“What a great experience! The price and quality of food is good. Their broths were incredible, had the house special spicy broth and their chicken pepper broth. So flavourful! The service was incredible, they were friendly and attentive. Their sauces were on point, not the cheap stuff. I also really appreciated the details like having plenty of napkins available for customers to take as they need. Will definitely return!“

“Service was excellent and all the staff were very friendly and attentive! The food selections were varied and everything tasted great. There’s even tips on how long certain things should cook for on the paper on the table the sauce bar was extensive as well as the few ready-made foods and desserts. I only have dessert pics to share though as that was the highlight which ended off my experience haha ??“

“Good variety of choices, service was great, atmosphere was meh - a bit crammed - you can barely fit your plates and would have to stack them. The staff was attentive and offered bibs to avoid any splash from the soup and often refilled our soups.Even if you don't order any of the spicy soups, do expect some throat irritation from inhaling the Sichuan peppers in the air.The one thing I didn't appreciate was how selfish some customers are and will just raid the entire "expensive" shellfish section. While it is ayce, you should have done basic etiquette to allow other customers to get some too. I've seen some savages stack their plates as if they're not able to eat like this again.“

“1. Food - good! Came out hot. Green curry chicken, cashew chicken, beef pad see ew were all tasty. We asked for curry dish to be very spicy and I think that was a mistake as it took away from the flavor. One criticism was that the curry was too runny. Maybe we could have asked for it to be made thicker. We prefer that. But food was good. 2. Service - we reserved our table for dinner and the server sat us at the wrong table so she apologetically asked us to move. When we asked for water we had to ask more than once. It was busy at the time but with the spicy food it would have been nice to get it fast. We ordered three dishes. Two came very quickly. We finished them and the third hadn't arrived yet. We had to ask a server for its whereabouts and then he brought it. It was very hot so maybe it just took longer to prepare but I actually think they forgot about it. The service was a 3/5 but the food was good so it balances out. 3. Ambiance - nice interior. Wood panelling. Booths. Very cozy.“

“Came for their $19.99 basic lunch AYCE and ordered two soup base, the total was around $30. Although basic set only include three kinds of meat and three kinds of sea food, me and my frds had a really good time enjoying the food in 2hrs. “Came to have dinner here with my friends and catch up. We got seated right away even though we had a big group and they got us water right after. We ordered a bunch of food family style and it was delicious we couldn’t help ourselves. The food was flavourful and for those who can handle it I would definitely recommend their spicier dishes. They steamed buns were definitely one of my favourites. This location is an amazing place to take your family and friends and I look forward to coming again!“

“I didn't find anything special. Although I ordered the soup pot to be mildly spicy, it had no spice flavor at all, which didn't help to stimulate my appetite. The food was self-service; you just select it and then it's prepared in the kitchen before being added to the pot. I pretty much took a bit of everything except for the red meat, but none of them absorbed the flavor of the soup. The pork and chicken pieces were pan-fried, which tasted pretty good, but I didn't take much of those, so it wasn't enough to improve my overall impression.“

“Tried this place for the first time because of their fun $15 all you can stack challenge. It was the second last day during a weekend night when we tried. When we arrive most trays are empty. “This is my favourite hotpot place. I love the soup based and the sauce options here. The meat usually is great quality and they have a pretty decent selection of stuff. Overall delicious!I really hope they take this feedback into consideration but the condensation/humidity is pretty horrible during busy hours and makes it really uncomfortable. You can tell immediately when you enter because all the windows and glass are fogged up permanently. I think having a ventilation system that is more efficient may help the dining experience feel much better.“

“Came here on a weekend for hotpot, and there was only one staff member capable of taking broth orders. It's odd that we were able to order food remotely but not the broth, so we must've waited for 10 minutes before the staff attended our table. Overall, the food was good. However, the snack/dessert section took a long time to get replenished. The ice cream didn't look or taste like ice cream, so that was a disappointment.“

If you like lamb, my friend enjoyed the lamb wonton on the side bar more than the lamb meat itself as they were more juicy. Beef meatball was also good. Bok choy, watercress, mushroom ears were veggies I enjoyed.The sauce bar is the same as Hadilao's.Drink is self-served, free soda and it's actually not the diluted one (so be careful w feeling full).The service is bare minimum, I wish they helped dispose fat on top of the broth halfway through. Overall good value.We weren't supposed to get popsicles (we came at the end of the lunch menu so the staff got confused). Taste was slightly on the bland side to me, but my friend loved it.Vibe: we didn't speak Mandarin but everyone else was and the music was mostly C-pop with occasional USUK 2010s pop.“
