“First class from beginning to end. We were lucky to reserve seats at the chef’s bar and see the detail and care that goes in to every dish. Great chat, buzzing atmosphere and fantastic food. A memorable evening ❤️”
“I came here for the second time with my partner during the dinner rush. Completely blew our expectations away!
We remember our first time eating here, with the food being decent but nothing crazy and the service was okay. However upon our second time visiting, our server, Bill Xu, was not only kind but went above and beyond to show us genuine hospitality. He was extremely patient with any questions we had and checked in with us often.
The food was delicious with the marbled beef being my favorite item that night. There are a variety of items you can choose from with the selection being quite large. Both sweet and savoury items were quite tasty so you can't really go wrong.
Lastly, I take the cleanliness of washrooms very seriously. I have to say that I was very impressed upon walking into the washroom. Not only was the design of the washroom itself modern and elegant, but it was very apparent that the staff does check their washrooms. It was pretty clean and there were several free amenities offered (toothpicks, floss, mouthwash). Overall, I was speechless to discover a really good washroom experience in a city full of awful and disgusting washrooms.
While the bill can be expensive by the end, the service and quality of the food was top-notch. Overall, this was a great experience and we will definitely be coming again.”
“Delicious food, friendly staff and cozy environment. Definitely recommend their food especially butter chicken and malai chicken tikka. Love this place.❤️”

“Im not sure where to start on this review.
Well to say the least, it took me about 2 weeks to decide on a place to eat. My decision did not let me down. I chose this place because of the connection the Chef had to the food.
Ive traveled all around and have been to many fine restaurants and places to eat. To compare this restaurant to others, well you cannot.
If you have ever been to Montana or Wyoming, you know that you cannot describe the views. The art you get at Lucies, is comparable to the views you see. You cannot put it into words.
The service itself was as you would expect, amazing. The staff is knowledgeable about every dish that is presented to you.
What the chef, the staff, and the amazing mixologist does for you; is to say the least an art within itself.
Now I am not very good at taking pictures, but pictures would not do the dishes or drink justice anyway. For some reason google would not let me post pictures.”
“From the moment we arrived, the team delivered warm, polished, and attentive service. The Wagyu was unbelievably tender and richly flavored; the lobster arrived fresh. Every course arrived at just the right pace, allowing us to fully enjoy each bite. Though elegant, the dining room felt inviting—not stuffy. Overall, the services and environment was much more impressive than the foods.”

“La Vegas is the best vegan restaurant in Toronto!”
“I ordered the ube crepe cake for my dear friend's birthday and it was a success! The cake's originality was appreciated and so was the real ube featured in the cake as well as the fact that it was not too sweet. I appreciated the Nana's team checking on how the delivery went (all good!) - good customer service. Recommended!”
“We went to Mirage restaurant with our friends and ordered the Fattoush salad, Beyti kebab, chicken pide, and tea with pistachio Baklava. All were fresh and delicious. Nice location, great atmosphere, amazing food, and exceptional customer service! Highly recommended!”
“The salads we had were good. Pinsa was delicious. The place is nice with a patio. We both realized after that we felt disappointed by the service. A couple employees/owner walked past us as we stood at the door. A minute or two later someone greeted us. Then after paying and tipping quite well the sever didn’t say thank you. Seems small stuff but it’s not inexpensive to go for dinner these days and the small stuff matters more…to us.”
“Buono is an unobtrusive presence on Bayview Avenue, but when you walk in you discover a beautiful and comfortable dining space and absolutely stellar food. The wise and kind servers are professional and deliver excellent service. The food is timely, gorgeously plated, and bursting with flavor. They can accommodate vegan and gluten free diets and other dietary sensitivities or allergies if needed. Grateful to have found this Leaside treasure!
Dietary restrictions: They have corn-based gluten-free pasta”
“Kaito Sushi Omakase offers a beautifully elegant sushi experience at an affordable price. At the time of this review, the cost is $69.95 plus tax per person. The only way to reserve a spot is through their online booking system on their website, which ensures a streamlined process. The staff are exceptionally kind and professional, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.
Upon entering, you find yourself in the first half of the restaurant, which serves as a holding or waiting area, complete with a few tables and a bar space. When the sushi bar is ready, the staff will gladly escort you to your seat.
