“Incredible food, cocktails and service. Their French onion soup is to die for. Lovely place with great atmosphere, highly recommend!”
“This place was AMAZING!! The food was so thoughtfully creative and prepared with obvious talent and love. We enjoyed meeting owner brothers and hearing their story of bringing their Yucatan culture and roots to the St. Louis food scene. Everything we tried was beyond delicious. This is a must-try for authentic Mexican food inspired by the Yucatan region.”
“AMAZING food and incredible service. Jeff, our server, was very friendly and welcoming. He took his time walking us through the menu and answering all of our questions. The sushi here is next level and unlike anything I’ve experienced anywhere else. My wife and I cannot stop talking about our experience here!”

“One of my all-time favorite restaurants for lunch or pizza take-out. My top picks: little gem salad, toscano or trout sandwich, blueberry lemon soda, and soft pretzel with butter. For dinner, their pepperoni and spinach pizzas are my faves. Their chocolate chip cookies are also amazing!”

“I’m 78, travelled the world and these are the very best noodles and noodle dishes I have ever had. I doubt I will ever eat ramin or udon ever again. This is not a fancy sit down restaurant, it’s a Japanese noodle restaurant or social bar. The young lady receptionist/waitress was very welcoming and helpful. The cooks are hard working and friendly. The selection is somewhat limited but just the kind of meals you will want to try again and again. 一番 Ichiban. (# 1)”
“Stew's has become our regular date night spot once a week. We look forward to the salmon, the mushrooms, the fried rice and for now the tuna - hoping for a return of the scallop ceviche! We love the inside even when it can be a little bit loud and we love the outside (our preference) in good weather. Service is always top level and attentive and I love to get my Blanton's old-fashioned made here. Occasionally the wait can be long but for us it's always been worth it even when it's been 30° outside! You can consider us die hard fans. High quality food with high-quality service in a fun neighborhood location. Check out the decor in the bathroom.”
“Really good food! Fantastic service, very good food selection, simply outstanding.”

“Everything about Robin was above expectations! Traveled in from Chicago, and before I arrived to St Louis, the team was able to help me secure a reservation. Upon arriving to Robin, the dining experience and service was impeccable. The vibe and atmosphere of the restaurant was perfection and truly allowed for a beautiful dining experience. Tables are well spaced, and the noise level that typically generates from other diners was basically non-existant. Drinks were top-notch, and whoever curated the drink menu should also get high praise. We ordered the snacks and bread to go along with the tasting menu. The snack bites started the food journey on the right food. My dining partner and I bother ordered the bread, and we probably could have gotten away with just one order. Every dish that we ordered from the tasting menu qas perfection. Standouts were the venison tartar, trout, chicken and short rib. It wss fantastic to also watch Chef Alec prepare each and every dish thst went out. The entire team was exceptional, and worked harmoniously like a beautiful choreographed ballet. Thank you all for the incredible dining experience.”
“I want to extend my deep gratitude to the great Hostess last Saturday afternoon who kindly went above and beyond her responsibilities not only as a host but as a human being by letting me (offering!) charge my lon foot and had a dead phone. It was about 4 pm and the place was slightly busy (almost outside full and inside) but not much else was around the area so my hunch and restaurant experience tells me they’re doing everything right: good food, good prices and good staff. The atmosphere is inviting, unpretentious and sort of a homey, cozy n stylish flair. I would’ve rather stayed and ate but thankfully the hostess helped me on my way. thank you for helping and not being annoyed when I asked for directions twice! (Also,”
“Vangel’s is the most exceptional meal out we have had in a long time. Soft music, soft lighting, great choices for drinks and hearty menu items make for a memorable night out. Louie the owner made us feel at home on our first, but not last visit to Vangels. Thank you for the hospitality and great experience all around. Tracy”
“I absolutely love The Fountain on Locust! It is by far one of my favorite restaurants in St. Louis! The food is amazing and the dessert is always the perfect way to end the meal! Every time I have been to The Fountain on Locust, I have left happier than when I came in! The staff is very welcoming and they always do a great job, providing top-tier service!”
“We wanted Italian food and we decided to go on the hill to Zia‘s. We ordered pasta dishes, which was extremely nice portion size. The bread was delicious when you dip it in olive oil. I also had the French martini which was delicious. I think if you have a taste for Italian food pasta, you couldn’t find a better place.”
“I have been wanting to get here for several years, and we finally made it, tonight, to Anthonino's Taverna, a short distance from Rob's place. (Fun fact, this place has been spotlighted twice on Guy Fieri's Food Channel Show. I can now see why. 🥰) Well, I wish I had made it here sooner. But, that's behind us, and tonight was a delicious, and delightful night. Our waitress, Bailee, had the excellent insight to know it takes awhile to decide on a drink, and dinner choices. It doesn't matter if you read the menu online or not. Changes are always added. She gave us the grace to settle in for a few minutes. She gave us enough time to settle in so we could make our choices. Rob had a Kona Wave draft, and I had a glass of Sauvignon Blanc. Bailee brought us bread made, and baked on The Hill with great quality olive oil, and herbs for dipping. Rob ordered the lasagna, and I opted for the Tutti de Mare with seafood, garlic, butter, and olive oil. My dinner was delicious, and made with freshly made pasta, and a perfect mix of perfectly cooked wild caught seafood of mussels, shrimp, clams, and squid. Rob's lasagna also featured freshly made pasta sheets, Anthonino's red sauce, sausage, ricotta, and mozzarella cheese. I tasted it, and it's your pick here if you love lasagna. Homemade taste that brought me back to my grandmother's and my mother's tables. 🥰❤️ I also felt welcomed, and comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. Italian girl here, and I would highly recommend this place for the food, drinks, the customer service, and the ambiance. I am already planning to come back on my next trip here. Anthonino's Taverna”
“I went with my mom & daughter. The decor was charming. The food was outstanding. The tea selections was one of the best I've seen. And the cherry on top was the service. I wouldn't change a thing.”

