“The proud cafe of Brisbane! Seems like everyone knows one another when you’re in here. It’s very wholesome energy in this cafe. Noise is a decent amount in case you’re trying to work on laptop or take meetings, but great for meeting up with friends or just hanging out.“
“Old school bar with delicious and strong drinks! The bartenders are nice and skilled. The place feels like an old cabin lodge in the woods. The only downside are the creepy old dudes that come in and hit on every woman in the bar. One guy came up to me and grabbed my arm and said he liked my braids. Ew.“
“We LOVE Julie's Deli Brisbane. Terrific friendly service, and the most delicious mouth-watering Ruben Sandwich we've ever experienced. I highly recommend Julie's deli and we also love their Dad's Old Fashioned Caffeine Free Root Beer! Yum Yum Yum! Julie's Brisbane deli is located in a Hallmark-esque charming town nestled just outside of San Francisco.“
“I've lived in the area for three decades, (South Bay, East Bay & the Peninsula) but only recently discovered the historic 7 Mile House and can't wait to return. In fact, I'm headed there right after I post this ;.) I walked in on a weekday afternoon for a late lunch / early dinner to-go and sat at the bar with affable locals who all seemed to be enjoying themselves. I was warmly welcomed by the bartender; cocktail service was swift and with a friendly smile. Their mouth-watering menu offers much to choose from. After some deliberation, I selected their pulled pork adobo sandwich with a "side" salad which was an enormous serving of fresh field greens (entree size) along with the gigantic, succulent sandwich which DID NOT disappoint. The meat was tender and smokey, and their adobo is what I'm going back for today ! There was plenty to feed at least two people or one hungry woman with a half sandwich left over for lunch the following day. See you at the Seven ! I've gotta go ~ photos next time . . .“
“Bring my sis here to celebrateher B day. Love the food right here. Food aree a little bit pricey but Good quality. The oster with quailegg and uni is my must order dish. The steam eggs as well. It can be really cold if your sit outdoor. Service is fair and can be improve.“
“Really just a boba guys. Asked why it's called the burrow and was told that it's where a lot of their pasties are delivered out from. Overall boba guys is pretty solid boba. I usually order a jasmine milk tea with 70% sweetness. Only downside is that sometimes the boba can be a little watery and I wish that the tea taste was stronger/more consistent“
“When your clients decide on Liholiho Yacht Club as the place to meet to design their future wedding rings ?Food is communal by nature, as a result, I was amazed by the fruitfulness our meeting yielded — as we departed, our spirits soared with inspiration and excitement for what’s to come ?“
“From the service and atmosphere to the food, everything was exceptional! This is a place that is really worth going to if you are in sf. Everything was delicious but the popcorn ice cream, grilled red trout and the pork belly salad stand out!“
“Oysters were amazing, but the show stopper was surprisingly the asparagus salad. I didn’t care too much for the steamed clams, as it was in a red sauce mixed with some sort of minced meat/crab or something. Too salty imo.Oyster chaser was basic Bloody Mary topped witj an oyster. I wasn’t impressed.Great atmosphere though!“
“The best italian food in the city in my opinion! You need to make reservations well in advance but they’ve also been able to accommodate us at the bar when we walk in which is just as nice, so definitely recommend that if you’re a party of one or two. The bread is delicious, their classic ravioli is a must-try, and the gnocchi was also amazing. Indoor and outdoor seating are both super nice and comfortable, and we’ve gone for both lunch and dinner and they’re equally great experiences!“
“walked by several times, then decided to give it a try .... WOW!!!! you have to give it a try, suggest the Chef choice or book one of their special servings but that has to be done 24 hours in advance. food looked amazing and tasted better than it looked.“
“Stopped in for a quick lunch after our Alcatraz tour and we were not disappointed! Had one dozen raw oysters and the truffle Parmesan fries. Fresh, delicious! Our server was also lovely and the entire service team was attentive and friendly. Don’t miss this popular place!“
“Showed up around 10:45 on a Monday and waited 10 minutes. Thee friendliest service I've had in SF, felt like eating at my Uncles house. I've server was very accommodating and friendly, super casual and comfy service. Seafood was crazy fresh with all sorts of ways to indulge. Oysters were by far our favorites, followed by the clam chowder. A beer on tap and ice tea to wash it all down. Iconic!“
