“My family and I went to Vintana for a birthday dinner. The food and service were wonderful! I ordered the Seaside, my husband ordered the ahi tuna and my kids ordered from the kids menu, all of which were delicious. There was a good amount of seafood in the Seaside and definitely enough for left overs. Our original reservations were for outside, but due to the rain the server called and said they’re moving our reservations inside which was perfect. The servers were so attentive and friendly. The servers even sign a birthday card which is very thoughtful. Vintana never disappoints which is why we will dine again there soon.“
“I can't recommend this place without recommending Fernando. I've only been once and he was our server. He was the one who provided us with service and an experience that would even rival Mr. A's (which we frequent)! The filet was outstanding, the oysters were great, the dessert good... but the overall experience was excellent. Highly recommend this place because of Fernando!“
“All the great things you have heard about this place are correct! We didn't have a rez so had a bit of a wait so we went to get drinks at the bar with a very friendly and knowledgeable bartender. At the table our server knew exactly how direct us on the menu and we were very pleased with all our selections. There is something for everyone! Also ask the server for the story about the music in the men's room! We didn't have the same type of music in the ladies room.“
“Great breakfast at this slightly hidden diner! They really know how to cook eggs exactly how each person orders them. Really clean, and not too busy or crammed. My only complaint was that my home fries could have been cooked crisper, but the toast and pancake options were delicious. House fresh salsa is awesome.“
“A hidden gem! We are travelers and just wandering around Escondido looking for a place to grub....and they beckoned us in! Super nice guys serving and bartending and really good food!!! Because it was a small place with a relaxed bar vibe, we expected just decent bar food. Nope! The menu was as way better than bar food. My hubby had a great Greek gyro, my son had tasty Buffalo wings, and I had spicy edamame that I loved. Then, my son had two desserts...Choco molten cake and then crème brûlée. Really...in a neighborhood bar? The best part was the fun and personable service. Finding places like this are the best part of vacations!“
“I went here on a Sunday for lunch. Parking is hard to find next to Swami’s, but there were plenty of spots across the street. The groups that were waiting for their seats looked long, but the wait times only took about 10-15 minutes for 2 people. I had the ABC omelette and a Very Berry smoothie, both were delicious. Service was quick and attentive for a busy Sunday.“
“We had the prime rib dinner and it was wonderful with prime rib/soup/mashed potatoes and asparagus. It also included dessert and my husband had strawberry shortcake and I had a cookie that was macadamia nut and white chocolate, with Ice cream on top. Our server was Rudy and she was excellent and nice and helpful to us. The food was delicious and had lots of variety. I never have found a restaurant chain that is so clean and welcoming plus such well created recipes. We will return soon to try more of their large menu selections.Parking: Parking lot is open on three sides of the building and ramps and doors to the restaurant and take away section are open and working.“
