“This place is underrated! Came here for a party/event and the staff was very friendly and nice, and had everything set up. I didn't have high expectations for the food to be that good since it looked more like a boba cafe (as it was decorated really floral and pretty) and was a bar after all, but the food stood out on its own as well! The kimchi pork, rabokki, fish soup, creamy seafood pasta were SO good-- and I could actually imagine myself coming back here just for the food itself haha. The somek was also good, and as said before, service was friendly and great.“
“Very good food high quality staff is very nice, the music was just a bit too loud. Also a lot of reviews complaining about getting a waiter attention. There is a call button and the waiter came almost immediately. It is not like a regular restaurant most asian restaurants are like that. If you looked at the table you would see it… Service was amazing so idk why people are complaining.“
“Food was good! Roasted whole chicken wasn’t so good it was too dry:/ We got chicken feet, pork belly, grilled squid, fried squid and spicy golbangi noodle they were alllllll good. Our favorite was spicy chicken feet!! Service was good atmisphere was good but it was so dark we asked if they could turn on the light more ? and they did.“
“Maria was awesome...very pleasant and made my experience memorable. Always has a smile on her face. Keep up the good work! Everyone was very professional. Nice, clean environment. They didn't have my pina colada drink but ensured they made me something similar and tasty. I'll definitely be back.“
“A sublime orchestration of southern comfort food paired with unique, very yummy, libation offerings. We decided on a sampling of appetizers: cast iron cornbread, gumbo, shrimp and grits, fried squash blossoms. All of them were simply delightful, but my fave was the squash blossoms...you must try this dish! A close second was the gumbo with it's dark, rich, complexion from the fabulous roux, along with hearty chunks of crab, boudin, and whole shrimp. For our main dish, we shared a delicious King Salmon croquette. Last but not least, big kudos to our server Keanon who made my wife's birthday dinner memorable!“
“Went for my girlfriends birthday on a Saturday and it was great! Was able to get same day reservations and the restaurant itself was busy but not packed. My girlfriend and I were able to hear each other and our server clearly every time. Also the cake is to die for! Thank you to the host who also played an amazing role just with overall amazing service and great conversation. Definitely coming back here!“
“The new space is very modern and clean! Lots of TVs and great happy hour specials. Sat at the bar and had their grilled burger sliders, which were tasty (2 come w/HH special). My fiancé had the tuna poke stack and she said it was “superb” and would order again. Our bartender Sabrina was super nice and makes an excellent espresso martini!“
“This place is fantastic! I've been a number of times & the service is always friendly & efficient. Food tried has included the Veggie Omelet, California Benedict (could use a bit more crumbled bacon), Bagel & Lox, Cinnamon Roll French Toast, & Turkey Avocado Wrap. All delicious! Pancakes & waffles come with drizzled cream cheese icing. Wasn't sure about this, but was So good! Servings are very generous. Definitely going back again!“
“My fiancé and I hosted our rehearsal dinner at the Plano location. The manager, Allison, provided us with catering options for our group of 20 plus weeks in advance. Brian was our server and took amazing care of us! He went above and beyond for us by setting up the entire area with floral arrangements and pictures of the happy couple! I’m so happy we chose to celebrate at this beautiful restaurant and were treated so special for our big weekend! Thank you so much for the excellent service and we can’t recommend this restaurant enough “
“Delicious Italian Food served while you are surrounded by photos of Italian families and decor. I love the fresh bread served with my meal- it's great dipped into the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and cracked pepper provided on the table but why is there no salt?“
“Visiting Dallas area for just a few days and my cousin and I stopped here for a drink. Can’t say enough good things about the place! Although we didn’t try the food- only because we had already had dinner, our bartender, Hayden, whipped us up the most amazing espresso martini’s! Plus a few other cocktails while we were there. ?Owner was so kind to walk me to my Uber to make sure I was safe.. Thank you ? !Try this place!“
