“From the phone call to in person. The team was amazing, we drove from Long Island, NY to celebrate my Auntie 77th birthday celebration on Saturday. Crystal( I hope I spelled it correctly) was FANASTIC. She was so accommodating and pleasant with my family. Overall, the food was great too! We had a good time, we will def take the drive next time for another occasion.THANK YOU SO MUCH, Tanya/ Tania.“
“The live Cuban trio was fun, if loud. The black beans met all expectations, the skirt steak was tender and lovely, the salmon was fine--the peppers and onions surrounding the salmon were great. The whiskey sours were on point and very good. Great little spot north of the theater district. Definitely recommended.“
“I went to this place in Nolita because I heard a lot about their Corn Y Cubano and it didn't disappoint. The corn is grilled right in front of you with all the toppings you could want, making it a great lunch for a sunny day. I also tried their steak sandwich and found it really tasty, though the fries were a bit soggy for my liking. The restaurant is pretty busy, but the service is fast and the staff are nice. It's a good spot for a quick bite if you're in the area and don't mind waiting a bit.“
“Love! Love! Love! I come atleast once a week for the last 2 years! it’s a friendly environment and the fooood is everything. Yonkers finest margaritas for sure I highly recommend ask for pavel she’s definitely the best bartender!!!! ???“
“So bummed this place wasn’t around when I was growingUp in Queens (Us Cubans are a rare breed to find in NYC period!) I live in NJ now and still haven’t had really good Cuban food! ? I went to visit my homies in Ridgewood (she’s half Cuban & from Miami -so she knows good Cuban food!!)and was BLOWN away when my order of ropa vieja was delivered…HOLY SHHHHHHH it was delicious & I even had left overs! Generous portions & tasty! Soooo good I to jump online and leave a review! Love this spot!!! HIGHLY recommend!! Took a pic midway through cause it was so yumm!“
“Had a nice dinner with exceptionally good service, specifically from a waitstaff named Shante. She deserves 5 stars. The mojitos were quite good, but for $18 I would say that they we're not worth it. The interior is pleasant and has some nice colors. The back room seemed to have great energy, even on a very rainy day. The only thing I didn't like was that I got the Pollo Manigua, recommended by male waiter, who was also nice. It incredibly good, but I would call it a rip-off. Only because they simply don't give enough chicken.“
“Never been a fan of this chain but decided to stop by at this one today and I’m so glad I did! The staff was phenomenal and so helpful with me coming with a special needs kid in a stroller and the food was off the charts good! I’ll definitely be back at this location again ?“
“We went for brunch and got the croquetas, the tortilla cubana, and the huevos rancheros. The tortilla cubana (omelette with chorizo, manchego, and spinach) was great, but the potatoes served on the side were just ok. The huevos rancheros were good as well. The croquetas were very heavily breaded -- I would not order them again. I had the passionfruit mojito, which was good but a bit too sweet for my taste. Service was good!“
“The Blended Bistro is amazing. Everything I’ve had has been absolutely delicious. My favorite things are the ham croquettes, the Cuban chicken sandwich, the pernil and I can go on!! If you haven’t been there this is a place you need to run and check out. Staff is great, place is adorable, cozy and feels like home. Owner Maddy, has knocked it out of the park with all her recipes.“
“We staying next door at the Muse and I walked the 20 steps to Margon to get a cafe con leche and tostada cubana. I was blown away. As born and raised Miamian, I can honestly tell you that the best cafe con leche is found at Margon in Manhattan. Hands down. And the ambiance reminds me of the old-school cafeterias and bakeries my grandfather and dad would take me to as a little girl. Keep doing what you’re doing .. loads of blessings and suerte, your way!“
“I got recommended this place by someone who has Cuban background, I figured, can't go wrong with it! I called in to pick up my order, the guy who answered my phone was very friendly and very welcoming when I arrived at the restaurant. I thought the price was on the higher side but the sandwich was so big that could serve 2 people and delicious! I'll definitely be back!!“
“I had lunch at this hidden gem. The restaurant is super nicely decorated and gives a very warm and welcoming feeling. The food is the perfect combination of Cuba and Asia. I highly recommend the spring rolls and wontons as appetizers. The lobster noodles was great as well.“
