“Jeff has amazing Cajun food!! Anyone from the south and craving flavor plus kick? Go see him! He has rotating specials everyday (you can see on his Facebook or text his number to ask) plus menu items like gumbo, catfish and chicken fingers. I personally love his special of fried crawfish also his ribs are amazing! Be sure to ask for the jumbo spicy if that’s your thing. His food truck is in the parking lot right past the car wash on main post“

“This place might have just opened last month but damn is it good. The food here is excellent. The service is great, although they are still kind of figuring out their rhythm I feel like. The servers were very attentive and we had fresh meat brought to the grill constantly.Price is a little high but that's okay. You get quality. Highly recommend this for a night out with friends. You get an hour to eat as much as you want in the buffet or you can get an entree for a lesser price.“

“We had the kickin chicken from here. Best crispy chicken and sauce I’ve had in a long time! It was advertised as “tenders” but don’t let that fool you, these were full breasts and they were so juicy. Great testing breading and the kicking sauce blew me away. The sides (Mac and cheese, hot beans and cornbread) were outstanding. Was greeted very nicely when I walked in for my pickup. The area is kinda sketch(motel next to it), but that doesn’t affect the food. Just thought I’d add that in. Will definitely come back and try the bbq (side note: we get the breakfast tacos every other weekend, they’re delicious). ?“

I've had over half the menu and loved everything, but the Opal Burger with egg is my fav. Solid taplist, incredible whisky selection. Kitchen is scrupulously clean, there is outdoor seating at the front and in the back, for when the weather suits. The owners are great folks and work weekdays if you want to meet them - which I recommend!“

“I LOVE this place. And so does my picky toddler. I order the samething every time (3 years, chicken, spare ribs, and beef) with an extra side of the macaroni salad. One portion is plenty for 2 people, but I like leftovers for lunch, so I don't share. Highly recommend.“
