“I came here for the 1st time during restaurant week & I cannot wait to return back to try the rest of the menu. The staff & atmosphere was friendly & welcoming, you could tell locals come all the time. Everything I ordered was tasty, but the star of the show was my main entree, Moqueca (Brazilian fish stew with tomatoes, pepper, onions & coconut milk) - It was both comforting and flavorful. The fish was cooked to perfection (soft, tender & flaked easily with my fork), the coconuts milk stew was rich & robust in flavor, with a smooth enough consistency to coat your spoon. In summary, it was chefs kiss! ?“
“The only good bar in the entire neighborhood, and great overall. It's the oldest bar in NYC (aside from one in Wall St.) - You might recognize it from GoodFellas.Worth going out of your way for the history, and worth coming to just because. They play the sports games with the volume on. Have to love it.“
“Early March my and wife and I held a baby shower there. They were extremely accommodating with us and our guest. They also were very friendly and it worked out very well. We had families and most of the ladies at the tables and we had filled the bar with our drinkers and younger crowd.Music was good/ food was good / service was great! Anne was such a great manager worked hand in hand with our coordinator to make that day such a great experience.Overall 10/10 would highly recommend your next event there.“
“This place has great food. The service was awesome, too. Parking can be difficult to find, however. What makes this place stand out is the waterfront views you get. The food items we ordered to try here were the spinach and artichoke dip, fried chicken sandwich, and a grilled chicken wrap. Everything was excellent. The dip had great flavor. My favorite of these 3 items was the fried chicken sandwich. Loved how it was prepared. But everything we tasted we would recommend. We had a fun time hanging out here.“
“CASH ONLY SPOT! A good summer/spring spot to hang out outdoors to have a nice beer with a nice view. Its self service, so you order your own drinks at the bar. Not a lot of seatings so I suggest getting here early if you want to secure a seat.“
“I tried the place for the 1st time around 1 week ago. I've been back again I really enjoyed the chicken wings and my smashed bacon cheeseburger I tried a beer called a Cloud in the Sky it was awesome I will definitely be eating there again“
“Love coming on here with friends, love the music, food and drinks. Great atmosphere hangout. When it comes to enjoying a great atmosphere and having a wonderful time, few things can compare to the combination of good music, delicious food, and refreshing drinks. The combination of great music, delicious food, and refreshing drinks creates a fantastic atmosphere for hanging out and having a good time at Tipsy.“
“So this place is a neighborhood pub with surprisingly good food, well poured drinks, and a nice draft beer selection. The crowd is a mixed bunch of folks from all walks of life and friendly. It has been here a long time and is a popular hangout for good reason.“
“My favorite bar in Queens! Great food, great drinks and always a good time. Juan (the owner) is always good to us and makes sure we are taken care of during crazy hours. If I had to choose 1 bar to spend my time at in NYC, Id pick sunswick everyday of the week.“
“The food was amazing! Would definitely recommend doing the bottomless brunch where you can choose mimosa, Bloody Mary, or Margarita and it’s a good price. The chicken and waffles were my favorite dish but everything we tried was delicious. The restaurant looks a lot nicer in pictures and it’s more of a bar feel when you’re there. Also, it gets a little loud in there because the tables are pretty close together. But wasn’t a big deal and could still hold a conversation“
“A group of us went to celebrate a birthday and the staff was so accommodating, from the DJ booth with the bday shout out to the sparkle candle & free shot from the bar. We were only there for 2 hrs & it was awesome. The DJ was blasting hits and the bartender, Lauren was so attentive. We didn't order any food but the service & atmosphere was great. The cocktails were great. Thank you for a great time, Lauren and team! ☺“

“Unfortunately the kitchen was closed when I got there. Jay, the bartender, was excellent sold the experience to me. Mind you it was a Monday. They have a full bar, food and hookah! ATM, clean bathroom and beautiful atmosphere this definitely the “third place” you were looking for! I will be back.Parking: Very limited street parking.“
“One of my favorite places in queens! Appetizers here are the BEST! Especially the fried ravioli and spinach mozzarella sticks. The staff is always so friendly and attentive, the drinks are so good. The place itself is a little small but very cute. You always have a good time here!“
“Very delicious food that comes with big proportion and good price. There are so many different varieties to choose from. The atmosphere looks pretty good for dine in for food or for a cup of drink! I love the friendly service that it provided! Would totally come visit again!Kid-friendliness: There are food that the kids would like.“
“I stumbled upon this place accidentally and was immediately greeted by the delightful aroma of delicious food. The service was commendable as well. I highly recommend anyone in the area to visit during weekends as they feature a DJ who keeps the atmosphere lively. I do wish they were a bit more prompt with serving the food; I waited around 20 minutes for my appetizer, followed by another wait for my entrée. Despite the wait, the food was excellent overall.“
“Walked in and was able to pick seating with no issue. Usual bar vibe, low light, rock was playing, super clean and chill. Bathroom was super bright and clean, loved the decor. The Server (wish I got her name!) came to our table and dropped off menus. We ordered mozzarella sticks, salmon with mashed potatoes and asparagus, a cozy burger with fries, and chicken Parmesan with mashed potatoes, and a blueberry mimosa. (Extreme thanks to the server for making the drink, I did not realize it was a brunch only drink, but she still made it for me since she had the ingredients (her words) and didn't mind). Also got two crème brûlées. 10/10 everything was delicious.“
“I have been living in Sunnyside since 2013 and this bar is one of my favorite in the hood!!! Firstly it is a sports bar. So if you are into sports, they will show majority of the games.Secondly the food is good. But most importantly the service is great!!! All the staff is friendly and they are all about good vibes!!!“
“I’ve been coming to Rolo’s since they first opened and they really never disappoint. The food just gets better and better. Everything is amazing but my hands down favorite is the shrimp. I’d say it’s easily some of if not the best shrimp I’ve ever had in my life. The whole menu just compliments itself from the Calabrian chili butter to the wagyu steak. Also, Sitting in the back of the restaurant is such a cool experience because you get to watch the chefs work their magic on that wood fire grill. This is definitely one of the best restaurants in NYC and in my top 5.“
