“I've been a member of the Carlsbad location since 2017 off and on. We just had our company Christmas party there this Friday and the staff was amazing and really helpful. Everyone loved the venue, not too big not too small - and the wine selection was great! Carruth is my Cheers - my fav spot in the Village.“
“What a gem! Ambiance is wine shop and old rhymes. Love that you can pick out a bottle and drink it there or get a glass from the wine list. Small bites like flatbread and cheese samplers. No kitchen food. Servers love wine and are super helpful with suggestions. See what you like and you can even become a member. Special wine dinners and tasting events. Can't wait to go back for more sips.“
“Came in on 3/30/24 for a great jam band, On The Bus. Nice back room has alot of tables and plenty of room to watch the elevated stage. Overall good spot to try some good wines and see music. Not sure if their heaters work or not as it was FREEZING back there, and they were not on. It was a cloudy and windy day -- but even though the space is covered and enclosed it was too chilly. A huge plus is that you can bring food in from neighboring restaurants ! The Reserve Pinot was the highlight of the red flight -- as it should be since a glass costs more than the flight -- a nice treat.“