“The worker “Princess” was amazing!!! She really did a wonderful job with keeping everything together. Amazing personality, very sweet, and made sure to check on everyone even when they were extra busy. If I come back the 3.5 hours I will be stopping by here again just to see her!!”
“I would give them ten stars but that’s unfortunately not an option. After backpacking for a week in the woods, this Waffle House was like a haven for us🙏🙏. I don’t believe in heaven but if I did this would be heaven on earth. The food was a blessing and the workers were so nice they gave us hope in society. If I were a Roman citizen from 2000 years ago transported to today I’d go to Waffle House.”
“This White Castle location was outstanding! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what we were craving. The service really stood out—friendly, fast, and made the whole experience even better. We ordered 30 sliders, milkshakes, and some sweet treats, and everything was spot on. The kids absolutely loved it and were already asking when we could come back. Definitely one of the best White Castle visits we’ve had—highly recommend!”
“I ate here on Memorial Day and they did an amazing job. Red, white and blue pancakes or the rooti-fruity pancake breakfast. Atmosphere amazing. Wonder woman was there handling everything perfectly by herself. Then she got help and they both did an amazing job. The food was cooked perfectly and all of it arrived hot. Amen 🙏 Great job Clayton IHOP!!!”
“We had a party of 6 on Saturday night. Great service. Outstanding food had by everyone. A few in the party ordered the Lasagna after they were out of Ossobuco. They loved the Lasagna, the Chicken Risotto was one of the best I ever had, although I modified it by adding mushrooms. We did start out with appetizers and the Roasted Wild Mushroom app and Toasted Ravoli were incredible. Highly recommend this place.”
“Had a wonderful lunch here. Never had Persian food. I ordered the Aash stew, lamb biryani, and chai. The stew was wonderful and refreshing. The lamb shank w biryani was fall of the bone. Such magical flavors in the lamb. The chai was such a great addition. Its fresh made not instant. Service was exceptional by the owner and he was so thankful to my compliments. For those whom do not know about Persia, it is a culture in Iran. Do yourself a favor and give the small business a try.”
“Overall, a nice venue to see music. I've sat in balcony and in GA (the floor). GA can be standing or seated - if you have to sit, get there early.
The sound quality and views has/have always been great.
Friendly staff - for entry and inside.
Parking is behind buildings - anyplace in 'the Delamar Loop' area.”

“I WILL SWEAR BY THE MUFALETTA, THAT THEY SERVE!!! I GO IN THERE ALL THE TIME AND ORDER TO AN UP 2, 5 OR 6 SANDWICHES, DID SHARE WITH ALL MY FRIENDS OR MY FAMILY AND OTHER CITIES & EVERYONE HAS ALWAYS BRAGGED THAT THIS IS THE BEST SANDWICH THAN EVER HAD!!! I REALLY THOUGHT IS THE GIGI Sounded good today & got one of those also... JUST MY OPINION = IT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM THEIR MENU CAN PLAY BANK! IT WASN'T THAT GREAT AT ALL...”
“Grilled ham and cheese was fantastic. Nice thick ham!!! Wife had the chili dog especially liked that it was cut in half and grilled then chili added!!! Our kid devoured the grilled cheese and my mom loved the frito pie!!! Whenever we are in the area we will stop in again!! Staff very accommodating and friendly!!!!”
“Gioia’s Winghaven is our go to for sandwiches! Always get the order correct, always timely service, always wonderful customer service, always delicious! The only complaint is I can’t have them on Sunday! :( We’ve tried to go back to other sandwich shops on a Sunday and it never compares to Gioia’s. You’ve raised the bar so much, now everyone else is a disappointment.”
“a great place for friends to game, professional team building, you name it. loved it there. the art deco interior is beautiful.”
“If I could give Kazu 100 stars I would. The owners are incredibly and genuinely kind, awesome people. The sushi is genuinely the freshest and most delicious that I have tasted in town. The presentation is gorgeous. The takeout packaging is perfect and neat. I love this place! If you have not been yet, you are missing out on a gem of a sushi shop!”
“A very nice place which is very well priced. I enjoyed that they had a healthy collection of 375ml btls plus a wide variety of wines from all over the world. Service was impeccable. The crowd there was also very welcoming and nice. I will definitely come back here and bring more friends.”
“After visiting the Fox Theater on Saturday we had reservations for 6. Our table was ready and our server Wendy was absolutely delightful. Our drinks, appetizers, dinner(fresh pasta) and desserts did not disappoint. The manager stopped by twice to check on us. Incredible! We wanted to bring Wendy home with us but we had to have her back by Wednesday! We can’t wait to return!!!! 10🌟”

“I finally made it and really it’s worth 100 stars , The chicken salad is probably the best salad in Stl , everything about it is perfect , chicken soo good , lettuce chopped with tons of parsley, all ingredients top notch and the dressing is excellent. I had the spinach pie for dinner and it is heaven . I’ve already planned on nesting 2 sets of ppl there! Can’t wait to go back!”
