“This place is truly amazing - the food is tasty and fresh, the pastry stand is filled with so many delicious pies and cakes that it is difficult to pick one, and the service is great!Parking: Parking at the cafe is quite small but there is a bigger parking right across the road.“
“I wanted to give this a 5 star across the board but just could not. The food and atmosphere were amazing. The tapas style menu allows you to try many things. The portions were bigger than expected so don't let your eyes be bigger than your stomach. My main complaints with the service is our table for two was located next to two large groups, one of which was very loud. Our table was too close the servers bumped into me way too many times while I was eating. It was clear the servers were catering to these two large groups and our server was not attentive. The food came out reasonably well but at one point our server was not even sure what food was brought out to our table.“
“Our party of 4 really enjoyed our recent lunch here. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. The bread they serve their sandwiches on is heavenly, and the homemade chips are a delicious side. It was very busy on a spring break Monday at noon but the wait wasn't terrible. There is not anywhere to sit inside to wait for your table, so if you have people in your party who can't stand up while waiting they do give you a pager. Service was efficient and prices were very reasonable. Definitely going to try something from the bakery case next time.“
“Wow, wow, wow! I love chocolate. Yes please! So I know my stuff and I read reviews before coming here. And this place is busy for a reason. Their store is small but very cute. We did manage to find a seat. They have some of the best chocolates I have ever had. I like dark chocolate but it's not so bitter. It does lean more towards a hint of coffee to it. Service was ok, the lady we got seemed like she hated her job. But because my chocolates were phenomenal I could overlook it. I got a sample of their hot chocolate and I loved it. I should have bought some. I ended up buying just chocolate to take home. And when I looked to ship some home, it was a shocker how pricey it was. I am not sure I'll be back to new Mexico anytime soon. But I wished they offered lower rates. Rates are higher online. And that shipping fee about sent me over. But I get it, they don't want the chocolate to go bad. So shipping is fast. Quality matters to them, and I love that. Overall this place is my favorite chocolate place ever!“
“Awesome little Cafe! Delicious taste of Santa Fe favorites! The Pork Tamales were awesome! The guacamole was amazing! Love the Jamica! Going to stop by this place when I'm in Santa Fe! Great Service too! They were super kind and helpful! And the Tres Leches cake was some of the best I have ever had!Parking: It's downtown Santa Fe, we were able to find parking just around the corner but it can get busy.“
“Real New Mexican dining without any of the pretensions. Welcoming owner and staff, freshly prepared and delicious meals and reasonable prices. Old motel next door would make one very erroneously think this was somehow connected. We never visit Santa Fe without a meal at Pecos Trail.“
“I'm not a fan of tequila, but their cocktails are fantastic. And the prices are pleasantly reasonable for a touristy area. You'd easy pay twice as much in S. Francisco, LA, NY, South Florida or any ski resort town in Colorado.Parking: Parking lot for hotel guests only (we were). Still a bit tight, but Santa Fe is an old town. Wasn't built for cars.“
“Had 2 chai lattes and a chocolate chip cookie. The drinks and food were great. We're new to the area and found it a little difficult to find a parking spot. No fault of the coffee shop there was little parking, but I thought I'd mention it.“
“Americano is stellar. Chocolate chip ? is heavenly. Chile croissant, no words. I grew up in this neighborhood. I vidit my golks a few times a year. This location embodies to me what my old neighborhood should be supporting/embracing.A lovely woman helped me and she had a sweet ceramic coffee cup that looked old Anasazi. Resembles the paper cup designs. Would love to talk to her again. Did i mention the cookies.“
“I LOVE this bakery! As a gluten-free, vegan it is honestly such a blessing to have a place such as this in town. I come at least once a week and it is always a treat! Some of my favorites are the blondies, cinnamon rolls, blueberry/raspberry donuts, pb cookies and brownies (my non-vegan or gluten-free boyfriend says these are some the best brownies he's ever eaten!)“
“It's a beautifully straight forward place. They are quick to take your order, food is out quick, and the 'za, calzones, and salads are all fire. Price is pretty standard across Santa Fe. Service is friendly and if you're nice it goes a long way. If you have a bad time here, either you're expecting Michelin star experience and are a fool, or you're just a rude person.“