“Service is A1 the food is amazing and the vibes even better. Come enjoy amazing Latin cuisine while vibing out to Latin cultural music. The cultural atmosphere and diversity is amazing.Parking: Remember this is a busy street with a lot of cops. Parking can be very difficult but they do offer valet. Side streets can be a better optionKid-friendliness: It’s a family restaurant kids are welcome and this restaurant usually caters to family events so the vibe is always lit.“
“Cuban restaurant in Bergenfield, NJ Cuban family restaurant in New Jersey with ample parking space. My wife and I were greeted and served with great kindness by an efficient and bilingual staff. The restaurant is spacious, and its ambiance is refined. Its décor combines a display of original works by Cuban painters and Oriental vases. The menu, prepared by a Cuban chef, is diverse, with various starters, main courses, and desserts. As main course I ordered lacón, the kind I remembered eating in Cuba, which is not easy to find in New York. My wife had sea bass. Our dishes were all very good. We were very pleased. My wife favorite was a starter called “Discovery”. I particularly enjoyed the flan. Our only recommendation has to do with the music, which was only Salsa while we were there. In our opinion, the addition of other types of Cuban music could enhance the experience. The owners do not have a liquor license yet. Forewarned, we were able to bring our own bottle of wine. We had a great time. Highly recommended.“
“I think this place must have completely changed their menu, because it was absolutely not Cuban, except for an empanada appetizer and plantain sides. It was expensive New American. The description and images are wrong. Look at the latest menu before deciding to go here.“
“This place doesn't disappoint, even late at night. It is my favorite place to go after going out in the West Village. Get the arepas, the steak, drinks, etc. It's all good. Late night they also play music which makes for an even funnier experience.“

I highly recommend Casa Cubana to anyone looking for an exceptional service that comes directly to your door. Without a doubt, I will be requesting their services again in the future.“
“If you love Spanish food, especially Cuban food, then this is the place for you and your family. My one big gripe is the seating is too close to each other. I don't like having to hear private conversations of other diners. Either expand the place or minimize the seating. This is an issue at ALL their locations. Also, it's difficult for someone in a wheelchair to get around.“
“We tried the pabellón criollos (traditional Venezuelan breakfast) and pan con bistec guaro (Venezuelan steak sandwich), as well as the agua fresca de flor de Jamaica (Costa Rican sorrel wine, non alcoholic). Great dishes with a warm brunch ambiance.“
“Very nice,.semi elegant riverfront spot. Outdoors indoors. Large and comfortable. Views of the Hudson and midtown. Excellent staff and service. Paella was very tasty and huge, could feed two. Rice maybe parboiled? Excellent taste and ingredients. Croquetas were a 8 of 10....only tens are my wife's own. Worth trying . Crunchy, tasty.. pimentón taste? French fries were sooo good. Saw them nearby and had to order them. Wife's Ropa vieja was truly excellent. Accompanying rice was merely ok, had better at regular Dominican joints. Lacked oil? Cuatro leches desert was very good. Sangria and malbec were good. Not cheap. 18,% Tip was added to bill, is that legal? Manager very on top of everything but very discreetly. Failed to tell us with reservation that there'd be no music that sunday. Failed to see the valet parking in the driveway because of the mess of cars, big cheap parking two blocks away. 4.5 for food. 5 for rest.“
“The only issue was trying to get someone to speak English on the phone when I called. After talking to 3 different females, the fourth one spoke English. And the valley people lost my car keys ticket. I had to go thru all the keys to fi d mine.“
“Delicious and authentic Puerto Rican food. The yellow rice is soft and tasty; it is very well made. The pernil is also very well cooked but does lack a bit of seasoning, it still taste good but I think they cook can add a bit more seasoning to it and it will be PERFECT! I always feel like I am back at home whenever I order from Mis Raices.“
