“It was my first time here. I got the og musubi and the og salmon onigiri. Pleasantly surprised with the og musubi, it tastes pretty similar to how my family made them growing up. The og salmon onigiri was okay. It tastes more like a salmon/egg salad more than a traditional Japanese salmon onigiri. highly recommend the og musubi if you want something similar to the traditional Hawaiian dish“
“This was super fun! We had a really good time. The conveyor belt was the star of the show. The staff didn't explain how it worked, so it took us a long time to figure it out. They also didn't have any menus, so we had no idea what anything was. Not allergen friendly. They have a few vegetarian options.Vegetarian options: There were 4 vegetarian sushi options and a couple of desserts.“
“Miyagi has become my favorite sushi spot in the McLean area for several reasons. The cozy ambiance creates a welcoming dining experience, and the prices are very reasonable considering the high quality of the food. The sushi at Miyagi is simply delicious and has become a favorite for both me and my 6 1/2-year-old, who is a sushi lover. We frequently go to this restaurant often and are never disappointed. If you're looking for a fantastic sushi place with great value, Miyagi is the perfect choice!“
“A few of us spontaneously decided to get Tachibana for dinner this past Thursday and it was a good first experience for me. A couple of my friends have been here a few times and say their lunch specials are definitely worth the price. The service was pretty quick and we enjoyed our entrees at a round table. Their hot tea was quite enjoyable while we were waiting for the food. DONBURI: TUNA, YELLOWTAIL AND SALMON (9 PC) - 36.50 Not a cheap price and definitely more of a splurge for a regular weekday dinner. This came with a side of miso soup which was pretty standard. The donburi bowl was well presented, with each piece of fish spreading neatly across the bowl in a pinwheel shaped, topped with some garnish, lemons, ginger and wasabi. Each piece of sashimi was pretty thick and they give you a good amount of sushi rice that's been topped with some nori and small slivers of ginger. The sashimi quality was fantastic. I enjoyed the yellowtail a lot. The salmon and tuna were good, too! Overall, this was filling and tasty. I would recommend it if you are down to splurge. A couple of my friends got the beef sukiyaki which looked really good. I may have to try that next time!“
