“First class from beginning to end. We were lucky to reserve seats at the chef’s bar and see the detail and care that goes in to every dish. Great chat, buzzing atmosphere and fantastic food. A memorable evening ❤️”
“We had a great time tonight, Kaya was amazing and made the whole experience really enjoyable. For two people the bill was less than $50 and we were both full after. Shoutout Kaya one more time”
“By far the best restaurant in Toronto so far. I came here for my birthday and the experience was transcendent. First, the service was top tier level, the waiter that took care of us was gentlemen with a great vibe. Best server I had in my life. They seated us according to our request (nice seating away from the entrance). They also printed a birthday card for me which was very considerate. They also called and emailed asking us very detailed oriented questions ahead of the dinner which was top notch. They also switched our utensils every meal which is a small detail yet powerful dinner experience detail. Sparkling water was also complimentary versus other restaurants. The pace of the food was perfect as well and they also gave me a small birthday cake!
Food was immaculate. An eye opening experience. I cannot even describe the food/art that I have eaten. Nothing disappointed me. They used the best of the best ingredients. Every dish was perfectly curated and every bite was orgasmic. If I was a multi millionaire, I would come here everyday. All the food was at the right temperature, nothing got stuck to our teeth, and I would say the egg & toast dish was one very memorable.
Now as for the atmosphere, the decor was elegant but the restaurant isn’t very big, thus the difficulty of getting a reservation. It was comfy and treated us extremely well.
Overall I recommend it for special occasions, not for a huge party but great for 4 people family or with your significant other. I will be coming back for sure one day.”

“La Vegas is the best vegan restaurant in Toronto!”
“Jeff was very welcoming and recommended the best dishes. Food was halal and really tasty, especially the coconut cake + pomegranate ice cream. Recommended for any special occasion!”
“The salads we had were good. Pinsa was delicious. The place is nice with a patio. We both realized after that we felt disappointed by the service. A couple employees/owner walked past us as we stood at the door. A minute or two later someone greeted us. Then after paying and tipping quite well the sever didn’t say thank you. Seems small stuff but it’s not inexpensive to go for dinner these days and the small stuff matters more…to us.”
“I ordered the ube crepe cake for my dear friend's birthday and it was a success! The cake's originality was appreciated and so was the real ube featured in the cake as well as the fact that it was not too sweet. I appreciated the Nana's team checking on how the delivery went (all good!) - good customer service. Recommended!”
“•●We had a lovely dinner on October 20th, 2025 & celebrated two birthday's. This is the only Italian restaurant in the GTA that serves lasanga and oh was it grand! My spouse loved it and its presentation had flare. My ribeye steak smothered in onions & mushrooms was delicious, oh la la the flavor was outstanding but it was not ribeye, unless the cow was emaciated. It came with mashed potatoes, and fresh carrots, broccoli, asparagus and peppers that were delicious!
Saab did say that this restaurant has been in business for 30 years and I can attest to that, but surely it can not remain as is unless its washroom facilities are torn out and upgraded.
> Men, there are urinals for your use; but as for us women, well forget about using the facilities because:
1) the stairs leading down are steep. You need to watch your head otherwise you will hit the ceiling & the carpet on the stairs is absolutely disgusting;
2) I could barely close the bathroom door of my stal. I had to resort to using the hook on the back of the door to pull it shut. There was no room in this mini stal. This is the reason why I would never return. Sorry Saab, but the women's washroom is in need of an upgrade and women who are overweight definitely will not be able to fit inside.”
“Ordered dinner for pick up: two butter chickens, one vindaloo and samosas. The food was fresh, and delicious with nice sized portions. I can’t wait to order again. Thank you!”
“Relaxed and intimate setting with excellent quality and prepared course. Tasted really good and would come again soon. Best value a professional, friendly, and authentic omakase experience”

“Delicious food and friendly service will definitely be back!”
“Definitely come back!! Food amazing and the service was excellent!!!❤️”
“Delicious food, super friendly staff, child friendly, great entertainment and heated patio.”
“Excellent food, I liked the goat curry and daal saag.”
“Muy buena comida y precios solo deberian de hablar español se supone que es un restaurante mexicano!”
“Delicious food, friendly staff and cozy environment. Definitely recommend their food especially butter chicken and malai chicken tikka. Love this place.❤️”