“This spot is CUTE! Definitely good for a girls get together or a date night. The tacos were very filling even for 2 tacos! I recommend the Carne Asada taco for sure, and the spicy chicken taco. Both meats were marinated overnight and it tasted like it was marinated for a week! Juicy, tasty and filling, that’s all I ask for in a taco haha. Our waiter was awesome and I would recommend this place to anyone“
“Was in the Greenville area and remembered from a TikTok video and IG post of a take out margarita spot and just happened to be in the same parking lot.. lucky me! I wasn’t fully into the store before I was greeted with a very friendly welcome. Thats a huge plus for customer service because i was also asked if It was my 1st time which it was so time was taken to let me know what would fit my taste and it most definitely did! Shouts out to Brandon, because this margarita SLAPS!! I went with a small and 1 extra shot this time but next time ima take the training wheels off ? So taste.. value.. location and again customer service.. Mr Margaritas should be your to go place if you’re in the Greenville.. North/Lake Dallas.. Uptown/Midtown and surrounding areas!“
“I LOVE going to Snooze anytime I am near one. Food is always great. Staff is always so friendly and helpful, and of course, great bar selections. This is a great place if you are like me and need a place that can adapt the food menu to accommodate your food allergies. They also have great vegetarian option. This trip, we tried the PROTEIN & VEGGIE EGG WHITE SCRAMBLE. I had the chicken sausage, and my hubby had his scrambled with Soy Chorizo. This was so delicious and loved the aparagus being a veggie option for this dish. The house salsa that comes with this was the right amount of spicy with a hunt of sweetness. If you have e never tried their Bacon But Different, make sure to add on a side of that to your order. Your taste buds will thank you later. If you love blackberries, then you should definitely have a Boozy Blackberry Mint Limeade with your breakfast. Overall breakfast here is a 10 out 10.Vegetarian options: They have tofu and soy Chorizo and meat options and several vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: The online menu gives you the option to select your allergens and, based on that, offers you the menu items that can be tailored to your allergies.“
“Vegans and Vegetarians rejoice! SYC has you pretty well covered. They have a wonderful roasted carrot hummus with all the vegetables and they have some amazing Cauliflower and potato tacos. I will say the tacos have a lot of Indian flavor which I loved but not everyone does. In fact, I think some chutney would be a great add to these tacos to cut the spice. My husband had a burger and enjoyed (the fries were crack!).I'd love to see more vegetarian and vegan options but hey, we veg heads know we are lucky to have one option! This is an awesome spot with great views! I highly recommend. The GM, Chelsea came out and talked to us and our dogs were welcomed on the patio! I loved this experience!Vegetarian options: There are two vegan options only one is clearly marked (Tacos) so my guess is the roasted carrot hummus is not actually vegan.“
“We had a great time walking from place to place on the boardwalk. We started at the southern most restraunt/bar and finished at the northern most spot. Everyone was very nice and kept the atmosphere exciting and pleasant. It was 47 degrees when we went so the outside wasn't very busy. This was a Saturday night. All the food we tried was excellent and so we're the drinks. Thanks.“
“This place is so good! What a fun brunch menu. I had a delicious veggie omelet and the homemade sausage was really good as well. I especially liked the excellent service as well. Symphony was my server and she was awesome. She even let me try the beignets for my first visit which were WOW! I can't wait to return and bring my husband. The place was busy even at noon giving off the vibe that others love it as much as I do. I want to try a "spiked coffee" for a treat on my next visit.“
“Everything was so perfect! I spent my night here to celebrate my birthday. The food is deliciously fresh, the chef was so nice and made me a special sake drink for my birthday which i love so much. What a great experience and worth the price.“
“Republic appears to be the local pub for all the single people in North Dallas. Lots of folks sitting in bar and lounge area. That's were the restaurant is the loudest. Sit in the back if you want quieter dining so you can talk to your dinner partner. Dinner partner had perfectly prepared ribeye streak. My sea bass was on think side (more like flounder). Not overly seasoned which is hard to find these days. Service was well delivered.“