“From former owners of cafe Cortadito, Husband-Wife combo Patricia and Ricardo have returned with a truly remarkable restaurant in a tremendous location on the lower east side. There are no bad dishes here, but some standouts include the plantain chip guacamole, steak and eggs and the Cuban sandwich. This is my favorite restaurant in nyc !“
“My boyfriend loves red snapper so I am consistently seeking places that serve it - on the bone where possible. We just so happened to be in the area when I found it on the menu. Went once and now regularly drive an hour just to come here for the red snapper and Pollo al ajillo which is my favorite (huge garlic fan). I want to explore other items on the menu but I can't because I absolutely love that dish. The happy hour during the week is also fantastic, he drives and I indulge in mojitos, which is a huge win for me. The happy hour apps are great too! We've tried them all.“
“Just ordered on Uber Eats and it is by far the best cuban food that I've found since moving here from Miami!!! Will definitley be ordering again!! Only place up north that I've found that makes the simple staples: Empanadas/Croquettes/Sandwiches correctly!!!“
“First off I love the remodel. I’ve been here several times and always enjoyed the food. It was my first time coming for dinner and we were seated right away. Our waiter was super patient and nice. For appetizers we tried the toston montado which is the skirt steak, onion jam with chimichurri sauce over a crispy plantain along with the yucca frita. The toston montado is a must try- so savory and yummy! For the entree I had the ropa vieja with beans and yellow rice- it was delish. Food is always spot on!“
“My all-time favorite neighborhood restaurant. Grew up eating here, the food and service is always top notch. El Unico has catered countless events for family and friends with the most generous servings at an affordable price, if you know you know!“
“This spot will take you straight to the El-bario Chino right here in NYC. Can’t wait to go back for the *bottomless* brunch! Delicious & flavorful! Wanted several things off the menu & our server kept our glasses full.Food:Each dish is infused with Cuban and Chinese flare. Must-order apps: My friend and I ordered the Ma-Po Maduros (omg mouth watering thinking of it. Just get it. That’s it), the Cuban sandwich springs rolls (hands down best app on the menu! Unique & tasty take on the classic Cuban sandwich - Flakey & flavorful w/a zesty sauce), and the Crispy shiitake wontons (these were okay, needed more flavor for the veggie). For entrees we ordered the Cuban eggs Benedict (cooked nicely & tasty) & the steak and eggs (a classic brunch edition but the chimichurri sauce on the steak was amazing!).Drinks:Choose the boozy bottomless brunch. Only $29 with your classics (mojito, mimosa, margarita, sangria etc.. ) & also other drinks with a twist like a twist (guava screwdriver). Never disappoints, constantly refilled (getting your moneys worth for sure).Atmosphere:Adorned with Cuban/Chinese centric decor. BUT Venue is very very small, narrow and was super short staffed BUT our server did his best and was very professional! Only a few tables for large parties. They make do with the space they have.Overall - GO! Can’t speak for lunch or dinner but the brunch has me sold.“
“Chino Latino food, a delectable fusion of chinese with latino influence. I really liked the old school vibe, kinda retro from grandad days. Food is tasty and portions are large, so come here when you are hungry. Crispy chicken crackling, served with fried rice is a favourite and don’t forget to ask for the yummy green sauce. I travelled like halfway round the world to this place when i first spotted it on instagram.“
“Really loved everything about this place. I ordered the Picadillo (photo) and it wasn't as flavorful as I'm used to, main reason for the star loss. But everything else was amazing: cocktails, churrasco steak, tostones with cilantro dip sauce, guava bread pudding, Cafe bombon!! There was also live music which was a pleasant surprise!!! And service was awesome. Will definitely be back“
“Was pleasantly surprised when I first saw them open. Had been looking for a new place to eat and La Caridad 72 did not disappoint. The food is, in a word, Delicious!!! It's been a real joy sampling the many culinary delights found on their diverse menu. They have something tasty for every type of palette. Recently tried their beef stew and I can't stop thinking about the sauce. Utterly amazing!!! Between their wonderful food and their friendly, top notched staff, you can not go wrong dining at La Caridad 72. Bring your friends. Bring your family. Bring your kids. You WILL NOT be disappointed!!! Enjoy, I did :-)“
