“Went in after I drove by tonight. As a vegetarian, I’m always on the lookout for new places to try…ordered their falafel wrap. The owner came out and explained that I could have my sandwich on either a pita, or on their house-made wrap “bread”, and that they can be topped by topping I choose , or in the traditional Lebanese fashion. I opted for the traditional on the house-made wrap.”, and boy was I pleasantly surprised. I cannot stress enough how delicious it was. Everything tasted super fresh and perfectly balanced. Will definitely be adding this spot to my rotation”

“Took 20 minutes from time we put in our order to when we got our food and we were the only table when we came in.

The chicken was delicious, crispy but juicy on the inside.

There are maybe a total of 7 tables in the restaurant so it is not good for big groups.

I found the restaurant to be stuffy and there were a lot of flies.. was not impressed.

Unsure if I would come again but I would be open to doing take out.”

“This is my go-to place for biryani. The best I've had! Light, fluffy and delicately spiced. The food is so good and the staff are so friendly it's like my 2nd home! The gongura biryani (veg or chicken) is probably my favourite, also really like the mughlai chicken biryani.”

“This place has excellent quality food and friendly service. I ordered the chicken breast kebab dinner. The chicken is perfectly seasoned, juicy and tasty! The naan bread is soft and fluffy. In fact, I can eat it by itself. The Greek salad is so fresh and I love the dressing. I like their Greek salad better than those at Greek restaurants. Overall, I am just happy to have a quality restaurant near my home where I can go to get quality food anytime.”

Brandon was incredibly efficient and helpful throughout the planning process, making the organization seamless. On the day of the event, everything ran smoothly, thanks to the attentive staff. The food was outstanding—everyone raved about it! The service was exceptional, with the team going above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met. I will definitely return to Avenue for future meals and events. Highly recommend!”

“Been to Onnuri on multiple occasions and each visit has been great! Service is excellent on most occasions and at times when it’s busy it can be a bit slow.

Korean Fried Chicken is crispy, juicy and made to order! My usual order is their 5pc chicken with a pint of Asahi. Other items from their menu which are just as good is their Soon Tofu and Bibimbap!

Overall, this is one of my favourite Korean spots to dine at and they have all the standard Korean dishes available on their menu as well. The taste is authentic and has a good kick of spice! Location can accommodate larger parties but always good to call ahead!”

The food was excellent, with delicious mains and desserts that everyone enjoyed. The servers were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly throughout the evening. Kathy was very responsive to our communication and made planning easy. Overall, Floga was a fantastic choice for our celebration, and I’d highly recommend it for large gatherings or special events.”

Locations do not offer the full breakfast menu at all. Since our first visit to this location we have found all of the staff to be so accommodating, courteous kind and very helpful. Diane was our young lady on the order desk, she like the other staff are worth their weight in gold as they excel in all of the customer service area that are essential to complete customer satisfaction. Diane and all the staff at this location are # TEN.”

I just tried this place for the first time and I’m incredibly impressed by the quality, flavour, and the superb service I received from the owner and 2 young ladies working tonight. They were all so kind and patient with me as I took my time deciding what to get. They were also really helpful with recommendations. I ended up going with the grilled chicken sub on whole wheat bread and it did NOT disappoint. My mom and I split it and tried it on the highway heading home, and it was so good that we exited the highway and made a U turn to go back and buy 2 more. This place is definitely a hidden gem. “Fish lovers will love this restaurant as you can find many different styles of fish dishes there, such as spicy, stir fried, hot pot...etc. If you don't eat fish, they also offer beef/pork/noodles and rice I'm their menu. We ordered the lotus slice as the appetizer, it's surprisingly good, tiny bit of spicy and sour taste, very refreshing.”

You are guaranteed delicious, fresh and seasonal selections no matter what time of year you go and prepared expertly by the Shizuku team. We love it here as we often get to try things that are not found in your 'average' Omakase experience. Chef is extremely knowledgeable about what he is serving and we enjoy learning about our food and where it comes from. They also have a great selection of sake. Their signature pastry dish is an absolute homerun every time. Do yourself a favour and check this place out!”

I have ordered a Hawaiian pizza, there are loads of toppings on pizzas, thick cheeses, the bread is not dry, and the crust is with cheese on it. “This was my first time visiting The Burger Alley. The menu is Harry Potter inspired and all the names are so fun. We had the Sirius Black and the Dragons Kiss, a side of Alley fries and a deep fried Mozzarella piece. The owner's were so nice and welcoming. There is a huge window from where you can actually see into the kitchen and you will see how clean their kitchen and surroundings are. Will definitely go back and even suggest to my family and friends.”