“What a fantastic restaurant. Atmosphere and service were both on point. Dishes & cutlery changed before every new dish, water always filled, and all the items were described in wonderful detail. They even gave us an extra shrimp for the shrimp cocktail! For the stripped bass dish, they also gave us 2 separate portions of fish, which I noticed wasn’t how they served the dish to other patrons. I’m not sure if this was because they noticed we were sharing all the dishes, but it’s a really nice touch that’s easy to miss if that was the case. This is how you make an extraordinary experience. Grey Gardens does it almost on the level of Alo.
The menu is small but all the dishes are very creative and offer good variety. It’s underrated but the bread here is delicious. The red tail grain they use to make their bread is really delicious and the bread comes out so soft in the center but crispy and chewy on the outside.
Another highlight was the maitake dish. The barely they use at the bottom resembles a chewier risotto and the mushroom itself comes out so smokey. Not sure if this was from the cooking or from the addition of the black garlic in the sauce.
Striped bass was also cooked exceptionally well. I’ve never had fish skin that wasn’t battered and fried come out so crispy like I had here before. I just wished there was more of it. The hand torn lamb noodle dish was also very flavourful and the lamb essentially fell apart within the dish.”
“Went here for a birthday dinner and had a great time. Divya, Saru and Rahi made sure we had a wonderful time. Service was amazing and our food was delicious. They were able to accommodate our large group right away. The complementary birthday service was also very lovely.”
“I really liked these short ribs, kept ordering them over and over. I also like the atmosphere/environment and service/staff, and above all I liked that they offer the option for tables with individual pots instead of a shared pot, I think this place overall is the best hot pot place (I prefer it over bottom-sea-catch)”
“The food at Yukashi made me happy and I give them an unqualified 5-star rating. Daisuke Izutsu, the chef at Yukashi Japanese Cuisine, is the master of combining simple flavours in harmony to make his cuisine truly memorable. Chef Izutsu's creations are masterpieces of Japanese kaiseki tradition - each course reflects seasonality, balance and detail. Every bite will make you feel like you have been spirited away to some beautiful, cultured place in Japan. Chef Izutsu's meals are exemplary of the meals I have had from all three Iron Chef Japanese (Rokusaburo Michiba, Koumei Nakamura and Masaharu Morimoto).
The seasonal 9-course meal is prepared for each person with the freshest, high quality, ingredients both from Japan and locally. The drink pairings are outstanding, especially the chef's own secret-recipe, homemade, fruit-infused sakes. The staff is small in number - but they are attentive, effective and efficient. As the chef prepared my food in front of me, I really enjoyed the brief moments of chatting with him.
I highly recommend you try Yukashi in more than one different season and see what flavor combinations you enjoy the best.”
“my fav place for vegan options that tastes our old this world!! I’ve heard great things about their Queens Street location and am ye to check it out
love the broccoli, dragon roll and their veggie burger”

“What an unbelievable experience to have dinner at Union. Our server, Hannah, was knowledgeable, attentive and super friendly, you are going to feel Iike you have met her before, she was awesome! The food was perfect, the elk sliders, the gnocchi, the crudo were our faves. We also bumped into a server, Frankie, that we knew from another great restaurant. Overall, Union was amazing, we highly recommend it everyone!”
“Second time here. Tasting menu both times. Some repeats (venison, wage) as well as some new dishes. All were very good to exceptional- venison, risotto with white truffles were highlights. Professional, friendly service from all the staff and especially Jordan, the young sommelier. 1 oz pour of D'Yquem 2001- what a treat. Room is opulent and warm. Deserving of their star.”
“i CANNOT PRAISE SUNNYS CHINESE ENOUGH. the food? INCREDIBLE, 5 STARS. the ambiance and interior? SO classy yet vibey and chill, 5 STARS. the service? A BAJILLION THOUSAND MILLION STARS — i have never felt so comfortable and happy and cared for 🙃 the servers were super friendly, personal, and well-versed with everything on the menu; the amuse bouche for solo diners seems like a small detail but made me feel so special; and my server even offered me hot water/tea after my meal to digest 🙂🙃🙂🙃
the black sesame french toast and soft serve combination was LETHAL, probably one of the best desserts i’ve EVER had. not only were the edges super crunchy but OH MY GOD THE WARM LAYERS of gooey, rich black sesame jam — infused with an indulgent sweetness from the oolong and soaked condensed milk — were actually divine. i was torn between wanting to scarf down the entire thing in 10 seconds while it was warm , but also wanting to savour every. single. bite. of this heavenly dessert. the french toast was impeccable on its own, but the soft serve was also phenomenal and added an entirely new dimension. it was so smooth and so creamy, and the jasmine flavour was so unique and refreshing — i could actually feel like a coolness / breeze linger in my throat after eating it !?!?!? it was such a great contrast to the decadent layers of black sesame jam.

Service was casual, but very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend the boar belly main, and charcuterie platter - they were incredible!”
“I always love this place. Our server was terrific and the food was delicious. I was with 3 people who had never been there before and everyone thought it was excellent!”
“Still my favourite neighbourhood sushi resto. Small, sweet and very well done.”

“I walked past this place with my wife as we hunted for lunch. After a couple blocks we both noted seeing a place we were interested in. It turned oit to be TO.
Glad we made the choice to turn around. I had the chicken sandwich and my wife the club. The chicken on both was very good and the service fantastic as well. The salad we got with the sandwiches were fresh and relish.
Highly recommended. I'd happily go back during my next visit to Toronto.”
“This is easily the best fast food spot downtown for me. The food is always hot and fresh, not like other places serving cold fries that’ve been sitting around and charge $16 for a combo
Prices are good compared to other fast food joints, but what keeps me coming back is how clean they are and how serious they are about food safety.
They wash their hands a lot, which I notice since I’m super germ-conscious. Only one time, I had to call out a guy who handled cash and then started packing food without washing his hands after. It seemed weird because I’d seen him wash his hands a few times before and after using the POS (no cash) while I was waiting to order.
Anyway, please keep up the hand-washing; it really stands out and matters to people like me who’ll ditch a place over one cross-contamination issue.
The workers are also nice and polite. This location is great and other franchises could learn a thing or two from them. 👍🏼”
“I had the pleasure of being served by Sneha at Subway, and it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly attitude. The food was high quality and tasted great. I’m really happy this location is here!”
“I've passed it so many times.
First time to try this location. Even brought along persons who've never tried here before.
Service was so welcoming. They were quite helpful.
Forgot the pictures.
Tried their teen burger and lettuce wrap veggie patty.
One day hope they have a gluten free bun!”
“Ate fish sticks. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻. The milk shakes are awesome especially the Rum chocolate milk shake. Staff is very courteous. Bartender was making some interesting cocktails. Will try next time.”

