You gave us direct eye contact and repeated our order to us clearly check on us and didn’t leave us hanging. Explained the menu to us very well and I guess they ran out of spoons, but he’s so quickly ran next-door to the grocery store to get some spoons for us Which helped out since I have a two year-old. Lakil and Tee, in particular, always goes above and beyond—providing excellent service with a warm and welcoming attitude every time I visit. They take the time to recommend different smoothies and food options, and every suggestion has been spot on and delicious.

I stop by regularly, not only because the smoothies are fresh and tasty, but also because the customer service makes me feel valued. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and the experience are consistently excellent. Highly recommend!”

“The food was all very good. Olive act6has some pretty great food, despite people online crapping on it, but it's definitely overpriced for what you get. They really nickel and dime you additions to your food. I haven't been in probably close to two years, but overall I was satisfied. Service was pretty good, she refilled several times, food came when it should and they were courteous. Food was hot, tasted good and I was very full when I left. Men's bathroom was literally disgusting, the urinals were covered in mildew and weren't dealing right, so water splashed everywhere. Drinks were okay, but overpriced and weak. Wife, son and myself was 120 before tip for 3 entrees and 4 alcoholic drinks, so not crazy, but still too much. I'll still go again because Douglasville sucks for availability of Italian food, you've got Olive Garden or Carrabba's or pizza shops. I actually prefer Olive Garden over Carrabba's though, mainly for the salad and the portion sizes. I like Carrabba's for the bread and olive oil/pepper, but they're slight more expensive with smaller portions that aren't any better than Olive Garden. Anyway, despite the complaints, we had a good meal with decent service and enjoyed ourselves, would still recommend overall”

“Gabriele and I eat at Texas Roadhouse frequently. 2 to 3 years ago. Service and food became so bad instead of driving 1 mile to Douglasville Roadhouse, we started driving 15 miles to Hiram Roadhouse. Last year, we decided to try the Douglasville Roadhouse again. We were pleasantly surprised. Pat Gibson has turned this place around. The food is great and the service is outstanding. The last couple times we ate at Douglasville Texas Roadhouse Forrest was our server. He is outstanding, courteous and awesome. Thanks for the big improvement, Pat. Doug and Gabriele”