“Location - so cute and so SF with the cable car running along Mason St. So charming! Atmosphere indoors - lovely space perfect for sexy date night out or just hanging with friends. Food - YUM! 1. Olive starter was OMG, I'm salivating just thinking about it. So delicious! 2. Salad du jour and Fish main were also hits Can't wait to return!“
“As I was waiting hangrily 45 minutes after I placed my order and 30 minutes after the ETA on my phone this painting soothed me until I ultimately received what I drove over an hour to get. Yes, it's that good. Please order with your phone, not in person. It makes things operate more smoothly for everyone and decreases the wait time for the crack. I mean food. Well I don't know what they put in their chicken, but full disclosure you might start experiencing side effects if you don't get your fix. Consider yourself warned. It can become a pricey habit and there is no rehab to get you off their sauce. Have you twitching like Tyrone Biggums for a "Sando with training wheels".“
“Smoked salmon sandwich (as pictured) at $28 - greens were fresh, salmon meaty but not salty, bread a bit too hard. Not the best value, maybe we should have gone with the egg Benedict.. also only one tiny bathroom for a lot of guests.. plan your time for a line at the restroom…“
“We came here after a long urban hike with ravenous appetites. It was late noon but cafe was moderately full. Soon we were seated, welcomed with house special cauliflower & lavender soups. It was delicious and moth watering. I ordered potatoe and sage torte along with lemon & blueberry tart. Trust me ! We all had sumptuous lunch here. I will highly recommend this place who love vegan foods. I am sure ,here you will enjoy foods too.“
“We came here for my husbands birthday, we got their at 3:30 pm, since they close at 6 pm. I had the double stack burger, it was one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. The bread was so soft, the patties were tender and cooked médium well. It was so good. The fries were extra crisp and salty, I love fries, I would go back just for the fries! I also had an M3 I think that what the drink was called. Get it! My husband also bought two pizzas and a salad. Which were both yum♡ And of course you get a beautiful view. I would layer, if your planning to be their a while.Parking: Don't worry about parking, there is tons of it.“
“Hands down THE best croissant in San Francisco. But they have so much more than that. Pates, quiches, desserts - and they all look so Parisian. Walking in is an exercise in self control. But the good news is, if you do cave in, it’s worth it!“
“One of the best dumplings I've tried! The line on weekends lunch wasn't too bad, it was about 30min ish. Everything was just on point! I was shocked to see the XLB to be see through but yet it wouldn't break. My favorite was the mala spicy XLB, the soup was delicious with just a little bit of a kick of the numbing spicy flavor! The spicy red chili dumpling was filled with the nutty flavor of peanut with just a dap of chili oil for the fragrance. Hands down one of the best dumpling places that I wouldn't mind waiting in line for~“
“I would highly, highly recommend visiting Nopa. The food, service, and atmosphere were all incredible. Super cool space and the daily changing menu had so many amazing options to choose from. I had a duck leg that was so incredibly tender and my husband had a 9-hour bolognese that he raved about. I’d go back in a heartbeat!“
“I love Outerlands, it's a beautiful, small and cozy space and at dinner time it is lit just right. We were a large group seated by the window, and the service was truly impeccable. The String Theory & River Crossing cocktails are two of the best drinks I've ever had, anywhere. They make that aperitivo rossa themselves, OMG. Balanced perfection and, oh, just SO GOOD! Outstanding mixology. The starters were great (esp the kohlrabi salad--GET IT!), but a bunch of us had the chicken as our main and it was sadly disappointing. It might seem extreme to give three stars for food based primarily on the chicken alone, but I do feel that chicken is such a foundational/cornerstone dish for a restaurant, the chef should feel compelled to put out the best possible version they can. It was dry, the skin wasn't crisp enough, and it was accompanied by a crouton, chicory, and fennel salad that was very tart and one dimensional, totally missing balance (I think it needed some currants or golden raisins--SOME spec of sweetness to offset the VERY bitter chicories and the lemon vinaigrette). All five of us who ordered the chicken left half the food on our plate--and we're hearty guys who love to eat. Please, take a critical look at this dish. Your customers are loyal and we love you and want you to succeed. BTW, great date night ambiance!“
