“First visit to this restaurant. I arrived around 4pm and was seated immediately. I had been told their lobster rolls were excellent, but since TN is a land locked state, they only have it frozen. I decided on their cheeseburger. I have 4 stars since it's center was more red than pink, cooked medium when I requested it prepared medium well to well done. I still ate it as is and enjoyed it. Fries were perfect. I will try going again sometime in the future.
Note: 1. My waitress was a trainee working with the regular waiter. Both were great. 2. I have been to many restaurants that have problems preparing burgers and steaks medium well, so was not very upset. I did NOT mention it to the waiter.”

This is coming from a very picky Hispanic man who has an absolutely horrible time finding true Mexican flavors and you seriously have to look no further.
It’s somewhat pricey BUT!!, they offer King Crab 🦀 tacos, filet mignon tacos 🌮, brisket tacos and what my wife loves, the yummiest tamales 🫔 almost as good as her mother’s. The meat protein selection is prime and not cheap cuts as majority of Memphis offers,,, 👏👏👏 bravo

“Server was very good. On top of our needs. Food was okay. Not great, but okay. The chicken and sausage pasta for instance was pretty slim on the chicken and the sausage. The pimento cheese slider was more mayo than anything else.”

My toddler was trying to pull and twist the entire time I was building our bowls and at one point lost a shoe (not unusual😂) and an employee came up grabbed the shoe and even put it on for me! The food options all looked and tasted very fresh and delicious! They even had a few options for my toddler who has been in a picky stage latley! Got him some rice, tomatoes, chicken tenders, strawberries, oranges, eggs, and a slice of pita bread. He tried the rice and ate his berries, crackers, and chicken tenders. He LOVED the pita bread! I did a salad with spinach, garlic herb chicken, black beans and corn mixture, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, cheese, guacamole, cilantro and jalapeño ranch. Thank you so much for a delicious lunch this pregnant lady has been craving for a long time now! We will definitely be back!🥰”

“First time here. I had lunch and my partner got breakfast. Menu seems overloaded with healthy choices, but my selection of the Monterey Club and Broccoli Cheese soup were just fine. My partner ordered the French Toast with Strawberries, eggs and ham. She was somewhat happy with her choices. While the ham was tender it was tough to cut with a dull table knife. She said her eggs were OK but they looked overcooked for ‘medium well’ to me. I saw her pulling off the burnt edges. Check out my pics on that. Same thing on the ham. For a place that specializes in breakfast, I expected better.”

“They took care of my son, he was nervous about his surgery. I met with the surgeon and he was very informative and so kind to me. We all felt safe and the surgery was amazing. “For a weekend hangout, my friend and I decided to try Mellow Mushroom. The restaurant wasn’t that busy, so we were able to get seated at a table quickly. After being seated at our table, I began to notice the design on the table and the various designs scattered throughout the place. For appetizers, we ordered the cheese bread. The cheese bread was amazing and a good way to kick off our lunch. For our main dishes, my friend ordered the smash burger, and I ordered a half-and-half pizza. For the half-and-half pizza, one half was the Mighty Meaty Pizza, and the other half was the Funky Q Chicken pizza. My friend told me that her Smashburger was good and perfectly seasoned. For the Mighty Meaty Pizza half, all the flavors with the pepperoni, bacon, Italian Sausage, and ham just blended amazingly together. For the Funky Q Chicken pizza half, it was good as well, especially with the BBQ sauce, but the only criticism I have with it is that I really didn’t taste much of the chicken or bacon on it. I wish that I could remember our waitress's name; she was super amazing.”

“This hotel is fantastic. The rooms are a good size with everything you need (iron, ironing board, TV, hairdryer etc…), and it is spotlessly clean with a friendly atmosphere. Recently renovated, the rooms and hotel spaces are contemporary, modern and fresh. Cody who works at the hotel is a real asset to the business, he truly went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable and provided us with the highest level of service and professionalism, something that is hard to find. He made us feel so welcome we have continued to come back. The hotel bar provides a good selection of food and drinks and the free secure parking is great. I highly recommend this hotel and it’s 5* service ?”

“The best Kroger Starbucks hands down. There are tons of seating options and it’s own separate area from Kroger with an outdoor section in addition. The employee that was there this morning was so kind. She compelled me to try Starbuck‘s new raspberry cold foam. I was going to get the vanilla cold foam, but I am so glad she gave me the option! If I didn’t like it, she would make me a new drink. She was a genuinely kind and caring employee, welcoming me right as I walked up to the counter!”

“The most classic and well-done Chinese restaurant in Memphis. Food is always fresh and tastes amazing. Service is quick and friendly. This is my go-to spot when I’m having lunch in Germantown.”

“Dined here on a Saturday afternoon around 12:30, and it wasn’t crowded at all. We were immediately greeted and seated, which was a great start.

They brought out complimentary chips and salsa—definitely a highlight. The chips were seasoned (not your typical plain chips), and paired really well with the salsa. Super flavorful!

For drinks, I ordered the Tornado Jumbo, and my husband got a Tornado with Hennessy added. Both were really good. I especially liked that each layer had a distinct flavor—some places make colorful drinks that all taste the same, but that wasn’t the case here.

We ordered a single order of steak, chicken, and shrimp fajitas. While the flavor was good, it did feel a bit heavy on the vegetables and a little light on the meat. When the dish first came out, it included bacon, which we weren’t expecting and don’t eat. However, the staff handled it well—they apologized and quickly remade it without any issue. Great customer service there.

Even with the single order, we were able to make about five tacos, which was nice.

My daughter ordered the kids’ cheese pizza with a side option (fries or rice and beans). The pizza was similar to a frozen-style pizza, and she didn’t care for it, but she did enjoy the chips, rice, and beans.

Overall, I’ve been wanting to try this place since we’re in the area often, and I’m glad we did. The menu is extensive, and there are plenty of options to come back and try. Our waitress was also very nice and attentive throughout our visit.

“Our RV Club, The Rhythmic Rollers, had a luncheon there on March 12. The food was excellent! So much variety in meats and vegetables! The tables were easily moved so that we could sit in a group. We had a blast! The waitresses were spot on! The cooks are the best in Memphis! This is a great place with outstanding customer service!”

“My granddaughter and a few couples went to this Waffle House after a Valentines Dance on 2-5-2023. The waiter was rude and got up in their faces. They waited 30 minutes and what was delivered was appalling. Her date ordered a waffle and all he got was a drink with debri in it and it was dirty. And, when waitress handed it to him, she got up in his face and said here's your order. I don't know who the manager is but he should be fired. There is no reason to treat people like this.”