What truly sets Kaito Sushi apart is the precision and intense focus each chef exhibits while crafting every piece of sushi. Watching this master meticulously prepare your meal is a joy in itself—an artful performance that adds a special touch to the dining experience. Each seat is positioned in front of a stunning slab of stone, creating a striking presentation space that is as visually impressive as the sushi itself. (You can see this in my photos; it's quite the sight!)
For a “casual” omakase, Kaito Sushi is an excellent entry point for anyone wanting to explore this culinary experience without breaking the bank. During our visit, the crowd was wonderfully diversely celebrating birthdays, others marking anniversaries, and most heartwarming of all, an older gentleman sharing this beautiful experience/moment with his young granddaughter (please be aware, they only allow children over 5).
I highly recommend Kaito Sushi Omakase, as it suits virtually any occasion, whether casual or special.”
“such an excellent restaurant! food was delicious and plentiful and the service was fantastic! Voula was personable and lovely to talk to.we had a large party of 14 and everyone loved their meal and atmosphere! thank you !”
“Delicious food and friendly service will definitely be back!”
“Delicious food, super friendly staff, child friendly, great entertainment and heated patio.”
“Definitely come back!! Food amazing and the service was excellent!!!❤️”
“We ordered the vegetarian combo, and it was absolutely delicious! The three-course meal was authentic and full of rich Indian flavors. On top of that, Harshika was incredibly friendly and made our dining experience even better. Highly recommend!”

“Grey Gardens is a marker in Toronto for me - the place I want to take friends to for a celebratory meal and where I want to retreat when I feel like a solo date, sitting at the chef’s counter.
It is rare for any restaurant to have survived the past few years intact, it is another thing entirely for one to have maintained the consistency that GG has.
On this occasion, my sisters and I wanted to celebrate the fact that all our birthdays happen to be in August. Farhad, our server, was a delight and it was our collective joy to discover that we all hail from Bombay. The perfect recommendations for wine to go with our food selections. The stand-outs - spaghetti with duck, fennel and parm, the scallop crudo with chicken fat, shrimp toast, caraflex (perfection) and the blueberry galette with corn ice cream.
Farhad brought us an extra strawberry gelato so we would have three desserts, each with a candle. And a special glass of amaro as a post-dinner digestif.
Exceptional food (and great value!!) that just makes you happy to be out on a late summer’s evening and service that makes you want to come back, again and again. Grey Gardens, you will always be famous (to me).”

“This is our first time ever for a Chinese hot pot and we’re very happy and satisfied with the food and service. The server who was attending us was super patient as e knew nothing about the cuisine 🫣 we’ll visit again for sure
Vegetarian options: They have a variety for vegetarians as well”
“Delicious food and a wide selection of drinks. Friendly service. Thank you Nick... you're amazing!”

“What a charming and cozy spot. Each dish is beautifully designed. We had a pizza that was light and crispy and the salsicchia and gnocchi were unbelievable. The open kitchen really adds to the environment as well, it is fun to see and hear everything that goes on that is usually behind the scenes.”
“Incredible. Let's just start out with the vibe. Immaculate lighting and interior, like an old library/bar with an almost romantic woodsy feel.
The service was great, attentive, all of it.
Where this place made my day, was the food. The lamb ribs were one of the best bites of food I've ever had. Don't get me wrong, everything else was fantastic, but the lamb ribs BLEW my mind.
Order 2 of them.”
“What an unreal experience at a Michelin star restaurant – truly culinary art at its finest. This was everything fine dining should be about: impeccable service, an elegant atmosphere, and unforgettable food. Our waiter, Naz, was outstanding and made my wife’s birthday feel extra special. The best part? They catered perfectly to our halal dietary preferences, which was a huge plus. The menu was beautifully curated, and my personal favorites were the wagyu beef and the egg dish. And I can’t forget to mention the bread – so fresh, paired with their incredible butter and olive oil. Just an amazing night all around. Thanks for making the bday experience unforgettable!”
“For our first night in Toronto for a girls' trip, we had dinner at Chubby's given the good reviews and me mentioning wanting to try the various Caribbean spots during our stay. The decor gives island vibes with the wooden furniture and tranquil color choice for decor. Staff were all pretty helpful, with you waiter being pretty attentive.