“Recommend making a reservation if you want to sit inside with the plants. They had room for walk-ins on the patio area outside, which I preferred since it was loud inside. Cocktails & food were delicious!!!Vegetarian options: Mushroom risotto was really good & they can do it vegan if you ask!“
“This is one of my favorites in the Marina. Constantly very high quality food. I almost don’t want to review it because I don’t want it to get too crowded. They are very close to getting a Michelin star! Omg get the pavlova for desert. Their fish is amazing too.“
“I don't drink much coffee these days. Mostly matcha. They source from Asha. Their coffee is very good, and with the gloomy weather, I've opted for it more often than not. They collaborate with local chefs for specials. The raspberry white chocolate mocha was my favorite limited edition drink.“
“hidden gem tucked near the edge of tenderloin. unassuming entrance and interior but everything from the food to drinks were amazing. classic latin food with some modern twists. pleasantly surprised and would come back!beware when paying through QR code, the automatic tip is over 22% ?midnight in medellin: take on espresso martini, one of the best i’ve had. not too bitter or sweet.tigre blanco: refreshing, remniscent of caipirinhamariquitas: fried plantains were great but the chile mole sauce was standout. never tried something like that before. must try.steak empanadas: good but would skip next time.pork arepa: great smoky, sweet, savory flavors. plantains inside paired well with the shredded pork and loved the smoky sauce on the side.arroz con leche: really well made rice pudding. nothing super unique but“
“Every dish was delicious, original, flavorful, and memorable. Managed to not get over anchovies despite having it in almost every dish. Definitely recommend the gravlax, jerky, focaccia, and sundae. Duck schnitzel was good but not on par with the rest.“
“Treating myself to a Friday brunch and couldn’t have picked a better place! I was immediately greeted by a genuinely friendly waitress and there was plenty of seating to pick from. I’m always on the search for a good breakfast sandwich and theirs hit the spot - so good!! I actually really enjoyed the smaller portions because they were so flavorful, didn’t make me feel stuffed, and allowed me to try the doughnut plate too:) Will definitely be back for more!“
“Garden Creamery offers some unique and delicious ice cream flavors. Be prepared for a bit of a wait, though! There's almost always a line snaking outside the shop, and it can take 10-15 minutes to get your hands on a scoop (or two). The indoor seating is also very limited, so be prepared to enjoy your ice cream on the go or find a spot on a nearby bench.Despite the wait, the staff at Garden Creamery is fantastic. They're friendly, patient, and happy to answer your questions about their ever-rotating selection of exotic flavors. Here's where Garden Creamery truly shines. If you're looking for something beyond vanilla and chocolate, this is the place. They offer a wide range of options, including vegan choices, that incorporate Asian-inspired ingredients. For my visit, I tried the Calamansi Creamsicle (vegan) - a delightful tart and creamy coconut dream featuring a Philippine lemon. The Ken's Korner (Oahu) was another winner, combining Hawaiian vanilla ice cream with a sweet and savory hit of Ken's horner Hing Mui Sauce and passion fruit preserves. They also have more adventurous flavors like durian, hojicha (roasted green tea), Thai tea, and even black sesame. If you don't mind the wait and the limited seating space and you are looking for a truly unique and flavorful ice cream experience, then Garden Creamery is the place. Just be prepared to be patient and adventurous! 4 stars for the delicious and creative flavors and the friendly staff.“
“Best and most delicious lunch deal (3 courses including a signature ice cream sundae) in the city. Located on the waterfront across from ferry building, Angler offers an unparalleled dining experience that seamlessly blends exquisite seafood, fresh and roast vegetables, whole chicken, and delectable steak. Each dish is a masterpiece, crafted with the freshest ingredients and meticulous attention to detail. Whether you're indulging in the tender and crispy roast chicken (like Peking duck style), savoring the flavors of the sea with their seafood specialties, or relishing the perfectly cooked steak, every bite is a journey of culinary delight. Angler truly stands out as the epitome of one of the finest dining experience in the city.“
