“Went around Monday afternoon, was in the mood for something for a quick bite. When you walk in there is always a warm and cheerful welcome. Grace is always so kind and patient to customers who go in, was unsure of what to get yet she was so kind to explain the items the café provided. “As an offshoot/sequel to the redoubtable Ample Hills, it should be no surprise that the ice cream is superb: thick, rich, inventive, creamy, and perhaps my favorite in New York’s five mighty boroughs. I always go ooey gooey butter cake or peppermint pattie (or both), but there are delights to suit every taste. The food is absolutely delicious and reasonably priced! Definitely come here for authentic Korean street food.“

All the selection is vegan. The donuts are great, and unless someone told you they were vegan, one would be hard pressed to tell the difference. It's worth a revisit to try the other flavors.“

The mochi donuts are ok, I'd rather get a croffle for two more dollars. The space is pretty tight so it can't accommodate large groups unless you go to the outside seating areas. Each time I have gone the staff have been eh, lots of workers scrambling around and not being helpful, but other than that the quality of the croffles out weighs my annoyance with the staff.“

I’ve tried Iced Dirty Chai at their Jersey City location and I really loved it. The top of the chai was so foamy. The drinks were both lightly sweetened with a hint of spices. In terms of sweet levels, chai latte is sweeter than dirty chai.＊Tiramisu Donut, Blueberry DonutI don’t eat donuts but these ones surprised me. It was like a donut-shaped muffin. They were not too sweet, and you could tell there wasn’t any artificial flavoring.Here are the two staff favorite flavors: the blueberry one was served warm with blueberries studded inside.While my mom loved the blueberry donut, I preferred the tiramisu one. To me, it was more like a chai tiramisu donut as I could taste a kick of spices.＊Salmon Everything Bagel SandwichThey offer plain/everything bagel and plain/scallion cream cheese. The bagel was warm and fluffy. The everything seasoning wasn’t very fragrant but complemented well with salmon and plain cream chese. “Came here late on a Sunday night after seeing it on Tik Tok and I understand the hype! Located in Bushwick, when you first walk in, it's an unassuming tiki-themed donut shop with a small seating area. Donuts are huge and looked absolutely delicious. We actually came for their speakeasy in the back. Walked through the photobooth and was transported into a completely different space. Great for date nights with a beautiful bar, and lots of green velvet couches and tables for seating. The star of the place is a rhino emerging from the wall that blows out smoke every now and again. When I walked in on a Sunday evening, the bar was packed but I was able to sit at a table with no problem and was served immediately. To drink, I had the Pacific Rim which was lightly sweet, fruit-forward with hints of passion fruit and pineapple, and just overall very refreshing. My date had the Flying High which we both did not love. The best part of the evening was that we were able to order a donut to our table. We had the Alscapone which we were both a little weary of ordering but it was fantastic. The pineapple marscapone filling was tasty and paired really well with the hot honey butterscotch sauce and prosciutto. It sounds like a weird combo but it was easily one of the best donuts I've ever had! They describe it as spicy and I wouldn't say it is but it definitely has a kick to it. This is what won me over for this place! I would 100% come back. Rating 4/5 stars!“

“This is a very cute shop, my hubby and I took a long drive here but it was well worth it. The minute I walked in, I was so happy seeing and smelling their delicious mochi donuts. “Some friends brought us over to Comfortland for brunch and it was a fun experience. Ordering at the window is a neat, unique experience. We decided to eat inside.It's quite a loaded menu. Some items seemed so over-the-top, but they're not as crazy as they first appear. I landed on The Old Boy. Flavors were delicious, and oversized, but not too unwieldy. The only thing that threw me a little was I couldn't tell if the meat was ground beef or thinly sliced meat that was chopped SUPER fine because of how small the pieces were.For a drink, I got a malted cold brew. I've had other malted coffees and this didn't disappoint. Right up there with the best ones.“

“Love this local spot. We stop here regularly and have never had a bad donut, the coffee and lattes drinks are also super creative and also are delicious. The workers here are always super nice and friendly, and the atmosphere is just positive. “I always come here for dor my dougnut fix. I get the gluten free almond donut. The gluten free orange donut is tasty, but if you are gluten free you don't necessarily crave an "orange donut" when you crave donuts. I wish they always had the moca gluten free donut they made once. Or a gluten free vanilla donut filled with raspberry jam. Jam is gluten free and could create a "real" feel?!“