“Small but mighty spot. After years of thinking about this spot and getting in line. Today was the day. Perfect sun shine and cool temperatures.
I came what my food friend. We both got the ravioli with meat sauce and spinach inside. This was a perfect amount of food and just hit the spot. Very affordable plate of fresh made pasta.
We shared the fresh mozzarella cheese ball which was perfect. Way better then anything you get in a supermarket.
The sun was shining and this spot got busy. We got to the line at 11:15am and got there at the same time as a few other people. Guaranteed our spot in line to get a table as there is only ten seats.”
“We go to Toronto once a year. One of our first stops once we arrive is dinner at imanishi Japanese kitchen. Our family of four love their entire menu and how everything is a sharing plate. This most recent visit, we had four servings of Hamachi Sashimi which was fresh, sublime and especially yummy. Our ten year old ate most of the servings and loved it. We also had the fluke carpaccio which was equally delicious. The anchovy potato salad, corn kakiage and prawn and cilantro salad were equally first rate. The different tastes were umami and everything was executed in a first rate manner. The only large plate we got was the Gyudon (thinly sliced beef on rice) which our kids enjoyed very much. We could have ordered the entire menu but you need to save a little room for the Japanese toast with Taro ice cream. We left very very satisfied and we’ll be back. We highly recommend.”
“In my opinion, the best shawarma place I’ve ever had. Food is delicious, fresh and is made in front of you. The owner and his workers are really nice and the hospitality is really there. Very convenient too as it is next to my school. Would recommend everyone to try as well as it tastes great and the price is right”
“Had a very good dinner at the Thais Room on College Street. Would suggest a reservation on Saturday night as it has limited seating. Food was fresh, well presented and good quality. The squid dish and the golden curry dish stood out. The mango salad, fried rice and sweet potato dish were both nice additions. Happy to return.”
“Great dinner at Mandarin Yonge to celebrate Mid Autumn Festival. This visit we tried a few new items fro the Small Eats. The teriyaki salmon, teriyaki meatballs and tofu were delicious. Salmon was cooked to perfection. As always Paddy and our server Amy made our evening extra special. Looking forward to our next visit.”
“I love this place. They have amazing vegan options but also options for meat eaters as well. Good wine selection and cocktails. Best vegan caesar salad in the city and the Hakka tofu is lovely as well.”

“I was craving some katsu and rice, so I randomly stumbled upon this place, and I see why it's so highly rated now. I got the combo pork katsu set which has two pieces of pork, and half signature katsu sauce and half creamy sauce, and also came with rice, corn and cabbage salad. The SERVINGS were diabolically generous like holyymoly wow. I was pretty hungry too, but I think I managed to get through about 60%. It was delicious though, and I really wanted to keep stuffing my face but my stomach was going to explode. The pork was so crispy! And the sauce was well balanced, the katsu sauce and the creamy sauce worked well together actually! I enjoyed each bite with both sauces together, but on their own, it was also nice too. Recommend coming here! Make sure your ready to EAT”

“A Hidden Gem for Brunch!!
I came here with 3 of my girlies that love brunch. Everything we ordered was fresh, light, and absolutely delicious.
We started with some drinks which were super affordable compared to other brunch places. The espresso martinis weren’t too sweet and had the perfect balance.
As for the dishes the standout for me was the smoked salmon toast. The combination of the eggs, fresh dill, and sliced salmon on top of toast was so yummy.
Service was nice and the place was cozy/bright. Highly recommend this spot for a girls’ brunch or casual date.”
“Had Valentines dinner there last night. The first dinner package was mainly sashimi but the changed it to sushi for us at a reasonable extra cost . The food was excellent and the wait staff were attentive and friendly. Will definitely go back. An extra was that the waitress who greeted us was Japanese.”
“Dining at Actinolite Restaurant this past Friday was an experience that transcended expectation — an evening defined by artistry, intention, and heartfelt hospitality. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were embraced by a calm, welcoming atmosphere filled with genuine warmth. The space radiates quiet confidence, setting the perfect tone for what unfolded as an exquisite culinary journey.
Under the masterful direction of Chef de Cuisine Jeremy, alongside Sous Chef Kieran and Pastry Chef Jahlea, each course unfolded like a poetic expression of flavour and creativity. Every dish told a story rooted in respect for local ingredients and a deep commitment to seasonality. The flavours were bold yet balanced, the textures refined, and the presentation elegant in its simplicity. Each plate reflected intention, artistry, and a profound reverence for the craft.
The service, led by Miguel and Krista, was exceptional — warm yet unobtrusive, informed yet effortless. Their attentiveness and expertise elevated the entire experience, creating a seamless bridge between the kitchen’s artistry and the guest’s delight.
What stood out most was the intentionality behind every detail — from the sourcing of ingredients to the pacing of each course. Actinolite doesn’t rely on theatrics; instead, it offers a deeply personal culinary narrative defined by purity, precision, and emotion.
In a city rich with culinary talent, Actinolite stands apart as a sanctuary of authenticity and grace. Every bite, every gesture, and every moment felt like a love letter to the art of fine dining.
Actinolite is far more than a restaurant; it is an experience of connection, creativity, and care. It unquestionably merits Michelin consideration, standing as a benchmark of culinary excellence where artistry meets heart.”
“I would highly recommend this place. Good value. Friendly, patient, and helpful service. It was not too noisy. The food appeared high quality and some of the simpler looking menu items were actually really dynamic and delicious. Like the kale salad and squash with bread. My only thorn was their seating layout was weird and was a distraction. We arrived at an empty restaurant, and the first three couples to be seated were all seated together at the back of the restaurant at very tiny tables, felt like our dinner was basically shared with the other couples (they agreed). So just don't expect any private convos. But still would recommend 5/5.”

