, pita bread, gyros, foccaci, and the BAKLAVA! It’s all excellent!”

“The staff was friendly and professional, and once we were seated, our food came out quickly, which was great. One item from my order never arrived, and they were also out of the specialty drink I ordered, but I understand that things happen. Neither of those issues was my biggest concern.

The major issue was the wait and the seating process. We waited over an hour for a table, yet from the time we arrived until we left nearly three hours later, there were consistently about 10–13 empty tables.

I asked about the empty tables and was told they were going to be filled. However, I continued to watch customers wait for at least an hour while those tables remained empty. I also watched people walk out because they did not want to continue waiting. The long wait also caused significant congestion around the entrance.

What made this even more confusing was that the person who appeared to be the manager, based on her shirt, was the individual seating customers. So it was difficult to understand why so many tables remained unused for such a long period of time.

I completely understand waiting when a restaurant is full. However, waiting over an hour while 10–13 tables remain empty is completely different. This seemed less like a customer-service issue with the staff and more like a seating, staffing, or management issue.

The employees we encountered were pleasant, and the food we received was served quickly. Unfortunately, the seating process made what could have been a very good experience unnecessarily frustrating—and the restaurant appeared to be losing customers and revenue in the process.”

My toddler was trying to pull and twist the entire time I was building our bowls and at one point lost a shoe (not unusual😂) and an employee came up grabbed the shoe and even put it on for me! The food options all looked and tasted very fresh and delicious! They even had a few options for my toddler who has been in a picky stage latley! Got him some rice, tomatoes, chicken tenders, strawberries, oranges, eggs, and a slice of pita bread. He tried the rice and ate his berries, crackers, and chicken tenders. He LOVED the pita bread! I did a salad with spinach, garlic herb chicken, black beans and corn mixture, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, cheese, guacamole, cilantro and jalapeño ranch. Thank you so much for a delicious lunch this pregnant lady has been craving for a long time now! We will definitely be back!🥰”

“Matt Carroll PA is great, thorough and professional ..My wife had her arm broken from a fall on the ice, they were not too eager to do any surgery, and basically they restrained her arm for 6 weeks and the bones all healed with nothing but patience .. His Boss Dr. Throckmorton is probably going to do my shoulder replacement when it gets bad enough ... bone on bone ,,, but i can still live with it ...Thanks for the excellent care of my wife.”

“My granddaughter and a few couples went to this Waffle House after a Valentines Dance on 2-5-2023. The waiter was rude and got up in their faces. They waited 30 minutes and what was delivered was appalling. Her date ordered a waffle and all he got was a drink with debri in it and it was dirty. And, when waitress handed it to him, she got up in his face and said here's your order. I don't know who the manager is but he should be fired. There is no reason to treat people like this.”

We brought our three teenage girls to eat before going to Graceland and it was amazing! They had specialty coffee and an awesome menus to pick from. The girl was exceptionally friendly and polite when I requested my sandwich a certain way because I am a very nitpicky person and I always get the same thing. I love the tuna with the bread flattened out with onions and bell peppers cooked time and a half to actually cook the peppers and onions! So delicious! The girl didn't understand the reason I wanted the bread flattened out with her gloved hands was because I wanted to get extra toast time and not burn the edges but she was very cooperative even though she was a bit puzzled lol. Very nice neighborhood very nice subway location. I highly recommend it to anyone.”

“The Peking duck is genuinely one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. I mean that with my entire soul. Please, PLEASE get the Peking duck. It is unbelievably flavorful and perfectly cooked.

We ordered the whole Peking duck, and for everything you get, it’s honestly a great value. It comes with three full takeout boxes of duck, not even including all of the bao buns that come with it.
