“Today met a dear friend for breakfast, my first time at La Casita. I ordered an egg and vegetable hash that was delicious along with a wonderful cappuccino. It was a delight to find a cappuccino with such well proportioned and balanced flavor, a relief from the huge milky offerings so many other places serve. We shared a guava and strawberry filled pop tart, which involved a perfect delicious tender flaky pastry wrapped around a both slightly sweet and tart filling. Our server, Tess, was very knowledgeable of the menu and helped us with our selections, and later we were treated by Jesus to a scrumptious seasonal glazed bun. That glazed bun was honestly too good for words, mildly sweet, hint of cinnamon, just oodles of delicious texture and subtle flavor. Obviously, I will return soon.”

“This place has been one of my favorite spots for years now and a huge part of that is the people. Tom, Ian, and everyone else there have always been amazing. You can tell right away they genuinely care about wine and about the people walking through the door. We have made a ton of good memories there over the years and I love the place so much I even had one of my birthdays there. Tom ended up turning half the night into this full blown wine education experience and honestly made it one of the coolest birthday dinners I have had.
The knowledge base there is ridiculous too. You could walk in and ask for a wine that tastes like an old boot a pigeon made a nest in and somehow they would know exactly what bottle to hand you. At the same time, they are not trying to upsell you just for the sake of it. They actually care about helping you develop your palate and figure out what you genuinely enjoy. I remember asking Tom about Soul of a Lion and instead of taking the easy sale, he straight up told me I was not quite ready to fully appreciate that bottle and to ramp up slowly 😂. That level of honesty honestly made me trust them even more.
The membership is absolutely worth it if you go regularly. Weekly wine tastings included plus discounted pricing on bottles makes it really easy to explore different wines without feeling like every purchase is a gamble.
They also keep the place fun with stuff like trivia nights and even occasional dog adoption events. It never feels pretentious or stiff. Just a genuinely great place to hang out, learn more about wine, and make good memories. Love you guys for real.”

“Great place. Visited on Saturday at around 7. No long wait and for me was seated in front of the TV in the bar area which was fine by me since it shielded me from the noise and crowds. My brother-n-law took my wife and I there for our birthdays. I tried the chicken poblano with tomatillo sauce which was very good. The Avocado dip was good to me . My wife and brother thought it could use a little more salt which brought to our attention there was no salt and pepper or other condiments on the table. The waiter seemed over committed with the amount of people that were there . If there was anything to improve it may be that since we didn’t get asked for refills and some drinks were late. Not a complaint just saying maybe sitting in this are in a crowded night expect a little off.
The food was good and didn’t hear of any negative comments from my wife or brother.
Nice looking in side so it’s a good place for a date or business dinner. Look forward to seeing the place again.

“I had an incredible stay at the R restaurant at the Renaissance in Dallas/Richardson, and a huge part of that experience was thanks to the outstanding bartenders, Kara and Rob. From the moment I walked up to the bar, they made me feel welcome and valued.
Throughout the weekend, they were incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. They remembered my preferences, made excellent drink recommendations, and went above and beyond to make sure I always had a great experience. Their genuine hospitality and positive energy made the bar one of the highlights of my stay.
Kara and Rob truly exemplify exceptional customer service, and it’s employees like them who keep guests coming back. I can’t thank them enough for making my weekend so enjoyable. I look forward to returning, and I hope to see them behind the bar again!”

I ordered a turkey sandwich basket for the 1st time and it was delicious so much so I wish I had ordered another one. Turkey was flavorful fries were perfect and the sauce brought it all together: This location is convenient clean and has a very peaceful atmosphere so I’ll definitely be back again”

“This Turkish restaurant had beautiful atmosphere and lovely service. We went on a Saturday at noon. They have plenty of seating, We had 5 people in our group and the bill was only $52! The bread came out fresh(you can see them making it and come out of the oven). It’s free refill for the Turkish tea(self-serve). We had the Turkish breakfast, and bc I can’t have dairy, they took out the non-vegan stuff out and charged me less for it and made me totally new bread without dairy and eggs! No restaurant has ever done that for me:) Thank you so much!😊 🤲🏽❤ Highly recommend”

“My friend was craving an açaí bowl, so I Googled “açaí bowl near me,” and Bora Bora popped up. It was only 3 minutes away from where we were, so the three of us decided to pull up.
I was craving rice, so I got myself Chipotle. Big mistake. I should’ve trusted the owner and gone with their savory croffle sandwiches instead!
We ordered two to start, and we were immediately blown away. In the middle of my Chipotle bite, I was like, “Let me finish this for lunch and get myself a croffle sandwich.” 🤣
I ended up getting the Labna Zatar, and between the three of us, we tried the Labna Zatar, Salmon, Halloumi, and Turkey croffle sandwiches. Every single one was a 10/10. The flavors, the croffle, everything!
And the açaí bowl? Also amazing. I’m not even an açaí bowl person, but this one was soooo good.
Safe to say, Bora Bora was an unexpected find, and I’m already thinking about my next visit. 🤍”

We ordered Malai Kofta, Garlic Naan Bread, Tandoori Chicken, Salmon Vindaloo, and Lamb Saag. Every dish was bursting with authentic flavor and the perfect amount of spice.
