“I've lived in KC for 16 years and the ribs I just got in the LS Stack's were the best I've had since I've been here. This place is not far from my home and I went when they first opened this store. The product that day was inedible. The last two times they have figured things out and my dinner has been top drawer. The brisket is also great, so tender and tasty. My new place for Q.”

“We waited over 10 minutes after being seated before anyone came to check on us. We were ready with our order when the waiter arrived, and received our food fairly quickly. I had the Parmesan crusted mahi mahi and my husband had the trio of filet medallions. The food was excellent, and we ordered the salted caramel crème brûlée for dessert. We had to wait for the dessert to be served longer than our entrees! It took about 20 minutes before we received it. It was delicious, too. Overall, it was an ok experience, but the service could have been better.”

“All I can say is WOW! My husband & I went here for the first time last Friday and from the moment we stepped it we had the best dining experience we’ve ever had in the Kansas City area. Our server was Kortney and she was nothing short of AMAZING. She was attentive and made sure we were happy with our experience. Our drinks were always refilled at the halfway point, she checked on us at all of the perfect times and it was clear she was on top of it! She was friendly, attentive, & provided some seriously top-notch service. We ordered the crap dip to start and oh my goodness it was so delicious we were tempted to order another or. The dip was overflowing the bowl and everything was so FRESH. My husband ordered the pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon and he said it was literally melting in his mouth. I ordered the roots burger and was impressed that someone could take a cheeseburger & make it THAT GOOD. We will absolutely be back! From the atmosphere to the service to the food - EVERY single aspect exceeded our expectations. We cannot recommend this place enough!”

“AMAZING! I'm an east-coast guy living in the Midwest who's been looking for a great place for fresh seafood (sorry Red Lobster) for over 6 years. This diamond in the rough exceeded my expectations. While the majority of the US can't even find a place that serves King Crab (due to supply and demand escalated cost), I found a place that not only has it but has it at a very reasonable price. I had 1/2 lb King Crab, 1/2 lb Snow Crab, and 1/2 lb of shrimp. We must have been there for over an hour while I picked out every piece of crab meat. The way the dish came out was neat (I won't ruin the surprise). I also highly recommend the sweet potato fries. I would give this place a 6 out of 5 stars!”

“We held our Wedding at Stonehaus Winery and couldn’t be anymore happier. From the outdoor venue to the indoor venue and the dock over looking the pond was perfect. The scenery and facilities made for an amazing event and day. The staff was nothing short of amazing and we could not have asked for anything more. “Ok, before we start with the food, let me begin with the service, our friend Arron (AC) is the one of the best in the business, now please start with an appetizer/side dish such as my wife’s favorite brussels sprouts flavored with a chipotle butter, or super wings, Mac & cheese with bits of real bacon, where do I go from here? I’m a bit old fashioned but the chopped steak is awesome, omg the ribeye, shrimp and the list is nearly endless. This is one of our favorite places to dine.”

“We love coming to Shakin’. It is definitely a hidden gem. Sadly, tonight was a let down. We got here and there were several seats at the bar that we were told were supposedly “taken”. A large group came in and were told to take the seats. They were served quickly. We waited 15-20 minutes to even be acknowledged by the bar staff. Would have been nice to at least been welcomed and told be with you shortly. When the bartender finally made eye contact and came over, his excuse was “sorry, there’s only two of us!” We’ve been here when the place was packed and never experienced this service. We literally almost walked out. Miss the “old” bartenders who were attentive and quick to take care of customers.”

Mine was the traditional Italian and my sweetie had goat cheese and walnuts. They were perfect additions to the meal. We had a little problem with one of the salads, and it was quickly replaced and comped.”

The sushi pizza is favorite and I even enjoy their Panko rolls which I normally don't like because they are soggy and sad but Mint's are just right. Fabulous Plum wine and Thai Tea. If you are in a hurry I'd order ahead for pickup and take your meal to one of the many parks close by. If you're looking to spend time chatting and catching up this is the perfect dine-in option for brunch, lunch, or dinner.”

