“I recently placed a catering order with Carrabba’s in Carrabba’s Italian Grill and had an excellent experience from start to finish.

I initially tried placing my order online but ran into website issues, so I called the restaurant directly. From the first phone call, Sean Cashman provided outstanding customer service. He helped me with my order, reviewed everything carefully, and made the entire process easy and stress-free.

When I arrived for pickup, my order was ready on time, hot, and fresh out of the oven. Sean walked me through everything, and they even provided the serving utensils and silverware we needed.

The food was a huge hit with our group. We ordered the chicken penne pasta, lasagna, grilled chicken, house salad with house dressing, bread with oil, and oatmeal and chocolate chip cookies. Everything was delicious, and we received so many compliments on the food.

If you’re looking for a place for catering, I highly recommend Carrabba’s in Douglasville. Great food, quick turnaround, and even better service. Thank you, Sean, for making the experience such a positive one!”

“Overall great restaurant. We frequent here often. I will say my last Hibachi guy was a bit of a disappointment. The only thing he did was a bit of flames in the beginning. No onion volcano, no sake shots, no shrimp toss, none of that. I don't know if it was because it was the end of the night or because he wasn't from the culture, maybe he wasn't trained in the Arts of hibachi. I don't know but it was definitely an experience meant to be forgotten. We've come before and had great experiences However the fact that we had specifically taken our family here while they were on vacation and it was their first time having Hibachi I was highly disappointed in their first time being so bland.”

Upon entry we were told cash only since they just closed down the register, even though they had 10 minutes left. We normally spend $100+ but we only had $20 in cash. I'm so disappointed. They were my favorite butcher shop and sadly the older gentleman wasn't on site to provide guidance. Guess I'll have to look elsewhere for a good, caring butcher. Today's youth are lazy, not interested being honest and certainly aren't concerned with maintaining their reputation.”

“I gave this place a try just randomly searching (on April 1st) - literally driving up n down Fairburn, Veterans Memorial, and Hospital Drive searching for local Jamaican food restaurants or a food truck. I ended up having to do a navigation search and pulled up... {I admit that I was confused by so many different types of businesses being run out of one building, but Jamaicans don't just have one job.}😉 [Clearly it's a place designed for DoorDash/GrubHub/Uber Eats type pickup/deliveries.] Bottomline - I FELT LIKE I HIT THE JACKPOT! Cause let me tell ya... Ms Fedeliah did her thing with those Oxtails and Jerk Chicken (both were very good)! I REALLY enjoyed the steamed cabbage too!!! Rice&Peas as well, so much so that I personally texted her to tell her how much I liked everything.
{Seriously - all I needed was some coco bread and callaloo patties to top it off.} 😋 😋 😋

It’s rare to find such a combination of great entertainment, great food, and outstanding service, but Chuck E. Cheese delivered it all. Service and food became so bad instead of driving 1 mile to Douglasville Roadhouse, we started driving 15 miles to Hiram Roadhouse. Last year, we decided to try the Douglasville Roadhouse again. We were pleasantly surprised. Pat Gibson has turned this place around. The food is great and the service is outstanding. The last couple times we ate at Douglasville Texas Roadhouse Forrest was our server. He is outstanding, courteous and awesome. Thanks for the big improvement, Pat. Doug and Gabriele”

“Jewel Bakery is one of my favorite bakeries in Douglasville! Everything I've tried has been absolutely delicious, but my favorites are the Key Lime Lemon, Blueberry Lemon, and Caramel Pound Cake. Each one is moist, flavorful, and made to perfection. The flavors are rich without being overly sweet, and you can truly taste the quality in every bite. What makes Jewel Bakery even more special is the owner. She has a wonderful personality, is always friendly, and is truly a breath of fresh air. You can tell she loves what she does and genuinely enjoys her customers. I live a little farther away, so I often have my treats DoorDashed to my house, and they always arrive fresh and just as delicious as if I had picked them up myself. If you're looking for a great dessert, I highly recommend Jewel Bakery. You won't be disappointed!”

That woman goes beyond the call of duty when it comes to a customer he treats us like family. I’ve seen her treat other people like family and you just can’t buy that kind of service you can’t train that kind of service. It’s either in you or it’s not.

This is my way of thanking her outside the extra percentage in tip and on another platform to say to continue being a rockstar and that the future is looking bright for everything that she does.