“Awesome happy hour! Great staff. Sometimes the games don't work but they refund you immediately or even more. Very helpful staff with so many options available need help narrowing down on taste buds. Reasonable pricing especially with all the fun from arcade games you get within the package very 90s vibes and it's amazing 👏”
“The place where I normally purchased my daughter’s birthday cakes, was not available to create one this year. In a pinch, we googled places to make cakes and found this place. It turned out to be phenomenal. Our guest loved the cake and preached about it a lot we plan to order again in the future. It was absolutely delicious and beautiful.”
“I was on lunch break was told food would be done in 10 minutes. waited 30. got back to work very late. To top it off the food was disgusting. I'm not sure if there was even a burger patty provided. what was om the sandwich was an over abundance of mayo and mustard like I guess I ordered a mustard and mayo sandwich. It was messy made the bun soggy and just all around gross. I was going to bring all my kidd back to eat and will NEVER EAR HERE AGAIN. A REFUND IS WANTED. 27 DOLLARS FOR 2 BURGERS 2 DRINKS AND 1 FRY AND THE PLAIN CHEESEBURGWR HAD ONIONS ON IT WASNT SUPPOSE TO. NEEDLESS TI SAY NO ONE ATE THEIR MEAL WE ORDERED ELSE WHERE AND I SUGGEST SKIPPING PAST THIS PLACE. NOT WORTH THE TIME IR MONEY WASTED.”
“The food is fire. Really haven’t found anywhere in a while that compares”
“Great food, great service, great atmosphere, & great vibes!!!”

“The food and the entire experience were amazing! The evening was to celebrate my milestone birthday and it did not disappoint! The bourbon list was extensive with so many great choices to choose from! And I sampled several! For dinner I had the fillet, crab and crawfish chowder, and a loaded baked potato…delicious! The bread pudding was also divine. I will definitely be returning! 🤤 🖤”
“Carmine’s is my favorite steakhouse in St. Louis. I have been a loyal customer at all of the Lombardo family restaurants my entire life and Carmine’s is simply the best. The atmosphere is welcoming and the food is always 5 stars, never disappoints. I recommend eating here before/after a downtown event or game because the location is prime and has easy access to the highway. I always use their valet parking to avoid traffic at other downtown parking places.”
“One of my top three restaurants in all of St. Louis with the best fettuccine in the world. From the old world style, Italian atmosphere to the delicious food, the great wait staff and Dominic himself going around to all the tables carrying on conversation making sure everyone is having a nice time. And if you are lucky, you might get a chance to listen to his beautiful voice from time to time. We also enjoy the valet parking. It is a top-notch restaurant with the kind of feeling that you just don’t get in this world anymore. We go because it feels like for a few hours we’ve got to escape into a small part of Italy. 🇮🇹 It has what a lot of restaurants just don’t have anymore no matter how fancy the decor. Dominics is class and history with great food all in one place. We are fortunate to have such a place in St. Louis.”
“Absolutely amazing dining experience. The locally sourced ingredients made every dish feel fresh and thoughtfully prepared. We did the chef’s selection menu and it was hands down some of the best food I’ve had in a very long time — every course was creative, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Our server was incredible as well, attentive, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience even better. One of the best restaurant experiences we’ve had in St. Louis. Highly recommend!”
“The food was excellent! Everything we had packed so much flavor! We tried the oysters, waygu steak, pasta, and a salad. I was surprised by how good the salad was! Nicole really made us feel welcome and made great recommendations! Definitely planning on visiting again!”
“Ramsay's Kitchen exceeded expectations! The atmosphere struck the perfect balance of upscale and welcoming. Despite its fine dining reputation, it was incredibly family-friendly, and the staff made us feel right at home.
The food was phenomenal—every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. You can tell that quality and attention to detail are a priority.
The setting, with views of The Gateway Arch in the background while enjoying dinner created an unforgettable experience. The views alone are worth the visit, but paired with outstanding food and excellent service, it made for one of the best dining experiences we've had.
If you're visiting St. Louis or celebrating a special occasion, Ramsay's Kitchen is a must.”
“EXCEPTIONAL! If you are expecting a modern, quick dinner, do not come. This is by far the most historical fine dining restaurant I’ve ever been to. The food was incredible. Al’s is a historic gem that we need to appreciate in our community. The stories our waiter, Gary shared, hearing the history of the business and the people it’s been passed down through was just incredible. You don’t find these places anymore and we highly highly recommend if you are looking for a very special, well thought-out dinner.”
“Has gluten free options, healthy fresh food and drink options. Love the staff and ambiance. I Always shop for plants or gifts in their gift shop after eating.”
“Amazing food today! Ordered crab cakes, they were served on top of fried green tomatoes! Chefs kiss!! The shrimp and grits were delicious, so was Crawfish Mona! The final touch….bread pudding!!!!!”

“First time and not the last time we dine here, God willing! 🙏🏼♥️🏁 Very busy place, but fantastic service, food, and experience! Josh answered the phone and was so helpful, friendly and welcoming! When we walked in Josh was on it, made us feel we were “regulars”, like he new us personally and Stacey, the hostess that seated us, was equally as welcoming and we were seated promptly. I don’t believe we got our kind servers name, but the beautiful young lady was on it as well. The chefs/kitchen were on par as well, hubby had one of the eggs Benedict with a side of biscuit and gravy, I had the Ranchers beef salad, one of the best beef and blue cheese salads I’ve EVER had, and believe me, I’ve had a “few” 😋🤫😊 Hubs also loved the huge coffee mugs his coffee and my Kahluah/hot chocolate(yum on this damp chilly day)were served in…this where my only complaint would be, my mug was chipped along the rim 😅 All that said, it was just a fantastic way to start our Sunday. Looking forward to sharing this spot with some more loved ones 🙏🏼♥️🏁”
“Such a fun place! Amazing interior design & huge back patio. Everything done with an artist’s touch. Excellent wine choices, and craft beer choices. I particularly liked the craft cocktails! Super fun and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend! Great spot for date or small group.”
