“My husband and I tried the new Arwa Yemeni Coffee House today. The setting is so beautifully done and shares some of the Yemen's country and culture. We tasted the Sample + Treats. The coffee and teas were very delicious and flavorful. We were a bit confused by the setup like coffee, tea, coffee, and tea. The gentleman said the one was red tea but had milk in it so we didn't understand which was which. Labels might help. We are not too familiar with Yemen and their culture except what we have seen on Itchy Boots (youtube) so this was a nice treat! Definitely already planning our next brunch date with Arwa 🥰”

“Today met a dear friend for breakfast, my first time at La Casita. I ordered an egg and vegetable hash that was delicious along with a wonderful cappuccino. It was a delight to find a cappuccino with such well proportioned and balanced flavor, a relief from the huge milky offerings so many other places serve. We shared a guava and strawberry filled pop tart, which involved a perfect delicious tender flaky pastry wrapped around a both slightly sweet and tart filling. Our server, Tess, was very knowledgeable of the menu and helped us with our selections, and later we were treated by Jesus to a scrumptious seasonal glazed bun. That glazed bun was honestly too good for words, mildly sweet, hint of cinnamon, just oodles of delicious texture and subtle flavor. Obviously, I will return soon.”

“I ate here a few days ago at 2:40am and it was my second time going through the drive-through in the middle of the night here. Both times I had a great experience from the same employee., David. Even though there probably wasn’t another customer for maybe a half hour, the food was hot, fast, and delicious both times and David had a great attitude. Though I’m sure he was quite tired at that hour. He got my complete special order correct and my fries were filled up rather than, half filled as I am used to at that hour. Thanks a lot, David!”

“I heard JACK on the radio on my way to UTSW. I had fasted for a lab-draw and I was purty hungry on my way home. Inside dining is usually my choice, so I went in and was warmly greeted. I didn't see any adds on the window, but I asked about the Sausage-Egg croissant. They are on sale 2 for $5, and worth the drive if you are anywhere close! JACK-in-the-BOX serves their entire breakfast menu all day. Savor the perfect sausage, a real fried egg, and the truly tastie croissant with cheese. The service was friendly and fast, yet freshly cooked. I ate only one this morning, but just typing this makes me hanker for warming up my second sandwich. Gotta Go!”

“Stopped in today with my hubby. It was wonderful! Great ambience with cool wooden floors that the owner installed himself. Who, by the way, is a super nice gentleman. We had a blueberry scone and hot fresh croissant from the oven and they both were excellent! Baked with European butter as described by the owner/baker! We washed them down with a hot mocha and cappuccino that were chef’s kiss perfect! If you haven’t been, just go. You’ll be glad you did!”

The service was good. The food was delicious. We started with the gyoza and crab Rangoon. Both were so good!!! I craved them the next day and wished I had more. Then, for our entrees, we ordered the Pad Kee Mao (drunken noodles) and the Bangkok fried rice to share. I am very particular about my meat and am always nervous when eating Asian food. The chicken and beef were so good. They were tender and didn’t have any gristle. Needless to say, I was very pleased. The prices were so reasonable. I’m hoping to be in the neighborhood again so I can try some more dishes!”

Food prices were very reasonable and they have a pretty good variety of items on their menu. I just had a basic hamburger and it was well prepared and very tasty. My dinner companion had the grilled salmon with steam vegetables and mashed potatoes, and she liked it as well. Overall it's a nice little restaurant in the lobby of the hotel.”

“Best service ever. I had a gift card with a limited amount, and the server took the time to make sure that everything rung up and gave me a tally of everything so that I didn't go over. Look at this delicious meat, so tender and juicy. Everything hot and fresh. Appetizer was the spinach artichoke dip, super hot and fresh. Definitely going back again soon!!”

She was very patient and helpful when we didn’t know what we wanted. The food was absolutely delicious and the presentation beautiful! Mario was also wonderful to work with as well. “I am not sure what M. A.'s problem is except that he/she maybe a bit sheltered and entitled, and they need to get over it... This place has great food with great prices. Yes, the staff does not speak english fluently, and this may be a bit difficult for those of us who are not fluent arabic speakers. yes, a menu with prices would be nice (as of today, they have a basic menu structure), but if you are familiar with middle eastern stores/bakeries, you know they don't have menus and they will figure it out. I have not run into any rude people there, so you may want to question your behavior if people are rude to you. accusing those with 5 stars reviews as the bakery's friend is beyond pathetic, because I assure you, I am not friends with them, nor is the many people who recommended the place for me. I have not found any hidden fees on my receipts, for those of us who have been here forever, we my have a little bit of a culture shock initially, but that is not any different than when we go into a family owned chinese or indian restaurant. you have take the experience for what it is, if you like the food, that is great, you go on to the next restaurant,”

“My husband and I tried the new Arwa Yemeni Coffee House today. The setting is so beautifully done and shares some of the Yemen's country and culture. We tasted the Sample + Treats. The coffee and teas were very delicious and flavorful. We were a bit confused by the setup like coffee, tea, coffee, and tea. The gentleman said the one was red tea but had milk in it so we didn't understand which was which. Labels might help. We are not too familiar with Yemen and their culture except what we have seen on Itchy Boots (youtube) so this was a nice treat! Definitely already planning our next brunch date with Arwa 🥰”

“Today met a dear friend for breakfast, my first time at La Casita. I ordered an egg and vegetable hash that was delicious along with a wonderful cappuccino. It was a delight to find a cappuccino with such well proportioned and balanced flavor, a relief from the huge milky offerings so many other places serve. We shared a guava and strawberry filled pop tart, which involved a perfect delicious tender flaky pastry wrapped around a both slightly sweet and tart filling. Our server, Tess, was very knowledgeable of the menu and helped us with our selections, and later we were treated by Jesus to a scrumptious seasonal glazed bun. That glazed bun was honestly too good for words, mildly sweet, hint of cinnamon, just oodles of delicious texture and subtle flavor. Obviously, I will return soon.”

My wife and I tried Noorsha for the first time, and wow — what a find. We went all in: baba ganoush, homemade bread, lahmacun, borek, dumplings, Turkish coffee and dessert. Servings were huge so we had a lot to take home. Everything was delicious, and the complimentary chai was a really nice touch.
The place was lively, our server was super patient and on top of everything, and the whole staff made us feel like regulars even though it was our first visit.
We’re already planning to bring the kids next time so they can get hooked too. If you’re anywhere near Richardson and craving amazing Turkish food, Noorsha should be on your list.”

I ordered the spinach dip, which was just okay — it didn’t have enough spinach and the cheese was a bit runny instead of thick and creamy like I prefer. However, the shrimp tacos were absolutely delicious!!!! They were flavorful, well-seasoned, and definitely the highlight of my meal.