For my drink, I ordered the rum punch which was pretty good in the balance of flavorand alcohol content. In terms of food, the portions for my entree (Oxtail Stew) was a little smaller than I thought but or actually worked out well and was enough. The oxtail was cooked down, well seasoned and tender, but I felt like I got a lot of pieces that were just bone or pretty fatty. The other food/Likkle bites I ordered to share with one of my friends were also very good. The Pepper Shrimp definitely had a heavy kick of spice to it and tasty. I really enjoyed the Saltfish (Cod) Fritters - they were tasty, had a good chutney to go with it. The plantains were cooked perfectly so that they stayed soft.
All in all, we had a good dining experience.”

“This is easily the best fast food spot downtown for me. The food is always hot and fresh, not like other places serving cold fries that’ve been sitting around and charge $16 for a combo
Prices are good compared to other fast food joints, but what keeps me coming back is how clean they are and how serious they are about food safety.
They wash their hands a lot, which I notice since I’m super germ-conscious. Only one time, I had to call out a guy who handled cash and then started packing food without washing his hands after. It seemed weird because I’d seen him wash his hands a few times before and after using the POS (no cash) while I was waiting to order.
Anyway, please keep up the hand-washing; it really stands out and matters to people like me who’ll ditch a place over one cross-contamination issue.
The workers are also nice and polite. This location is great and other franchises could learn a thing or two from them. 👍🏼”
“Been going here recently and they have the best burgers you can ever get. Price is Pretty good too. The burgers are on point, however service is abit slow as they only have 2 people working whenever I go. Really recommend the cheese burgers as you can choose your toppings and flavour and etc. 100% recommend!”
“I ordered here from booster juice and got amazing service, Sarth was my server and was very informal about the drinks and made my drink amazing, I appreciate his help and kindness a lot and also Loveleen was also very kind while my overstay here due to my delayed flight, the service was awesome - if I could rate 10 stars I would, thank you Sarth and Loveleen!”
“Casual Korean restaurant with traditional dishes.
It was pretty quiet on Christmas evening, but service was lacking and slow.
We got the hot pot gamjatang (pork bone and potato soup) and kampungki (fried boneless chicken with sweet and sour sauce). This was a good portion for 4 people, both were so delicious. The gamjatang came with two bowls of purple rice. My only complaint was the side dishes were very mediocre/small and it took a long time to refill them.
Overall it's a solid, affordable choice.”
“Muy buena comida y precios solo deberian de hablar español se supone que es un restaurante mexicano!”
Takeout Restaurants
“It's a testimony to the delicious food, decently-priced wine, and super-kind service that this restaurant has been around as long as it has! I used to go on dates here with my husband years ago; yesterday I took my son for lunch to celebrate his university graduation because it's now become *his* favourite place (he appreciates the icy-cold and well-poured beer and thinks the burger is perfect). The beef tartare is amazing. A classic place in the pantheon of good Ossington spots!”
“I love, LOVE this restaurant! I rarely post reviews as I am often disappointed but this is truly a gem! We've had food from Tiflisi 4 times now and are under their spell. I had never had Georgian food before and boy have I been missing out! It tastes like nothing I've had before. And the service is really friendly. We're so lucky to have them in the hood. I hope they'll be around for a long while!”
“Honestly, it is the best Shawarma I've had since I came to Canada. My friends and I should have tried Big Pita earlier than we did. The quality of the Chicken and Beef is supreme. Prices are reasonable, and the portions will quickly satisfy your appetite. I highly recommend Big Pita.”
“Had a very good dinner at the Thais Room on College Street. Would suggest a reservation on Saturday night as it has limited seating. Food was fresh, well presented and good quality. The squid dish and the golden curry dish stood out. The mango salad, fried rice and sweet potato dish were both nice additions. Happy to return.”
“What a wonderful dining experience. I had the seafood ramen. The bowl was huge, the broth exquisite and the noodles springy and delicious. Our servers made the dining even better! They were both gracious and capable. I highly recommend this restaurant!”

“Great dinner at Mandarin Yonge to celebrate Mid Autumn Festival. This visit we tried a few new items fro the Small Eats. The teriyaki salmon, teriyaki meatballs and tofu were delicious. Salmon was cooked to perfection. As always Paddy and our server Amy made our evening extra special. Looking forward to our next visit.”
“We went there for the Jordana Myles' Dinnner and Drag Show on Saturday night and honestly, we had so much fun with Jordana. Even though she called us OG (Old Gays), lolll, she was very funny, very sharp and always in a respectful way. We also had dinner. It was good but our waiter didn't look like he was enjoying his evening... Oh well...