“Great burgers! I LOVED my TriPPPy burger which has a pineapple chutney and bacon jam. You will want extra napkins with that one.? My husband built his own burger to get just what he wanted and enjoyed his burger. They also have veggie options, but these carnivores did not explore them.”
“Worked here for many years, Kipp and his family have always been great to me. Now, I get the pleasure of taking my family in anytime we are in the city! If you’re going to the zoo, this is a must stop! If you’re going to the Cardinals game fill up here and you won’t regret it.”
“Amazing vibe as soon as you open the doors. Its cozy, and relaxed, with an eccentric touch of mismatched furniture. The coffee is strong, the sweets are divine, the book are well loved. Not sure what to get ask the staff to pick! I did and got this amazing banana bread tasting iced coffee.”
“Attended a church conference in St. Louis and was recommended to check out this spot for some really good coffee — and it did not disappoint! ☕️ The coffee was delicious, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We loved it so much that we placed an order to have their coffee shipped to our home! Bonus — you can even choose your grind. This will definitely be our new go-to coffee shipment! 💛”
“My husband and I were on an anniversary road trip from Tennessee and decided to come to St Louis to see the Arch way. We decided to eat at Ace’s Smokestaq for an early dinner! Antonio and his family are so amazing and the food was absolutely on point! We felt like family! We even got a baby shower gift after we ate and brought it back for our new cousin 😉 Thank you for making our trip memorable and being who you are! Your family and restaurant are amazing! With love from Tennessee🫶🏻 -The Bush’s”
“This restaurant is fantastic on every count: high quality ingredients, healthy (no guilt) eating and positively delicious food. Love the soup and salad which puts the whole dining experience on a higher level. This food makes tummies happy. It is true comfort food. Atmosphere is nice, but carryout works well too. Portion sizes are generous. I love opening my refrigerator and seeing great meals made by the chef at this great restaurant. They will make any house feel like a home. I am so glad we found this place!!”
“Absolutely delightful! The pizza had the best gluten free crust and the Ozark mushrooms on top were so fresh. I will absolutely be back”
“Favazza’s is a well-known and respected Italian spot on “The Hill”, St. Louis’ Italian Neighborhood filled with old delis, charming markets and upscale Italian restaurants. Our extended family is a big fan of Favazza’s, so we go from time to time with them. We went last week with my Aunt & Uncle, and it was great. The dining room(s) are charming, but getting a bit dated, in all honesty. Since it’s on “The Hill”, it’s not necessarily an issue, but in any other neighborhood, I think others would agree with me that it needs some sprucing up. Regardless, the ambiance has a fancy and classy feel to it. The service we had was fine. Everyone is dressed up and respectful, but sometimes the service lacks personality at these places because they’re so worried about being “ritzy”. This is the case we had last week. Regardless, also a fine experience in this category. The food was DELICIOUS last week. We started with the Toasted Ravioli. You can tell it’s the real-deal — the filling is excellent. Our entrees were also phenomenal. I got the Chicken Limone and it was tangy and luscious. Genuinely one of the best Italian dishes I’ve had before. The dinner salads, side pasta and phenomenal garlic bread were an added bonus. Favazza’s may be older and their service may lack personality, but their food is nothing to scoff at. A very solid 4 Stars from me.”
“This place is so, so cool. My cousin took me out for dinner and I had never even heard of this spot. Wow, it’s such a beautiful and moody spot full of charm!! We had to wait 15 minutes for a booth but I didn’t mind because this place serves LOOKS. The decor was awesome! Everything from the stellar service, crispy and lacey smash burgers and gorgeous dining room(s) made me realize why this spot is always recommended to me. We were very happy with our food and it was under $50 for two people! Check out Golden Hoosier, you won’t regret it.”
“Had a wonderful date night at Esca. Food was wonderful. Service was excellent. But the ambience and atmosphere were so whimsical, wonderful, and charming. Would highly recommend.”
“Really enjoyed my experience here! The food was delicious, and the prices were quite reasonable for the quality. The atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable, with plenty of seating available. The owner and staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I’d definitely recommend trying the Thai tea”
“Wonderful food! Wonderful atmosphere! Wonderful owners! highly recommend.”
“Our first experience here was nothing shy of amazing. The service was incredible, even with a bar full of pub crawlers. The food was so delicious and we cannot wait to go back.”
“This place is incredible. Uma and her staff are so sweet, and the food is OUTSTANDING and incredibly delicious. Do not sleep on this spot! The Eggplant Bandinjan is phenomenal and so tender, with a pinch of yogurt and mince to finish it off and brighten the dish. The mantu, tender dumpling stuffed with ground seasoned beef, carrot, and onion, topped with yellow lentils, yogurt sauce and mint and parsley… Words cannot describe the culinary experience. The chicken kebab is by far, and hands-down, the best kebab I have had in St. Louis. It is robustly seasoned to perfection, grilled to perfection, succulent, tender and juicy. I have also had the tikka masala, lamb kabob, and beef kabob- all are excellent. Don’t forget dessert!”
“Shyanne deserves a raise! From the moment we sat down, she treated us like VIPs and made sure we had everything we needed before we even had to ask. The service was absolutely top-notch.