“Always a fantastic experience when we are here. Came in for brunch/lunch on a Sunday and it was not overly crowded, which it should be busier then it is, and enjoyed a great lunch with my wife. Breezy behind the bar is attentive and thoughtful.“
“Talk about a sexy atmosphere. Such a classy, cozy environment to enjoy with friends. We experienced amazing food, smoked old fashions and delicious cocktails. Bwalya was so friendly and helpful with drink and food suggestions and her timing was perfect for checking on us. Isaac's knowledge of the cigars in the walk in humidor was quiet impressive. Elle, the AGM made certain our evening was spectacular and treated us like royalty! We would highly recommend The Red Phone Booth and are thankful for a wonderful experience.“
“I’m new to drinking neat whiskey and was met here with knowledgeable and patient staff and bartenders!I highly recommend the whiskey flight. If I ever make it back out to Lewisville I’ll certainly stop in for a tour. My only regret is not bringing a checked bag because their No. 5 is one of my favorite whiskeys I’ve had so far“
“I went with a friend on NYE for the first time. We were looking for a fun atmosphere with great food and Fizz delivered 10/10! It’s got a colorful & eclectic posh-meets-pop retro vibe. The DJ was on point, service & food incredible, and Peter (who I believe is one of the owners) spent a few minutes chatting and made us feel very welcome. The entrance is tucked away inside the courtyard so just know its not visible from the parking lot.“
“Elvira, wow! It was packed when we came in here! All these people were here in that huge corporate party, yet you still made time to give us our individual attention and make us feel welcomed! Great Happy Hour drinks and appetizers and atmosphere in Blue Mesa! Thanks! We’ll surely be back! “
“The difference in dining these days is summed up in one word: service. In DFW, there are a multitude of good restaurants. Places with good food and a solid selection of wines with enough variety and quality to solve most dining requirements. Last night, we were in downtown for Morton's for example. Great name and very good dinner.....Tonight, we visited Nelson's. Dollar for dollar; dish for dish; service for service... we prefer Nelson's.Bryan and his team, although running short-handed, made it a perfect evening. His selection of Scotch is, for my taste, perfect! The wine list, though short, is full of tremendous options. (We are fond of Washington wines and thus were tickled to see the 9 Hats as on option!) Since they were running bit short staffed, we took time at the bar for a wine before getting seated. Well laid out and fun. When we were seated, Anna took care of us in every way imaginable. He knowledge of the menu was impeccable as were her suggestions for dinner. The deviled eggs are a great mixture of sweet and savory. The bacon wrapped shrimp are flavorful and dynamic. The crab cakes were cooked to crusty perfection. The 44 Farms ribeye exceeded my expectations and the spring mix salad was FANTASTIC! The serrano vinaigrette is worth the trip. My wife's red snapper was superlative.Quit overthinking it. Go. Eat. Enjoy.“
“Some of the best burgers I've had in so long. Also were very accommodating to modifications. Huge size of sides. The waitress did amazing keeping up on drinks and checking in on us. I will definitely be coming back when I'm in town.Vegetarian options: They have very clear options for vegetarian alternatives. They include the ingredients in their veggie patty. They also have a couple salads as well.“
“I had my birthday dinner here and everything was exceptional from vibe, food, drink and service! Raulph was our waiter and he took care of us so well, and gave us good recommendations on food and drinks. We would come back for brunch next time since the brunch menu also looks really good!“
“Not gonna lie, this is one of my favorite fast casual spots in DFW. I've eaten just about the whole menu. My favorites are the chicken karaage, sesame noodles, pork ramen with brisket , Thai tortilla chips, and the corn fritters. The potatoes, ribs, and brisket are also pretty good. You'll love your experience just get there. The drinks are fantastic as well! They have something for whatever mood you're in! The service is so accommodating, place your order on your app, open a tab, and you're good to go!“
“This place is great! Saw it on Instagram took my wife on a date and it was awesome. The meat is high quality, really worth the price. We got the JOA option for 2 and it was versatile and fulfilling in the cuts of meat they serve. Definitely could feed a 3rd person. Our waitress was super nice however, our experience was not like other Korean BBQs. Im not sure if its because we ordered the JOA option, but we did not cook our own food our waitress did and she was very attentive especially with 4 other tables she was servicing at the same time. Definitely a nice date place or a group outing!“