Overall, very nice evening. Thanks #jordanamyles @jordanamyles”
“Had Valentines dinner there last night. The first dinner package was mainly sashimi but the changed it to sushi for us at a reasonable extra cost . The food was excellent and the wait staff were attentive and friendly. Will definitely go back. An extra was that the waitress who greeted us was Japanese.”
“Yukashi is Kaiseki cuisine at its finest and well deserving of its Michelin star. We have travelled Japan and every time we dine at Yukashi, it transports us right back to the best places we ate in Japan. The chef is understated, humble and funny and we enjoy his company.
For me personally, the mark of great Kaiseki is how good the Dashi based broth is. His soups hit the mark every single time, full of umami but very balanced with a touch of yuzu and sake. Last night the sashimi dish included hay-smoked Hamachi which was absolutely delicious. A permanent special is the torched Miyazaki wagyu/uni/foie gras which is decadent. Midway through the course is a tray of finger size foods (hard to explain) which was a highlight of the multi course tasting menu.
We have been to Yukashi three times now and the food is outstanding every single time. Yukashi is our favorite Kaiseki in Toronto and we have been to all of them. The menu changes every season and there is always something new to enjoy. Also the sake menu is bulletproof and you cannot go wrong with the chef's fave selections.
Great food. Great chef. Great sake. What more can you ask for?
The best Kaiseki in town. Hands down. Do yourself a favour and go.”
“My wife and I enjoyed the 7-course Cool Season tasting menu last night and it was hands down the best meal we’ve ever eaten! The pomelo salad and red curry sablefish were standouts for me, but every dish was beyond fantastic. They apparently change the menu about every three months so we’ll definitely be back in the spring/summer. If you’re looking for a memorable experience with delicious food, I highly recommend the chef’s table at Kiin!”
“This is my favourite place! I always order P10 - Vegan Pho and the vegan crispy spring rolls. The food is always delicious. The staff are friendly. I order from Uber eats often as well and it's the same quality, lots of veggies/tofu and noodles.”
“Great experience with fine french cuisine and especially warm staff, congratulations 👍”

“I recently visited Shunoko and it was such a lovely experience. The service was exceptional and the food was fresh and delicious. It's always a pleasure to go there, and it never fails to put me in a happy mood. I have been coming to this restaurant since they started at St. Clair Ave. and now relocated to Yonge St.”
“The food is good, but not worth the $150 per person price tag.
Drinks: music for the empty room—fascinating, with multiple layers of flavor. Everything is blended so well, it’s a true masterpiece of creativity.
Starter: Tomato bread. Fresh and vibrant—the combination of flavors feels like a symphony playing in your mouth.
Main Course: Seafood paella. Portions were small, and it was way too salty—honestly, saltier than any other paella I’ve had at other places. The overwhelming saltiness ruins the entire seasoning; it completely takes over your palate. The waiter told me it is normal to be salty, but honestly it is way too much.”
“The large Michelin-recommended sign at the entrance certainly sets high expectations, and in many ways, the experience lived up to that. Service was nearly flawless—attentive, professional, and warm throughout the evening. The cocktails were a definite highlight: creative, well-balanced, and expertly crafted.
The food, while good overall, didn’t quite reach the same heights. A cabbage dish had a lovely sauce, but the cabbage itself felt undercooked and was difficult to eat, with the filling being rather plain. The bureg had a rich, doughy texture, but the filling was slightly too runny and lacked structure. Dessert, though flavorful, was let down by an overly thick tart shell that overwhelmed the filling.
While the meal had strong points and was enjoyable, a few refinements would elevate it to match the Michelin-level promise the sign suggests.”
“Our graduation celebration at Black+Blue Restaurant in downtown Toronto was an absolute delight. The impeccable service provided by our server Mathew truly elevated our experience. As a steakhouse, the food was exceptional, but what truly stood out was the unparalleled attentiveness and helpfulness of the staff. Mathew’s guidance and attentiveness made the evening truly special. Highly recommended for any occasion where exceptional service and fantastic food are a must!””