And those oysters? Listen… they were so good I almost licked the shell clean. Finger-licking good doesn’t even begin to describe them! If nobody was watching, I probably would’ve asked for a straw to get every last drop. 😂
Great food, amazing service, and an all-around fantastic experience. If you visit, ask for Shyanne —you won’t regret it! I’ll definitely be back for more oysters (and Shyanne's outstanding service).”
“Our wedding in February 2024 was a dream come true! Grbic helped make our day absolutely perfect. Leija was incredibly knowledgeable, easy to work with and quick to respond to all of our needs. The ceremony was held on the covered patio space and the reception in the Luxe Room which is gorgeous! The homemade food was delicious and the staff were all so friendly and fun. We were able to borrow almost all of our decor from their closet which was an added bonus. We are so happy we chose Grbic!”

“Top-notch service! They were able to accommodate us on a busy Saturday night, and the food was prepared perfectly. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great Italian spot in South County.”
“The waiter was excellent! The food was amazing. The entire staff did a awesome job with greeting and service! I will definitely be back🎉🥰”
“Absolutely amazing! The food and drinks were outstanding and the service was even better. Couldn’t have asked for a better evening. Can’t wait to go back. If you’re looking for a nice restaurant with the best food, this is it!”
“We had a very fun time playing Tuesday night trivia with our three kids. Great bites, good beers, excellent service & friendly atmosphere. 10/10 recommended!”
“The food is phenomenal! We've ordered about 10 different items (steaks, burgers, lamb, appetizers, sides, desserts, etc) on two visits and loved all of it! Top notch!”
“Great spot to grab a drink with friends. Staff is amazing as is the atmosphere.”
“Amazing food, atmosphere, service, great quality and quantity for what you pay for and the dessert section is huge! My new favorite place”

“Guido’s is the best! Every meal I have had there is top notch. It’s our “go to” restaurant!”
“I went to Pizzeoli last night with a group of friends and had an amazing dining experience. We started off with the Deep Fried Chanterelles and Chili-kissed Garlic Knots - the chantrellles were delicious and came with a chili ranch sauce that I would love bottled for home use. The garlic knots were a cut above your normal pizza place fare - melted in my mouth and garlic to butter proportions were perfectly balanced. It should be noted that their drink menu is extensive (along with their pizza menu - so many great options!). I chose the Athletic Cerveza - a great Non-alcoholic beer that ranks as a personal fav. I also like that Pizzeoli had multiple NA options as a non-drinker. On to the main course - my group chose the Andy (a current special with white sauce and mushrooms), the Lumberjack Snack (pep and bacon on red sauce) and the Meatball pizza (as recommended per their chef - meatballs on white sauce!). All three were delicious and cooked to perfection - the right amount of bubbles in the perfectly thin curst. I kept trying to choose a favorite and couldn't decide - would personally recommend a white sauce pizza but the red was also awesome! The grand finale was a banana split dessert pizza and ice cream sandwiches. A hot dessert pizza with the perfect cool toppings, I'd stop in just for an after meal treat some time. The ice cream sandwiches were delectable and fun to share with the table too. The atmosphere of Pizzeoli transported me to a simpler time when going to a neighborhood pizza place meant a friendly staff, unique decorations (check out the light shades over the tables!) and quality craftsmanship. A new favorite - highly recommend!”
“I give them 5/5 stars. Their banana latte with lychee jelly is absolutely delicious as well as their chocolate strawberry crepe. The employees are super sweet. I will coming here more often.”
“While I did not eat there myself, I called in from 600 miles away to surprise my son and his girlfriend! They were there to celebrate his birthday and the news that he had just passed the Bar exam! The staff were just as excited to be in on the plan as I was - they asked all the right questions to make sure it went down exactly as I envisioned and even called me afterwards to let me know it was a success! This South Carolina Mom really appreciated how the restaurant took the extra time on a busy Friday night (Halloween no less) to make patrons feel special! THANK YOU!”
“Our family opted to eat out for Thanksgiving. I’m so glad we chose Pietros. The staff were so friendly and welcoming— like family! Service was timely and the food was incredible!”
“INSANE amount of variety here, and so good!!! I live in California and I'm not used to finding places like this in the Midwest. Every drink is customizable too, which I love because I don't like my drinks very sweet, and I was able to change the sweetness level and add whatever toppings we liked. I had the Yashi Dancong and it was delicious! Also tried one of the camellia ones and it was really floral and tasty! Such a cute place inside too.”
“Had a catered lunch brought to work for a special occasion. Everything was perfect. The catering crew out did themselves. Every dish was fresh and the hot food was perfect temperature. Thank you!!!!!”
“We had dinner with friends here last night and it was fantastic. The shrimp toast was incredible. Scallops were fantastic. We had quite a list of different dishes and they were all great! Didn’t get pictures of it all but here’s some of what we had!”
“DELICIOUS 🤤 we will be back in town next month and SO excited to dine here again!!”
“Cocktails. Food. Service. Music. Vibe. Everything was top tier. Had a lovely time and we will be back again. We made a reservation on Google, it was simple and we got sat right away. Can’t wait to go back!”
“went there for a birthday party everything was great about it from the drinks to the staff nice chill environment will definitely go back soon!”
“This is the perfect venue for any large gathering or celebration - the best food,m and an awesome atmosphere!”
“We just left and had an amazing experience!!! From the food, to the server and the young man clearing our plates. Absolutely wonderful!!! Will definitely be back again - very soon!”
