The not-pizza’s are pretty big, so one was enough to split when we ordered hummus, the carrots, and the olives too. We are so lucky to have this incredible Palestinian spot for delicious food, pastries, drinks, and even coffee!!“

The service was quite good though we had to wait five minutes to actually be seated because the there was only one person seating people. The interior is very confusing and crowded and the restaurant decor doesn’t really make sense, the fried chicken was very good and unique so was the scallion pancake however, the pho really didn’t have any flavor and they were using chicken stock for some reason so it didn’t really have much flavor.“

“We walked by this place not really looking to eat but the exterior stopped us in our tracks. We looked in and saw all the pastries and decided to make a quick pit stop. We got a Pistachio Meringue Roulette to share. Mistake. Should have gotten one for myself. The flavors work perfectly together. “This place defines the word community. I don’t come to places twice when in DC. This has become an exception to the rule now. The owners made me feel like old friends. The staff are courtesy and professional. I had an amazing coffee. Great beer the night before and watched the WNBA playoffs. I also watched the owner serve her community when someone most bars would throw out came in then one of the owners got up and got this lady some soda. Little things like this are impressive - yes this is a bar, but it is true community demonstrated live and In person.“

“I visited the West End location with my husband while visiting DC and had a phenomenal experience. Aside from the food being absolutely to die for, the customer service is really what impressed me. At the register, we were greeted by an older black woman who was so kind to share suggestions and explain the menu to me despite being very busy. It truly made the ordering experience a breeze. My latte was delivered by a younger light skinned black male and I am not sure where he received his customer service training by but by far he’s got it down pat. After delivering my order he told me, “have a nice day, okay?” but it wasn’t just a pleasantry, it truly seemed like a genuine request. I am beyond impressed with the food, ambiance, and customer service provided!“
“Lovely little spot in Georgetown for authentic French baked goods. They use mostly French ingredients to get as close to the “real thing” as I’ve had in DC. Staff is friendly, efficient, and there is a nice patio in the back to enjoy your coffee.“

“While staying in Arlington for work I met up with an old friend to catch up with over coffee. Three whistles is the perfect location to do just that. There is plenty of seating to accommodate multiple sized parties, and very large store front windows letting in plenty of light. I went on a Monday and there were also a good amount of people in there quietly working from their laptops, I assume there is WiFi if that is something you are looking for. we got a cozy corner booth and when you order the staff will deliver your food and coffee to your table. I ordered an iced hazelnut latte and a ham and cheese breakfast croissant. The coffee was pretty tastey, but nothing life changing. The hazelnut flavoring coming through was just the right amount not to over powering, and for my croissant was also equally delicious. They do theirs a little differently, the croissant itself is completely enclosed stuffed with ham and cheese. And there were plenty of other options if you are in the mood for something else.“

My son didn't like Musa food due to too salty fried oyster mushrooms & salty fries were overcooked. The people who work there are so kind and remember your name and order and work to make your experience enjoyable and catered to you specifically. Well it shows on my account as the money was dispensed, now I have to call my bank and ask for a refund. Be careful with these so called meta bank atms. I wouldn’t use them anymore. “Been seeing the "coming soon" signs at this place all last year and had a chance to try last night, as me and my wife didn't feel like cooking and it was a Friday night! The Three empanadas, drink and a 1 sauce is decently priced at $16 for a filling meal. Parking is limited and there are no tables for groups. You're better off ordering for pickup. My favorite is the Spicy Pork empanada filled with pork, black beans and corn. For reference, the spice level of the Spicy Pork and their "Mild" sauce is about that of Taco Bell "Fire" sauce. At 6PM, a lot of their menu items were sold out or otherwise not available. Looks like this place is better at lunchtime. Since it's hard to get parking, I would either park at the garage across the street and walk 4 minutes, or order for pickup or to delivery. Unfortunately, there would not be enough seating to bring work colleagues here. Better to organize an empanada party at the office. VIDEO“

I prefer the one in Dupont Circle because it has a cozy and homely feel, especially the upstairs dining area with windows overlooking the street. The place has an Asian-inspired decor and offers quality teas, all-day breakfast, bento boxes, light Japanese and Thai-style meals, and some snacks such as cookies and Asian-inspired desserts like matcha gelato, jasmine creme brulee, and mochi.We ordered salmon and Korean Beef Brisket bento sets, which tasted amazing. The salads that came with them added crunchiness to the food. The mochi had the expected texture and taste. It's a self-service establishment, so there is little to discuss about the service.“

He and all of the personnel were extremely friendly and helpful, explaining what Skagen was, as well as what made for a Swedish potato sausage. The soups were great as was the salmon eggs Benedict. As for deserts be sure to get the cranberry rhubarb sour cream tart!!! We highly recommend this restaurant!!!“
