“I wanted a good steak for my birthday and I immediately jumped on google.. I came across Lewnes Steakhouse and read the reviews. We dined there yesterday for my birthday. From the time we walked in until the time we left everything was great! The food was very delicious and our steaks were cooked to perfection as requested. The waiter was very attentive and checked on us multiple times. The complimentary brownie with fudge and Ice-cream was mouthwatering. We will be returning soon.”

“Wonderful customer service. Our 2 year old decided to have a meltdown mid meal, which upset another patron, while we were outside calming her down the staff gathered a few books, stickers and crayons for her to play with when we sat back down. It was very thoughtful and helped to make the rest of our evening with family even more enjoyable. Thank you!”

“Each time I go to the Maternal and Fetal doctor, I stop here. I’ve had wraps and sandwiches and and every time it has been amazing. The young gentleman who always takes our order is part owner and so sweet. Today I ordered a green chicken wrap and it was delish! The young man even brought my order out to me before I could make it back inside. Recommend trying it out based on taste, quality, timeliness, and friendliness.”

“Originally I would’ve given this place 3 stars. My reservation was @6:15 for a party of 2. I arrived 15 minutes early and kept seeing other people be seated until 6:40 when I finally got seated. My partner had to cancel our movie because we wouldn’t have made it on time as the food did take 30 minutes. However, our serve Ben, was beyond kind and attentive. He made the experience worth while. The food was absolutely delicious and he would check in frequently to see if my offend and I needed refills or needed to order anything else. I finally decided to try desert and I recommend the coconut cake it’s so delicious. I will definitely be back and ask for Ben! I had previously visited 6 months ago and my server was not kind and messed up the order on my birthday. Decided to give this place a try again to celebrate a promotion. Steak rolls and rib eye with mashed potatoes is my go to always. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Ben for your amazing customer service and care to detail!”

They invited my daughter and our family to visit for her birthday and went above and beyond to make her feel special. “Went on a Sunday afternoon. Not busy at all. Wife and I decided to do an early Valentine’s Day date. The food was phenomenal. We decided to do the whole experience. The open buffet was great. A lot of options and all tasted great. The plantains and one of the pastas they had was very good. Great service from all the people going around with the meats. One that stood out was Robert he was very friendly and very attentive to the guest and what we wanted. We told him how we wanted the meat cooked and which one and he was on it! The server was awesome too always coming around the check on us. The desserts was very delicious. We are definitely coming back”

My go-to is the chicken tostadas (so good!), while my husband usually gets the burrito loco or quesadillas—he’s never disappointed. Their customer service is just as impressive. Everyone I’ve interacted with, whether over the phone or in person, has been kind, welcoming, and professional. I’m always greeted with a smile, and it’s clear they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend!”

“My wife and I lost power & heat before Christmas so we had to spend the holidays out of the house with our 5 week old daughter. We ate Christmas lunch/dinner at SHIKA sushi &ramen and it was awesome! They really saved the day for us. We are usually 4-6 rolls feasters so thought we’d just start with 3 and go from there. 3 was plenty! The rolls were massive and delicious. The service was great. Poor lady had to fill my water like 10 times. And they sealed the deal with a free piece of cheesecake! Entire meal came in about $50! Highly recommend you go check them out! Cheers!”

“Since checking this place out, I have become a regular customer, and now come in 1-2x a week for a grocery restock. I have had no time to cook since the new year and had been eating out almost every meal.... but there are so few places around with healthy options. I am so picky about what fruits and veggies, organic items, etc. that I eat, and thankfully sprouts has provided great options for that! The baristas/cashiers are always so helpful and kind to us. Some of my favorites are-- ALL of the soups (seriously that chicken and rice is perfection, especially if you are under the weather), turkey chili, thai wrap, veggie wrap, egg roll in a bowl, drunken noodles, bbq chicken and succotash, the vitality ginger drink (that spice burns but feels good!), the challah and sourdough bread, eskimo bites for a treat, and the strawberry blondie brownies! I am trying new things as the menu changes, but these have been on my constant restock when available of what I have had so far!! I recently learned they can heat the items for you, so you can eat a hot meal there (I have not done this yet myself, as this is like grocery shopping for me so i take it home... but i have seen lots of people in there enjoying their meals!) I have seen some complain about the prices, but if you know the quality of what you are getting (local, organic), then you would realize these are very fair prices! If I have ever wanted to request something or had a slight issue, Sprouts has always been more than happy to accommodate. Thank you Sprouts for providing great service and food options to the community! You will see me again soon! Gluten free, Dairy free, or Flexitarian, check them out!”