“Very friendly service and good ambiance. Really liked Laurent, the host. Our food came promptly and was very good. I especially liked the crispy brussels sprouts and the apple tart dessert. The pork was tasty but a bit fatty. The salmon was very good.“
“The food was very good. And the restaurant wasn't busy, so we got seated right away. Our waitress was quick and friendly. The swamp water tea was delicious, if a little small for $6. Fried Okra was great. I enjoyed my Po' Boy sandwich, it was a bit messy, but the oysters were flavorful. My husband thought the ribs were perfectly cooked, and enjoyed his beans. The only real disappointment was the Sweet Potato Fries which were limp and soft. The outside seating made it so we could enjoy the pleasant afternoon weather.“
“I'll start off by saying yes, this does taste just as good as it looks. I'm so glad I gave this place a shot. It was super eye catching and looked like a very unique take on ice cream. Their flavors and pastries are all hand crafted from what I could tell and it shows because they taste amazing. Everything I had was absolutely delicious and I'll definitely be coming back. When we went, there was only one person working so be prepared to wait but I promise that it's worth it. I will say next time I'll probably go with a regular scoop because I feel like I got less ice cream than my girlfriend who didn't get the bun. The bun however, was very flavorful and wasn't too thick, which I appreciated. Also if you get a bun, it does melt and get messy which is to be expected so be prepared for that. Overall, absolutely love this place and would highly suggest to any ice cream enjoyer.“
“Definitely get here early or be prepare to wait! The service is A+! I got the omakase and it was very well put together. A reasonable price for a 10 piece, there were a few scales here and there, and the miso soup was slightly too sweet but very worth the price!“
“In case there is a problem with parking, it may be beneficial to choose an in-flight dinner. The place is a little small but cute. The day we went, the weather was very cool and there was no free space for the parts. Staff are trying hard to protect us from the cold. Finally, space was made available from inside. The food was delicious. After traveling from Ankara to the other side of the world, it was very good to still find familiar flavors and see familiar faces. Thank you to the whole team.It may be beneficial to choose an in-flight dinner in case there is a problem with car parking. The place is a little small but cute. “There are not enough stars to describe the experience. The food was not only incredible but the presentation was beautiful. The service was magical from the hot towels to the goodie bag you go home with. The space is fabulous and I would go back in a heartbeat ?“
“Nestled in the vibrant streets of San Francisco, The Coffee Movement is a true gem for coffee lovers. With its cozy atmosphere and friendly staff, it's the perfect spot to start your day or unwind after a long one. But what truly sets this place apart is the coffee itself. Each cup is crafted with care and precision, resulting in a rich, flavorful experience that will keep you coming back for more. Whether you're a seasoned coffee connoisseur or just looking for a pick-me-up, The Coffee Movement has something special brewing just for you.“
“A place on 24th St., the salvation to have a coffee, eat a good sandwich, have a beer and if you like everything Italian you will find it here! The guys are very friendly and the owner can't even speak of, I really liked it, I recommend it!“
“I stopped in last night with an old friend and had a magnificent experience. The bartender was really a mixologist and you could see the care she put in to making the drinks. There was no flair, just care. I felt like I was being well taken care of, an experience that just doesn't happen these days. The drinks were well crafted and opened my taste buds to flavors I normally wouldn't consider for a drink. The glassware was second to none, there were specialty glasses that I had never seen before and the bourbon list hit every checkbox you would want.Impressive“
“So this was probably the best smoked salmon sandwich I had in my life so far. The Brazilian cream cheese is so good with the salmon! The coffee with milk didn't need sugar, it's just so refreshing on its own.I tried a small bite of the Veggie omelet, and the tapioca crepe is so good, and the omelet is even better.Highly recommended at the fisherman's wharf, with a order by number service, in a good location, I'm gonna say you have to try it here!Vegetarian options: You can get vegetarian options that are clearly marked. Pretty sure you can make minor substitutions, but you'll have to ask!“
