“Service: Jonah is by far one of the best servers I have ever had. He addressed me by name, knew of my allergy/diet restrictions, and asked for the name and beverage of choice of the person (my husband) who would be joining me. When my husband arrived, Jonah greeted him by name and brought his drink to the table within minutes. Jonah is very polite, personable, and knows all facets of the menu items. He made educated recommendations based on our preferences and took excellent care of us. Food/Beverage: I started with the VIP from the drink menu and the Dynamite Shrimp as my appetizer. Both were delightful. The hot bread that was brought to the table was amazing, to say the least. I had the 10-ounce lobster tail as my entree and was pleased. My husband ordered the bone-in ribeye that was cooked to the perfect temperature and seasoned very well. Overall: This particular restaurant had not been on our rotation list because we do not frequent the area. We will definitely visit again and will ask for Jonah.“

“I came here on a Thursday night. The place was not busy at all. Valet service is at least $5. I think valet is required because I didn't see any regular parking spots. The bar is upstairs but the bathroom is down stairs. Comfortable chairs at the bar. Wish they had more TVs to watch sports. Very dim lighting in the building at the bar. They set the mood. Bartenders are great. Very talkative and many off menu specials. I ordered the Foxey Lady and they gave me the house bourbon. Ton of off menu specials. Don't be afraid to ask about the off menu specials. I ate Wagyu burger with onion rings and the Beef ribs appetizer. The Wagyu burger was tender with a good taste but nothing special and I enjoyed it like any other burger. The onion rings are pretty bland and the sauce is extremely mild as well. The Beef ribs are the star of the show.“

“My BF took me here for my 43rd bday and when I say they did me right!! The ambience and atmosphere was a whole vibe. Food was amazing. I had the lamb chops with the bleu cheese butter. It was Devine and melt in your mouth. Our sides were lobster Mac and loaded mashed potatoes which both were excellent. Pharroah was a great smooth server he told me to pick my complementary Bday desert and I chose the cheesecake its was Devine. Over all my birthday was excellent.“

He was very kind, served with a smile, and you could just tell he loved his job. He gave me excellent recommendations, and checked back frequently to see how I like them. If you visit Cumberland Stoney River, do yourself a favor and ask for Chase's section. You won't be disappointed at all. The food is cooked to perfection. I ordered the steak rolls and asked for extra chimmichiri. My main entree was the cedar plank salmon (I like mines medium and it was cookwd perfect) with the garlic mash (I ordered one to go home, they were so good.) and asparagus. Those mini rolls with the cinnamon butter was just the right serving for me. If you visit Cumberland Stoney River, do yourself a favor and ask for Chase's section. You won't be disappointed at all.“

This is next level with pimento cheese and apricot jam were fantastic! I definitely recommend it. If you want something light, go for the charcuterie! I did and I don’t regret it, but I wish I had ordered an extra to go home with. Last but certainly not the least are the bartenders and the drinks. Zach and Leslie are wonderful hosts with great personalities. Not only that, they can make 5 star drinks!!! My favorite 2 of the weekend were a bourbon sidecar and a vieux carre. “We came with a party of five and were promptly seated. The hostess was great, and so was the table. The server greeted us and didn't rush us with taking appetizer and drink orders. The wine came right away. The appetizer took a while, but it was a hot and delicious dish. We ordered steaks and didn't get them for an hour or more. The steaks were tasty. He did come back to check if we were happy with the steaks and we unanimously. One of our guests was the birthday. He got a very nice dish of sweets enough for sharing though he demolished the plate. I had to find the server and ask for a dessert menu. I've rarely, if ever, had to locate a server for anything else due to long gaps of time between services. I gave him the benefit of the doubt because the restaurant was busy, we came at a busy time. The staff were pleasant, respectful, and welcoming. The food was very good. I really liked the server. He must have been busy with a lot of tables. Perhaps help from a food runner would have helped.“

My husband and I, along with friends and family, have been going to C Ellets for YEARS. It’s my favorite restaurant. It’s always my first choice for my birthday or any special event. We used to enjoy the happy hour specials on the patio for a long time. Over time, they chiseled away at the happy hour and eventually it was only offered if you sit at the bar on non-game days. Fine. Business is business. While it was disappointing for us, we still continued to come and pay full price for our favorite items because I loved this place so much.This week I want to book a table for 10 for my family. Most of our family is 65+ and coming from out of town. C Ellet’s now requires that a party if this size be booked as a private party in the club room with a hefty food/bev min and a 50% deposit. I’ve seen larger groups seated at the front tables next to each other before, but they told me that wasn’t an option. The deposit makes it awkward for our family to split the bill. I can see how it makes sense for a rehearsal dinner or business event, but we just wanted to have dinner together.Additionally, two years ago, my husband booked a table for 6 for my birthday and C Ellets simply gave us the club room without asking and without any money-up-front-business.For a 5PM spot, I just hoped they could be more accommodating or flexible.“

The food is always cooked to our specifications. The steaks are really good. I particularly love the Outlaw Ribeye. The portions are generous. The Strawberry Salad is incredible!
