Only knock is no one said thank you when we left and that's a big deal to me. We spent a lot of money there and it would have been a nice final touch. But oh well, I'll still be back.”

Hibachi salmon x 2 - carefully plated but lacking the usual shredded cabbage, maki, small salad or miso soup that completes bento boxes, especially given the price point of $19. Even for lunch this was a bit bare. The flavors were ok, a tad salty but the broccoli 🥦 balanced it out a bit.
Special roll was served on foil 🤨 , sushi rice was not quite right , but the fish had plenty of sauce and toppings so hard to tell the quality.
Overall, not the usually Japanese set but not bad.”

The restaurant was beautiful and the booths are very private and comfortable.\n\nWe will go back here in a second. Not too many great restaurants around these days. This is a gem!!”

“my family and i went there tonight as first timers. id like to say the food is absolutely delish except the soups. we had the new england clam chowder amd the seafood gumbo and they honestly tasted like can soup. the fried calamri were perfect and the raw oysters were fresh and cleaned immaculately. we would definitely go back BUT will not have matthew as our server. he was honestly terrible. unattentive to us on a very slow Wednesday night in the restaurant. if he came around 2 or 3 times during the hour and half we were there it was a lot and to drop off food. my husband asked for a refill on his drink after 15 minutes i had to get up to look for him and eventually had to bother farrah, another server working. she promptly got him a drink and checked on us several times after that. matthew nowhere to be found until it was time for the check to be paid. his service would have turned my nose at a return but farrah saves the night and the fact wed be return customers soon. also we asked for a small container of butter we recieved a bowl cool until we got the bill and they were charging $6 for a bowlof butter. would have been nice if mathew would have let us know our options before deciding it was cool to bring whatever he chose. he did remove it from the bill when i questioned it but the point is there was transparency or communication before hand. ivell farrah and the good saved the night, sorry mathew you need to work on your service if this is your choice of job”

My husband and i were craving some pink bubble gum ice cream from Baskin-Robbins. However almost none of the locations in the Chicago area seem to carry it (or even answer the phone) we had called several locations but were unsuccessful, until we called this location - one of their employees, Syed answered the phone immediately, was very professional and said they do carry it!. We drove over and our server was the same man who answered the phone. Syed immediately recognized us from the phone call as soon as we asked for the ice cream. And was very very friendly! Absolutely outstanding customer service! We will definitely be returning to this location for our pink bubble gum ice cream!”

“Okay, you HAVE to try Seattle Sutton’s meals! I’ve been getting them for almost a year, and they’re seriously the best meal delivery company. I actually talked to one of their dietitians before I signed up and they were super helpful and answered all of my questions. There are so many meals I never would’ve thought of making myself, but they’re all so good. The convenience is unreal. You just heat it up. I don't have to cook anything and I hate doing dishes, so that's a huge bonus. Plus, everything is always fresh, like I just bought it at the store. If you want easy healthy meals without worrying about fake or unhealthy ingredients this is 100% the way to go.”

Every single dish was incredible and bursting with flavor — the Italian Beef was the star of the night, but truly everything was demolished. Our guests were raving about the food nonstop. I have a Lotta friends in Fort Myers who go all the way to Tampa to get this sandwich and they continue to tell me how good it is. So this evening we decided to go to Portillo since I was visiting on my grandkids and my daughter and son-in-law, I really enjoyed that Italian beef sandwich. There are a lot of other good things on the menu, but that was what I was there for. Unfortunately, they do not have a Portillo’s Station FortnMyer Florida. I can only hope that one day they will build it there.”

The sourdough had that perfect balance of a crisp, golden crust and a chewy, tangy interior. It’s the kind of bread that elevates even a simple sandwich or just stands on its own with a bit of butter. The cookies were equally impressive. Freshly baked, with a perfect texture — slightly crisp at the edges and soft in the middle. Whether classic chocolate chip or something more unique, they had just the right amount of sweetness without being overpowering. Clearly made with care and quality ingredients. “It’s a nice little spot inside the plaza near Starbucks. Parking is easy so no worries. Food is great very interested in their newer items, quality and tasteful. The staff very kind and had great suggestions when we were torn in our decisions. They have tables and bar set up with stools, I did notice even child booster seats.”

“Today was the first time I have ever Ben in a Portillo’s Restaurant, first time I have ever had an Italian beef sandwich. I have a Lotta friends in Fort Myers who go all the way to Tampa to get this sandwich and they continue to tell me how good it is. So this evening we decided to go to Portillo since I was visiting on my grandkids and my daughter and son-in-law, I really enjoyed that Italian beef sandwich. There are a lot of other good things on the menu, but that was what I was there for. Unfortunately, they do not have a Portillo’s Station FortnMyer Florida. I can only hope that one day they will build it there.”

“Absolute gluttony. We got delivery from Byrd’s and were completely satisfied. The Byrd Bombs were huge and filled to the brim with crispy chicken, fries, a piece of toast, and pickles and drenched in cheesy sauce. Eating this will leave you full for days, but it’s definitely worth it if you’re feeling especially ravenous!”

“Dengeo’s is the BEST!! We had them cater our huge party and they absolutely crushed it. Every single dish was incredible and bursting with flavor — the Italian Beef was the star of the night, but truly everything was demolished. Our guests were raving about the food nonstop. Huge shoutout to Chris, Nick, and Jerry for getting us perfectly set up and making everything seamless. This was our third year having Dengeo’s cater our party, and we’re already looking forward to many more!”

“We drove from Genoa City Wisconsin because we heard how delicious everything was. We were NOT disappointed. The meat on our sandwiches, one corned beef and one pastrami, was piled high! Homemade brined pickles and bakery items exceeded our expectations. Worth the drive and we will be back.”