“It was extremely busy when we went, and we did not have a reservation, but we didn't have to wait too long to be seated. The servers were doing the best they could, and I heard so many people around us complaining about the wait with food, the bill, drinks, etc. But they were doing great with the number of people that were coming and going. Every table was occupied, and you can tell they were short staffed. With all that said, our server was great. She took care of us and checked on us often enough. We ordered the chicken jalapeno tacos, and they were so freakin good! The chicken had a nice grilled char flavor and was seasoned just right. We also got chips and dip, and I loved the guacamole while my husband said the pico was the best he ever had.The chips were so good! Never had anything like them.I don't have photos to post because I left my phone in the car, but the view along with the excellent meal was a great way to wrap up our museum day.“
“Went for the wood oven pizza. We explained what we wanted, mushrooms and onion over all and then half sausage and half pepperoni. The order staff repeated it , not what we got. Couldn’t have made it clearer! Disappointed. Crust was not throughly cooked and sausage small bits instead of balls pretty sure this made it soggy. Red uncooked onion, mushrooms were good but unfortunately not on the pizza as a whole, beers slightly flat but acceptable. I wouldn’t come back for pizza. Our hotel recommended (el Dorado) .“
“Beautifully decorated restaurant with a lot of different kinds of dishes to choose from. Great service, very kid friendly. Loved the Buddha Bowl and hubby’s tacos were excellent, too.Kid-friendliness: Offered a coloring sheet, crayons, and a spill-proof cup of water. Didn’t need a booster, but they have them.“
“We were worried about the wait, but we were seated quickly, wait staff were on their game. We ordered within 5min of being seated and were worried about the wait time, but less than 10 min We were served a fresh steaming hot meal. My fish was definitely right out the fryer, my moms patty melt was right off the grill. The green Chile queso was fresh and tasty. The green Chile was spicy but not too hot. The tartar sauce was delicious but I didn't get any hint of the habanero. Wouldn't mind hotter Chile.“
“I’ve visited 3 times.I would not recommend the vegetarian mole enchiladas unless you like very sweet mole and your idea of veggies is tofu and a bit of kernel corn. I found it inedible. My partner’s chicken enchiladas “Christmas” had no sauce… just cheese. But the salad was memorable… fresh with a tasty dressing… so I tried again on my next visit to Santa Fe.Breakfast: the omelette was very good.Dinner try #2: the tune up salad followed by chicken piccata was spectacular. Highly recommend.Dietary restrictions: Chicken piccata is GF!“
“Another great DDD restaurant! The crust is amazing and toppings are fresh and plentiful. The gluten free crust is one of the best we've ever had. And to top it.off, the staff is fantastic. It's definitely worth a visit to this off the beaten path pizza joint!“
“Celebrated national croissant day, called the day before and Andrea was so helpful. She helped me pick out pastries to make sure we had enough for everyone. The team loved it! We will order again for sure! Thank you Dulce Capital!- Total Wine & more, Santa Fe, NM“
“Oh Maureen...your review below. Watching you screech and get practically hysterical because the place was busy and everyone was trying their best...and you had to wait maybe an extra 5 mintues? Your entitlement was breathtaking...and your increasing hysteria? Entertaining. there are worse things happening in the world my dear...and by the way, it's not their fault that you forgot your mid-morning snack to ward off the "hangries..." this place is the best IN THE KNOWN UNIVERSE!“
“Holy Mole!!! I just had a spiritual experience! The holiest of moles. There's the Beatitudes, and then there's mole. It forgives all sins... even the extra glass of wine. From the first bite it wrapped its silky warmth around me like a soft blanket and whispered "It's gonna be ok." I usually get the filet when I come to Dinner For Two and they are some of the best I've ever had but I'm so glad this time I strayed from the steak and narrow and saw the light of this mole. Thank the sweet baby Jesus!“
“Went in for a little date night ordered a combo pizza, garlic bread, salad and a couple drinks we decided to eat there instead of take it to go. The workers were accommodating gave us plates and silverware. Everything was really good. I would recommend checking them out! They have a pizza lunch special for cheap as well!“
“If I lived in Santa Fe, this would be my go to place even if I were not gluten intolerant. The food is outstanding, with wonderful, friendly and informative service! Great restaurant for a group where the members of the party have different food requirements- vegan, vegetarian, meat lover, etc. And here you can be gluten free AND vegetarian. Five stars!!“
“Celebrated our anniversary with some of the best food we’ve ever had. Fantastic service, a sweet cozy atmosphere, and the timing was just perfect. All the dishes we had were fresh and perfectly cooked. Thank you for a beautiful experience. A dinner to remember.“