“10/10 food and service! Such a cozy environment and the staff from the start to finish was all very nice! The food was AMAZING. 🤩”
“I recently had dinner at The Scottish Arms, the atmosphere made me feel like I was back in a pub in Scotland. it was so delicious. I’ve never had a Scotch Egg before but it was so good. I had the smash burger, the onion jam was fantastic, I told the waiter I wish the sold it because it that good. They also had a great selection of Scotch. I will definitely be back.”
“First time going and loved the vibe/decore!!! Met the owner and so enjoyed her and the hospitality!!! Definitely will be going back!! The food/drinks/music was so enjoyable!!!”
“Most expensive dinner I have ever splurged for but it was WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! It really felt special. All of it. We really loved our server too , Martin (Marteen). Just wish we had not waited so long to go!”
“The food and drinks were amazing! Great service and an overall great dining experience. Best sazerac I’ve had in a long time and the salmon was delicious!”
“I ordered a spicy tuna roll and a spicy crab roll and some crab rangoon. It was all amazing tasted, great. And I definitely will be back, and would definitely recommend these guys to anybody.”
“The food was delicious and a nice atmosphere. We had pulled pork and smoked turkey - so good!”
“Love this place!!!!!! I’ve lost over 30lbs since coming here for lunch everyday. Steph and Kim always smiling . Treating customer’s like CHEERS, where everyone knows your name!!”
“I love this restaurant. The menu is eclectic and the food is fantastic and the cocktails are really good. Great atmosphere inside and on the patio. I've been there for both lunch and dinner and the staff is very attentive and super nice. The Chicken Phad Thai Nachos are awesome!”
“Visited during the 2026 St. Louis Tionól to watch and listen to sessions performed by the musicians from that event. What an outstanding experience it was. So much outstanding music in almost every corner you went to. Had the bangers and mash since ai was there over lunch and it was excellent. Definitely recommend this place for an authentic Irish pub experience.”
“Great wine, place to lounge and relax with friends . Best bartender and server”
“We went today for a late lunch / early dinner and everything was delicious !!!”
“We had the best experience the night before Mardi Gras. The staff was wonderful. We asked if they had boudin balls which was technically on the next days menu and we were not disappointed. Everything was soo good. Thank you for an exceptional meal. We will surely be back soon.”
“Incredible food, great atmosphere. This place has soul and is a breath of fresh air, staff is friendly. Everything we ate was so fresh! We can’t stop talking about the ceviche! My husband and I had a wonderful time tonight for dinner! Thank you so much, we can’t wait to come back!”
“Attended a birthday party here yesterday. Great ciders and food. Staff was amazing as well. Will definitely be back!”
“First time visitor here, and Square One really left a great first impression! I brought a group of 8 in for a birthday dinner, and the staff really went above and beyond to accommodate a short-notice reservation for us. Unfortunately I don’t remember our server’s name, but she was phenomenal as well. Food was fantastic, our waters were always filled, and finished dishes didn’t sit around long. Would definitely recommend and will visit again!”
“Ok, here’s the thing… I love food. And when I say I love food, you might think I’m a huge person or a food critic or a chef or just a dramatic fan. Well, I am actually an artist, and I… I can tell you in no uncertain terms, that the food we received was *high art.* I don’t mean the kind of pretentious high art food that is served in tiny portions and so beautiful that you almost don’t want to eat it. I mean that it was masterfully created—flavorful, textured to perfection, filling, and lamentable *only* in that I wish I’d had room for more. We started with the stuffed mushroom appetizer—which I’ll admit is not usually my favorite, but my wife generally loves—served upon a sprinkle of arugula and a slashed drizzle of balsamic glaze. Imma tell ya… I like stuffed mushrooms now. My wife ordered an entrée of eggplant Parmesan—one that she doesn’t care to make often for herself only because (and I’m quoting), “It’s a pain in the a$$ to cook.” I ordered linguine Pomodoro with added shrimp and had the steamed mussels appetizer served with my entrée, so that I could add them in (as I *do* love a tutto mare). Since my wife’s entrée was one of her favorites, and I don’t generally care for it, I left her to it, concentrating on my own. I shucked all the mussels and strained their accompanying shallots and bacon into my linguine leaving the garlic and cilantro pesto behind for bread dipping. OH [*clap*clap*clap*]—I forgot to mention the bread. They served a fantastic mini loaf of the softest bread topped with caramelized onions alongside fresh grated Parmesan in olive oil. Upon our finishing it off, I asked for a second helping. Back to the entrée… My first actual bite was of the mussels, and that bite was fantastic. Then I had one of the shrimp… and… here’s the thing… I am a poet, and I also write children’s books, so when I tell you that I simply do not have a superlative sufficient to describe the shrimp, you know I’m being serious. It was warm, seasoned, and snappy as shrimp should be, but it gave me pause—as Anton Ego in Ratatouille. * First, doubt—that I had experienced something so specifically wonderful before * Then, a quick scan from childhood to now for confirmation * And lastly, the comfort that can only come from those happiest memories of childhood—Christmas mornings on receiving more than you could ever have hoped for, Halloween nights’ preparations for what giggles and terrors were to come, and burrito-you ensconced in soft blankets straight from the dryer Then of course, the rest of the dish, twirled and slurped—not too quickly… every bite a confirmation and yet still a revelation. Here again, my only lament that I must see a portion of it boxed to leave room for dessert. And… dessert. Oh, boy… Seeing all of the items, my wife and I—in celebration of our 26th anniversary—decided on the sampler. Listen up, folks: flourless chocolate torta, crème custard napoleon, and gooey butter cake. JFC are you serious? Every bite more sumptuous—more scrumptious than the last. Every bit a reassurance that I will return. Our server, Chelsea, was commendable not only for her menu knowledge and sense of humor, but it’s not for nothing that she was absolutely on top of it with regard to my tea refills (which were many, as our dinner took place after a dehydratingly-busy workday for me). We will definitely be returning to Eleven Eleven, whereupon I intend to try a few different items, my palate then flooded with new sensations—new wonders… my only lament that I will not ever have that “first time experience” again.”