“I visited Don Chuy's in Lee's Summit last week for the first time, I had combination fajitas that were well seasoned and generous portion of everything. Zion served me at the bar. Very quick friendly service. I went back today for taco Tuesday, served by Luis, who did a great job. I was greeted both times by the owner who was welcoming. I recommend this restaurant and will return soon.”

“I was dying to try an espresso martini while visiting from out of town. However, I had my toddler and baby with me—I didn’t want to bring family time to the bar so I quietly came in with my toddler (who needed to use the bathroom) and ordered an espresso martini to enjoy at the outdoor tables. Our fabulous bartender made an amazing espresso martini and also volunteered to make a “special lemonade” for our toddler. She was SO happy! *Disclaimer: this was in the early early evening so don’t let the toddler coming to use the bathroom deter you from an adult evening out. Great drink! Great vibes! Great service! I knew it would be when I saw they included cucumbers and radishes in the bag of fixings but to my shock they also included a bag of grilled onions. 🤯 Absolutely phenomenal. My daughter with a peanut allergy realized it after 1 bite thank goodness and with some Benadryl she's fine. I called after to confirm flavor and was told flavors rotate and to always ask what they were. They're not obligated to label peanut products but it would be nice if they did since it's a high allergen food :( They didn't even ask if she was ok. If you have allergies I would make sure to always ask and double check here.”

I get 5 alarm spicy wrap and it's amazing.. that's all I can say.

This time the rice was hard.
I told the worker because they're obviously serving undercooked rice and I know majority will never say anything. Because this stuff happens sometimes and the food is so good it can happen.
When I explained this fact the girl looked at me and touched the rice and basically shrugged me off saying it shouldn't be. I told her 'your teeth will tell you . Brown and white is undercooked '.. I don't think she believes me. That's ok.

Parking: It's shared with other businesses so at times can be tough.”

“I used to dislike Chinese food. Lucky Wok has turned a new page for me. I've eaten here 3 times, and each time has been a home run. I'm not a big veggie guy, but I've grubbed up everything that has come in my Kung Pao Chicken and Szechuan Chicken dishes, even the fried rice. I like things on the spicy side, and I personally think that they could take the spice marker up 2 or 3 notches, but the flavors are very good and blend well together. The wife and I prefer to dine in so that we can eat while the food is hot. There are 2 very nice tables and 1 small table available in the restaurant. There's never anyone eating there, so we don't get bumped out of a place to sit while we dine. Service has never been rude; in fact, the folks who've taken our orders have always been very polite and courteous. Lucky Wok has earned a regular spot on our Lee's Summit lunch list.”

I would recommend coming here to any friend or family member.”

“I went through the drive though, and the window worker was very nice. I was instructed to pull forward and wait in the front for my food. However, there was no clearly stated place for waiting cars, which was a little confusing. I received my food, but I only received 3 packets of Arby's sauce for 6 sandwiches. It was too late to go back and get some more, but that was careless of them to do that. The food was pretty good still.”

“I am pregnant and I was craving Jersey Mike’s really bad I kindly went into the building and asked a blonde lady that worked there if she could please toast my sandwich since I am pregnant, She told me that they didn’t do toast sandwiches, which was fine, but I did ask her if she could put the ham on the grill For a little bit so I can eat it She told me that she couldn’t cause it’s cross contamination but I saw she was cleaning the grill And was very rude about it . Thankfully, another coworker was working there and he was very nice. His name is Logan. He saw I was very distressed and upset because I couldn’t get the food that I was craving I asked him if he could please just make the sandwich separately and then put the toppings on the side so I could just toast the sandwich at home myself and then I could just put the toppings on For myself At home Cause I told him I was pregnant .. He kindly told me that he could put the ham on the grill because they already cleaned the grill anyways for me and filled my Satisfaction Of niceness and good costumer service And had a good kindness of heart that he cared that I’m pregnant tried his best to fill my needs. Bread bowls with soup are excellent and they have a cheaper priced meal option on the self check kiosk called value duets many don't know about. It is significantly cheaper and you get half a sandwich and soup for under $9.”