“I suppose energetic is one way of describing the noise level. However, I would describe the music as blaring and overwhelming loud as was the overlay of diners basically yelling at each other in order to be heard. I could not have a conversation with my partner because I could not hear him even though he was less than three feet away. I consistently had to ask the waiter to repeat themselves. While the food and waiter were amazing, it is the noise level that made our dining experience uncomfortable and disappointing. We will not be returning. If we want blaring dance beat music, we will go to a dance club for that.”
“I recently bought daal from this restaurant and was served by Paras. He was very welcoming, polite, and hospitable. The service was excellent, and his friendly attitude made the experience even better. Truly appreciate his great customer service!
Daal was really tasty and made as per my order!
Thanks team!”
“Had an absolutely wonderful dinner with family and friends. Really great service, very friendly staff, and delicious appetizers, mains, and dessert. Our server Krish treated us like family! What a treat!”
Fine Dining
“My wife and I enjoyed the 7-course Cool Season tasting menu last night and it was hands down the best meal we’ve ever eaten! The pomelo salad and red curry sablefish were standouts for me, but every dish was beyond fantastic. They apparently change the menu about every three months so we’ll definitely be back in the spring/summer. If you’re looking for a memorable experience with delicious food, I highly recommend the chef’s table at Kiin!”
“A TEN course tasting menu in intimate surrounding with the chef preparing your food directly in front of you. Largely vegetarian with 2 fishs dishes...a scrumptious ceviche and a seared cod. A fantastic experience for all your senses ...and educational too!”
“A unforgettable dining experience last 07/04/25 (Friday)! Shoutout to Chef/Owner Danny Cancino and his team for an impeccable service! 👏 Every dish and the complimentary additions were phenomenal! The modern twist in Filipino cuisine was definitely well done!💖🌟 Here are some of my standout favorites 🤯: • Pineapple + Kombu (Seaweed): Refreshing and light, with crispy seaweed balancing the sweet, citrusy pineapple 💛 • Duck Ensaymada w/ Duck Prosciutto and Truffle Butter: One of the fluffiest breads I’ve ever had, inspired by classic ensaymada. Spreading truffle butter on it was chef’s kiss—it melts in your mouth! 😭👌 • Scallop Inari Lumpia: Beautifully presented with fried sushi rice, ginger-chili dressed Argentinian shrimp, and seared scallop on top. The rice was fluffy and so tasty I could eat it endlessly! • Iberico Pork Collar: Juicy, saucy, and umami-packed tender pork with chicharon, lettuce leaves, and sesame aioli. The pickled papaya (atchara) was a nice touch—I don’t usually eat atchara, but I loved it with this! • Beef Short Rib Kare-Kare: The star of the show! 🌟👏 Rich, classic kare-kare flavors with blanched bok choy and eggplant. The thick, peanuty sauce was delightful—if only there was rice! 🤣😋 Hope as many people as possible get to try this ultimate gourmet experience, whether you’re visiting Toronto or a Canada local! 🌟 Thank you Mineral!☺️Until we visit again!”
“This is our second time being here and the experience was like it has been our first time being there. The had a different type of menu this from the summer menu. I love watching the chef make our food. It was a great to just wait in between meals and it didn't feel rush to eat the meal. It is not the kind of place where you want to just gobble the food up right away. They had crafted certain hints of flavors within the sushi and it's extra special. I will definitely come back!”
“Couldn't have chosen a better place to celebrate our Anniversary! From the smile of the hostess to each and every dish, you could feel the love and care that was put into such creative and well done food. Service was kind and attentive. We even had our first ever Armenian wine! We will be back!”
“We went in for a 5-course Secret Lunch menu and it was one of the best Michelin experiences we've ever had. A lot of that has to do with how quiet it was. And the other part came from the explanations, the food itself (which was amazing), and the fact that half of the wines were from Ontario. Definitely recommend for lunch if you're in town!”
“Our graduation celebration at Black+Blue Restaurant in downtown Toronto was an absolute delight. The impeccable service provided by our server Mathew truly elevated our experience. As a steakhouse, the food was exceptional, but what truly stood out was the unparalleled attentiveness and helpfulness of the staff. Mathew’s guidance and attentiveness made the evening truly special. Highly recommended for any occasion where exceptional service and fantastic food are a must!””
“Accommodated allergies and dietary restrictions without compromising flavour. Really inventive and delicious menu -- every dish was a standout. One of the best meals I've had in Toronto in a long time.”
“Great experience with fine french cuisine and especially warm staff, congratulations 👍”