“Pasta con Broccoli sauce was like water, no flavor! Moved the noodles to my wife’s dish and took it home. Service was good. Stuffed Mushrooms were ok. Won’t go back”
“Great food and fantastic cocktails. The BLT with a fried egg add goat cheese DELICIOUS”
“Went there for the first time Sunday and it was a great place. The food was delicious and the owner came out and greeted every table and was super nice.”
“If you’re looking for an experience—not just a drink—run, don’t walk to Vandy Cocktail Bar.
We were gifted tickets to one of their cocktail classes, and I can honestly say it was the best 90 minutes we’ve spent in a long time. From the moment we walked in, the energy was warm, welcoming, and just the right amount of elevated without ever feeling pretentious.
The class itself? Next level.
We tasted eight different vermouths (yes, eight—each with its own personality), explored three amaros that completely changed how I think about flavor and balance, and then rolled up our sleeves to craft two cocktails that felt both approachable and elevated. It wasn’t just a class—it was a journey through flavor, history, and technique.
And then there’s Patrick.
Simply put—he’s phenomenal. Incredibly knowledgeable, engaging without being overwhelming, and clearly passionate about what he does. He has that rare ability to make everyone feel like an insider, whether you’re a cocktail novice or a seasoned enthusiast. You don’t just learn—you get it.
What stood out most was how effortlessly the whole experience flowed. It was educational, interactive, and just plain fun. You leave not only with new skills, but with a deeper appreciation for what’s in your glass.
This wasn’t just a class—it was a memory.
We’ll be back. And next time, we’re bringing friends.”
“This is a mixed review. First the positives. The waiter Rob was superb. Pleasant personality and attentive but not intrusive. The busboy (I didn’t get his name) was also very professional, nice and efficient. There were six of us in the party and four in the party were happy with their meal.
Now for the shortcomings. I had the tenderloin medallions Oscar. I have honestly never had a tougher cut of meat. It was definitely overcooked. In fact, I asked my wife to try a small piece and she was shocked at how hard it was to chew with it being a tenderloin. The side dish of lyonnaise potatoes were dry and had no seasoning.
My wife had the Queen Cut Prime rib and it, likewise, was not tender in the least. I had a small cut and felt the same way. She did like the side dish of twice baked potatoes, and she really liked the key lime pie.
So, in summary, four of the six were happy. Just two of us weren’t. For the price of the tenderloin medallions and the prime rib entrees, I think the expectation of “tender” is a given with these two entrees. Sadly, the reality did not meet our expectation.
Not a disastrous night by any means, but not a superb one either.
Wishing Kreis Steakhouse only the best going forward.”
“Wonderful food. Elegantly presented sashimi, sushi, takoyaki, gyoza, udon, don buri (bowls of food), and other Japanese options. Many many types of sushi rolls. In total, there is not only more than standard Japanese fare, but it is also delicious, high quality, and beautifully presented. Many different sakes, mixed drinks, and Japanese beers along with international Gin, bourbon, tequila, rum options. They even have Japanese soda pop. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely decor with exquisite hand painted scenes. I had been there once before and couldn’t wait to go back for seconds to show my adult son who also, this day enjoyed his food immensely.”
“Went to the “Taste of History” event tonight, and it was WONDERFUL! Such a cool, unique building, and the tour was so informative! The included dinner was delicious and honestly a great value for the cost of the ticket.”
“Most come to the Hill for Italian at the usual places, Zia's, Dominic's and Charlie Gitto's. Most will pass this gem up due to it being in the Drury Plaza hotel, you SHOULDN'T DO THAT. The food is made fresh to order and it clearly shows! The decor is very upscale and perfect for a business lunch or dinner and at $30 per person, a good deal. If you add wine the price will go up but would still be worthwhile due to the quality in evidence.”
“DELICIOUS 🤤 we will be back in town next month and SO excited to dine here again!!”
“The perfect date night dinner spot for my wife’s birthday. The entrees range between $15 for a flatbread to $64 for the 10oz filet. The service was fast and friendly. My wife and I decided to split the Bruschetta and it was delicious. For dinner we both started off with the Caesar salads and that was one of the best Caesar Salads we both have had. For the main course I had the Baked Beef Ravioli it was delicious. My wife had the 6oz filet and the baked potato side item and she said they both were also delicious. My wife also had a glass of their house red wine and she said it was really good. They take all major credit cards. I suggest making a reservation because they do get busy. We had a reservation for 6 PM and by 6:30 PM most of all the tables were full. It is located on the hill so parking is sparse but there are two lots near the restaurant that you should be able to find a spot in. My rating : BEST”
“Been enjoying The Royale most weeks since 2015. Best bar and restaurant in town. A gem. Chill tavern vibes, DJs, local art, gorgeous courtyard, old movies, vinyl records, and a stellar menu. Owner Steve is the best. Get the fish tacos, a fresh margarita, a local beer, or whatever you’re into. Hell, I’m about to head there right now writing this review. I’m not even joking.”
“Every time I visit, it’s an entirely new experience. The staff here is as amazing as their culinary creations. Cannot recommend enough. The new patio is gorgeous.”
