“Excellent place with options for anyone and everyone. I ordered about seven different kinds that macarons and every single one was absolutely fantastic! I also ordered the grilled chicken and avocado baguette and the every aspect of it was amazing. From the flavors to the tenderness of the chicken, you can tell this place really knows what they’re doing. Definitely coming back!!“

“On a rainy Sunday of course the place was packed. We had placed our name on the list via the internet, so once we checked in, we only waited 5minutrs before being seated. The space was a little cramped, but I am a thick chic, lol. Although our space was an arms length away from our neighbors, I didn’t feel violated until those of us who was sitting on the bench had to excuse ourselves. Jessica was our server…she wasn’t perfect on a busy Sunday but she was perfect for us. She was professional, kind and understanding. She even went out of her way to get an item she thought was out!!! “Stopped by on a Monday morning. No wait, sat down immediately, and greeted by our server. Everything was great. Service, quality of food, and timeliness of food from start to finish were all fantastic. I ordered the bacon avocado bowl which was an item I would usually not order, but decided to step out of my comfort zone and try something different. Although there were no "roasted" grape tomatoes(plain cold grape tomatoes). It was tasty and satisfying. My mom had the bissell breakfast which she throughly enjoyed.“

“Stacks has a clean, friendly environment. They are busy, however, you usually get seated quick. The food is hot and tasty. Lots a breafast options. Homemade soups daily.Parking: Parking is tight because they are busy. Go early for breakfast or lunch to get a good spot.Kid-friendliness: Staff are patient and attentive to small children. “I am ashamed to say I’m a Matthews native and still live here and I literally had NO clue this was a restaurant lol. But in any case now that I know, best believe me I will be back. The outside is the small town charm of Matthews, but the inside is modern big city vibes. It is absolutely beautiful in there. Service was great and food and drinks amazing. I went on a Tuesday with a huge group of Facebook Group friends and we had a ball. We got the whole dining area reserved for us and in spite of a large crowd, the two waitresses were awesome. On Tuesdays cocktails are half off so I got the margarita and it was delish.For food I got the truffle fries and short rib sliders. Both were phenomenal! I couldn’t even eat it all lol because even though small plates, I felt they both were filling. This place is great for a date night, hanging with the girls or even going solo to hang out at the bar. I can’t wait to get back! Only thing that could make this place better is some live acoustic music sometimes, it would set the ambience off even more. Spoke with the owner and he said they do cocktail classes as well, they don’t have them listed on the website but working on it, but said can email them for the info. I certainly will! lol“

“A nice place with a number of food varieties to choose from. I like their shawarma the most than others. Also, to say that the seating and the environment feel so nice. Remember to try the chicken sandwich that contains enough chicken content and the taste is great too. Lastly, never miss trying the salads and soup.“

“This place is definitely worth a visit!! Sushi is one of our favorite but hard to find a good place. This place checks all the boxes. Food- I think my rolls were Spider, Hibachi beef and Miru Mountain and they were sooooo good! My fiancee ordered a bento box and the meat was very good and tender. The service was great, the staff is very welcoming and attentive. The presentation was beautiful and price is very reasonable. The atmosphere is nothing pretentious, is on the darker side, more light would be nice. We will definitely be back! Enough parking right in front of the restaurant, so that is a plus!“

“The chicken souvlaki platter was all-encompassing fulfilling and delicious. I was happy that you were still providing a fresh meal that late in the evening (because some restaurants microwave food), and I still had enough to take to work the next day (but wished I had more), and still tasted delicious. Your staff, especially the desk staffer that took my order, were wonderful to interact with (especially when you just want to go home, eat, do no exercise, and sleep). “Do you like a smooth sweet but not too over the top coffee? Brakeman's Honey Bee Latte is for you! I am sure their other drinks are fab but this is the drink I purchased a minimum of 5 times in my weekend sun the greater Charlotte area. Even when the place was busy, the baristas kept their positive and upbeat attitudes about them. It made the experience that much better. Plus, you have cute items and decor to view if you have to wait for your coffee which doesn't happen often given how quick the baristas are.“

“This place is an amazing. It's a small place on Monroe Rd, but they have a BIG IMPACT. The food is great. I typically get the eel and they have about 4 eel options. The wasabi is great. “I had heard good things about Lams Kitchen and most of those things lived up to my expectations when I finally got around to going. When you walk into any ethnic style restaurant and there are a lot of people of that culture in there eating, then you know that you are in the right place and that you are going to get the real deal, and that is exactly what I got at Lams Kitchen. We tried about 10 diffrent dishes and my top 4 would be the Roast Duck, Char Siu, Orange Beef and the Beef Shank. I definitely plan to go back because the menu is so big that there are so many more things I want to try, but also because they have a pretty large Dim Sum Menu, but only at lunch, and I happened to go at dinner.“

“First time customer and, wow, I will be back! Even though I ordered delivery, every single thing arrived still hot, perfectly fresh and crispy, and the flavors were phenomenal! The portions were large and food was well-priced. We’re eating leftovers 24 hours later and even the leftovers are incredible.We had: General Chen’s Chicken, egg and spring rolls, fried dumplings, and wontons. “We LOVE Texas Road House but stopped going because it is so noisy you can't hear yourself talk. Tried it today for lunch (got there when they first opened) and it was AMAZING! Mary was our waitress and if I could give her 50 stars I would. She was that good and in fact, she was the best waitress we have EVER had and made the whole experience perfect! The steaks were absolutely perfect as were the sides. I just wish they had a closed off area for people who hate the loud music.“

Gloves at every serving table make it easy to protect yourself when making your plate, staff all wearing masks properly, tables skipped so seating keeping us at safe distances. She helped me with an order that I made online supposed to pick up in another location, the cashier was about to charge me again for a new order but she stood up and saw my frustration and helped me to switch my order in this location.