“Havana Restaurant consistently delivers an outstanding experience! The customer service is exceptional, the atmosphere is always inviting, and the food is consistently delicious. It’s one of my go-to spots for lunch meetings with clients. I want to commend Manager Brandon for his exceptional leadership, and the amazing staff for their exceptional service. Don’t miss their fantastic Freestyle Thursdays event! Highly impressed with the overall excellence.“
“Great place for entertainment, food was good. The drinks were sweet so you barley taste the alcohol, it was ok. Great customer service, the waitress was very nice in letting us stay until the band came since they was running late. Hopefully they expand into a bigger location for dancing space.“
“There's is no better place to eat than at La Casona in Union City NJ. The price is reasonable, atmosphere, service and the food is fantastic. The price is right. Forget about paying 16 $ for arroz con picallado .Here at La Casona you will only pay $10.00 Check their daily price for the weekly cheap menu. No more that $ 11.00BYOB“
“I have been visiting Did Amigos for over 20 years. Highly recommend the flavors in this steak sandwich. Make sure you get cheese and onions. Batido de trigo is also delishious. Cash only local spot.Parking: You can park in the lot above the restaurant for 1 hour , just make sure they stamp your card.“
“The music and atmosphere were top-notch, creating a relaxed and inviting vibe. But let's talk about the food – oh boy, it was fantastic! We tried the sancocho and mofongo, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The sancocho was hearty and flavorful, while the mofongo was perfectly seasoned and had a great texture. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to try Dominican/ Puerto Rican food in the area“
“we had the shrimp in garlic sauce with rice and maduros. My husband had sirloin stake with onions, rice and black beans. amazing food amazing service and amazing ambiance!! it's been so long since I had great food and this is definitely one of my favorites!! The service by Angia was amazing!! thank you Angie and thank you to The Grand Cubano Staff for the great food!!“
“Checked this place out for NYC restaurant week with 3 friends. The service was friendly and prompt and the facilities were clean with a lively atmosphere.Delicious food. I had the Binmao Salmon and Shrimp Wontons. The proprietor asked me what temp id like it cooked to. Always a sign they're paying attention and they were attentive to how much we liked the food.I'd read about Cuban Chinese food once and I'm so glad I got to try it in NYC!“
“I'd recommend pio pio to all my friends and family. It's one of the best restaurants in the area, in my opinion. Must try the caleo Gallegos, and the tamal en cazuela, it's by far one of the best in the are. Thank you guys for the great food, I truly appreciate it and enjoy it very much!“
“Ronnie was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. He took the time to explain the different dishes and made recommendations based on my preferences. He checked in regularly to see if everything was to my liking and refilled my drink promptly. Overall, his service was top-notch and really enhanced my dining experience. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant thanks to Ronnie's excellent service.“
“The most outstanding catering that I've ever ordered. You wouldn't think to go to a steakhouse for Rigatoni Bolognese and eggplant parmigiana but MAN! 354's version was next level. Every item that I ordered for my team was a 10 out of 10. The restaurant itself has a great vibe, but I'm telling you - the catering is where it's at! Great job 354. ??????????“
“Never had Chinese Peruvian food before so was very intrigued. Came on a weekday night and was surprised that the store was packed. Was able to get seated quickly and they allowed us (2 people) to sit at a 4 person table which was very nice of them. - Complimentary Bread - I don't know what they put in this bread, but I was a huge fan. The bread was so soft and hot... and with the butter, it was just perfection. I also loved the crust as it was very flaky and crisp. I could just eat this as a whole meal and be happy. - Lomo Saltado (Beef) - I was not a big fan of the fried rice on the side but this was one of the best Lomo Saltado I've had in the city. The tomatoes and onions were cooked to perfection as they were very soft and packed with flavor. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The beef was also very tender but crispy at the same time. - Chinese Style Squid Fried Rice - Not a big fan. Feel like there was a strong oily after-taste like the fried rice in the Lomo Saltado. I did appreciate how many ingredients there were, but it didn't feel very appetizing. Overall, would just recommend the bread and the Lomo Saltado if you do come here. Also, I have to say that it's refreshing to watch all the servers play around, it made me very happy to know that they all are great friends with one another.“
