“I was so happy to find Mucci's. For 60 years my Mom and I bought all our Italian food items at Latona's in Garfield. Sadly Joanne, the owner, decided to retire and we lost the very best Italian specialty items outside of Arthur Avenue in the Bronx. I was like a kid in a candy shop when I entered Mucci's; great selection of items, fast and friendly employees and the store is very neat, clean and well organized. It was really busy that evening because everyone had the same idea. I ordered a Cheeseburger Platter, which was a large hamburger patty that was perfectly cooked and served with a large side of fries. I had the Chicken Fingers that was a nice sized portion of nicely breaded breast meat that was perfectly fried out also served with a large portion of fries. The portion sizes here are really large. The service was really nice and is always so friendly and organized. It is a great place for breakfast too.“

(Maybe it's that luscious square of eggplant parm that they've intentionally left "posed" on top of the spatula or the Italian hot dog platter or that mountain of sauteed broccoli rabe that you know it's going to have that perfect 'bite'.) And as soon as you get home you immediately start crafting what's to be a most perfect sandwich with their seeded semolina, fresh ball of mootz (so creamy and delectable), and a few other odds-and-ends you snagged. Thank goodness this town is big enough for more than one amazing Italian deli and I don't have to pick which is my all-time fave.“

“The wife and I had a busy day and we were hungry. Fast food seemed to be the choice until we passed by this place by chance on Stevens Avenue. We stopped in, looked at the choices and decided to give them a try with their special and an eggplant Parm that looked real good. We split the appetizer, crescentina (Bolognese) with arugula, burrata mozzarella (he made it) and San Danielle prosciutto. They are starting to make pizza so we decided to split a Margerita. WOW! We walked out not bloated, satisfied and pining to come back next week. We spent about $35 ( not including tip). Again. An value unheard of in the city. As a newbee from the city to Little Falls, I can not believe the quality of the food these two put out. It is on par with the city and way, way, way better priced. This is a place to go to every other week, if not more.