“Huge respect for this restaurant. The two brothers that run this shop make every effort to make a friendly and welcoming environment here. They remember customer orders, ingredients always look fresh, and their food is amazing.
I personally recommend their falafel wrap.”
“If you want fresh and delicious pasta, this is the place to go. Stefano and his team make you feel at home the moment you walk in which makes the shopping experience even better. They have a wide selection of pasta, made fresh and ready in minutes, along with delicious ready-to-go meals that just need to be heated up or baked in the oven. I can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s become a family favourite with weekly visits for quality products that also taste amazing!”
“Butter chicken and chicken byriani really Delicious, strongly recommend 5 stars”

“I was there earlier with a friend, and we had a wonderful time! We were served by Noman and Rithima (apologies if I misspelled your names!) and both were very welcoming. The food was delicious, good size portion, and overall a lovely visit. Thanks so much!”
“We had a recent event at Petros82! The service was amazing along with their delicious food! We will definitely be coming back soon! Highly recommend this restaurant for your corporate events!”

“One of my favorite restaurants in Toronto. Everything is absolutely delicious and I look forward to returning each time I’m in Toronto to try another dish.”

The food was excellent and the wait staff were attentive and friendly. Will definitely go back. An extra was that the waitress who greeted us was Japanese.”
“Visiting Toronto and we found this hip place. Servers were nice, food was good, drinks were amazing! Sake Bomb!!! 👍🏼👍🏼”
“Just checked out this place and Omg what a gorgeous atmosphere. Adam was at the front door to greet me and he was very professional!”
“The environment is good, the food is good, and the service is fast and nice”
“What an unbelievable experience to have dinner at Union. Our server, Hannah, was knowledgeable, attentive and super friendly, you are going to feel Iike you have met her before, she was awesome! The food was perfect, the elk sliders, the gnocchi, the crudo were our faves. We also bumped into a server, Frankie, that we knew from another great restaurant. Overall, Union was amazing, we highly recommend it everyone!”
“We had fabulous service. Our waiter Tim was fantastic. Very attentive and wonderful personality Would highly recommend going there if you are in Toronto”
“Amazing atmosphere, service and you can taste the chef’s passion ❤️🔥”
“While everything here was fantastic, the food truly stole the show. The lamb ribs were absolutely mind-blowing—easily one of the best bites I've ever experienced.”
“This is my favourite place! I always order P10 - Vegan Pho and the vegan crispy spring rolls. The food is always delicious. The staff are friendly. I order from Uber eats often as well and it's the same quality, lots of veggies/tofu and noodles.”
“Food was amazing! Service excellent too, seated as soon as we came in. Best Korean food I have had in Toronto, all fresh and hot. I will definitely be back!! Soy and Garlic chicken was delicious”
“Best restaurant in area. economical and great menu, super fresh with great service.”
“Jason made us feel like family when we visited yesterday. food was great, we will be back!”
“Very good choice for light italian cuisine, not a casual choice, more of a special occasion spot due to the cost but the environment is very warm and the service was great.”
“I was attending Toronto Pride this past weekend and found this beautiful hidden gem and the staff were so friendly knowing that I was alone. fantastic food and fun drinks”
“This is my favourite place in the village. From the fun cocktails, to amazing food and amazing drag shows this place really has something for everyone. If you haven’t checked it out yet, you’re missing out. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend a visit. It will probably become your favourite hang out spot too.”
“The best Food🍜 The bEst Drinks 🍷 The best Vibes Ever 🍾 Must Visit BAWARA, TORONTO ( The Indian Restaurant) 🚀”
“Wonderful lunch experience with @Katsuya.ca definitely must try! Great food awesome staff. Thanks for a great experience”
“Great service, great food, great prices. They have an award for their food, and when you taste it for yourself, you know why! Love coming here!”
“This place is truly an amazing experience 🚀. The hot pot 🍲 is truly delicious 🤤 I will definitely 💯 be going back. 🫃🫃Feeling so full— damn what a dinner! 🎉🎉”
“This is a amazing spot.
Foods are sweet mostly, kept forget serving a few items after you asked it
But I still give 5 star, because great value dine-in compare to the so cheap price and quality of meats !!!
Furthermore so detailed and nastalgia interior of about 1970-1980 in Korea.
I absolutely want to come back”
“Exceptional food and Service every time .... Heart and Soul goes into each plate 🍴”
“super good! I had the spicy "No Name" recommended by the counter gal. I loved it, love the crispy bubbly crust and fresh toppings. it is pricy but delicious. 4 big pieces I shared with a friend.”
“We love this place, but your server Megan from NL made it extra amazing, she is a true gem. Great food, great atmosphere, great music.”
“Kunal and Sanaya are both very good servers.
Food is also very good
*UP DATE*
I have to change my review. I wanted something dary free because i’m intolerant. The server said that almost everything in The menu can be prepared without dary and suggested a very good dish. Unfortunately it was not dary free and I’ve been affected for days. It ruined my vacation…
I also want to add that we have been asked to write a good review and received a free dessert .”
“The tasting menu experience was wonderful. If you can get a spot, it’s a must try for elevated pasta lovers. The dining room is small and intimate, and you get to know the chefs throughout the experience. The 3 person team takes care of the whole experience so you must be patient between dishes, but they still manage to offer exceptional service. My only complaint is the metal stools become uncomfortable after a while, however, they were meant for classes and not long dining experiences. Thank you Tiny Market team for accommodating a vegetarian and pescatarian modifications, and for an overall exceptional and memorable evening.”