“A unforgettable dining experience last 07/04/25 (Friday)! Shoutout to Chef/Owner Danny Cancino and his team for an impeccable service! 👏 Every dish and the complimentary additions were phenomenal! The modern twist in Filipino cuisine was definitely well done!💖🌟 Here are some of my standout favorites 🤯: • Pineapple + Kombu (Seaweed): Refreshing and light, with crispy seaweed balancing the sweet, citrusy pineapple 💛 • Duck Ensaymada w/ Duck Prosciutto and Truffle Butter: One of the fluffiest breads I’ve ever had, inspired by classic ensaymada. Spreading truffle butter on it was chef’s kiss—it melts in your mouth! 😭👌 • Scallop Inari Lumpia: Beautifully presented with fried sushi rice, ginger-chili dressed Argentinian shrimp, and seared scallop on top. The rice was fluffy and so tasty I could eat it endlessly! • Iberico Pork Collar: Juicy, saucy, and umami-packed tender pork with chicharon, lettuce leaves, and sesame aioli. The pickled papaya (atchara) was a nice touch—I don’t usually eat atchara, but I loved it with this! • Beef Short Rib Kare-Kare: The star of the show! 🌟👏 Rich, classic kare-kare flavors with blanched bok choy and eggplant. The thick, peanuty sauce was delightful—if only there was rice! 🤣😋 Hope as many people as possible get to try this ultimate gourmet experience, whether you’re visiting Toronto or a Canada local! 🌟 Thank you Mineral!☺️Until we visit again!”
“Fantastic restaurant! This was the first time I had ever been there, but I will now be a regular visitor. The team was so welcoming and kind. And not to mention the food it was incredible super fresh and flavourful They seated us promptly and I was able to bring my dog onto the patio where they offered him water and treats.”

“Gluten Free Burger Alert!!!!! This burger was ABSOLUTELY delicious. I devoured it. But I have to give a special shoutout to their loaded fries. They might have just been better than the burger.
If you’re looking for a takeout burger but hate other fast food chains, or need a bite after a Friday night out, this is definitely your spot.
The areas was also very well kept and clean.”
“We have ordered for years but unfortunately I am never able to order on line. I have repeatedly tried but once I get to submit my order it will not allow. I live very close to the Parliament Street outlet. I have accumulated loyalty points but ever since they moved to Calibre I have not been able to order on line. Please, can someone let me know how to fix this clich. When I phone to place my order the staff say they will take my concern to the owner but nothing ever happens. I am very frustrated!!”
“Butter chicken and chicken byriani really Delicious, strongly recommend 5 stars”
“Accommodated allergies and dietary restrictions without compromising flavour. Really inventive and delicious menu -- every dish was a standout. One of the best meals I've had in Toronto in a long time.”

“Such a fabulous and unique restaurant, my husband says this is his top 5 restaurant of all time , we live in the area and this is usually our go to once a month! Thank you for being wonderful”

“A nice place the comfortable is delicious really tastes like Mexico 🇲🇽 The attention is amazing everyone is very friendly and makes the visit a unique experience I will definitely return my family was delighted with this place.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“Delicious fresh food, amazing staff & service! Great ambient atmosphere!”
“Ate fish sticks. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻. The milk shakes are awesome especially the Rum chocolate milk shake. Staff is very courteous. Bartender was making some interesting cocktails. Will try next time.”
“I recently visited Eat BKK Leslieville and tried their Pad Prik Pow Talay. This dish was an absolute delight! The seafood was incredibly fresh and perfectly cooked, with a wonderful mix of shrimp, squid, and mussels. The flavors were bold and well-balanced, with just the right amount of heat from the chili paste, complemented by the sweetness and smokiness that are characteristic of this Thai dish.”
“sushi is really good , we shared the 32 PC and we still had leftovers after. The atmosphere is great and same with the service. Will be coming back when i'm in the city next”
“The environment is good, the food is good, and the service is fast and nice”
“I love this place. They have amazing vegan options but also options for meat eaters as well. Good wine selection and cocktails. Best vegan caesar salad in the city and the Hakka tofu is lovely as well.”
“Diner Seoul is a perfect place for those who enjoy Korean cuisine, but would like to try another take at it. You can tell that the chef tries different ideas and creates their version of the familiar dishes, and I think that deserves many stars for a city like Toronto where there aren't too many innovators. I'm hoping that they have interesting dishes for different seasons, for I'd like to see what ideas that the chef has.
The restaurant itself is a cute, small and cozy space with about 24 seats available. I visited with about 16 people and had a great time ?
I highly recommend this place for dates, the atmosphere is perfect for couples who would like to dine with a comforting vibe, interesting yet not-so-strange dishes and kind services.
Looking forward to visiting you again!”
“Kachi Korean Restaurant is a real gem in the heart of Toronto, located on Dundas Street in Kensington–Chinatown. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted by warm, friendly staff who make you feel welcome and genuinely care about your dining experience.
