Besides that there’s a lot of space for you to sit down and chat. The person making the bubble tea is always super nice even though they always seem a tiny bit overwhelmed.“

“Ohh absolutely love their food, best thing I love about the food is #1 the flavors, we almost always order garlic pepper jumbo prawns, brocolli and mixed Asian veg with chicken and chicken chowmein and their wonton soup, all of them very uniquely deliciously falvorful! #2 is their amazing veggie portion with most dishes. I live nearby and a full time working mom, so I don't feel guilty at all when I order to-go from here since the kids get their good share of vegetables. Highly recommend!“

“Coco has the best pearls out of any bubble tea shop in the lower mainland. Heres why:They have the perfect consistency of being firm but not hard. Not soft, chewy, and sticky like many other bubble tea shops. They absorb the flavour of the drink. They don’t have that weird gooey outer layer that many pearls have. Yes, they don’t have brown sugar like xing fu tang but that’s a different kind of pearl, we’re not comparing apples to oranges here.As for the drinks themselves:Some of the drinks are good too but nothing too special“

“I avoid milk tea made with powder, so the fresh milk option at this place is delightful. It has a nice taste, but the topping is not sufficient. But anyways, I always order it here because Coco always uses powder, and it really makes me feel nauseous.A few good things about this place are:1. You don’t have to be friendly to the staff because apparently they are not nice to you. So feel free to stop saying “thank you” or “sorry” at this place. Nb cares.2. Despite employees seeming indifferent, if your requests are reasonable, they'll reluctantly help you out. Just be attentive when they make your drink to ensure you get the right one.3. The flavor of fresh milk tea is always delicious. “TLDR; Get boba here, it's good and staff are friendly!Longer review for the staff and manager:I started getting the Brown Sugar Pearl Milk tea here when I moved to the area just over a year ago and loved it.The only hiccup is that I have to order it with less ice since I have very sensitive teeth to cold and for some reason the general policy was changed not to include ice choice as an option.For the most part, the staff has been happy to serve me my drink how I like it regardless and I'm always happy to tip generously when they do (5$ for a 6$ drink when they don't hassle me about the policy)So if you see "The tall white dude with the expo cap" say hi ?“

Those places uses syrup rather than real fruit presotea uses to make the drink taste not only fresh but Healthy. Can adjust the sugar as well if not feeling very sweet. 100% best in Guildford“
“Their beef brisket curry (with rice, pickles and side soup) is so good, I have ordered it 3 times so far. Their curry is not coconut based (like Mui Garden) but somewhat like the Curry House at Yaohan Centre, Richmond, but more intense, and seems to have shredded ginger. The servings are generous. Also good is that the orders always come hot temperature-wise (not microwaved) as they do not have a steam table upfront. I have only tried their beef curry so far, but have seen others order their Hainan chicken with rice.“
“Come here often for the popping pearls and also their house milk tea is great. Their milk teas have a roasted/smoky flavour that I love. It is a bit on the expensive side for what you get. The tapioca pearls aren't the best but not bad. It is normally empty and quiet every time we go and nice to sit and enjoy our drink inside. The customer service is hit and miss.“

They have a large selection of different drinks as well as fruit teas to choose from the ambience is quite cute and opening.Ordered a Salted Caramel Brown Sugar milk tea and was quite happy with it. It wasn’t too overly sweet and had a nice tone of saltiness combined with a caramel and brown sugary flavour. It was good. The pearls were really tasty and chewy but not too chewy which made it very balanced.