“Best food in the city. A master of their craft. Highly recommend. The service is incredible as well.”
“The interior design is done beautifully with lots of unique decors like posters, cherry blossoms, very modern yet also traditional, lots of greens as well to look at. The seating areas is clean and comfortable, and can accommodate many people. The food presentation is very pleasing to look at, and everything is provided for you immediately.
Their staff seems to be mostly Korean so if you can speak Korean you can. 서버는 한국어를 할 수 있습니다. Since they are Korean they are used to the Korean restaurant style so they may not come to your table too often but they are always looking at your tables, if you raise your hand they will come as soon as possible. (If its busy you can yell “jogiyo / 저기요”)
Overall this is a really nice restaurant to relax in and take in the atmosphere while enjoying some sushi.”
“Diner Seoul is a perfect place for those who enjoy Korean cuisine, but would like to try another take at it. You can tell that the chef tries different ideas and creates their version of the familiar dishes, and I think that deserves many stars for a city like Toronto where there aren't too many innovators. I'm hoping that they have interesting dishes for different seasons, for I'd like to see what ideas that the chef has.
The restaurant itself is a cute, small and cozy space with about 24 seats available. I visited with about 16 people and had a great time ?
I highly recommend this place for dates, the atmosphere is perfect for couples who would like to dine with a comforting vibe, interesting yet not-so-strange dishes and kind services.
Looking forward to visiting you again!”
“Expensive. Food wasn't fresh, took over 2h for my drink which was so sweet I couldn't drink it, fungas gnats all over our table, we went as a group and we paid nearly $100 a person for crappy food, service, well if you call reheated appetizers food that is. Each person got 1 piece of appetizer each, from three "courses", we ended up going elsewhere to eat real food... never again. Oh and not to mention, took us over 2h to get there (we were excited and quickly dissapointed), and they charged the same amount for our kids under 8, as they did for adults, as well as a forced tip!! Not worth it, don't waste your time or money.”
“Really enjoyed the atmosphere and Ceci was a great server ! Recommend Rob’s pizza.”
“Czułam się jak w Polsce. Oczywiście menu było dwujęzyczne, tak jak wiele menu w dzisiejszej Polsce. Jedzenie było pyszne, absolutnie fantastyczne. Babcia ma konkurencję.”
“I wish I could give more then five stars for Maison T. This was our fifth time going to this restaurant. The food gets better very time we visit. The staff is absolutely wonderful and the ambiance is just perfect. The chef is absolutely amazing and has put together the most incredible and delicious menu you could ever want. If you want the best restaurant experience in Toronto, go to Maison T.”
“I’m a regular at Nang Saigon, and it’s hands down one of the best pho spots in the city. The rib pho is unbeatable — rich broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and that huge rib that falls right off the bone. Every bowl has heart, and every visit is consistent.
I made the mistake of wandering over to that new, over-hyped Ossington spot everyone keeps talking about. Pricey, flashy, and more about appearances than substance — the kind of place built for buzz, not for flavor. It’s the textbook example of hype over heart.
Places like Nang Saigon are why it’s better to support real mom-and-pop shops instead of throwing money at the latest fad. They’ve been quietly serving quality pho day in and day out, and it shows. Easily a top 5 bowl in Toronto.”
“I recently visited Eat BKK Leslieville and tried their Pad Prik Pow Talay. This dish was an absolute delight! The seafood was incredibly fresh and perfectly cooked, with a wonderful mix of shrimp, squid, and mussels. The flavors were bold and well-balanced, with just the right amount of heat from the chili paste, complemented by the sweetness and smokiness that are characteristic of this Thai dish.”
“This food tasted off the charts!! Some even better than in Turkey (hard to believe, but true) and most of their ingredients imported from Turkey, including the mint garnish. Amazing, friendly service!! Highly recommend this restaurant! We looking forward to returning with friends and family! 😋🥂💖🍻”
“Excellent food and incredible, friendly service. Highly recommend.”
“Delicious fresh food, amazing staff & service! Great ambient atmosphere!”
“Great staff. Awesome vibe. This is a place where you go to take your time, enjoy the food, wine and company.”
“Went for dinner last night before going to a show. The menu was a bit out of our normal experiences but we wanted a different experience. Or booth was comfortable. Jason answered all of our questions, no matter how silly they probably were for him. He was engaging but not over the top - very likeable. We tried four of the spicy dishes and they were all exceptional! We did not try the skewers, which we now regret, but we will go back to do that for sure. What a great dinner experience! Thank you, Jason, and your team. We even enjoyed seeing your take-out container in action 😉.”
“We dined at SARA last week, and were extremely impressed with the amazing service, food, and atmosphere. The chopped salad was one of the best salads I've ever had!”
“Wonderful food, super quick service. The Consomme Chicken is a must try for sure! The Butter Garlic Fries were also amazing.
Portion size is great. The combo with rose topokki is enough for 2 people, and can even be a lot if you're light eaters.”
“La Vegas is the best vegan restaurant in Toronto!”
“Finally visited this spot after a year of driving past, and I wish we did sooner. Food was so so good and the staff was very friendly. We had the papri chaat, Karahi chicken and lamb korma and everything was delicious. Can’t wait to return and try more of the menu.”
“Les meilleurs tacos birria qu'on a mangé lors de notre séjour à Toronto! Et que dire de la horchata! Todo estuvo delicioso!”
“Came here prior to Massey Hall concert. So we were just looking for something quick. Staff were ok, and once you got there attention attentive. Explained the food and made recommendations.”

