“This was my second time having sushiritto! I'm not a big raw fish fan so I went for the sumo crunch. Last time I ordered it, I found the tempura flakes to be too oily and heavy so I skipped them this time around. I'm glad I did. What worked: --Lots of avocado and imitation crab -- big portion -- ready quickly -- the food court idea is cool! What didn't work: -- the seaweed wrap was on the oily side, the burrito overall felt heavy -- lacked fresh elements. Adding leafy greens or more veggies would've broken up the heaviness -- no vegan options on the sushiritto menu -- very expensive! $16 for one burrito! I think it's fun to try but I don't think I'd come again unless I was really craving it. A regular sushi roll may be a better and cheaper option“
“This is a great family owned restaurant. I was greeted by a lovely toddler who brought me a menu with a smile on her face. :)The sushi was fresh and full of flavor. The service was polite and friendly. I would recommend this place to satisfy your sushi cravings.“
“This is such a gem, and it's perfect in every way. There is a clear sense of pride that shows itself in every aspect. The service is quick and responsive. The food is well seasoned with Japanese flair. The tempura and the katsu were perfectly crisp and seasoned. The sushi rice is a different time than the table rice --as it should be--and both were aromatic and perfect. I adore this place! It reminds me of the way Azuma in Cupertino used to be under the original owners.“
“Love this gem of a place I just discovered. Very good Agedashi Tofu. If you have seen my reviews before you will realize that’s one of the ways I judge quality. Second, the Snapper nigiri was incredible. Best I have ever had. Tender, flavorful perfect. They were out of Hirame so I will have to return. And finally the Blue Fin Toro was incredible. It was my last bite and I know I will be back for more of everything. Very local and superb no-frills ambiance, unassuming and priced well. Foodies converge!“
