I particularly like the bread they serve when you eat there.I am not sure why someone put that this is in the Leo Building, which is several blocks away in the town center.Parking: They have a small lot they share with the restaurant next door. A couple of the spots are tough to back out of. Parking on the street is two hours during the day and there are meters (ParkMobile app) which are in use until 6PM .”

“We moved to Bloomfield 7 years ago and I've seen this steak house all the time but never tried it out..... I wish we had went sooner!! Not only was the service excellent, different waiters and waitresses checked up on us periodically as well as our own waitress while we dined. I had the rib eye no bone (excellent and evenly cooked) with fries and my wife had the filet mignon with cream spinach. We had the empanadas for an appetizer and they were delicious. And for dessert, the chocolate brownie sundae..... Delicious!! The prices are probably the lowest of any steakhouse we've been too in NY/NJ and we've been to quite a few. Definitely look forward to going back a bunch of times!!!”

“This is my chinese food spot. The only one I know that has half fried chicken on the menu. They will cook the food how you want it ! Fried hard , sauce on the side so the G. Tso's stays crispy, extra spicy and everything else. I've been to both their restaurants (Tao Yuen Chen and this one). Just remember... this is an American Chinese restaurant. They serve American Chinese food . If you want authentic Chinese food then go elsewhere. They are very nice and will prepare your food the way you want it .”
“Sushi You is a nice little out of the way gem. They have a wide variety of sushi, something for everyone. The dish that really impressed me was their Tuna Avocado Salad. It was an extremely generous portion. The avocado was ripe to perfection, and the tuna was fresh and delicious, topped with some delicious crunchy stuff and a bit of black caviar. It was 9.50, an extremely reasonable price. It really filled me up to the point where it was hard to finish the two sushi rolls I had ordered. All of our food was very fresh and delicious, generous portions of ginger included. Some places really scimp on the ginger.The service was very friendly and our food arrived very quickly even though there were other patrons and take out orders.The place is basically a little hole in the wall, not much from the outside, and inside very small and simple, so don't expect great atmosphere. But the food and service more than makes up for it. Highly recommended.”

They're various flavors to choose from and you can mix two flavors so you can get a chance to try two at once and the flavors are pretty promising I've at here quite a few times to tell you this is a real deal solid place to eat.”

“Authentic Filipino meals are not easy to come by, but Max's restaurant comes prepared with some of the best meals I've had in a while!!! Our server was PJ, super friendly and helped my Lola (Grandma) feel like family ?!! We had a slight hiccup when Lola ordered a meal with pork in it, but PJ wanted to help us fix it with no hassle, and we're extremely grateful! The service, atmosphere and food are all top notch, and we were absolutely spoiled, so go enjoy a great meal with some amazing culture ?!Parking: Not the restaurant's fault, but the location itself has a small lot dedicated to another restaurant and a small grocery store.”

“I kid you not, I live in PA, and I make the 1.5 hour drive JUST to come to this bakery. Like, it’s THAT good. Born and raised in Uruguay it’s impossible to find good bizcochos anywhere- but they have like, everything here!! You want chajá? Pan con grasa? Rosca? You got it. And the little pastries in the window are insane, like I could eat them forever. I know there’s some other bakeries out in Jersey that got bizcochos, but TRUST it’s not like this one, this one is too good (like, really, the best, and they don’t go crazy with the prices). I buy two dozens to bring back to PA everytime i’m there. And they got some FIRE pascualina. Idk who the chef is but love you.”

It was well lit and a bit busy but was able to grab a table since they were closing in an hour.I ordered beef pho, no cilantro but I still tasted someone must’ve dropped a flake or two before remembering the no cilantro part.They give you a MASSIVE amount of beef. I had to have eaten about 4 pieces and could tell there was at least 6 left. I’m more of a soup and noodles person. Would’ve loved to have more noodles but I’ll order that way next time. I recommend as I will be back again. The food is good!The only issue I had was the atmosphere. They were painting, hammering pictures to the walls and setting up additional tables while we were there eating. Could’ve totally waited until the customers were gone for this.”

Overall, Taqueria Los Gueros was the perfect addition to our fight night and birthday celebration. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. “I kid you not, I live in PA, and I make the 1.5 hour drive JUST to come to this bakery. Like, it’s THAT good. Born and raised in Uruguay it’s impossible to find good bizcochos anywhere- but they have like, everything here!! You want chajá? Pan con grasa? Rosca? You got it. And the little pastries in the window are insane, like I could eat them forever. I know there’s some other bakeries out in Jersey that got bizcochos, but TRUST it’s not like this one, this one is too good (like, really, the best, and they don’t go crazy with the prices). I buy two dozens to bring back to PA everytime i’m there. And they got some FIRE pascualina. Idk who the chef is but love you.”

“This place is stellar! I had stopped in a few weeks ago on a whim to grab a bite and they knocked it out of the park on that visit so expecations were high. I was in tonight with a friend, we sat at the bar and Nicole the bartender took incredible care of us! I was in the mood for a gin cocktail, and she offered to make me something off menu. What she crafted was absolultey delitcable, perfectly balanced, and incredibly easy to sip! Her skills as a bartender are superb, and her service is next level. The food delivered as well, the steak sandwich was tender, packed with flavor, and something that I will be coming back for again as long as it is on the menu! Truly a great experience, food and cocktails were great, Nicole's service and expertise as a bartender made tonight extraordinary!”

“Went there Saturday before concert.Atmosphere was excellent. The staff was excellent, first time there. Our server was very helpful with our questions. The drink selection was great. We ordered the crispy cola wings, great flavor but wings were over cooked and dried. The Chicago pizza was excellent, I order a sausage and ricotta pizza. My wife order mushrooms and truffle pasta, it was excellent. I found it better than the pizza. Great place and will return very soon.”

It was well lit and a bit busy but was able to grab a table since they were closing in an hour.I ordered beef pho, no cilantro but I still tasted someone must’ve dropped a flake or two before remembering the no cilantro part.They give you a MASSIVE amount of beef. I had to have eaten about 4 pieces and could tell there was at least 6 left. I’m more of a soup and noodles person. Would’ve loved to have more noodles but I’ll order that way next time. I recommend as I will be back again. The food is good!The only issue I had was the atmosphere. They were painting, hammering pictures to the walls and setting up additional tables while we were there eating. Could’ve totally waited until the customers were gone for this.”

I particularly like the bread they serve when you eat there.I am not sure why someone put that this is in the Leo Building, which is several blocks away in the town center.Parking: They have a small lot they share with the restaurant next door. A couple of the spots are tough to back out of. Parking on the street is two hours during the day and there are meters (ParkMobile app) which are in use until 6PM .”

“I have been buying cakes and bread since 1999 for this bakery! I had a very bad experience on Saturday, March 30, 2024. We ordered my daughter‘s birthday cake 12 days ahead of time, when I went to pick it up the rude manager said I have to wait on that line.. I advised it was already paid in full, and it was not fair to me to wait half an hour online, but she didn’t care. I did advise the manager that I had to go to a venue ,and I didn’t want to be late, but she really didn’t care .I really think that they need to revamp this policy immediately,and make sure that when you order a cake or whatever you can go on a special line, not have to wait 30 minutes or something you already paid for. I understand The holiday policy, but my order was a birthday order. It had nothing to do with Easter ,and it was for the Saturday before. When it was ordered the girls did not tell me I’d also have to wait on Saturday to pick it up. They really need to have a better policy. My advice is the corner area to the right of the store would be for picking up prepaid orders only.”
