“I can't say anything negative,,,But except,,,I wished they were not so stingy with the white gravy...I didn't say anything cause I was tired and didn't want too start anything.The manager ask us how everything was ,,,seldom does that ever happen.“

“Man, was the breakfast here tasty. Large portions are served here, so plenty of sharing can be done. Service here was impeccable and attentive. The only thing that was an issue for us was the blowing cold AC in the back corner of the restaurant.“

“I ate there for a team building event with my coworkers. The location was not crowded upon arrival. Our party was seated fairly quickly. We placed our drink orders shortly after we were seated. There were a lot of menu options. We ordered a variety of appetizers, drinks, and food. The food portions were a very good size. We dined sufficiently and everyone enjoyed their food. We were full and did not have any room to eat desserts. I would eat at the location again.“

“What a refreshing change of pace for fast food! Delicious, fresh and so many options! I was very impressed with the quality of both the food and the service. I was surprised and disappointed that the chicken salad I wanted was not something they make. 5 star for sure if they had my go-to option.“

“We celebrated my husbands birthday at Jellicos. It was great, a hidden gem for sure. The poblano white bean dip was amazing! The filet mignon was delicious and tender. We had one little problem with the meats, I asked for the filet mignon to be medium well, and my husband wanted his T Bone to be medium, and they mixed those terms, the T bone also needed a bit more flavor but everything else was delicious. The servers and everyone were great, but Hala made the night special. What a sweet soul! She made sure my husband got a birthday cake and sang the song even when no one else joined! The curve lounge was packed, but it looked like fun, and prices were surprisingly low, we would come back and try the lounge too !“

“Wow! Just went for my first time and the employees were SO nice and kind! They truly made you feel so welcome! I got 2 trio’s so I could try everything I wanted to and they explained each thing I got as well as gave me extra crackers! Everything I got tasted so fresh and delish that I went back thru the line to get a Lemon Basil BLT! Highly recommend this place!“

“Great food and nice servers! However I would say this is t a really kid friendly place. They only had 1 high chair and it was already promised to another family when we got there so my 16 month old had to sit in in our laps/regular chair. Also there is no changing table or space in the bathrooms. I would totally go there again but probably wouldn’t bring my little one!“

“Arrived at an off hour 4pm on a weekend. They have lots of beer but for some reason, I got the wine tasting. It was ok. Brussel sprouts appetizer was great and my black and blue burger was fantastic! The added jalapeños were just the right heat! Onion rings were amazing! The vegan blackbean burger was a little disappointing. It didn't have a lot of flavor and just fell apart, needed more binder to keep things together. That said, still a solid 4 out of 5 and we'll be back if only for that black and blue burger. Wednesday its half off!!!“

“The food is great! The only downfall is joining the list. When you join the list as they require you may find that you end up move as more people join. When we arrive there two group join (my family and couple) shortly after no less then 5 minutes people started to come in and join and we moved down to the 10 spot. This had me in a hold. I asked the host and she states the app does the placement. So be sure to join before you go or be patience.We waited for 20 minute before be seated, it was worth the wait. We had a AMAZING server name Brice. The guy was on point!!! Kudos to guy, he was serving several tables didn’t seem to miss a beat. Thank you all for wonderful service!!!“

“Let me start by saying my family owned one of the most popular Louisiana food trucks in San Antonio.We came to Dallas from San Antonio on a day trip and stumbled across Tupelo Honey. Since this is a chain I didn’t expect much.However my mind was blown by the flavors. We had the shrimp and grits and the chicken and waffles. The Shrimp and grits were to die for. The chicken and waffles are made with dark meat… sweet baby Jesus!But wait there’s more… the biscuits for a cause were something special.And to top it all off, the banana pudding was heaven sent.Ok ok ok… one more thing. Alex the waiter was a rockstar and his service was top notch. I’ll recommend Tupelo Honey to everyone.“

“We came in for lunch on Sunday April 7th and was seated by the friendly young hostess. She then told us our server would be: Ryan. When he arrived at the table he seemed to not want to be there and seemed rude. We get our drinks about 15 minutes after ordering them and then had to flag down the manager at the 30 minute mark. We got our drinks and no bread.The manager Julio was very friendly and mentioned something about they don't bring bread anymore until you get your food, UNLESS, you get an appetizer. We also mentioned that Ryan seemed to have somewhat of an attitude and didn't seem to want to be there. He quickly got the bread and came back and told us that: He was upset because he doesn't want to work on Sundays. Fair enough!We'll return to this location as the food is always good and worth what you pay for. However, I WILL MAKE IT A POINT NOT TO EVER GET RYAN AGAIN! Second time, same verse.“

“We always love coming here for the comfort food. We came to celebrate graduation. Last night they exceeded my expectations. I ordered the catfish, and it was THE BEST catfish I have ever had. I was amazed at how hot and fresh it was, every bite was steaming hot. . . .and the portion was HUGE. My daughter had the bacon cheese fries, which were also great. Thank you for making our special night even more special.“

“Great food, although I did not enjoy my chicken salad, the honey mystard was the highlight of that meal! I try a different food each visit. The Mansfield had problems with heating on a 45 degree day and their a/c was blowing quite well. A smart manager would have turned it off and maybe explained the situation! Not this one...“

“While having breakfast Sunday morning with my daughter we had unexpected guests. Out of nowhere they started coming on the table to the right of me. The food was great but was not able to finish it. I asked the waitress to have the manager come over. He did and I informed him of the ants quietly. He apologized. As many times as I have gone there that was the first time my experience was not up to par.Vegetarian options: Wonderful salads and many veggie options.“

“The food has always been great here, but today the GM Kailey really went above and beyond with customer service. I called before the store even opened this morning, needing help with a really small (I mean tiny!) order for the Easter meal. First of all, she answered the phone before official hours; and second, she went out of her way to help me even though she was working to get a ton of orders ready. She didn’t have to do that but she chose to, and it was the one thing that went right during a frustrating morning. Any restaurant can have good or great food, but when the GM goes out of her way to help when it’s not convenient…you know it’s a place that deserves your money and loyalty. Thank you so much Kailey!“

“We had a good time at the restaurant, despite a small issue with being charged for the kids playing games on the tablet without our knowledge. The food was average, with a few dishes being overcooked and arriving late due to a kitchen mistake. However, our waitress was wonderful - very kind and accommodating. We left her a generous tip as a thank you for making our experience enjoyable.Kid-friendliness: Our server was the best. They played games (BEWARE: you will be billed if they play the games.) But we had fun.“

“The food is great! Wonderful customer service from staff. This was my first visit to this location.Parking: In a shopping center complex. There is an area adjacent to the east side of restaurant that's great to park if you're picking up to go.“

“Cracker Barrel has been a great restaurant and country store in the past but it’s declined in the last couple of years because of the pandemic, so many of the previous employees ( kitchen and wait staff) who were delivering top quality and good service moved on during the pandemic shutdown and now have new employees who are having issues living up to Cracker Barrel standards of pre-pandemic years. If the corporate leadership will be proactive and bring back the previous years quality of service and improve the food preparation to the previous standards, then I will patronize the restaurant at the same level as I have in the past.“
