It was clear the café was understaffed for the influx of customers, yet Angel handled the pressure with grace and a smile. She stayed calm and organized in the chaos, never placing blame on her team or management.

At one point, a customer became upset, and Angel addressed the situation with a level of professionalism and empathy that’s rare to see in such a fast-paced role. She’s a true asset to your team—please thank her again on our behalf. She deserves recognition, a raise, and a promotion!

Also, a big shoutout to Kim, the busser, who was clearly juggling a lot but still made the effort to help out wherever she could. As a business leader myself, I recognize strong team members when I see them—and they’re a reflection of great leadership. Kudos to your whole team! Please consider allocating more budget for extra staff during busy events like this.

“Went here with some friends. The service was great from the moment we got seated until we left. We went on a Friday evening and it was too busy, pretty chill atmosphere while we were there. The food was great, no complaints at all. I had a mock tail. I forgot the name of the drink but found it really refreshing and tasty. I ordered “sexy fries” and they are good French fries but they’re just French fries lol! For dinner I ordered a bistro burger and let me tell you…it’s a pretty hefty burger. It’s good but afterwords I was stuffed. No dessert for me. We were giving cotton candy and a brownie as we left. That was also great tasting. I would recommend this for anyone for any occasion”

“I love this pizza place. ever since their grand opening in Sparks Nv I was in the commercial I will drive from Holbrook Jjnction/Topaz Nv to get this Scrumptious full of flaver Pizza with a twist.. I ordered the Mango Habenero oh. my it is soooo good. and Tikki Marsala chicken pizze. I never made it to the car. Also, Jimmy at the Reno Nv store is very friendly and told me about the different sauces they make and use. jimmy Rocks!!”

“I had a custom cake made by Cindy and it came out more beautiful and tasty than I could've hoped for! My sister in law wanted a fondant cake with raspberries. I sent some pictures and explained my cake request via email and Cindy was quick to respond. We talked back and forth about the details and they totally exceeded my expectations for this cake. The fondant is so good that everyone enjoyed the cake, even the kiddos and people who claimed to hate fondant. It was also huge and decorated with roses and hand painted flowers. I'll definitely be returning for any future custom cakes.”

“They were super busy and had absolutely horrible service. To be fair, the couple sitting next to us did have a much more attentive waitress, so I think it was just ours. We had to ask for napkins and chopsticks. Our water was empty all during dinner had to ask multiple times having it refilled. This was hard as well because the waitress is also the one who orders apps for you on the AYCE. Overall, wish it would have been better service since it was a birthday meal, and no birthday recognition or desert even though I put it on the reservation.”

I had the regular tartar sauce (of course) and a curry sauce for both my fries and the fish. The next time I'll choose to have both tartar sauce.

The clams were over cooked and chewy and the calamari was also over fried and chewy. We asked for our clams first and quickly received our calamari. The only plus was the $4.00 draft beer. The clams were overpriced. So I guess my one and done arrived.”

They were professional, right on time delivering hot food and all the guests raved about the food especially the lamb/beef gyro meat and the kabobs, both chicken and beef…really tender.
