I don't like the way they make you pay when you make your order when you walk in. it's has a line for a tip, why would you tip and not been served I tip according to how I was taken care of. this time we hade a very good waitress she checked on us several times through our meal so I left her some cash. “Great Mexican place in the middle of Lenoir City. Food is delicious and portion sizes are large. Prices are reasonable and the service is always amazing. Been many a time and have yet to be let down. Parking can be a bit of a challenge as you may have to park in the food city parking lot.”

“We live in Knoxville Tn. and we were on our way to Panama City and decided to stop by Shoney‘s in Lenoir City Tn. for breakfast. We had never been there before but the moment we walked in a lady seated us and she made us feel like she had known us forever. We didn’t know her before we went in but later found out her name was Denise. After seating us she was also our waitress. It did not take us long to see how much she loved her job by the way she served people. Not just us but everyone we saw come in the door she greeted with a smile and joy. She was such a huge blessing to us first thing this morning. We hope Shoney’s knows how valuable she is to their company. A genuine person with a sweet, sweet spirit. The food was good too?”

“We were driving through Lenoir City at lunch time and spotted this place. After reading a couple of the reviews, we decided to give it a try. We definitely recommend it. There are only a few tables, but they provide table service, with the rest of the space operating as a full service Mexican store. Fresh chips with salsa, red and green chile (like we get in Santa Fe), chopped onions, and cilantro are provided when you sit down. All are fresh and the sauces have decent "heat." We each ordered one of the egg offerings, but my Huevos Rancheros was the winner. It was accompanied by white beans, rice, a slice of avocado, and cheese. Give it a try.”

We sat at the bar. The bottomless chips and salsa are decent but a little salty.
We had a salad and the triple appetizer thing which was really good.
The beer was not filled to the top which why I’m giving a 4 star”

“We went through the drive-thru with a large order. They accidentally missed one item. No big deal. I went in to ask for the one item. The manager was so nice and apologetic. He went above and beyond to make sure our order was correct. Great customer service. Our food was also delicious and fresh.”

“Clinton.Tn Went though the drive thru and bought brisket dinner and a brisket sandwich. The brisket was like wallet leather dry and the fries were stale and cold I took it inside and the crew today was so respectful and thoughtful. They apologized and made fresh fries and the just had fresh brisket come out. I will def. Retired because of the customer service I experienced. However, ensuring food meets quality before being served should be more focused on.”

“Food was great! Went through the drive thru, was pretty fast, but had to park out front for a few minutes while they were cooking some chow mein for our order. Was expensive, but I'll be back.”

“Had Valentines dinner with my wife and really enjoyed the experience. In my opinion if you can impress on that night you have done something. We both had the surf and turf, and I must say the steak was perfect. I had the scallops and while they were not bad they were not impressive either. I found them bland and a little on the rubbery side. The salad and veggies as a side were very good but we both wished we had tried the lobster Mac and cheese, it looked amazing... something to come back for. We were impressed by the decor and the menu selections but really thought the price was very reasonable. This will definitely go in our regular restaurant list! Now to figure out when we can go back and try the grill side of the clubhouse, the menu looks very good and maybe an even better value with a great list of music and trivia! One pet peeve, why does every restaurant think they have to bring some kind of “romantic” music in for Valentines? A live saxophone player in a small room is not romantic.”

“i went on a Friday night (10/13/2025) around 7:30pm-8:30pm i can’t remember the exact time but i can remember my experience there. The lady that worked the register and bask in robins was so nice and professional:)i hope she sees this google review or the company itself,but she did an amazing job making sure she smiled and stayed very professional and friendly. Im a very friendly person myself and i normally can catch a bad vibe but it’s like i had met this lady before and we had a great connection lol…ok but she is awesome i will visit this store just because of her! I can’t remember her name but she’s middle aged woman short darkish brown or black hair with glasses of that helps:)”

“It was a Thursday evening while traveling on vacation when we ate here. I surprised that the restaurant was so crowded on a week night. However, I don't know the area so, it might be shift work or a football night, who knows. Anyway, we were seated fairly quick as a couple. The service was good. We enjoyed our food as usual at Chili's. I had the half rack of ribs and my wife had the Nacho's. The meals filled is up and had to have take home boxes for the left overs. The restaurant was clean, service was good, the noise was a bit high with so many people but, that is not Chili's fault. I would recommend this Chili's.”

“Lots of comments on here that vary widely, but on a Monday night everything was great! The hibachi food was grilled perfectly, even with the not to friendly cook and the hot food bars were fresh, clean, the right temp and very tasty. Great value for the price if you like Chinese style buffet.”
