“Vitality Tap is a hidden gem in Downtown San Diego! The vibes are awesome as soon as you walk in. The juice selection is insane! Whether you're into juices or smoothies, they've got you covered. “The acai bowls are big! I ordered online. They kept my bowl cold. It was not runny at all when I arrived for pick-up. On the menu, the bowls look basic but the menu expands so you can customize, including free add-ons such as coconut, peanut butter and honey. For the peanut butter lovers, the peanut butter is on top of the bowls, not blended.“

“I discovered Chiefy Cafe in Hillcrest while running errands (they have several locations). The cafe has a simple and welcoming vibe, and it's dog-friendly.Upon entering, I had a casual chat about their menu and was intrigued by their signature drinks. I opted for the Iced Moon Latte, made with Oatmilk, Vanilla, Cinnamon, Tocos Powder, Ashwagandha, and Spirulina.They offer good food options, but my focus was on the coffee.Initially unsure about how my drink would taste due to the various ingredients, I was pleasantly surprised. The healthy additions blended well, resulting in a flavor more akin to a cinnamon and vanilla latte.They offer only one drink size, which I found to be perfect.They have a few drinks and menu items in mind for my next visit. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the names of the ladies who made my drink and chatted with me, but their friendly service added to my pleasant experience.“

“My last day here at beautiful ocean Beach. I’m going to miss the beautiful weather, friendly people and the beach! I’m also going to miss We Be OB! I had breakfast and lunch there. For breakfast I tried the chili egg sandwich it was delicious, you won’t be disappointed in any of the sandwiches. The staff was so friendly and helpful.I really enjoyed my visit there. Definitely give it a five star and would recommend it to everyone!“

“Hands down the best acai bowl I’ve had in San Diego. The coconut sorbet is absolutely divine and the best addition to an acai base! Northside Shack loads your bowl up with fruit and other fun toppings! We did not order ahead but our order took only 5-10 minutes to make even though they were quite busy. There’s not really any great place to sit and eat so I would definitely recommend taking your food to go!“

“This was my first time trying this place out. I love Brazilian food. I been living in San Diego for a year now. The more I am here the more I want to cultivate myself into the culture here to expand my horizons. This place was so extraordinary in the different bowl creations you can make but having a different culture food to dive into.I got the traditional Brazilian bowl. The house made sauce was so good. It was the perfect blend. The steak was my favorite. I love how flavorful it was.I even tried the Brazilian açaí smoothie. The best superfood you can consume! The customer service was the highlight of my whole experience. The girl was so passionate in her work and so helpful. The ways she showed her hospitality will go far in the best possible way. “This place is located inside a business building. They don't validate parking but if you grab and go it's free under like 10 minutes , I say that because that's how long I stayed in the parking was free. Plenty of places to sit inside and outside and it's such a cool vibe . The outside seating has a little pond which is nice to look at. They also have breakfast and lunch food items but I did not try any of those as they were out of breakfast sandwiches by the time I arrived. I did, however, get the honey, cinnamon coffee and it was very flavorful and made quickly.“

“We got the island smoothie which was super refreshing on a hot day. Parking isn't super convenient but there is a 15 minute parking spot close to the juice shop. The staff were very friendly and recommended the island smoothie to us. They use coconut milk for this drink so it's dairy free.“

“Their chai latte with oat milk is PHENOMENAL. I ordered mine hot. The flavor was so rich, full bodied for sure. The oatmilk made it perfectly creamy and gave it that steamed milk flavor, and overall the sweetness level was perfect. Bonus points for the barista that made my daughter a hot chocolate when they don't even have it on the menu she made it with steamed milk and I believe she said chocolate syrup or powder or something. Not something they normally make, but she made it happen for my daughter the shop is quaint and a little small, it gives you the feel of being on a little boat on the ocean very open and airy. “I ordered the steak burrito and the Aloha White Mocha. The burrito was pretty good and I like that the tortilla was cooked. The Aloha White Mocha was a little off to me. The drink was good but it seemed watered down or something. It was even a double shot espresso and it tasted like it was a regular coffee. Overall I would go back and try another drink so I would suggest someone give this place a try.“

“This is a great little coffee stand. Even when there's a long line they serve us quickly. I've noticed that consistently and it's appreciated. The coffee is always good. We get my daughter a burrito there often before school, and she loves them. The young women who work there are friendly and if you've been going there for years like we have they remember what you like to order. I've never been to a better coffee shop.“

They serve cafe moto which is the best roaster in town, the drinks are good, the variety of milks offered is plentiful, and the service is fast. I don’t understand the folks who can’t wait for two cars to get their coffee yet they’ll sit in the line at Starbucks or Better Buzz for burnt swill. To each their own. I don’t find the prices too high as they are on par with the cost of living increases and are fair. “Came to this drive thru to try some coffee, my favorite part is that you can park at the target and sit outside or you can just pull up with your car. The baristas were nice and helpful. The drinks we got were a bit slow to come out, which is something you should consider coming here, despite the drive thru (greater than 10min for 2 drinks). Also the drinks we got were pretty sweet so make sure you ask for less sugar if you don't want it to be too sweet. The outdoor seating is cute and not a bad first date spot if the weather is nice!“

“I really love this place! Every time I'm in the area I stop her for an acaì bowl and I'm never disappointed. They also had a lot of other options that are worthwhile as well but the acaì is my go-to. I love the outdoor vibe and they have a few tables set up for you to relax if you want to sit down to eat before going on your way.“