The dishes are absolutely delicious and very generous, large portions, plenty of side dishes (banchan), and authentic flavors that truly capture the essence of Korean cuisine. Whether it’s bibimbap, soups, or grilled dishes, everything is flavorful, comforting, and satisfying.
With excellent value for money, a cozy atmosphere, and hearty, tasty food, Kachi is definitely a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Korean food in Toronto!”
“We had fabulous service. Our waiter Tim was fantastic. Very attentive and wonderful personality Would highly recommend going there if you are in Toronto”
“Such a cute Korean bbq spot! From the moment I walked in, service was on top of it with wait times and moving ready customers into a seat. Waiters do a great job explaining the process for new customers to the experience. Will definitely be coming back!”

“Wonderful lunch experience with @Katsuya.ca definitely must try! Great food awesome staff. Thanks for a great experience”
“Best restaurant in area. economical and great menu, super fresh with great service.”
“Absolutely incredible sushi—takeout only, but totally worth it. You can tell they put real care into every dish, and even make their own soy sauce, which is a nice touch. There aren’t any seats nearby, so it’s best to bring it home, but the quality easily rivals dine-in spots. A hidden gem for sushi lovers in Toronto.”
“Jason made us feel like family when we visited yesterday. food was great, we will be back!”
“We were there on Saturday May 3rd for dinner. Tommy was our server and very nice and friendly. I had one of the best vodka martinis ever! Everyone was very attentive and Tommy even took the time to give us some advice regarding visiting Greece! The entertainment was the topper and a lovely finish to a wonderful time! Thank you all and especially Tommy for taking care of us! See you soon!”
“Great staff. Awesome vibe. This is a place where you go to take your time, enjoy the food, wine and company.”
“Great find. We sat at the bar as they were busy, bar staff were very friendly and knowlegable about the menu, always looked after us. We both had the pasta dish off of their specials menu. Shrimp with an Italian sausage, it was piping hot and very tasty!”
“The best Food🍜 The bEst Drinks 🍷 The best Vibes Ever 🍾 Must Visit BAWARA, TORONTO ( The Indian Restaurant) 🚀”
“The food, service and atmosphere were great! We ordered house special pho - the beef was so tender. Also highly recommend their coconut coffee! Will definitely go back and try something else!”
“Great food and prices. The hummus and tzatziki were especially good. Would def recommend to anyone in the area.”
“Great spot for authentic Korean food in downtown. All the side dishes are refillable and were all super tasty (especially the kimchi which we reordered many times). The gamjatang was good except one of ours didn’t come with the kimchi on top (just bean sprouts). Katsu was crispy, tteokboki was spicy and chewy, bibimbap was fresh and all the portion sizes were great. Servers were super friendly although it was busy they helped us as best as they could.”
“super good! I had the spicy "No Name" recommended by the counter gal. I loved it, love the crispy bubbly crust and fresh toppings. it is pricy but delicious. 4 big pieces I shared with a friend.”
“I was there earlier with a friend, and we had a wonderful time! We were served by Noman and Rithima (apologies if I misspelled your names!) and both were very welcoming. The food was delicious, good size portion, and overall a lovely visit. Thanks so much!”
“The interior design is done beautifully with lots of unique decors like posters, cherry blossoms, very modern yet also traditional, lots of greens as well to look at. The seating areas is clean and comfortable, and can accommodate many people. The food presentation is very pleasing to look at, and everything is provided for you immediately.
Their staff seems to be mostly Korean so if you can speak Korean you can. 서버는 한국어를 할 수 있습니다. Since they are Korean they are used to the Korean restaurant style so they may not come to your table too often but they are always looking at your tables, if you raise your hand they will come as soon as possible. (If its busy you can yell “jogiyo / 저기요”)
Overall this is a really nice restaurant to relax in and take in the atmosphere while enjoying some sushi.”
“We love this place, but your server Megan from NL made it extra amazing, she is a true gem. Great food, great atmosphere, great music.”
“The taste is very good and the portion is very large. I recommend the beef tendon pot, tomato fat beef, sour soup fat beef, Tian Boguang fried chicken, and I hope the brown sugar glutinous rice cake will return! ! ! !”
