Staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they immediately put in an order of fresh breadsticks for us so we were happy with that. However, it took a good 30 minutes to get our food but we didn't complain but the management came over and apologized for the wait and offered us one free voucher coupon because we did have to wait a long time for their being only a couple people there. The food was really great for price and wonderful service for being 'fast food' Italian. Thank you for being kind and treating customers well! Please consider opening a restaurant in Tulsa!!! My boss and I were returning to Nashville June 13th from a business trip in Atlanta and we made an 11:30 reservations at this location. My wife and I used to visit the location in Nashville until Christmas 2020 when an explosion destroyed many of the buildings in the area. We were greeted promptly at opening by the GM and sat down (No issue that we were 30 minutes early) Both the waitress and Gaucho were great and we actually made some small talk with the gaucho who had a great personality and brought us so much meat that we were in a food coma driving back. While I look forward to Nashville rebuilding Rodizio, the people and atmosphere make Chattanooga seem like a reasonable 2 hour drive.”

Every person we encountered from the host, to the servers, and managers were great. Every single person who helped us knew only a small bit of what had happened that resulted in our tardiness due to my call in to let the restaurant know we were running behind. All seemed concerned about our well-being and made a huge effort to turn our evening around and get us to our concert in time. This was the first time we’ve visited Bob’s and we will make a point to go back. Their food was delicious, but more importantly, the staff made the experience the best. The steak was cooked perfectly, loved the potatoes, beans, plantains, tortillas, salsa and even the rice is good but I don’t eat corn so I had to pick that out. My wife got the ranchero burrito and the ranchero sauce tasted more like a tomato soup which wasn’t my wife’s favorite. I loved the horchata. The French toast was also well done.
Service was decent.

Cons: the seating was very intimate. You sit super close to everyone and is kinda crammed. The noise level is also really loud.

I read through some of the bad reviews just out of curiousity because I couldn’t imagine why anyone would leave a bad review for this place and you could just tell they were snarky people - a majority of them saying they’d be ordering from this place for years but one day they got a “rushed” pizza so they left a 1 star review 🤪. They don’t even charge a delivery fee or a “convenience fee” (whatever that means) like some other places do. The pizza is fantastic and the calzones are astonishingly large. My husband and I each ordered one one time thinking that for the price the size was just for one person but no!! Each one would’ve served three people! I’ll be relocating to more eastern Oklahoma next year and one of the first things I did was see if they have an Eagle One. Sadly they do not! Only complaint is have more locations 😂.”

“My dream has always been to go to one of Gordon Ramsays restaurants. I came here for my birthday and It was AMAZING. Wi got the wings and the caesar salad and both were delicious. And on top of that we got the cheesecake, with a birthday candle in it for my birthday! Definitely going back again soon! And I told them I'm allergic to peanuts and they ensured that my food had no peanut contact at all.
