“They used to have a covered outdoor patio but that got taken down but it looks like the place was remodeled recently because I don't remember it looking like this the first time. We visited during the pandemic as our first time and this was our second time back. We were greeted and the lady at the cash register was very friendly and pleasant. I didn't know if I should get the torta or a burrito. I always get a burrito so I decided to opt for the torta this time; it was a good choice. They loaded the torta up with fresh ingredients, including fresh cheese, and avocado, and they have the grilled onions on the side, which were delicious addition with a little bit of chips. I got horchata to drink, and it was very tasty. Perfect mixture. Overall, the establishment was very clean and there was plenty of sauces and sides to complement the dishes. The dishes or bag, and I would've loved for my boyfriend to share my torta, but he was too hungry and the food was too good. The customer service was top-notch and we would definitely return again.“

“It's like being at your favorite tia's house! You feel at home having conversations sharing a joke and laugh all whole having a delicious meal. They start off by bringing a basket of mini muffins with a variety of flavors freshly baked and rotating so it's a surprise each visit. The energy is very old school there's no feeling of judgement it really brings back an old school Americana vibe I haven't seen in this country for a long time. I ordered up the NY steak and eggs with grilled onions on top and it was a nice sized steak seasoned well to the point that you didn't need steak sauce a welcome steak compared to many others I've had who have to hide the blandness behind sauces. The hashbrowns crispy exterior and flush interior with some tapatio and ketchup was perfect to pair with the steak. A great start to any day and a welcome vibe of OG America“

“Sharky's in Westlake is our go-to spot. We eat there AT LEAST twice a week and Mrs. Wendy is one of the nicest people who always takes care of our family. Our sons love coming in to visit Wendy and Nancy along with getting their favorite food. We can't wait until our next visit!“

“I have been to El Pollo Corona Grill, a few times both in their MoorPark and their Simi Valley locations. The food is excellent! Compliments to their chefs! I have had their chicken, tri-tip and pork chop plates. Service is very fast and very friendly. The place is clean and orderly. Often there are many people in their restaurant, either sitting enjoying their meal or getting takeout. Their counter attendants are welcoming, quick and very good at what they do helping to keep the line moving. Most Mexican Restaurants don't give you guacamole or sometimes not even cheese. But I got guacamole, Tomato and onions, and shredded cheese. The portion size was perfect. “They have really good hard shell tacos with your choices of meat. My goto are the carnitas, or chicken which is lightly marinated in salas. It's the same chicken they use for there quesadillas too which are delicious! There street tacos de Asada & burritos are good too, and there bean & cheese burritos never disappoint! Of course all this good food couldn't be done without their outstanding service! If you eat here you'll enjoy the Spanish music they play on the TV, or at times they'll have a soccer game on.“

“Yesterday I was walking near the place in search of a Mexican restaurant and I found this market. The truth is I was surprised by how big it is. Also inside the market they sell burrito tacos and pastor's cakes, asada, tripa, legua and carnitas, also stewed nopales with potato, pork rinds in green and red sauce, the tacos are very delicious, and since it is a market, they also sell fruits, vegetables and a large assortment of groceries, a 100% recommended place.“

The mole is authentic, not too chocolatey, not too spicy (at least for me) just right. The owner, his family and staff are very attentive. Me and my husband just came here for the first time for breakfast, we both ordered the little mule burritos with sunny side up eggs, and they offered us a free coffee. We received the food and the portions were very big and filling, you can tell the food was made fresh and the quality is amazing. Each ingredient was made perfectly and so delicious. They wrapped it up perfectly. All the flavors came together, me and my husband were just amazed and still cant shut up about how insanely good it was. They also gave us chipotle sauce that was the best chipotle sauce we’ve ever had and cholula that complimented the burrito even more but even without it, it still tastes amazing. We both agreed this place has the best burritos we have ever had. It was an amazing start to our day. We will most definitely be coming back with a huge smile on our faces to try more things. This a Mexican specialty grocery store with an option to order or take out food. Pan dulce from Panadería Vanessa in Oxnard is brought in fresh daily. There is now a nice expanded eating area, where Rocket Fizz used to be. We go for the tacos, freshly made guacamole and to buy El Metate corn tortillas. Mexican sodas like Jarritos, paletas, cookies like Marias and giant piñatas are also available for purchase.“

“I am reviewing Sharky's based on this visit alone since I've been there many times. My daughter and I went on a little dinner date and we decided to share a burrito because she was going to go jump at sky zone after and I didn't want her to throw up. The service was very attentive and friendly from every person working. My daughter wanted some chips to munch on and she got a little basket. The sauce choices are delicious and you cannot go wrong no matter what you choose. I got the fiesta burrito with chicken on a whole wheat tortilla with pinto beans this burrito is so filling and delicious and it taste healthier due to the tortilla choice. “This place is located in CUSCI in a nice courtyard area. The restaurant inside and the patio was clean with friendly and quick service. I took a star off as the nachos are your basic nachos, nothing really special about them but it will satisfy your nacho cravings. However, the grilled fish taco and the crispy fish tacos were fantastic. The fish didn't taste fishy which is a good thing in my opinion. The cilantro rice was nice and fresh.
