“I was a customer when they were still with their food truck so when I found out they opened a restaurant near my work I was very excited. My coworkers and I order at least once a week from here breakfast and lunch. Portions and prices are excellent and food tastes great too can't ask for much more especially in this neighborhood where options are incredibly limited. I think you should all check them out.“

If you don't get in early on weekends parking is tough and you can expect a wait but they do move people in and out. Haven't actually had lunch here.“
“This is one of my favorite brunch places in LA! The loco moco hits everytime and the matcha pancakes are something I order every time I eat here. Their pancakes are also something that my friends and I love to share. Service is fairly quick, I'd say food arrives 10 min after seating. They do get busy in the morning, so be sure to come early!“

He asked me my name and said, "Place your order, and I will tell the chef to make yours well:. My sandwich came our perfectly. “First time to Sweetsalt! I came to the reopening mainly because Frank Bonventre, former head pastry chef for Wolfgang Puck, the Oscars, and Joan's on Third, is now the new pastry chef!! I was excited...Mr. Bonventre is a legend in Los Angeles and Sweetsalt had become a go to place for breakfast (they serve it with a salad side!!!) and lunch. Gorgeous place...who knew the this old building in Toluca had such great bone!!!??!! Service was great and friendly...and the food...OMG (I had the lettuce cups, flourless chocolate cake, breakfast muffins). It was soooo delicious and reasonably priced... Such a great meeting place. “Came here under the recommendation of my son, nephew, and wife who sampled their left overs. We were told it tastes better fresh off the grill. I can admit they weren't lying. Pancakes have that French toast flavor to them and what you thought to be syrup is not. I won't give anything away so you can experience for yourself. We got an order of eggs over easy that when poked, the yolk is not yellow like everywhere else. It was that orange you see when you hand pick the egg from the nest. The fries were another surprise for me. They were exactly what I had in mind although I wasn't the one that ordered them. I ended up eating half of my wife's plate they were so delicious. We also had the chicken sausage which I originally thought to be hash browns. Full of flavor and really enjoyable. How it works: order first, take your number to the table, wait to be blown away. I opted for 3 eggs over easy, hash browns, toast, sausage and a cup of coffee. The hash browns stole the show but everything on the plate was solid. The management and staff have always been extremely kind, friendly, and have delivered excellent service. If Yoli is there ask for her, she’s wonderful and super sweet. Hands down the best IHOP I’ve been to, and despite all the amazing places to eat in LA, this continues to be a regular stop for us. I order the chicken and waffles with a side of bacon and egg. Everything was delicious and por portions was plenty. My husband ordered the Mexican omelette with a side of has browns and toast and he too enjoyed his food very well. The ranchero salsa was delicious.The service was quick and very efficient. On top of that everyone was very friendly and helpful.The star of the meal was the cafe de olla!