They have some of the best and unique flavors and types of doughnuts here.We got a coconut cream, creme brulee, carrot cake, and tres leche. Their chai latte is also very good. “Fat Doughnut is making everything from scratch, using family recipes. It can't be compared with highly processed and overpriced full of chemicals Dunkin products. Where else can you get freshly baked brioche toasts for your sandwiches and French toasts? I order an egg sandwich on a croissant often - buttery and flaky! If you ordered a take out or delivery, your croissant will get soggy and gummy. Homemade food has to be inconsistent because it's fresh and not a cookie cutter prep from the outside corporate source. “Very pleased with my Vegan donuts that I grabbed from here. I love that they even have Vegan options. The only options that they have so far are plain glaze and cinnamon sugar. But I'm hopeful that there will be more vegan flavors in the near future. **crosses fingers** You can't really tell that there were alternative ingredients used in both of the donuts. I got a hint of something citrusy or sour-like every now and then but I feel like if you're used to having vegan sweet treats then you know it's whatever they used as their egg alternative. It was the perfection level of sweetness... one that you don't have to be guilty about. I wanted to try the other donuts but I was past my dairy intake levels already. I should add that I'm not vegan but I enjoy vegan desserts and pastries because I do have a dairy intolerance. More of an acne issue rather than a stomach issue. It's so unfortunate but I love finding places like Dough that have vegan options. I went on a Thursday afternoon during one of my work breaks. I arrived to an empty store (which I very much prefer lol). So service was super quick for me!! However, I have heard of this place being really busy. Especially during morning rush and the weekends. The space is pretty awesome. I love that it is parent-kid friendly; they have seating for kids and some items for them to play with. It makes my mommy heart happy whenever I see a place tailoring to parents and their kids.“

I've gone here several times and everything is always really good.I enjoy their cinnamon rolls which are quite large, have a very good rise, and are not too sweet. The cinnamon rolls have a nice caramelization that happens on the bottoms and the bread itself is quite nice.I have had their lingonberry donut in the past, with skillfully made dough and the frosting very tasty and tart.The cappuccino has also been good, with a great foam.it's also very dog friendly. They often open the door to greet my dog and give her a treat, making this a great spot for the whole family!“

Order at the counter. The gals working there were cute and friendly. The space itself is small and it seems many people take it to go, but they do have a few tables and a high top counter. Enough room for 3 or 4 parties I would say. If you can't snag a spot, they're located right by Astoria park and these babies would be lovely to take for a stroll.“

“This is one of the oldest establishments on Avenue U . They have been there 50 years that I know of . Their donuts are okay . The coffee is probably the best coffee on Avenue u. Sometimes the staff can get a little grouchy but they're basically hard-working decent people . Every so often some crazy person comes in and it can be quite entertaining . The Establishment itself is a little rundown but it's okay . There is no place cheaper than this on Avenue U and the food is reasonable and good .“

“BEST Mochi Donuts I've ever had!! Donuts were soft, chewy, and delicious. I ordered their 4 donut set and got the cereal, strawberry, chocolate, and Misugaru. The Misugaru (Traditional Korean Multi-grain) is my favorite its light, nutty, not too sweet, slight roasted similar to cheerios compliments the donuts very well. Highly recommend you also try their Pastel de Natas (Portuguese Egg Tarts) super creamy egg custard inside of a crispy flaky pastry crust. It's served warm so enjoy right away! “This place is inside of Tsaocaa, or are they partnered with them 0-0 But the donuts were good, a bit oily but tasty. We got an egg waffle and corndog too because it was Christmas so why not. Treat yourself :) The gurlie at the counter was nice and, as the maker of the previously mentioned corndog and egg waffle, she was pretty skilled. “I absolutely love this Tim Hortons, I always end up stopping every Thursday after I get paid to bring home donuts for my family. They love them and so do I. They already taste fresh and are soft and absolutely delicious. This is the route I take home from work. It's morning and yes you will have influx of people but it's what we sign up to do daily. I ordered new loaded hash browns- love it but no fork enclosed. I had to eat man style ( with my hands?! Shouldn't it been included) in a bowl.
