“We live in Knoxville Tn. and we were on our way to Panama City and decided to stop by Shoney‘s in Lenoir City Tn. for breakfast. We had never been there before but the moment we walked in a lady seated us and she made us feel like she had known us forever. We didn’t know her before we went in but later found out her name was Denise. After seating us she was also our waitress. It did not take us long to see how much she loved her job by the way she served people. Not just us but everyone we saw come in the door she greeted with a smile and joy. She was such a huge blessing to us first thing this morning. We hope Shoney’s knows how valuable she is to their company. A genuine person with a sweet, sweet spirit. The food was good too?”

“Good food and great service at decent prices. We only split a meal when we come -- making it about $20 because I'll always get a cheese sauce. That leads me to my biggest disappointment: the cheese sauce is $5 but the smallest size I have ever seen. Every other Mexican restaurant I have eaten at in the Knoxville Metropolitan area gives you at least 3x the amount of queso for the same price.

Editing because it's usually great service but the young gentleman we had tonight acted like he couldn't care less if we ever came back. We probably won't be back because of this!”

I don't like the way they make you pay when you make your order when you walk in. it's has a line for a tip, why would you tip and not been served I tip according to how I was taken care of. this time we hade a very good waitress she checked on us several times through our meal so I left her some cash. I usually don't have cash just sayin”

“You all make the best tamales this side of the Rio Grande! I would recommend you all to anyone and I plan to order more very soon! I ordered 10 beef, 10 chicken, 5 cheese and 5 pork. Didn't get the pork which was okay because they replaced with 5 extra cheese. The cheese end up being the best!”

“We tried this for the first time today. The Lox Bagel reminded me of the ones I had back in Chicago-- authentic, perfectly prepared and delicious! The atmosphere reminded me of Chicago, NYC, and Newark bagel establishments I've visited, and the service was outstanding! My wife had the Chocolate Croissant and loved that, too! Prices are reasonable compared to what one would pay elsewhere for similar food. The Lox bagel, in particular, was only $7.99.”

“This location has the best service of any restaurant in Tennessee. Our waiter came to our table and we gave the drink order. While she was still at our table our drinks showed up. Wow.. Then we ordered and right after got our salad and soup. Fast... As soon as we ate that they took our empty plates and brought us our main course. I can't explain how fast all that happened. Also the ticket was less expensive than the fast food across the street. I will also stop at this Chili's when I'm in the area. Thank you for the great service and food.”

“Ok, so I eat at Buddy's BBQ all the time. So today I go to the Bearden location for an early lunch. Get my food and drink and go to a table by the windows. As I am sitting there eating, small black ants are crawling everywhere, along the windows sills and even on my table while I was trying to eat. I killed about 3 . I did notice ants were on other tables along the windows. Plus the windows sills were dirty and nasty. Number 2, the TV was on and extremely loud....and what was on ? Sports!!!! Men yacking back and forth as fast as they could talk. Not everyone enjoys listening and watching sports in every restaurant in town!!!!!”

“Stopped in for the first time and the food was really really good!!! The main salsa could be a little thicker but the green sauce at the salsa bar was excellent!!! Everything tasted good!! They could adjust the lighting inside the restaurant to feel less like a cafeteria, way too bright and cold feeling!! Otherwise a good experience, we will definitely be back!”

“We went through the drive-thru with a large order. They accidentally missed one item. No big deal. I went in to ask for the one item. The manager was so nice and apologetic. He went above and beyond to make sure our order was correct. Great customer service. Our food was also delicious and fresh.”

“Food was great! Went through the drive thru, was pretty fast, but had to park out front for a few minutes while they were cooking some chow mein for our order. Was expensive, but I'll be back.”

“I go to this Baskin-Robins every time I visit Lenoir City. I got a turtle cappuccino blast with praline ice cream the last time I went, and it was amazing.
The staff is always patient and helpful. The bathrooms are clean. The gas station has an abundance of varieties of food and drinks. For the last 5 years, I've been visiting this place, and I've always been happy with the overall service.”

“Had Valentines dinner with my wife and really enjoyed the experience. In my opinion if you can impress on that night you have done something. We both had the surf and turf, and I must say the steak was perfect. I had the scallops and while they were not bad they were not impressive either. I found them bland and a little on the rubbery side. The salad and veggies as a side were very good but we both wished we had tried the lobster Mac and cheese, it looked amazing... something to come back for. We were impressed by the decor and the menu selections but really thought the price was very reasonable. This will definitely go in our regular restaurant list! Now to figure out when we can go back and try the grill side of the clubhouse, the menu looks very good and maybe an even better value with a great list of music and trivia! One pet peeve, why does every restaurant think they have to bring some kind of “romantic” music in for Valentines? A live saxophone player in a small room is not romantic.”

“Great food, great service. The new chef and staff have brought new items to their menu. The restaurant is currently in a beautiful home that was converted to the Citico’s restaurant. I highly recommend for you to visit. Reid also does a great old fashion!”

“I usually love this place but my food was cold from the buffet. I was going to get a to-go buffet but I didn't want it to get a cold before I got home the only thing it could have done was warm my food up it still tasted okay but was definitely blow the temperature it should have been and it also costed me almost $18 for lunch buffet and a Coke”

“I just moved here and the employees and the manager at this location made me feel very welcome . I enjoy Starbucks coffee and if you can have service with a smile and a great attitude that says a lot about you. I just had Katie make my iced pumpkin dirty cha with cold foam. So delicious! Well done, Katie! Keep being an awesome barista . As far as Aidan the manager goes he is absolutely amazing and truly cares about each customer. His heart and passion are in this industry and I see see that drive in him. You are awesome and you are going to go far! Never doubt yourself. If you haven’t been here before to this location I highly recommend it.”

“The grilled cheese frisco burger was GREAT but the 3 piece chicken tenders I recv'd was just okay (not hot and the pieces were SMALL for the $). My fries were good after I had to come back from the car seeing they FORGOT to include in my order; then half were like they came from the bottom of the basket (all small pieces).🙂”

“Good people still exist! Tonight, September 8th at 8:55 I walked into this Dunkin' desperately needing a coffee. I had been at Children's Hospital in Knoxville all day with my daughter and 4 month old granddaughter who has RSV & was admitted. A very scary & stressful day. I was exhausted and still needed to drive home. I hated to go in 5 minutes until closing but I needed to stay awake 45 more minutes to drive home. Their card machine wasn't working & could only accept cash. I didn't have cash. The 3 men working, without hesitation, each pitched in and paid for my iced coffee. I was so overwhelmed with their kindness that I broke down in tears. I thanked them profusely and left. Thanks you gentlemen so much for helping this grandmother out, I will pay it forward!”