“Fabulous happy hour! 1/2 price bottle of wine and great deals on apps! We enjoyed oyster shooters, fried green tomatoes, and fried calamari. All were delicious! Perfect batter and seasoning on the fried food. The seafood bisque was full of meat and flavor. I prefer a thicker base, but this was good! The blackend shrimp was delicious, and the rice and okra spiced just right. The end of the meal was finished with French toast bread pudding, delicious!Enjoying life 1 sip, 1 bite and 1 small town at a time.Explore everything!“
“This is a really nice place with great ambiance. I got the sliders and they were good but I could tell the meat wasn't seasoned and it was all the toppings that made it taste good. The Pina Colada mocktail I had was so good I got another one. Also I got the bread pudding which is my favorite dessert. It was amazing however it was a very small portion.I didn't care for the music much and around 9pm on the weekends they have a DJ so it gets pretty loud around that time but I understand that why most people didn't show up until around that time because that's the atmosphere they are looking for.But all in all the place is a great spot if you want to chill and have some fun with your friends and get a bite to eat.“
“This place was soo good! It has a more ritzy side so definitely come dressed in your Sunday best I would say. The staff were amazing and so sweet. The parking was extremely annoying when we left but I came right when they opened so I was grateful for a up close spot.“
“Great way to spend Easter! I love the way you feel like you're on vacation when dining here. The food is amazing, especially the coconut shrimp. The drinks are so good, especially the Grapefruit Basil Martini that I have dreams about! The live music brings you the feeling you are on a beach somewhere and the service is exceptional! We love Tommy Bahama and try to go frequently!!“
“Amazing service and yummy food.I was initially greeted by the hostess, I didn’t catch her name, but she was super friendly and didn’t make me feel silly for asking my silly question “do you do takeout” and then she directed me to the proper place to put my order in.And the cashier, Mike, was very kind and patient as I looked at the menu and very knowledgeable about today’s special which I did get - the ribeye quesadillas. The food was hot and ready and very tasty! Came with cream cheese, guacamole, and poco de gallo. The quesadillas were very fairly priced at $11 for 4 nicely filled triangles. But some of the items on the menu did seem on the upper end, not sure how big the meals are though. Not to mention the location, very cute square outside with lots of outdoor seating and pretty landscape away from the bustle of the busy streets.Definitely recommend!“
“The hotel was very nice, the golf course even nicer! My husband and I stayed for a golf and stay weekend for my birthday. The staff was AMAZING--we were made to feel special and Sabrina C. did an amazing job making us feel welcome and even recognized my birthday and went above and beyond her call of duty to facilitate that! We enjoyed the Westin Team, the food, service, and golf. We will stay again!“
“This was a really cozy and peaceful brunch experience. I brought a friend from out of town here and we enjoyed everything we had (salmon, rigatoni, & mushroom soup). The server was attentive as well. I came back the following day for take-out and didn’t find it as good as the experience of dining in (salmon was a much smaller portion size and was cooked harder than the prior day—I ordered and prefer medium). But I will definitely return to dine-in. It is a nice experience and the energy is great inside. They seem to really care about quality and it shows!“
“Had an awesome time here. The food was delicious as was my drink. I forget the bartender’s name now, but he went above and beyond to make sure my family and I had a stellar time. My steak and potatoes dish was absolutely amazing. When he found out it was my birthday, he made sure I got that delicious cheesecake. My apologies for not remembering your name but you sir rock. You stated your wife was an educator and you’d been working there for 10 years. I can’t thank you enough for the generosity, kindness, and attentive service you provided tonight. I only hope this review finds you well and helps get the promotion you so deserve (thought I’d throw that in). Thank you.“
