“If you're looking for good, authentic, Desi food in Walnut Creek, look no further than Methi! We tried their Chicken Tikka Masala (extra spicy), Veg Samosas, Onion Bhaji, and their Mango Pickle, along with Garlic Naan. Everything was spot on!

If you're vegetarian, they also have plenty of vegetarian options so definitely give it a try. I'm not sure if I spoke to the owner over the phone but the gentleman who picked up was super helpful and friendly!

10/10 would recommend if you're in the area and craving Desi food!”

“Hands down, this place deserves more than 5 stars. The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive. The seating was comfortable. The decor was inviting and relaxing with soft lighting and interesting artwork. The food was amazing! We would highly recommend the veggie lovers, the green curry, Thai basil fried rice with tofu, the catfish and the sticky mango rice. Parking was a little challenging, but well worth it. Even if you’re not nearby, it’s worth the drive!”

I had the biscuit breakfast sandwich, very filling and the biscuit was so good. I had one pancake and man was that delicious! The parking is also a plus. This is a hidden little gem north of Ygnacio on Broadway, away from the HELL which is downtown Walnut Creek! Plenty of close parking, it’s really nice and quiet at this end of town. The cooks are great, host is always nice. Be warned it can get crazy busy on weekends especially evenings, its better to order in person and just grocery shop nearby while you wait.”

“This is a five star review from someone who doesn’t even like beer. The bartenders here are either very good at what they do or performing some kind of sorcery, but somehow they always manage to find something that I enjoy!

The beer selection on tap and in the fridge is super broad, really high quality, and constantly changing; the atmosphere is laid back; you can bring your own food in; and dogs are allowed! Their regular trivia nights and other events are always a good time as well.

“My son recommended this place, and I’m sorry I waited so long! We ordered so much food they had to move us from a 2-top to a 4-top just to accommodate! We took a lot of leftovers, but there’s not one dish I would have removed from our order. Everything was felt, you could taste the various flavors of dumplings, the noodles were amazing and not “too saucy”, you could really taste the noodle. I HIGHLY recommend- and, the prices are incredible.”

“My favorite Sushi spot in Walnut Creek!!! It’s amazing here. I get the premium omakase and hand rolls every time. (Usually spicy tuna or salmon). The fish is super fresh and my favorite nigiri is the otoro of course.

They have some rolls there that are pretty good as well. The pacific roll is one of the ones we always get. But you can’t go wrong with all the others. Just pick the one with fish you like and it will taste so good.

Also the staff is so friendly and attentive. It’s worth it every time we go :)”

Very good tacos. You really get snack tacos size. Don't underestimate the size, you will get full. I believe 6 would be plenty enough. You will definitely need a soda or drink to wash it down. Very satisfying. However, for $1 and snack tacos seems expensive. I suppose that's inflation as everybody puts it. Either way, very good and nice selections of other taco Tuesday selection.”

I don't write lengthy reviews, but to summarize: - The food is excellent - The drinks are even better! - The staff is kind and extremely polite/professional (despite what some of the haters say below - I don't have skin in the game here so trust me when I say they are lying). - And they play GREAT live music and carry a very fun, safe, and upscale vibe. “I've been to the San Francisco location many times in the past, so was curious to try this newer location ever since it opened.

Went with my wife for breakfast. We shared a Millionaire's Bacon Flight. My wife ordered the Tornado Galbi Omurice with a Salad, and I had the Savory Soufflegg Skillet with a side of the Hot Pepper Bacon Jam.

The prices are very high, between 2 of us we spent $130 for 2 entrees, a salad, a bacon flight, and 2 drinks. But the food was very tasty and we did enjoy it. There seemed to be some unique menu items not on the SF location menu, but there were no flavored ketchups like the SF location has. It did have a nice fancy atmosphere and you could taste the care put into the food quality.”