“amazing place, great service, friendly staffs, and quality craft beer. 😊”
“Our last meal on our vay cay to see Cold Play. Sarah was so attentive and amazing ! Also sent us on our way with a safe travels creme brûlée cheesecake bite that said Safe Travels ! Love the food at Joeys”
“Great service, great food, great prices. They have an award for their food, and when you taste it for yourself, you know why! Love coming here!”
“Nice food and place to chill while drinking and eating spicy food. Don't miss out on the shrimp fried rice with egg and crab paste and also the eggplant with garlic sauce! They go well together too!!”
“Best food in the city. A master of their craft. Highly recommend. The service is incredible as well.”
“OMGOODNESS, what a hidden gem! Thankful my Aunt knew it well. Huge portions, amazingly tasty and quick to the table, hot and fresh! Service was so friendly and accommodating. In town for an appointment but would definitely travel the hour to enjoy again!”
“Really enjoyed the atmosphere and Ceci was a great server ! Recommend Rob’s pizza.”
“If you’re looking for a very casual but delicious spot for sushi, this is a good one! Excellent vegetarian options, both for sushi and entrees. I got the teriyaki tofu bento box, and the inari sushi was absolutely scrumptious. The atmosphere and vibes aren’t anything special, but the waitstaff are kind, attentive, and the food came reasonably quickly. Overall… yum!”
“I ordered one of the popular dishes. I dont remember the taste clearly, but I think it was good. The server has a good manner. I'll go back next time to enjoy it properly.”
“Brittany and Skye took excellent care of us. The cocktails were varied and delicious and the food was well prepared and presented beautifully. We had a ribeye, the lamb, and the cauliflower “steak”. Everyone was pleased. Highly recommended.”
“First time at Amal. 3 Michelin awards. Beautiful restaurant. Stylish, open. Great service. Accepted the recommendations of our server and had a truly amazing meal. Manager checked in with us. Just a great experience. Only knock is it is quite loud. Would definitely try again primarily for the amazing food, but would ask for a quieter table.”
“We looked forward to trying Mazadar, and while we opted for takeout, we were not disappointed! Extremely good! Also, while we didn’t eat in the restaurant it looked very nice when we came in to grab our order”
“Wandered on in for lunch. Food was amazing, service was excellent, very attentive wait staff. If I lived locally, I would go back again and again. Thanks for the great food and atmosphere !”
“Not the best fried chicken. Batter, chicken itself and seasoning they all were just okay. Still searching for the best fried chicken in Toronto but I don’t seem to find one yet.”
“I wish I could give more then five stars for Maison T. This was our fifth time going to this restaurant. The food gets better very time we visit. The staff is absolutely wonderful and the ambiance is just perfect. The chef is absolutely amazing and has put together the most incredible and delicious menu you could ever want. “If you're looking for unique and top quality food, awesome service and a pleasing atmosphere, Vivo across from High Park is it! I've organized group lunches for 12 and dined here with individual friends and always come away satisfied. What an amazing addition to the High Park area. I've sampled salads, antipastos and several pizzas and loved them all. The tiramisu is the BEST I've ever had. Prices are reasonable too as most dishes are shareable.”
“I tried Caribbean Queen Take Out for the first time and went with the fried chicken meal — and let me just say, it did not disappoint! The rice and peas were cooked to absolute perfection, fluffy with just the right balance of coconut and seasoning. The chicken was seasoned properly all the way through, with that true authentic Jamaican taste that’s hard to find. Every bite felt like home-style cooking. You can tell they take pride in their food — nothing bland here, just rich flavors and genuine island spice. 👉 Highly recommended if you’re craving a real Caribbean experience. I’ll definitely be back!”
“Staff are very friendly & welcoming. The owner/chef came out to chat with diners which is always great. Food was delicious & freshly made. The exterior is a bit misleading & could be enhanced with flowers, signage etc. Menu changes in the first of each month. Will definitely return.”
“Nothing can beat the cake-by-the-pound chocolate cake. Moist and packed with flavour. A nice bonus is that the cake itself is dairy free, so if you are willing to not eat the icing top (very yummy, but NOT dairy free) it can still be a treat for lactose intolerant folks.”
“Jaspreet is one of the kindest, warm and hospitable in this concourse who always has her smiles ready when i come to entertain myself with their varieties of good Indian cuisine. I love that she introduces me different types and love the veggie korma on Thursdays. I will go see her to order again this Thursday after i just bought 2 for takeout today. Love the sauce in everything including the famous butter chicken. Say Hi to Jaspreet and you will be delighted to see her smiles and buy their stuffs! Delicious!”