I love their Rice & Peas served with Curried Goat or Curried Chicken or a meal of Ox Tail. I became allergic to milk , slightly, so I always go with their Rice & Peas which all meals. Their Roti dishes are wonderful including their Chana Roti. My wife is a vegetarian and she loves their Channa Roti.”

“Went to Bluffers Restaurant for a 60th Birthday this past weekend in October and I must say it was fantastic! We have been there several times over the past years including two weddings in the event space, and several corporate events which were all really good. This time we were in the restaurant portion of the facility, and although it is small, the setting is gorgeous, looking over the marina in Bluffers park! Service and food were exceptional! Since it was a larger group event, we had limited choices to choose from the fixed menu ... including a Surf & Turf dish as an option. I was floored when out dinners arrived to the table .. all served hot and on time. The presentation was amazing with a large steak on the bottom, and a lobster tail on top, surrounded by different vegetables. An exceptional meal that almost everyone had ordred. Maybe the best Surf and Turf I have ever enjoyed. It was that good. I wish I had taken a picture to includ here. The other dishes including a salmon dish were also really generous portioins, and good. And value for money .... I checked the price of the Surf and Turf dish on the main menu .... $60 including a steak and a lobster. Exceptiional value .. well over a $100 anywhere else. I don't normally write reviews, but this place is so deserving of this review. We will go back soon. I am a regular at The Keg,which I have found a little dissappointing the last couple of visits. Maybe this is our new spot. A little out of the way for us, but certainly worth the dirve. Thanks You to the owners of Bluffers Restaurant. A gem on thew waterfront!”

It’s one of those spots you fell in love with.The moment you walk in, the space feels inviting and thoughtfully designed. “I was craving for Biryani with the authentic taste,after googling this restaurant and went for dine in. We ordered boneless chicken Biryani, lamb Biryani,paneer sizzler,garlic naan and chicken 65. Everything was delicious and exactly what I was craving for in Biryani, taste not spicy yet very flavorful. Portions size was great,took left over home. The Chà Giò (spring rolls) were perfectly crisp on the outside, packed with savoury filling, and begging to be dipped into nuoc cham.

But it’s the soups that truly shine. The Phò Suon Bò Xí Quách was rich and hearty, with fall-off-the-bone beef ribs in a broth so flavourful it could stand on its own. The Phò Nąm offered comforting simplicity, while the Phò Tái Nąm combined rare tender beef with well-done flank for the perfect mix of textures in every spoonful.

“Fabulous owner and staff providing delicious food when you don’t want to cook! They are wonderful people and we are lucky to have them in the neighbourhood. Stop by! My favourite are the chicken tenders!”

“Unique and high quality, just like any Japanese bakery should be. Ask before buying. Some items are sweet and some are not (like Mashroom sandwiches). The sweet ones are mildly sweet, as if showing carefulness and control over use of too much sugars, and I like it allot. They also serve some excellent drinks including macha tea. Everything is unique and tasty. It's a very interesting place.”

“Was wandering around the plaza and ended up at this cute little eatery where ookinza use to reside. The decor inside gives off Japanese vibes serving up Korean dishes. The dine in is counter seating. - Cute set up. The taste is definitely not your typical Korean soup spices but the pork bone was definitely fall off the bone and tender which some Korean places serve it very dry. The spicy fish and veggie soup was also different as the fish used I believe it’s snakehead where other places usually have that thick cut white fish which is meh. So I really enjoyed it. Definitely don’t set the expectation as authentic Korean dishes for these two dishes in terms of taste because it’s quite different. The pork bone soup had a lot of garlic in it but something about the soup base gave me sukiyaki flavours. The fish soup was slightly different as well but also can’t narrow down what it reminds me off but that one gave some Chinese spin to it. Although different I’d say it’s unique and good in their own way, I’d go back for their grilled meat options next time. For service there is a girl who takes your order and also the one that brings you food and periodically comes by to check on you. Very friendly. Lastly, you can purchase a membership for a year for $10 and it’s basically half price on their prices. -Totally worth it.”

“I had an amazing experience at this new cafe! Very nice atmosphere and the service was 10/10, the owner was really nice and welcoming. The drink i got was the matcha latte and it was really good. I would 100% recommend this cafe, it has a really pricing point and the cafes interior was extremely aesthetic. I would definitely come here again!”

“A smaller operation restaurant that is fine. It does notably offer something different from the other restaurants in the square by virtue of not being a ramen, sushi or japanese bbq place. Lady that runs the place is quite nice.”