“Food is excellent. Owner is the original owner of Veracruz in Bishop Arts, my favorite Mexican restaurant in Dallas. The menu here isn't identical, but the food quality (and excellent margaritas) are very similar. They're in a strip center, was worried they might not make it, but recent visits have found it full and bustling. Glad to see it.“
“Amazing Place for Food and Coffee!I drove past it for a while thinking it was just Coffee shop but actually it's a fantastic restaurant that serves coffee shop level coffee!Patio, bar, or dining room it's been a great experience each way.“
“Grapefruit Martini, Lemon Drop Martini, Spinach Artichoke Dip This is a really cute hidden place. Dim lighting, comfy booths and little tables inside with bar seating as well. Decorations inside are cute. Very quiet for the most part. The drinks here are delicious and quite strong. We only tried the Spinach artichoke dip, which was just alright. Servers are super friendly and attentive.“
“Extremely high value, a bit hidden neighborhood restaurant. Lots of menu choices all freshly made and served piping hot. Service is outstanding. Food is tasty and authentically Greek. On Saturday nights ( and perhaps others as well) they have a local singer for background music, which is very pleasant. Can’t wait to return to try other menu items.“
“We had a family celebration and could not have been treated better! Our server Clemente is absolutely the best! He went out of his way to take excellent care of us!! He took care of every detail along with a lot of extras! We could not have been more blessed! Best server ever! The Carne Asada is amazing! It is our favorite! We really enjoyed the Margueritas too!We will definitely be back!“
“THIS is our absolute favorite sushi restaurant in North Dallas! The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. Henry was our waiter tonight and was AMAZING!!!! He was so kind, so quick, and seemed impressed we finished two entire plates of sushi! At the very end of the meal they treat you to complimentary orange slices and it’s quite literally the most perfect lasting impression! You leave feeling very full but clean, citrusy, and fresh! 10/10 recommend! They also offer gluten free options!!“
“Really well done. Second time I’ve eaten here and everything is on point. I’m not just saying that I’m a very tough critic. Started with calamari and tuna crips. (Fresh Ahi Tuna) Main entree was swordfish with truffle mashed potatoes. This place has Hudson House vibes. Be back soon.“
“This place is a complete sports bar,for all sports ,the place is always a vibe, the workers are friendly and respectful,I would recommend this place , especially you looking for a place to play pool and enjoy the company of Dallas finest people..everyone I have met here are a vibe...and oh.......the wings and tots are to die for,..stop salivating and head to this place..and coldest beer ?? in town“
“Food was great! Servers were doing excellent considering all the customers. My only complaint is that when you make reservations for some places you have never been before you don't expect long......long lines just to play 9 holes of putt putt. Not to mention I'm betting they are well over the maximum allowed customers per building code.“
“This place is AWESOME. The drinks are delicious and ~artsy~, and the bartenders are chill and quick to serve you. Also, if you happen to be there on a night where they do the cocktail making classes (or if you get the chance to do one) it is a BLAST - music is great and it feels like a party in there. 10/10 recommend if you're in the Mockingbird area!“
“I went 3-14-24 @ 6:25. Starting with parking which was weird. Looks like you have to valet or find parking else where. The restaurant vibe is welcoming and the live band added just the touch of class needed. Taylor the waiter was awesome with three minutes to spare on the happy hour he got me a menu and took my order to accommodate. There was another bartender with him a young lady with dark hair that was very attentive as well. The first person you meet in any establishment can make or break the business. These two worked well together and although the food wasn’t the best I would definitely come back to the bar. The steak nachos were blah as were the avocado rolls.“
“Whenever I’m in Texas and craving Japanese food, I always visit this place. The restaurant has a lively atmosphere, and the staff are friendly. I highly recommend the yakitori and agedashi tofu, which offer a taste just like back in Japan. Additionally, they have a happy hour where beers are priced attractively.“
“My best friend and I had drinks and ate here for his birthday on the down low. I learned this was a Tequila Bar so be prepared for that. The food was very good and service ok they seem very hurried in their approach. Still this place rocks.“
