It was clear the café was understaffed for the influx of customers, yet Angel handled the pressure with grace and a smile. She stayed calm and organized in the chaos, never placing blame on her team or management.

At one point, a customer became upset, and Angel addressed the situation with a level of professionalism and empathy that’s rare to see in such a fast-paced role. She’s a true asset to your team—please thank her again on our behalf. She deserves recognition, a raise, and a promotion!

Also, a big shoutout to Kim, the busser, who was clearly juggling a lot but still made the effort to help out wherever she could. As a business leader myself, I recognize strong team members when I see them—and they’re a reflection of great leadership. Kudos to your whole team! Please consider allocating more budget for extra staff during busy events like this.

I sent some pictures and explained my cake request via email and Cindy was quick to respond. We talked back and forth about the details and they totally exceeded my expectations for this cake. The fondant is so good that everyone enjoyed the cake, even the kiddos and people who claimed to hate fondant. It was also huge and decorated with roses and hand painted flowers. I'll definitely be returning for any future custom cakes.”

I had the regular tartar sauce (of course) and a curry sauce for both my fries and the fish. The next time I'll choose to have both tartar sauce.

Btw, it's a substantial meal and you may have trouble finishing it.”

They were professional, right on time delivering hot food and all the guests raved about the food especially the lamb/beef gyro meat and the kabobs, both chicken and beef…really tender. Portions were way bigger than I thought. Whole heartedly recommend.”