We visited here for the first time a few days ago as we were traveling through Maryland and stopped in Annapolis for the day and we were pleasantly surprised with both the seasonal maple iced latte and the iced tea we got. I didn’t see until I had already received my drink that they had a supposedly iconic coffee smoothie on their menu. That was probably their best menu item - shame I didn’t get a chance to try it. Next time!! But yeah, this place is located in a little food hall that has several different vendors all in one location. So, you can come here for food from some other places and get your coffee at Rise Up all at the same time! I really enjoyed this place, service was good, our drinks came out fast, and there really were no complaints. I will be trying the coffee smoothie next time I’m in Annapolis and stop by Rise Up!!”

We got a Greek side salad, a side of potato salad and a kids spaghetti with marinara. Served with crispy soft bread perfect for soaking up the tomatoey marinara sauce Everything is so fresh and well prepared! We all left full and satisfied. And all this for under $20!”

“I’d give it 6 stars if I could. Looks like a bookstore from the outside, but guess what?! Well. It kind of is a bookstore. Because it’s IN a bookstore. But that’s part of its charm. The coffee is great, obviously. And they have tea. Just don’t you dare ask for chamomile. Or if you’re feeling playful, you can always get some hot choccy. They’re always playing great music too. A fantastic atmosphere. I go in every single day with my laptop to do some work and I swear, I accomplish more in one hour than a college kid on Adderall cramming at 4am for an 8am final. The real absolute rockstar of the show, though, is Madison. I think she might actually be superhuman. Once I ordered something and she told me no, I don’t want that, and then made me something else. And you know what? She was absolutely right. It’s like she was able to take her hand and reach it into the deep, dark recesses of my soul and somehow know more about me and what I want than I’ve ever known about myself my whole life. I will never question her on anything again. If you’re in Annapolis for even just one day, this place is a must stop. Just don’t come when I’m there, I’m trying to get some work done.”

“Love CPK when I'm in Annapolis. Went last Wednesday night and it was VERY Disappointing. I usually get the Waldorf chicken salad with Shrimp on top. I explained to the waitress , who must of been new, what I wanted. My sister and I get the Full Waldorf salad and split it. Two dishes come with the salad, one for each of us. This girl brought the salad and 2 very small plates. Never offered us any cracked pepper and never asked us if we wanted refills for our drinks, we had to ask. The salad had too much dressing so that it was drenched, the salad was wilting. Also they used the wrong dressing and the ingredients were few. We saw that she was shorthanded because she seemed rattled. Not very good all around. Hope this doesn't happen again. I sometimes take 3-4 people their at a time and don't want a repeat of this.”

“I would like to share how lovely last night's private chef meal experience was with The Bell House Catering on 03/16/24. A dear friend arranged a small gathering of some of my closest friends & family for a going away dinner. My husband & I are moving out of state after living in Maryland for 40 years. This dear friend Nancy arranged for a "My Favorite Things" dinner to wish us farewell. We had the best beef tenderloin & salmon, accompanied by roasted mushrooms & various colored peppers & onions w/ Bearnaise sauce; served with a beet salad & goat cheese; green salad with avocado, walnuts, cucumber & Violet petals. We finished the meal with an amazing chocolate cake with espresso buttercream frosting. There were other accompaniments with the dessert ~ 2 different wafer cookies and a Petit fours. Each dish was announced & served on gold plates by Chef Kelly herself, along with chef Michael. I felt like I was in heaven. Thank you to the Brien Family for such a gesture of love, and for my friends that made time to be there. It was a beautiful evening. We love you and are grateful for you. We had the crab dip and then the mahi tacos and pasta for dinner. My friend didn't like the pasta but they had no issues with getting her a substitute. Overall amazing experience. We were unaware that we only had a 2 hour window to eat and get out...although I did observe that it didnt apply to all diners who were there before we were. The food was delicious but when it came time to order dessert we were told it would have to be a to go order since our 2 hours was up. Okay so I took home 3 profiteroles w ice cream, melted ice cream. Very tactless, the waitress kept apologizing, but in my opinion the dinner was ruined.”

But if you’re eating here, you already know that it’s commercial and not super authentic anyway. Wait till there’s a deal to eat here—we had a free appetizer and a discount, so I don’t regret it. I just wouldn’t want to pay full price for this place.”
