“Came to Brooklyn for the weekend all the way from little Knoxville TN to visit my fiancés family and the last stop on the way out before heading home was for pies at speedy Romeos and boy are we glad we did they were not only the pest pizzas of the trip but the best pizza I’ve ever had hands down we got a classic kids cheese pie and the white album and both were amazing. Will definitely be back for more next time we make the trip back up.“

“We dropped by Ace's Pizza around 3pm., Brooklyn, 30 Rockefeller Plaza, 5th Ave NYC and it was such a great experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating—amazing service all around. We ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Caesar Salad, and a 14-inch Pepperoni Pizza. Every single item was delicious! The quality of the food was outstanding. The pepperoni pizza especially stood out—crispy crust, flavorful toppings, and just the right amount of cheese. We really enjoyed everything we ordered, and the overall vibe of the place made the experience even better. Highly recommended if you’re in the area and craving great pizza!“

“The BEST Sicilian square sourdough pizza on the planet 🌎 their sauce is organic and phenomenal, the cheese is wonderful, olives and if you feel like it Add some sausage, and the yummiest pecorino Romano shreds just topped it off. The crispiest crust and So incredibly digestible, because it’s sourdough. Sourdough is fermented and your gut loves fermented food… Love their little gem lettuce salad with their homemade dressing. Very simple here I think we ordered 3 square pies and of course brought some home The Sicilian squares heats up beautifully Just love OPS on Himrod Bushwick Brooklyn!!!! We brought our son who lives in Louisville and this time brought our daughter and boyfriend who live in San Diego and their rock star Pal who is on a tour with THE WHO. All give the square pizza A+ Excellent! The staff is warm and friendly!!!“

Classic pizza spot; always fresh. Pep, plain cheese, doesn't matter, I've yet to have a bad slice. Flavorful, perfect texture - chewy with that perfect initial crunch. Only thing I'd add to the menu? Pinwheels, maybe. Sometimes I have to walk on the other side of the street to avoid being tempted to grab a slice.

Staff is friendly, great to chat with, & we often run into them on our morning walks. Prices are great. Great spot to stop in, especially on a nice day when they pop the windows out.“

“Great looking restaurant with a nice bar area, excellent food and service. The weather was nice so we sat outside. Good neighborhood vibe with lots of people walking by. Neapolitan pizza was excellent. Great crust. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside with a nice undercarriage. Delicious fresh toppings. The waiter was friendly, professional, and attentive. He showed pride in working here and talked with us about the restaurant and the neighborhood.“

“The mushroom pizza is to die for!! The vibes were cozy and i loved the diffused lighting. Aesthically speaking this place was very beautiful inside, we had to take a moment to pause and look at the art/architecture. The food was good, the drinks were good, and the service was quick and friendly.“

“One of my favorite places in the city for some proper Italian pizza pie. A nice neopolitan style thin crust, with fresh mozzarella and delicious marinara sauce. “La La’s “clam pie” is the best pizza I have ever had!! My friend, Tracy, and I had Irene, our bartender/server, add bacon to the pie! It was ridiculously delicious!! Irene was also amazing!! In addition to be an awesome server she clued me in on fun thing to do in Brooklyn!! Added bonus seating upstairs and downstairs and they played 70’s & 80’s R & B!! I was in heaven!!“

“A little gem. This small spot with a beautiful back patio squeezed in a group of 10 or so. The mushroom pizza was all we had but was 5/5 and worth a trip. Their dough is so light and pillowy but with crisp edges and a fantastic bite. The toppings on the mushroom pizza were perfectly seasoned and a very nice ratio (not overpowering the cheese or dough). Honestly though, the dough was special and is worth the trip to explore their other pizzas. Next time we come we will absolutely get a few pies and take home whatever is left. But if everything is as good as that mushroom pizza, there's small chance of leftovers.“

Got the quatro formaggi, margherita, salsa verde pizza with caramelized onions, and ramirez pizza to go. Cool concepts for Neapolitan pizza and all of them were decent, but I think the margherita was the best tasting. A bit on the pricey side all things considered (got take away).“

“We came all the way from London for this. They say Brooklyn is the home of pizza so this was our first stop. Service was great as we walked in. Such a cool local gem. From the art on the wall to the antique whisk.
Sooo much choice but if you like chilli like me go straight for the eggplant chilli (which we tried on the house). Everything was fingerlicking delicious from the meat ball topping (which my kids picked off and ate first) to the plain cheese and other speciality pizzas we had tried (mushroom, pesto and burrata/honey). Im glad we sat in 20 mins traffic from Bed Stuy. 10/10

“I went into this expecting to give this review a 3/5. The pizza didn’t look super appetizing, but I was pleasantly surprised! The sauce is great. I was a little disappointed with the different slice options— I personally would have liked more variety, particularly a Sicilian slice with meat on it. The service was quick. I had the option to eat in but I chose to take my slices to-go“

Was here for my friends baby first birthday. The weather worked out really well and we end up being in the backyard.

The food is so much and great energy from the staff. They offer drinks and almost can’t walk out of here straight with the food.

After trying this pizza, I would say this is particularly true of the tomato paste — it’s just too thick and sweet. Just a slight imbalance but maybe it was to balance the super salty pepperonis (which I enjoyed). Personally, I would have preferred a brighter, lighter tomato sauce. Solid neighborhood slice, would come back if I’m in Brooklyn but wouldn’t travel all the way from queens again.“

Just like last time, we had to wait a little bit to get the server’s attention to order or get something. this didn’t happen last time but when i asked for more olives they said it’s a dollar each - wild 😃(i still got 4, and one extra for free lol). the appetizer and pizzas were great, we were stuffed so we didn’t they dessert (again). we’ll be back but without extra olives“