“I’m seeing some poor reviews for this place but can’t speak to any huge issues as I was there for breakfast and they seem to be executing that well. Eggs, hashbrowns, bacon and such has been consistent on multiple visits. The one problem I had was with a steak in a steak and eggs platter where it was drastically undercooked. I can’t help but wonder if the staff is more comfortable with breakfast items than lunch items given the experience of others.Service was top notch every time, and my steak situation was handled well.“
“I freakin’ love Sweetwater. The food is thoughtful, organic, and clean. This is how I prefer to eat. There are plenty of Paleo options. It's always fresh and delicious. My favorites are the paleo breakfast burrito, the house salad with chicken, the salmon, and the avocado chocolate mousse, which is out of this world. The servers are friendly and efficient. The ambiance is pleasant. Lastly, I appreciate the option of curbside on busy days when I'm on the go.“
“The Tea House has always been a destination spot on canyon road and I would say since the new owners have taken over, the menus improved and the space feels cozier. The new menu is Filipino fusion.. I hate the fusion term but it's the best way to describe this menu. I enjoyed the creativeness of the dishes but felt they overall lacked seasoning.I had the eggs benny and my friend had the breakfast sandwich. I felt both of them were well thought out in terms of ingredients and creativity but they were lacking seasoning. They both had a chilly crisp oil which I was hoping to get a little bit of heat from but it was clearly mild.Maybe give the option of the having a spicier chili oil.The service was very slow even tho it wasn't busy. I had to get the attention of the wait staff after sitting for 10 minutes just to order tea.The food came out promptly and looked pretty but the egg on top of the benny was overcooked yet the whites were runny. The hollandaise needed more acid and salt. That being said, I look forward to trying other things on the menu as it is a very creative menu.I wonder if this is the same chef from the Parador??Parking: Free parking but it's very limited and tight if you have a big vehicle. There's a pay lot adjacent but it's super expensive!“
“Overall a good place for a quick bite. We were in and out of there in no time. The service was quick and professional. The food was not perfect, but not bad either.Dietary restrictions: This place can accommodate certain dietary restrictions.Parking: There’s sufficient parking available.Kid-friendliness: This place is good for kids. In fact, there were quite a few when I visited.Wheelchair accessibility: This place provides wheelchair access.“
“Bring back the duck fries!! They did have the oil to make us some even tho it wasn't on the menu and OMG they are so good!! They taste cleaner as weird as that might sound. But to be honest their hot dogs are waaaay better than their burgers. The burgers are average no complaints really. But man get a hot dog and some duck fat fries.“
“Had lunch there today….loved it. Service was great and staff was friendly. Loved the farm to table concept. Had the best chicken Cobb salad and loved the chicken stew. My son loved his burger and the sweet potatoes fries were a big hit. We’ll be back for sure. Highly recommend.“
“This place is a gem! My partner and I came for brunch and we loved it! He had the cardamom pancakes and I had the breakfast burrito vegan style on dosa —- yum!!! We loved that most, if not all, of the pastries/desserts were vegan too. The pistachio rose cupcake was delightful and the blueberry bundt cake was also yummy! And the chai is sooo good!!! The staff was friendly and attentive. The ambience was nice as well. I think this place is a must, especially if you’re vegan or veg.“
“I love coming to this restaurant. Amazing food every time and Great costumer service. I’ve been eating here since at least 2016. Even when I have left the state I missed this food! I recommend you to eat here I promise you, you won’t be disappointed!“
“I was so disappointed as was my better half. We waited to be seated for 10 minutes because the host was MIA. Indeed, he was MIA so much time passed that another couple left. Then there was the lone young woman that gave up and settled for a bar stool. We came because the reviews were good but we never experienced what those guests did. The service was slow and the 2 waiters were certainly overwhelmed. The seabass was underwhelming and was chewy which is hard to do.We did enjoy the risotto and sautéed spinach but, at these prices .. it was simply not worth it.On another note, we recommend La Fonda as the service was so attentive and the food was spectacular.Perhaps send the staff there to take note of La Fonda staff in action.’.“
“Tres Colores is unforgettable! Fresh ingredients shine in their dishes. The chilaquiles, with its green chile sauce, is a standout. Fish tacos are both tasty and healthy. Don't miss the Tres Colores special margarita - it's worth having more than one!Tres Colores isn't just about the food; the service is exceptional too. The main host gentleman and the rest of the staff provide outstanding service, adding to the overall dining experience.“