“It’s not the best coffee in North Beach, but it’s hands down the best atmosphere for chilling or working. Iced coffee could be larger for the price tbh. The matcha isn’t good but their black drip coffee gets me buzzing. Also I wish they stayed open till 5 so I could finish out my day here!“
“Located in the Presidio, Dalida has THE BEST pita bread ever! Trust me, you'll want to order an extra to enjoy with the hummus that comes with the dish "breaking bread". Dalida expertly cooks their lamb, I highly recommend ordering the lamb shoulder. Another dish that I also enjoyed was the octopus, which is plated artfully. One dish that didn't meet my expectations was the chicken. I was hard to cut and wasn't cooked throughly. Our waitress was super gracious and took the chicken back and had the kitchen fire up a new one, which was also just meh. Give this place a try, I'd just not order the chicken. Parking is fairly easy and there's outdoor dining for those rare non freezing cold SF days.“
“Deli Board is a short walk from where I live and we were craving sandwiches so we checked it out. The shop itself is just a storefront, at the moment they don't have seating. We ordered two items, the Carzle Sando and the waffle fries with Mick sauce. The Carzle sando was nothing short of phenomenal. It had different meats, Romanian pastrami and brisket. The provolone cheese melts and compliments the meats really nicely. The waffle fries were also nice and crispy, and paired really nicely with the sauce. My gripe is that it is so pricy, the Carzle is $23. But the thing is that it is so dam good that it really feels worth every penny.“
“Great food, great staff, upscale yet casual feel. Everyone can feel welcomed here. We needed a last minute reservation for a group of 6 for brunch. Coffee cocktails excellent brunch food have high chair and changing table for babies as well. loved their take on all the European food. Really friendly and helpful staff.“
“Wonderful gem in Oakland's Jack London Square that pours the best pint of Guinness in the Bay Area. Great cozy atmosphere, helpful service, and delicious authentic food. In addition to Guinness and Irish Whiskey, my wife and I shared a plate of fish and chips, which made the perfect afternoon meal. Can't wait to come back again and again.“
“Love this spot!!! We came here to celebrate our friend's bday. I love that they have different food trucks in rotation. They also allow you to bring food. They have a good selection of arcade games & photobooth. Beers options are wide and overall good vibe. It does get really busy on the weekends so come early if you want to be more chill.“
“The avocado toast and Dulce de leche latte were delicious! They made the latte decaf at my request, and it was so good. I’m always grateful for a cafe that offers decaf espresso. The vibes and service were excellent. We came in on a Monday morning and were able to sit and enjoy breakfast! Highly recommend!“
“This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Bay Area. I honestly don't even like Breakfast Burritos at most places, but the one here is easily the best one I have ever had. In my life. Perfectly constructed with the right amount of greasy chorizo goodness(but not too greasy), perfectly scrambled eggs, creamy cheese and avacado, and crispy tater tots. Plus a nice hot mayo to go with it, there is not a single thing I would change about it. It's probably the best thing I've eaten in 2024 so far.Their birria pizza is also amazing, some of the best Birria I've had in Northern California, and everything on the menu in general is delicious. The owner is super nice and it's a cute little spot in the city. I can't reccomend it enough honestly, a must visit.“
“The entire evening was perfect - the service, excellent; the explanations of each course was right on; the food, outstanding; the wine list, perfect. In other words, it was an excellent experience. We were celebrating a birthday and the staff went out of their way to make the birthday special - from a hand written birthday card to a surprise additional birthday sweet with candle at the end. In addition the staff was very careful to meet our dietary restrictions. I cannot state more than this: it was noteworthy and will return.“
“Amazing food, wonderful people!I ran across the BLT Lunch Truck today, and it was like finding a hidden gem! ?I had the vegan burger with the side of chips and an Arnold Palmer (green tea & lemonade style), and everything was so fresh and clearly made with intention - from the herbs on the chips to the homemade bun.I will absolutely be coming back!“
