“Had a great time. We went with a work group from Water Systems and it was a blast. Everyone participated in the axe throwing. Good selection of drinks at the bar, informative introduction and guidance through the process. I even lost an earring that was a gift from my goddaughter and they were amazing about Communication while they looked until they found it and returned it to me. Gabe was our guide and my contact for finding my earring and I can’t say enough nice things about him.”

“I usually have low expectations for restaurants lately but Travinia Italian Kitchen exceeded them in every way. It was the first visit for my wife and I. We were greeted by the friendly receptionist who seated us upon arrival. The atmosphere was very pleasant with soft lighting and Sinatra style music at just the right volume.
Our waitress Tatum was professional, friendly and courteous. She did a great job making us feel welcome and was very helpful in selecting our meals. My wife had the chicken piccata and I had the short rib rigatoni. Both were excellent and came out quickly. We also had the tiramisu which may be the best I’ve ever had. Portion size for the meals and dessert were great.
The prices were also very reasonable for such a nice dining experience.
The live musician was setting up as we were leaving but as I mentioned, the music fit the mood perfectly.”

I got the medium flavor and it was very good except they barely put any sauce on them & the side of ranch dipping sauce was extremely small for the amount of chicken. I did really like their fries a lot too. The chicken was delicious though and the amount of food was great for the price. We will definitely try again.”

“Let's start with the prices... everything is extremely well-priced for the portions you receive. We had the vegetable noodle, eel roll, and tuna roll. At first, we were mistakenly given what looked like a California roll, and my husband is allergic to the crabstick used. I went back in and spoke to them, apologizing because they were busy. They had absolutely no problem fixing it, I only had to wait maybe five minutes.

The food is really tasty! It was so much better than we expected (we eat at a lot of places) considering our past experiences with Tokyo Grill. The workers are efficient and nice, helpful whenever you need it.

Service was perfect even though they were busy. They didn't skip a beat, and when we had an issue with the sushi, they didn't mind and corrected it. I can't thank them enough for that, we felt so bad!

The place is no real frills, it isn't fine dining atmosphere, but it is comfortable. It could get crowded if lots of people choose to eat in.

Overall, this has become our favorite place with one visit. The people, the value, the food, it's all great!

“From a customer perspective as well as a DoorDash driver perspective, Tokyo Grill is hands-down one of the best places to order from. The staff is incredibly friendly, I’m always greeted with a smile and their customer service is top-notch. The restaurant is always clean and inviting. The food is consistently amazing and ready exactly when it’s supposed to be. They never miss the small but important things, like including napkins, cutlery, straws etc so I never have to worry about a customer lacking anything in their order. I’ve never had an order that needed to be updated or changed because of an issue, which speaks volumes about their consistency, professionalism and how reliable and organized they are. This Tokyo Grill location truly sets a high standard. I can’t speak for the other locations, but this one should definitely be used as an example for them all and for restaurants in general.

Lord knows I was wrong and would never want to turn business away from anyone. The owner Rich reached out to me and invited me and my son to have dinner on him. That was one of the sweetest gestures and I was enamored. If you know anything about feeding teenage boys who play football, then you know it's not cheap. So tonight I redeem myself and apologize for anything I may have said. This place is amazing and way more affordable than I thought. I mean I don't think you can even get a taco at taco bell for $2.95. That's right. 2.95 yall!! Not to mention, they were overfilled tacos at that. My son loved them. I had a rice bowl and it was nothing but delicious. Now aside from the food, the hospitality was unmatchable. The server that waited on us, I believe her name was Cassy and there was another young gentleman that also helped out. The owners are so lucky to have the both of them on their team. “Rebekah the general manager at the South Lake location went above and beyond for myself and 2 other teachers at Deerfield Elementary School. She drove her personal vehicle and used her gas to deliver an Uber eats order that I had issues receiving. I’ve NEVER experienced customer service at such a superior level. I told her that I didn’t need her to do it, and she insisted because she didn’t want our experience ruined. How extraordinary is that?! Today I had my usual nacho basket, for some reason the jalapeños are now dumped on top of the chips, I suppose for presentation. problem is that the juice makes the chips soggy. this might seem petty but there's nothing worse than soggy chips. also the cheese sauce was brown and clumpy, like it was old. this was my first bad meal. please go back to the peppers in a cup and a nice fresh creamy cheese sauce. thanks!”

“Very busy restaurant with staff that worked hard to keep it clean and efficient. My only complaint was that I ordered a large fry with “allergy alert” (separate bag, change of gloves) for a child in our party with numerous food allergies. The waffle fries are the only “safe” food for her at CFA. The alert was ignored by whoever bagged our food. The fries came in the same bag as the sandwich, with ketchup packets laying on top of them. For an allergy alert situation, this is unacceptable. Please don’t offer this service if the staff is going to ignore it.”

“Husband had this pizza years ago at a rural location. He completely forgot about it until seeing sign at a different location in another very rural area. I personally have never had it and I'm extremely picky when it comes to pizza. It's one of my favorite foods. Well he suggested I try it because he remembers loving it over a decade ago. So I agreed and got a simple pepperoni pizza and then drove 15 mins home. Only cost $11.99 plus tax for a 12" Pizza which is cheapest pizza I've ever purchased. I had to rewarm it which made me hesitant on the quality. I was totally wrong. THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER EATEN. First purchase for me was yesterday and today I went out and bought 2 more. Great dough, sauce, cheese the works. I will forever be a Hunt Brothers Pizza only..”

I’ve been to the irmo location since it’s down the street from where I live and have had issues with food quality, service. I’ll gladly drive 20 mins out of the way for better food without an attitude.”

“We were regular San Jose customers, and while they are good, they were closed. We decided to try Chapala's again. A couple years back, we had gone and weren't too pleased. We were very glad we gave them another chance. Not sure what has changed, but the food was outstanding! The most tender chicken in the entrees and the guac was extra good! We are now regular customers. So, if you haven't been in a while, do yourself a favor and revisit!!”

“Ok this is updated review . Plus different location. I decided to try here again after totally being disappointed the first time. The fries were hot and the burger was great. The sauce they offer were definately worth trying. The hotdogs are phenominal they toast the bread and they are not burnt which is good if your kids are picky about it. Lol good place and there icecream was good too. Im glad I gave them a.second chance.”

“I’ve been here twice now and they have the friendliest staff! Portions are decent and the ice cream is delicious! So far I’ve tried the raspberry, oatmeal cookie, and graham cracker flavors. All were amazing! Only another 1000 to try, lol. Will definitely be back!”

“I order from this location pretty frequently since it's a very short drive from my house. Whether you go inside or through the drive-through, the staff are always very polite and try to take your order and have you served within a timely manner. I've never sat (or stood) more than 5 minutes waiting on my food. The food is always fresh and tasty. All in all, I have no complaints and only good things to say about this particular location.”

“Took My Family out here to a place I tried, I believe last week with my sister. I figured the rest of the family would enjoy it as well. I was correct! They have amazingly homemade tasting burgers in my personal opinion. The different options are phenomenal even though yes I feel it's a little pricey but the quality is there so for now I can role with the price. Just not at the level it was on tonight because....Oh Goodness Benjamin, Jackson & Hamilton I spent up in there was well worth the TREAT! Tomorrow Nights the TRICKS are coming out!