“The Amsterdam Brewhouse is located along the Lake Ontario Waterfront at Queen's Quay West. They have a large indoor and outdoor seating area and are open from 11am to late (weekdays) and 10am to late (weekends). Menu features the Amsterdam Brewery label draught beers along with a fairly typical bar food menu. We visited recently during a warm weekend afternoon and were able to be seated immediately. Blonde Lager tasted just fine, artichoke dip was pretty good as well. Prices are a bit high but we found food and drink quality to be fair enough, food portion sizes are good. Venue is quite fun and views of the lake are great. Amsterdam Brewhouse is a fun place, we'd be happy to pop in again during future walks along the waterfront.”
“What an amazing experience. Billy was my server Asian man. He deserves 10 stars. Absolutely one of the greatest servers I ever had. He was accommodating. He was kind, very knowledgeable and apparently very happy at his job. Thank you for having him. It's people like him that will keep customers coming back. He served me with so much grace despite me being a party of one and I truly appreciate that. I had the half lobster for my main entree, the shrimp cocktail for my appetizer and a glass of wine and the pistachio cake. Everything wrapped up together made it an amazing experience. Definitely would recommend it.”
“Expensive evening, however, it did entertain the birthday girl for an hour and a half. She quite enjoyed it. The only disappointment was they announced all the happy birthdays to the people in attendance and because we didn’t upgrade for a ridiculous amount we didn’t get that happy birthday announcement. Such a simple
Gesture that should be FREE.”
“This is our first time ever for a Chinese hot pot and we’re very happy and satisfied with the food and service. The server who was attending us was super patient as e knew nothing about the cuisine 🫣 we’ll visit again for sure
Vegetarian options: They have a variety for vegetarians as well”
“Food and Service was exceptional. Work dinner. Definitely took us on a good journey and left us in a good coma. Service was outstanding. Only suggestion is if you are going to take home left overs they give you a number and it’s up to you to ask for it at the end. If you forget to ask you are out of luck. I was so looking forward to taking the left overs to my honey at the hospital.😔 We will just have to come back😊”

“MUST TRY AUTHENTIC SOUTH INDIAN FOOD
Absolutely loved the authentic South Indian breakfast combo! The crispy dosa, fluffy idlis, and delicious pongal each delivered traditional flavors. The sambar was authentic and tangy, pairing beautifully with both the dosa and idli, while the red and white chutneys brought a fresh and spicy kick to every bite. Finishing with the sweet kesari, I was genuinely impressed with the taste. A wonderfully balanced meal, delicious, comforting, and highly recommended!
DEFINITELY COMING BACK HERE AGAIN”
“My girlfriend and I came to The Lunch Lady of Saigon on Ossington for our anniversary, excited to support this new, elevated take on Vietnamese cuisine. The service was truly amazing, especially from our server, Nicole. She was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely curious about the food. She mentioned she’s still new to Vietnamese cuisine but is learning a lot, and even shared an interesting fact about how MSG was unfairly villainized in the West due to racial stigma, something we really appreciated as it showed care and cultural awareness.
The space itself is beautiful, modern and stylish, very much what you’d expect from a trendy Ossington spot. The beef carpaccio was a delicious Vietnamese twist on the classic dish and started the meal on a high note. We both ordered the house special wagyu pho, which included beef cheeks, oxtail, and bone marrow. While the wagyu and marrow were rich and tasty, the broth lacked the depth and punch we’re used to from more traditional pho spots. The noodles felt oddly short, and some of the meats were so tough they were nearly inedible.
Still, I’m glad a place like this exists. It feels like a good entry point for people who might be new to Vietnamese food, and I hope it inspires more folks to explore the cuisine further. I’d come back for the ambiance, drinks, and to show friends a cool spot, but probably not just for the pho.”
“Visited this place for the first time and its really beautiful especially in this weather if you want to have the dome experience, it’s worth it. The overall hospitality including food, service and quality is absolutely top notch. Jagrit was our server and he was so welcoming and professional. Overall, good atmosphere, good food and good staff.”
“Small place, got the butter chicken with some garlic naan. Butter chicken was pretty good, I'd rate it a 7/10, not killer spicy and the flavour was there but not too pronounced. The naan was okay, nothing to write home about.
They do have a nice lunch special so Id recommend going there for lunch.”
“A classic French restaurant with a great atmosphere and complimentary cocktails that taste unique.”