“I had been craving breakfast there, since it Re-opened and my son brought me take out from them a few weeks. ago., variety of fruits Presentation is beautiful and Very generous portions. My stomach is too small for the portions. I probably would've finished it all if it was in Childs' portion.”
“Looking for a new, favourite haunt? We highly recommend the Prohibition Social House. Located in the Riverside Neighbourhood on Queen Street just across the bridge from the Distillery District and known as the small town in a big city. The ambiance is subdued with low lighting and soft music, creating an inviting, friendly and intimate atmosphere. We dined 2 evenings while visiting nearby family. The menu is creative, diverse and complete, which would satisfy tastes from the basic to the more discriminating palates. Beer and wine selections were impressive and very reasonably priced, especially during their 2 different happy hours. Our servers were Victoria and Talia, both of whom were courteous, friendly, personable, highly engaging and extremely professional. We were also warmly welcomed by management staff. Customer service was outstanding. These qualities and the food made us return customers. On the first evening, we thoroughly enjoyed battered mushrooms, tuna tartare, cob salad and the famous Prohibition burger. The mushrooms were not the standard button variety, but specialty oyster mushrooms coated in a light breading, quick fried and served over greens with a very flavourful aioli sauce. The elegant bluefin tuna tartare was fresh, succulent and professionally presented. The cob salad was fairly standard, but plentiful. The meal highlight was the burger. The Prohibition Social House grinds their own beef, meaning that you can order your burger cooked from rare to well done. I ordered mine medium rare. Complete with fries it was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious, served on a brioche bun with fixings on the side so that you can tailor your burger to preference. All food (other than the salad) was piping hot. The burger was so delicious, I also ordered it on the second evening. No disappointment here… once again, it was consistently impeccable. During our second visit, we also ordered the battered calamari. Again, lightly breaded served over greens with another very flavourful aioli sauce and cooked to a delicate exactness. We also ordered the mushroom ravioli, which was served in a delectable creamy, bechamel sauce. Portions were perfect. All in all… an awesome and impressive dining experience. Well done folks and thank you! We will be back. Quoting a onetime TV show… “You gotta’ eat here!” Phil and Wendy H. (London, Ontario)”
“4 older Zoomer ladies had a bite here after AmJ musical as we walked along THE PATH toward Union Station on a rainy yesterday .it was pretty full lively at 5:30. Service excellent Food great! Two of us had the Sliders -meaty - Good quality beef and big! My friend’s club was awesome & fries were good enough to steal a few from her which we all did , the other woman had the Caesar salad and said it was really tasty and dressing light. All Portions ample. We had to get to Union for 6:45 and still had a little ways to go and they were quick with bill and follow up by initial server - excellent.”

“Went here for a birthday dinner and had a great time. Divya, Saru and Rahi made sure we had a wonderful time. Service was amazing and our food was delicious. They were able to accommodate our large group right away. The complementary birthday service was also very lovely.”
“I must say.....well deserved 5star .. had a wonderful dinner with my wife, the food was great = even the Ribeye Steak w/ rapini was great at an Italian restaurant . The servers were absolutely amazing, so attentive - due to small tables= the doormen were so friendly = kudos to management / ownership - If you're looking for a true authentic Italian restaurant = this is one you shouldn't miss out on. The Sugo (red sauce) was amazing”
“The Amsterdam Brewhouse is located along the Lake Ontario Waterfront at Queen's Quay West. They have a large indoor and outdoor seating area and are open from 11am to late (weekdays) and 10am to late (weekends). Menu features the Amsterdam Brewery label draught beers along with a fairly typical bar food menu. We visited recently during a warm weekend afternoon and were able to be seated immediately. Blonde Lager tasted just fine, artichoke dip was pretty good as well. Prices are a bit high but we found food and drink quality to be fair enough, food portion sizes are good. Venue is quite fun and views of the lake are great. Amsterdam Brewhouse is a fun place, we'd be happy to pop in again during future walks along the waterfront.”
“We are Brazilian and had a great experience at this restaurant. Asha was our server, and she was absolutely wonderful. From the beginning, she was very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. She also gave us great recommendations about places to visit and things to do in Toronto, which made our experience even better. We will definitely come back because of the excellent service we received. Food was really good and the sound too”
“Food and Service was exceptional. Work dinner. Definitely took us on a good journey and left us in a good coma. Service was outstanding. Only suggestion is if you are going to take home left overs they give you a number and it’s up to you to ask for it at the end. If you forget to ask you are out of luck. I was so looking forward to taking the left overs to my honey at the hospital.😔 We will just have to come back😊”

