We try to get the same server every time we go she is so nice, and she takes very good care of us. She always has a smile on her face. I went to kitchen door let them know 2 people waiting on orders she was not too pleased at first then she eased up on the attitude. This has never ever happened before. It's always been so easy and friendly. Where did your manager go? He still there? He was always friendly.“

“Very pleased. The food is the best in this area. Great flavor. Had the meat pies, chicken wings with fried shrimp, crawfish ettoufe (I can't spell) and French bread. We didn't have a daquari due to our own preference but next time. Definitely will try Family Game night next time.“

“Wildwood is a great place for food with a decent bourbon and whiskey selection.The cool novelty about the place is that they have a barrel pick of Buffalo Trace on tap... a rarity that I have never seen in any of my travels.I think the bourbon selection is a bit pricy for what it is, but overall it's a great experience and I've never had a bad meal here.“

“This seems to be a meeting place for friends. I saw several tables of 2 or more gentlemen enjoying coffee & breakfast together. There was another table of several family members. I noted the staff was familiar with what some of the patrons ordered on a regular basis & stopped & chatted for a bit. The food was good (the biscuits were soft all around, not hard on the bottom like some). I ordered scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns & a biscuit & gravy. The dining room appeared clean. Prices are reasonable. Would recommend.“
“Love there pancakes, the potatoes-no seasoning the best for me. Always get the Two by four. Eggs are mostly cooked right. “We celebrated my husbands birthday at Jellicos. It was great, a hidden gem for sure. The poblano white bean dip was amazing! The filet mignon was delicious and tender. We had one little problem with the meats, I asked for the filet mignon to be medium well, and my husband wanted his T Bone to be medium, and they mixed those terms, the T bone also needed a bit more flavor but everything else was delicious. The servers and everyone were great, but Hala made the night special. What a sweet soul! She made sure my husband got a birthday cake and sang the song even when no one else joined! The curve lounge was packed, but it looked like fun, and prices were surprisingly low, we would come back and try the lounge too !“

These are divine.The dining room is under construction, so there’s no way to eat there now, but I’m sure the atmosphere will be lovely when they’re done. Has that perfect small town restaurant vibe that fits perfectly on Main St.It’s a smaller restaurant in a busy area so make sure to grab a reservation, especially around the holidays. We came in without and had to wait a little to be seated with our large party, but it gave us a great excuse to walk around Main and see all the Christmas decorations.Everything we had was delicious, but I have to recommend the bread pudding French toast and the biscuits, sausage & gravy. Ended up having to share both with the entire table!“
“Arrived at an off hour 4pm on a weekend. They have lots of beer but for some reason, I got the wine tasting. It was ok. Brussel sprouts appetizer was great and my black and blue burger was fantastic! The added jalapeños were just the right heat! Onion rings were amazing! The vegan blackbean burger was a little disappointing. It didn't have a lot of flavor and just fell apart, needed more binder to keep things together. That said, still a solid 4 out of 5 and we'll be back if only for that black and blue burger. Wednesday its half off!!!“

My go-to has been the BLT on toasted wheat with a scoop of the kicking kay lynne and a side of soup or Mac and cheese.We also grabbed the pre-packed chicken salad as meal prep through the week as well and tried other flavors that, of course, were delicious.Go and try them out, you won't regret it.“

We chatted briefly about looking at license plates and forming a word or deciphering an acronym from license plates, lol. “We recently stopped in for a late lunch at Cotton Patch Café in Watauga. Service was fast and friendly. The chicken fried steak and sides were the best I’ve had anywhere in quite some time! Definitely worth going back to Watagua for another visit . Our servers, Matt and Brandon, made it a thoroughly pleasant experience. They recommended the large size meal, and we enjoyed the leftovers tonight… almost as much as being there.“

“Went there shortly after it opened. It was a saturday so there were tons of people. We put our name on the waiting list so we did not have to wait that long after arriving. Our server was so friendly and took her time to explain things on the menu, even though she had a lot of tables to serve. We did have to wait a little bit for the food to come out, but that is totally normal when the place is packed. The food was delicious as always and I just love the shop in the front. Will definitely come back!“

“Very delicious food, good portion for the price paid. If you order chicken regularly, they are at least 4 pieces. The waitress Savannah was very friendly and explained very well. They had no menu, no wifi. However, when I took the food in a bag, I forgot it on the table. When I returned, they had already thrown it away, but the manager gave me a complete meal just as I had ordered, as good as new. I thought it was a very good gesture. I definitely have one more place to visit more often.“