“Last night was our second time to Lorenzo’s Trattoria and again it was amazing. Our waiter, Jose, was energetic and friendly, always with a true smile on his face, wait staff kept our drinks full and used dishes cleared, but the best part was the food. Absolutely delicious! We will be back many times!”
Louis.”

“Our vintage Thunderbird Club had a luncheon event at El Agave on Sunday February 15th, 2026. The food was excellent, the service was exceptional and the accommodations for our group of 16 worked out great. All of our members extremely pleased with everything. To the staff and management, we thank you for your hospitality and service.”
“I can't say enough about this restaurant. It's the BEST! We go there a lot. We ate there 12/27/25. You get so much food with the Fajita dish that I always have to take half of it home. My husband mostly gets meals with shrimp and he too loves them. In getting to know them over the years is like gaining another family member. Maria even helped me get a great doctor for my husband. Service is always spot on. They always bring me me a frosted mug with my beer, without asking! Everyone is very friendly. If you like Mexican food you REALLY need to go there. Thank you everyone at DURANGO!!”
“I have an entire shelf for tea in my home with a wide range of teas to fit my mood or the time of the day. About 97% of my teas are from Traveling Tea. The other is 3% would be gifts or teas I have bought while on vacations. I love the option to purchase in bags that will keep the tea fresh or in bulk paper bags for teas that I keep in canisters. My days start and end with a delightful cup of tea thanks to Traveling Tea. The shop is small and efficient. The owner and her staff are wonderful.”
“Great food st a nice price point. Family loves everything we have tried.”
“OMG the burgers were amazing... My hubby was craving a blue cheese burger and we decided to try them out. At first we were gonna leave because we didn't see the kinda burgers on the menu we wanted, but the waiter stopped us and said he can make it any way you want it.. So we stayed, He was right, them burgers came out juice, fresh and the grilled taste was amazing. Our waffles fries were a little overcooked, but the wonderful chez soften them up. Please try them, you will love them ask them to cook your waffle fries a little soft, and you will love love love them.. I gave the atmosphere a 2 star not because the inside wasn't comfy, it was nice clean and friendly, but OMG there was heavy metal music over the loud speaker.. I'm talking about bang your head music. Now I'm an R&B girl, but don't mind a little different genre every once in a while, but that music was debilitating. When you sit down to eat, you want some feel good tunes, and that was not it... I did love EAT Crow try their burgers.. they wont disappoint..”

“When I walked in, I realized the place was packed, but we were hoping the wait wasn't too long, they quoted 45 minutes, which was a little too long for us. There was 5 of us and we decided to sit at the bar. And I'm sure glad we did. We had a bartender, I forgot her name, but she had purple hair, she was the absolute best. Not only did she make amazing drinks, she made sure our food came out right and hot. She also entertained us the whole time we were there, by engaging in conversations. You don't see that very much these days. If there was a word better than perfect, that's how I would describe it. I'll definitely be sitting at the bar more often.”
“Hi, this morning, I had breakfast at Wakey Wakey. My eggs, waffle, and candied bacon were very good. My friend's citrus yogurt with granola and fruit was fantastic. I didn't even like yogurt, but I do now. My friend shared hers with me. It was fantastic. The only thing better was our waiter, Adam. He did a wonderful job. He answered a zillion questions and brought the food in a timely fashion. I can't tell you how nice he made our Monday morning. We'll be back.”
“My boyfriend and I went on a double date to the aquarium and we’re planning on going somewhere else. We looked across the water and decided last minute to hop in. The inside is very vintage, white tablecloth, but the vibes are very cozy and casual. We were served by the ever so lovely Sierra. AND SHE DESERVES HER FLOWERS AND A RAISE. She suggested this amazing wine called the menage a trois, and so kind and personable. We were conversing after the bill and she left a drop of wisdom. “I treat others how I want to be treated.” We will definitely be back soon. 🤍 Oh and get the crawfish étouffée, and the crab spinach dip! FIRE.”
“We just went for the first time tonight & hate we’ve missed out on going sooner! We are from Southern Indiana & it’s going to be hard to find anything to compare at home! Greg, Louis, and Eddie who were working the smoker when we left were so nice, told us all the ins and outs of the place, and truly take pride in their work. That pride is reflected in the delicious meal you’ll get! 10/10 recommend!”
“Our first time visiting and it was a very memorable experience that we will highly recommend others to see for themselves. The waitress we had was on top of her duties taking care of us in spite of the extra large table that came in after us. Thank you for such amazing food and excellent customer service.”

“Pali grill is my favorite place to eat to lift my spirits. The decor in the restaurant is fun and beautiful, everyone working there is friendly and kind, everything on the menu is delicious (get. the. pali. sauce.). I truly can't decide if I like the chicken sandwich or the gyro more. They're both delicious. I tried the onion rings for the first time today and they were perfect. Favorite comfort food.”
“Stopped by for the first time today, I got the stuffed grape leaves & falafel & hummus. The staff was incredibly nice & they plated my food beautifully. The stuffed grape leaves taste amazing. I prefer mine cold & firm & those were PERFECT!!! Thank you so much, Mashallah. (mid rivers location)”
“I love the ambience of the Moniker. The owner is such a delight! I enjoy the drinks from Jordy and Murph. And the food from Eric is to die for. It feels like home when dining here. The homage to the beautiful Jo is so sentimental and amazing. I love it here never want to leave.”
“Terrible name! Damn fine suggests these are just NORMAL pies when, in fact, they must be the BEST pies in all of STL.
That chorizo sandwich is one of the best things I have ever eaten.
Is it too much to uproot my entire family just so I can eat this every weekend!? I wish I could give this 7 stars.”