“I had a lovely birthday dinner date here, everything, from the food, to the service, to the atmosphere, was amazing. To start we got the peach bellini slush and strawberry aperol sour, both of which were tasty and refreshing, and did not taste like alcohol. For an appetizer, we shared a plate of fried calamari rings, which was scrumptious. The marinara dipping sauce paired well and the acidity cut the greasiness of the oils. Onto the main dishes, the vodka rigatoni was exceptional, and the portion was quite big! I loved the sauce and the small chunks of meat, although I did find the cheese on top a bit strange. The mushroom pizza also tasted great, however, I would probably recommend getting pasta over pizza here, since that seems to be their niche. For dessert, we ordered a tiramisu, which was exceptional, probably the best tiramisu I've had from a restaurant. NOTE: be careful when scooping the first bite, because we both choked on the cocoa powder, which was very funny. Overall, I absolutely loved my experience dining here, and I would love to come back with my girl friends on a night out, I feel like that would be an ultimate vibe. I also want to come check out their happy hour so I can try some of their drinks for $10.”
“The appetizers were excellent; the tuna and shrimp ceviche was fresh and well balanced, and the corn elote ribs were truly one of a kind. The mac and cheese was rich and soulful, but the cornbread really stole the show: incredibly moist, full of flavor, and perfectly complemented by the butter provided. The main dishes were above average overall. The jerk chicken was nicely presented and thoughtfully put together, though the chicken itself could have been more flavorful. The curry lamb, on the other hand, was very succulent and appetizing; however, the roti served with it was disappointing and fell short of expectations. Overall, a great experience with standout appetizers and sides, with some room for improvement on a few main elements.”
“Best tasting experience of the year! No doubt a five-star recommendation! My friend and I prepaid for the 9-course tasting menu through OpenTable and every course turns out to be so innovative and tasty! The tasting menu was not shown until the very end, which made us in suspense throughout the journey. Moreover, the restaurant was also very caring and asked about our food preference and allergy ahead of time. Neither of us are spicy-sauce tolerant, and therefore we appreciated it so much when they added a plate of freshly made salad, of which size was big enough for sharing, right after we told them one course was still too spicy for us! If I have to name one downside of this place, I'd say it's quite troublesome for ppl who prefer to making reservations over phone to get an instant answer to their questions and concerns, especially about the tasting menu since it's prepaid. Although the phone number is provided on both restaurant website and OpenTable, no one really picked the phone during the business hour and no voice mail was enabled — I tried at least 4 times before made up my mind just doing the online booking.”
“I was a single diner but unfortunately there was a 20-30 minute wait at the door due to the restaurant being fully booked. However, I noticed bar seats and decided to dine at the bar. Shamin greeted me with no hesitation and quickly took my appetizer order which to my surprise came out very fast. The portions are on the larger scale, can definitely be sharing plates. I also ordered the lamb chop dish with basmati rice and apparently received more than what was expected of the plate. Overall I had a great dining experience the food is excellent, high quality, fresh ingredients and extremely tasty. Thank you Shamin for your stellar service!”
“Food, vibes and drinks were all immaculate. Such a cute joint to visit for date night or with friends. Our server Max was amazing and really attentive. We got the arancini’s to start and the sauce tasted just like my Nonna’s. The radiatore pasta with pesto was so fresh and the stracciatella was the perfect topping. I love that they were able to split the pizza between two flavours. We got both the vodka and the annex on one pizza. Light and flavourful. Will definitely be back!”
“We wandered in here at happy hour with no expectations and were blown away at the quality of the cocktails, atmosphere, snacks, and service. Meg took care of us and Gus is the mastermind behind the beverage program - 10/10 for both!! An amazing selection of margs and we were sorely tempted by the $6 Guinness. Try the Aperol Margarita or the Midnight Monarch. You won't be disappointed”
“Updated review:
Probably one of the best meals you can get on the Danforth strip. The food is exceptionally tasty, fresh, and served with so much love. The shish tawook, and lentil soup are so satisfying in every way.
The photos speak for themselves. Spectacular meal. To the last rice grain.
Ordered grilled chicken meal ( asked for more salad than rice) and a cheese manakish. Both were perfect. I can’t wait to eat here again.”
“This place is great -- delish mini doughnuts and lunch options, esp the halloumi sandwich.”
“Hosted an intimate dinner in the Library Room at Loop Line. The food was incredible such a uniquely curated menu and wine pairings were exceptional, a taste sensation! The staff were so warm and attentive — they made the evening unforgettable. A hidden gem, Highly recommend!”
“Nice small coffee shop, pretty good vibes with nice music. Perfect for reading a book or for a date.
I didn't try the sandwiches, they looked good, but I was not impressed by the croissants, too flaky.
Americano was pretty good, however the specialty latte was terrible, way too much syrup to my liking.”
“If you are looking for incredible tasting food, quality ingredients, environmental sustainability, a trendy and tranquil café vibe, detailed dietary accommodations, and complete transparency, this is your spot. You can tell that Chef Ishan and his team truly care about the food and experience they are offering to their guests and go out of their way to offer suggestions, provide any information you need and offer delicious bonuses throughout your meal. There is a fantastic range of options on their menu making it an excellent spot to stop for a specialty drink and appetizer, breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert or cocktail hour. With every bite you can taste the quality of what you are eating. I ate there with my 3 and 6 year old recently and they loved it just as much as I did. I highly recommend everyone visits this unique spot and appreciates their ethos for themselves! If I lived in Toronto I would definitely be a regular customer.”