“My fiancé and I have been walking past this location for over a year and finally found the time to go in. Once we walked in and noticed that there seemed to be a lot of “regulars” that knew the staff, we knew were in a good place! The food and service is fantastic. Everything that we had was full of flavor and melted in your mouth. We started with the stuffed green plantains with shredded beef and then had the Lechon Asado con mojo criollo and Rib eye steak with a side of sweet plantains. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They were very appreciative of our compliments. The only thing we regret is not going in there sooner!side note: the skirt steak must be very good because 5/6 people next to us ordered it for their dinner!“
“Service was very polite and fast, food was fresh and tasty as well as plentiful. We had leftovers. We also got a discount for paying cash.Vegetarian options: They have Beans, Waterdress, Salads.Wheelchair accessibility: Walkin entrance no stairs.“
“Easily my favorite breakfast in Hoboken. They serve up delicious, unpretentious food with proud Cuban flavors. The restaurant is so festive and fun and you can jam to the music while having a nice conversation. I just love the energy here and leave feeling warm and recharged. Would recommend the omelette and the French toast. They butter and toast up a bit of bread for the table which is a nice touch. The pastries always look amazing and I like to get an empanada for the afternoon.“
“We sat by the door so it was a bit breezy. The drinks were good. We got mango margarita. The ropa vieja wasn't that great but it has been good before. Could be that they were about to close.I enjoyed the salsa and guacamole and the fish and tostones.“
“Probably one of the best Cuban restaurants I have ever been to. definitely my go to they messed up my drink today but they usually don’t mess stuff up. If you’re in the area check them out.Wheelchair accessibility: Outdoor seating and ramp going in“
“4 stars because you can't find this great of Cuban food for this level of service, amount of offerings, price, and portion size at another spot near East Midtown. I've Ordered: *Veggie Plate (3 sides): Maduros, Yellow Rice, Potato Salad (don't judge, i was craving it once i saw it lol) *Side Salad*Tostones *Cheese Empanada + Spinach EmpanadaNotes: *Potato salad is a skip.*Tostones were good/okay *Must get the fried fish or salmon next time *Yellow rice was so fluffy, perfectly cooked *Empanadas were crispy af with delicious cheese inside *GREEN SAUCE IS THE GOAT. ask for extra. the white, garlicky, toum-like sauce was amazing as well.“
“Nestled in the heart of our town, The Cuban Union City offers an authentic Cuban culinary experience that is both delightful and unforgettable. As soon as you step inside, you are warmly greeted by the vibrant atmosphere and the friendly staff, setting the stage for an extraordinary dining experience. The empanadas are a crispy delight, with a golden exterior that crunches satisfyingly at the first bite. Filled with a mixture of seasoned meat, each empanada is a flavorful explosion that captures the essence of Cuban cuisine. An unexpected surprise, the guacamole chips at offer a fresh and innovative take on traditional Cuban sides. The chips, perfectly seasoned and crispy, paired with three different style guacamole, make for an irresistible combination that's hard to stop eating. The drinks are great as well, don’t miss them out!!Overall, what sets The Cuban apart is not just its exceptional food but also its outstanding service. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcome and taken care of. Their recommendations are spot-on, and their attentiveness adds an extra layer of warmth to the dining experience.“
“I would return tomorrow if I could. Dinner with a party of 6 people. The waitress was kind and informative. For apps we have empanadas, gauc with painting chips and croquettes. They were all delicious and fresh. I got the Havana Shrimp for dinner. The shrimp was succulent and plump. I got so full I ended up having to bring half of my dish home. It did not disappoint. It's BYOB. They mix our wine with the house sangria. It was delicious. Rebeca is truly a hidden gem and I would recommend to everyone “
